其中,所述每个雾化室内壁上均固定有密封硅胶圈,所述每个导气管的一端贯穿对应密封硅胶圈后与雾化室相通。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的多口味电子烟,具有以下有益效果:
1)该雾化壳体内同一水平面上设置有多个储油室和多个相对独立的雾化室,每个储油室储存一种口味的烟油,烟油在对应的雾化室内雾化后就形成了烟雾,即使得该雾化器具有多种不同的口味,有效解决了电子烟口味单一的问题;且由于每个雾化室之间是独立不相通的,因此烟油的口味不掺杂在一起,提高了口味的纯正性;
2)在每个雾化器上都配合有对烟油进行雾化工作的发热丝、铜针对和导油绳,由导油绳连接到储油室内进行引油,由发热丝和铜针对通电工作对导油绳上的烟油进行加热雾化,由此形成的烟雾引出以供使用者进行吸取的烟雾,该操作简单方便。
3)在转接板上设有多组输出弹簧探针,控制板上安设有多个控制按键,每个控制按键分别控制对应的输出弹簧探针,每组输出弹簧探针均插接至漏 油收集箱内且分别与对应的铜针对电连接,即是将该电源设计成多个输出端口,每个输出弹簧探针对应控制一种不同的口味烟油,可通过控制板上多个控制按键的不同控制,使得电源的输出端口产生多种不同的输出状态,从而给雾化器上不同的铜针对所在的雾化室产生不同的味道,该结构的改进有效解决了现有技术中一个电源杆控制一种烟油口味的问题;
4)本发明使得使用者可根据自己的喜好选择喜欢的烟油口味,且还具有设计合理、操作简单、更换口味方便、成本低、使用安全及工作效率高等特点。

具体实施方式
为了更清楚地表述本发明,下面结合附图对本发明作进一步地描述。
请参阅图1-3,本发明提供的多口味电子烟,包括独立雾化室式雾化器模组10和电源模组20;
独立雾化室式雾化器模组10包括雾化壳体101、安装在雾化壳体101的顶端上的吸烟嘴102和安装在雾化壳体101的底端上且用于存储部分漏油的漏油收集箱103,漏油收集箱103内横向分隔成多个收集室1031,雾化壳体101内横向分隔成多个储油室104,且雾化壳体101内安设有多个由不锈钢管形成的雾化室105,且多个雾化室105分布在同一水平面上,每个雾化室105内均置有发热丝106,且每个发热丝106上均固定有与其电性连接的铜针对107,每个铜针对107的末端均延伸至对应的收集室1031内,每个发热丝106上均连接有连接至对应的储油室104内的导油绳(图未示);
电源模组20包括电源壳体201和连接组件202;电源壳体201通过连接组件202与漏油收集箱103固定连接,电源壳体201内置有转接板203、控制板204和电池205,电池205与控制板204电连接,转接板203上设有多组输出弹簧探针2031,控制板204上安设有多个控制按键2041,每个控制按键2041分别控制对应的输出弹簧探针2031,每组输出弹簧探针2031均插接至漏油收集箱103内且分别与对应的铜针对107电连接。
相较于现有技术,本发明提供的多口味电子烟,具有以下有益效果:
1)该雾化壳体101内同一水平面上设置有多个储油室104和多个相对独立的雾化室105,每个储油室104储存一种口味的烟油,烟油在对应的雾化室105内雾化后就形成了烟雾,即使得该雾化器具有多种不同的口味,有效解决 了电子烟口味单一的问题;且由于每个雾化室105之间是独立不相通的,因此烟油的口味不掺杂在一起,提高了口味的纯正性;
2)在每个雾化器上都配合有对烟油进行雾化工作的发热丝106、铜针对107和导油绳,由导油绳连接到储油室104内进行引油,由发热丝106和铜针对107通电工作对导油绳上的烟油进行加热雾化,由此形成的烟雾引出以供使用者进行吸取的烟雾,该操作简单方便。
3)在转接板203上设有多组输出弹簧探针2031,控制板204上安设有多个控制按键2041,每个控制按键2041分别控制对应的输出弹簧探针2031,每组输出弹簧探针2031均插接至漏油收集箱103内且分别与对应的铜针对107电连接,即是将该电源设计成多个输出端口,每个输出弹簧探针2031对应控制一种不同的口味烟油,可通过控制板上多个控制按键2041的不同控制,使得电源的输出端口产生多种不同的输出状态,从而给雾化器上不同的铜针对107所在的雾化室产生不同的味道,该结构的改进有效解决了现有技术中一个电源杆控制一种烟油口味的问题;
4)本发明使得使用者可根据自己的喜好选择喜欢的烟油口味,且还具有设计合理、操作简单、更换口味方便、成本低、使用安全及工作效率高等特点。
在本实施例中,雾化壳体101内还排放有多个导气管108,每个导气管108的一端均与雾化室105相通,每个导气管108的另一端通过均导气组件110与吸烟嘴102相通;吸烟嘴102内固定有硅胶座109,导气组件110与硅胶座109固定连接。导气组件110包括铜件1101、铜件开关1102和多个压簧1103;铜件开关1102固定在雾化壳体101的顶端与硅胶座109之间,且铜件1101和多个压簧1103均镶嵌在铜件开关1102内,每个压簧1103的底端连接有滚动的钢珠1104,且钢珠1104与对应的导气管108的出气口可接触性连接。当转动铜件开关1102时,铜件1101、压簧1103及钢珠1104跟随转动,钢珠1104转到导气管108的出气口时,则导气管108被堵住,管内的烟雾输出到不了吸烟嘴102,反之,钢珠1104在压簧1103弹力的作用下,偏离该出气口,烟雾即可从该出气口导出。图中压簧1103和钢珠1104的数量均为两个,可 通过操作铜件开关1102,将其中一个导气管108的出气口堵住,另一个开通;若是多个的压簧1103和钢珠1104,其工作原理是一样的。
在本实施例中,电源壳体201内还内置有与控制板204电连接的LCD显示屏206,且LCD显示屏206通过固定支架207固定在电源壳体201内侧,且LCD显示屏206还通过安装支架208与电池205固定连接。LCD显示屏206用于显示该电源的工作状态等数据信息。
在本实施例中,连接组件202包括漏油收集箱边接支架2022和合金环2021,合金环2021固定连接在电源壳体201的顶端,且漏油收集箱边接支架2022贯穿合金环2021后与漏油收集箱103固定连接。电源模组20还包括合金座209和安装在合金座209底端的底板210,合金座209固定连接在电源壳体201的底端,合金座209上设有与电池205电连接的USB充电板211,底板210上设有容纳USB充电板211的凹槽,外部电源通过USB充电板211给电池205供电,电池205给控制板204供电,该结构通过USB充电板211对电池205的充电,可避免对电池205的拆卸,提高了使用的便捷性及延长了电池205的使用寿命。本案中并不局限于USB充电板211的设置位置,可根据实际需要对USB充电板211设置位置的改变。电源模组20还包括与合金座209固定连接的电池支架212,电源壳体20的底端通过电池支架212与合金座209紧配连接,且电池205的底端通过EVA垫213固定在电池支架212上。EVA垫213具有一定的环保性,EVA是乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,这两种合成物质,都是环保的,EVA垫213的使用,不仅加强了电池205固定的稳定性,而且具有环保性。
在本实施例中,吸烟嘴102与雾化壳体101之间通过铜环111紧配连接,雾化壳体101与漏油收集箱103之间通过不锈钢环112紧配连接。当然,上述两部分之间并不局限于通过上述实施方式实现紧配连接,还可以使通过螺纹的方式实现紧配连接,如果是对紧配连接的实施方式的改变,均属于对本案的简单变形或变换,落入本案的保护范围内。每个雾化室105内壁上均固定有密封硅胶圈113,每个导气管108的一端贯穿对应密封硅胶圈113后与雾化室105相通。该密封硅胶圈113的使用,可提高雾化室105的密封性,有 效避免雾化后的烟雾出现侧漏的现象。在雾化壳体101的底端内设有起密封作用的塑胶座114。该塑胶座114的设计,提高了整个雾化器的密封性,防止储油室104内的烟油侧漏的现象。
上述实施例中储油室104的数量为两个,雾化室105的数量为两个。该电子烟雾化器通过对两个发热丝106的不同控制可产生两种味道,控制按键2041的数量为两个,输出弹簧探针2031的数量为两组。输出弹簧探针2031的英文名为POGO PIN,输出弹簧探针2031具有一定的防腐蚀功能、机械性能、电气性能等,本案中针尖是圆柱针的,还可以是尖针、抓针、圆头针、刀型针等其他形状,如果是对探针针头的改变,落入本案的保护范围内。当然,可以根据实际需要设计不同数量的储油室104和雾化室105,且将雾化室105独立开来,该结构的设计使得电子烟具有多种不同口味的烟雾以供使用者多项选择,提高用户体验。
以上公开的仅为本发明的几个具体实施例,但是本发明并非局限于此,任何本领域的技术人员能思之的变化都应落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多口味电子烟,其特征在于,包括独立雾化室式雾化器模组和电源模组;
    所述独立雾化室式雾化器模组包括雾化壳体、安装在雾化壳体的顶端上的吸烟嘴和安装在雾化壳体的底端上且用于存储部分漏油的漏油收集箱,所述漏油收集箱内横向分隔成多个收集室,所述雾化壳体内横向分隔成多个储油室,且所述雾化壳体内安设有多个由不锈钢管形成的雾化室,且多个雾化室分布在同一水平面上,每个雾化室内均置有发热丝,且每个发热丝上均固定有与其电性连接的铜针对,每个铜针对的末端均延伸至对应的收集室内,所述每个发热丝上均连接有连接至对应的储油室内的导油绳;
    所述电源模组包括电源壳体和连接组件;所述电源壳体通过连接组件与漏油收集箱固定连接,所述电源壳体内置有转接板、控制板和电池,所述电池与控制板电连接,所述转接板上设有多组输出弹簧探针,所述控制板上安设有多个控制按键,每个控制按键分别控制对应的输出弹簧探针,每组输出弹簧探针均插接至漏油收集箱内且分别与对应的铜针对电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多口味电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化壳体内还排放有多个导气管,每个导气管的一端均与雾化室相通,所述每个导气管的另一端通过均导气组件与吸烟嘴相通;所述吸烟嘴内固定有硅胶座,所述导气组件与硅胶座固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多口味电子烟,其特征在于,所述导气组件包括铜件、铜件开关和多个压簧;所述铜件开关固定在雾化壳体的顶端与硅胶座之间,且所述铜件和多个压簧均镶嵌在铜件开关内,每个压簧的底端连接有滚动的钢珠,且所述钢珠与对应的导气管的出气口可接触性连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的多口味电子烟,其特征在于,所述电源壳体内还内置有与控制板电连接的LCD显示屏,且所述LCD显示屏通过固定支架固定在电源壳体内侧,且所述LCD显示屏还通过安装支架与电池固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的多口味电子烟,其特征在于,所述连接组件包括漏油收集箱边接支架和合金环,所述合金环固定连接在电源壳体的顶端, 且所述漏油收集箱边接支架贯穿合金环后与漏油收集箱固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的多口味电子烟,其特征在于,所述电源模组还包括合金座和安装在合金座底端的底板,所述合金座固定连接在电源壳体的底端。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的多口味电子烟,其特征在于,所述合金座上设有与电池电连接的USB充电板,所述底板上设有容纳USB充电板的凹槽。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的多口味电子烟,其特征在于,所述电源模组还包括与合金座固定连接的电池支架,所述电源壳体的底端通过电池支架与合金座紧配连接,且所述电池的底端通过EVA垫固定在电池支架上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的多口味电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸烟嘴与雾化壳体之间通过铜环紧配连接,所述雾化壳体与漏油收集箱之间通过不锈钢环紧配连接。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的多口味电子烟,其特征在于,所述每个雾化室内壁上均固定有密封硅胶圈,所述每个导气管的一端贯穿对应密封硅胶圈后与雾化室相通。
