当然,在本申请中所述观察窗14也可以是设置在进液段111和/或出液段112上,或者整个所述过滤器壳体11的外壁都是透明的,同样能够实现本申请的目的,其宗旨未脱离本实用新型的设计思想,应属于本实用新型的保护范围;当然,只在所述排污段113上设置观察窗14既能够实现观察过滤网13堵塞的目的,又能够保证整个Y型过滤器1的强度。优选地,所述观察窗14由透明的钢化玻璃制成,当然,所述观察窗14并不仅仅限于上述材料拉进行制造,只要能够实现透明具有一定的结构强度,就也能够实现本申请的目的。
如图1所示,所述进液口114和所述出液口115处均设由第一连接法兰15,所述第一连接法兰15上设有多个第一通孔,所述进液口114和出液口115均通过第一连接法兰15上的第一通孔经过螺栓与前端器件后端器件进行连接。
如图1所示,所述排液口处设有第二连接法兰16,所述第二连接法兰16上设有第二通孔,所述排污阀12上设有与第二连接法兰16配合的第三连接法兰17,所述第三连接法兰17上设有与所述第二通孔对应的第三通孔,螺栓穿过第二通孔和第三通孔与螺母旋合将所述排污阀12固定在所述排污口处。
如图2所示,本实用新型还提供了一种城市生活供水系统,包括依次连通在第一进水端6和第一出水端7之间的第一进水总闸阀2、旋翼式水表3、Y型过滤器1、倒流防止器4和第一出水闸阀5,所述第一进水端6与所述第一进水总闸阀2的进水端连通,所述第一出水端7与所述第一出水闸阀5的出水端连通,所述Y型过滤器1为上述任一实施例所述的Y型过滤器1。
由于本实用新型提供的城市生活供水系统,采用的Y型过滤器1上设有观察窗14和排污阀12,因此能够直观的观察到Y型过滤器1是否堵塞,并 且也能够快速方便的对Y行过滤器进行清洗,因此能够保证整个城市生活供水系统的稳定。
如图3所示,本实用新型还提供了一种循环供暖系统,包括依次连通在第二进水端8和第二出水端9的第二进水闸阀102、Y型过滤器1、水泵101、止回阀10和第二出水闸阀103,所述第二进水端8与所述第二进水闸阀102的进水端连通,所述第二出水端9与所述第二出水闸阀103的出水端连通,所述Y型过滤器1为上述任一项所述的Y型过滤器1。
由于本实用新型提供的循环供暖系统,采用的Y型过滤器1上设有观察窗14和排污阀12,因此能够直观的观察到Y型过滤器1是否堵塞,并且也能够快速方便的对Y行过滤器进行清洗,因此能够保证整个循环供暖系统的稳定工作。
综上所述,本实用新型提供额Y型过滤器,包括过滤器壳体、排污阀和圆柱环形的过滤网,所述过滤器壳体包括相互连通的进液段、出液段和排污段,所述进液段的外端设有进液口,所述出液段的外端设有出液口,所述排污段的外端设有排污口,所述排污口与所述排污阀连通,所述进液口和所述出液口之间形成过液通道,所述过滤网设置在所述排污段内并将所述过液通道一分为二,所述进液段、出液段所述排污段上设有透明的观察窗。由于在所述过滤器壳体上全部或者部分设置透明的观察窗,因此能够透过观察窗直接观察过滤器壳体内部的过滤网,因此能够直观的观察到过滤网过滤杂质的堵塞情况,在过滤网堵塞比较严重时能够快速的对过滤网进行清理,不会影响经过Y型过滤器的水压、水流;另外由于在所述排污口处连接有排污阀,因此在清洗过滤器时,不必关闭前后阀门拆卸所述Y型过滤器,只需要打开所述排污阀即可完成,操作简单方便,过滤器的清洗效率更高。
在本实用新型的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或 位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本实用新型和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本实用新型的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
在本实用新型的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本实用新型中的具体含义。此外,在本实用新型的描述中,除非另有说明,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种Y型过滤器,其特征在于:包括过滤器壳体、排污阀和圆柱环形的过滤网,所述过滤器壳体包括相互连通的进液段、出液段和排污段,所述进液段的外端设有进液口,所述出液段的外端设有出液口,所述排污段的外端设有排污口,所述排污口与所述排污阀连通,所述进液口和所述出液口之间形成过液通道,所述过滤网设置在所述排污段内并将所述过液通道一分为二,所述进液段、出液段和所述排污段中的至少一个上设有透明的观察窗。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的Y型过滤器,其特征在于:所述观察窗设置在所述排污段上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的Y型过滤器,其特征在于:所述观察窗由透明的钢化玻璃制成。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的Y型过滤器,其特征在于:所述进液口和所述出液口处均设由第一连接法兰,所述第一连接法兰上设有多个第一通孔。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的Y型过滤器,其特征在于:所述排液口处设有第二连接法兰,所述第二连接法兰上设有第二通孔,所述排污阀上设有与第二连接法兰配合的第三连接法兰,所述第三连接法兰上设有与所述第二通孔对应的第三通孔,螺栓穿过第二通孔和第三通孔与螺母旋合将所述排污阀固定在所述排污口处。
  6. 一种城市生活供水系统,其特征在于:包括依次连通在第一进水端和第一出水端之间的第一进水总闸阀、旋翼式水表、Y型过滤器、倒流防止器和第一出水闸阀,所述第一进水端与所述第一进水总闸阀的进水端连通,所述第一出水端与所述第一出水闸阀的出水端连通,所述Y型过滤器为如权利要求1至5任一项所述的Y型过滤器。
  7. 一种循环供暖系统,其特征在于:包括依次连通在第二进水端和第二出水端的第二进水闸阀、Y型过滤器、水泵、止回阀和第二出水闸阀,所 述第二进水端与所述第二进水闸阀的进水端连通,所述第二出水端与所述第二出水闸阀的出水端连通,所述Y型过滤器为如权利要求1至5任一项所述的Y型过滤器。
