人们在利用冰箱对酒瓶类容器进行冷藏时,受冰箱内部结构和酒瓶大小的影响,冰箱的冷藏空间不能很好的提供酒瓶类容器的固定存放空间,使得酒瓶在冰箱内部易翻滚或跌落;而采用独立的酒架放置到冰箱内部时,其又占用了大部分的冰箱存储空间。
现在市场上已有的冰箱内的酒架结构大多是酒架与玻璃搁架分离的形式;也存在个别酒架与玻璃搁架结合的翻转式酒架形式。
对于酒架与玻璃搁架分离的结构形式,其虽然有放置酒瓶类容器的功能,但是当用户不放置此类物品时,酒架就显得多余并占用空间;对于市面上已有的酒架与玻璃搁架结合的翻转式酒架形式,其虽然可以解决在不放置酒瓶类容器时空间利用的问题,但在酒架的翻转使用位置,前后两个酒架的固定角度单一,相对之间的距离固定,用户无法根据所需摆放的酒瓶的大小和粗细做出适当的调整,另外,前后两个酒架的高度相同,而酒瓶为瓶身粗、瓶口细的结构,使酒瓶放入以后瓶口部分向下倾斜,长时间放置会产生酒水外渗等问题。
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种新的搁物架及冰箱以解决上述问题。

作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述第二调节件设有接收所述自由端的开口槽,所述第二调节件还包括固定件,所述固定件用于在所述自由端进入所述开口槽后密封所述开口槽,以避免所述自由端脱离所述开口槽。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述旋转组件还包括止挡件,所述止挡件设置于所述第一调节件或第二调节件的其中之一上,当所述第二调节件相对所述第一调节件转动到一定角度时,所述止挡件限制所述第二调节件继续转动。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述酒架上设有用于接收液体容器的容纳槽,所述容纳槽与所述容器的瓶身或瓶颈的尺寸相当,所述搁物架包括两个所述酒架,所述两个酒架的所述容纳槽的尺寸不同。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明还提供一种冰箱,包括箱体,所述箱体内设有如前所述的搁物架。
本发明的有益效果是:与现有技术相比,本发明所提供的搁物架具有至少两个展开位置,这使得酒架能够根据需要调整其固定的角度和高度,迎合了不同规格的酒瓶和饮料瓶的摆放需求,提高了搁物架的通用性和应用的灵活性。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图所示的具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述。但这些实施方式并不限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员根据这些实施方式所做出的结构、方法、或功能上的变换均包含在本发明的保护范围内。
本文使用的例如“上”、“上方”、“下”、“下方”等表示空间相对位置的术语是出于便于说明的目的来描述如附图中所示的一个单元或特征相对于另一个单元或特征的关系。空间相对位置的术语可以旨在包括设备在使用或工作中除了图中所示方位以外的不同方位。例如,如果将图中的设备翻转,则被描述为位于其他单元或特征“下方”或“之下”的单元将位于其他单元或特征“上方”。因此,示例性术语“下方”可以囊括上方和下方这两种方位。设备可以以其他方式被定向(旋转90度或其他朝向),并相应地解释本文使用的与空间相关的描述语。并且,应当理解的是尽管术语第一、第二等在本文中可以被用于描述各种元件或结构,但是这些被描述对象不应受到这些术语的限制。这些术语仅用于将这些描述对象彼此区分开。
如图1、图2所示,本发明优选的一种搁物架1包括搁板10和枢转地连接于所述搁板10的酒架(20、20’),所述酒架(20、20’)在贴近所述搁板10的折叠位置和远离所述搁板10的展开位置间旋转。其中,所述搁板10包括形成为搁物平面的面板11和用于支撑所述面板11的支架12,在一般情况下,面板11由透明的材料制成以便透光,从而节省冰箱储物空间内照明装置的用电量。支架12设有包覆面板11侧边的饰条(图中未示出),饰条为弹性材料制成以便缓振,在一些特殊的实施方式中,饰条由透明的弹性材料制成,以便进一步透光。搁物架可应用于冰箱(图中未示出),冰箱的箱体内设有接收搁板10的限位结构,所述支架12滑动进入该限位结构以完成搁板10的定位。
在图1所示的折叠状态中,酒架(20、20’)处于贴近搁板10的折叠位置,在图2所示的使用状态中,酒架(20、20’)处于远离搁架的其中一个展开位置。在本实施例中,搁物架1包括两 个酒架(20、20’),因两个酒架(20、20’)与搁板10的连接关系相同,为方便描述,现以其中之一举例说明。参见图3所示,酒架20包括可搁置酒瓶的中间部22和用于将中间部22连接到搁板10的连接部21,酒架20具有两个连接部(21、21’),两个连接部(21、21’)分别连接于中间部22的两端。当然,在其他的实施方式中,搁物架1可以只设置一个酒架20。
所述搁物架1还包括连接所述搁板10和所述酒架20的旋转组件(30、30’),所述旋转组件(30、30’)使所述酒架20具有至少两个展开位置。两个旋转组件(30、30’)相对应地与酒架20的两个连接部(21、21’)相连。现有的酒架20只有一个折叠位置和一个展开位置,而本发明实施方式所提供的旋转组件30使酒架20具有两个展开位置,这使得用户能够根据实际需要调整酒架20的展开位置,从而以不同的角度或高度适应不同规格的酒瓶或饮料瓶的摆放需求。
参见图4所示,所述旋转组件30包括与所述搁板10相连的第一调节件31和与所述酒架20相连的第二调节件32,所述第一调节件31和所述第二调节件32围绕枢转轴相对转动地连接,所述折叠位置和所述至少两个展开位置围绕所述枢转轴的周向设置于所述第一调节件31和所述第二调节件32的其中之一上。
所述旋转组件30还包括凹凸配合结构,所述凹凸配合结构包括形成于所述第一调节件31上的第一曲面311以及形成于所述第二调节件32上的第二曲面321,当所述第一调节件31和所述第二调节件32相对静止时,所述第一曲面311和所述第二曲面321相互抵接配合;当所述第二调节件32相对所述第一调节件31转动时,所述第二曲面321沿所述枢转轴的轴向做相对远离和靠近所述第一曲面311的往复跳跃式运动。凹凸配合结构使得第一调节件31和第二调节件32在相对转动的时候能够根据需要在合适的位置卡位,操作简单、易行,而且不占用空间。
具体地,所述第一曲面311和所述第二曲面321的其中之一上设有凹槽和/或凸起,所述第一曲面311和所述第二曲面321的其中另一上设有与所述凹槽配合的凸起和/或与所述凸起配合的凹槽。在本发明给出的最佳实施方式中,第一曲面311上设有凹槽和凸起,第二曲面321上相应地设有与第一曲面311上的凹槽和凸起相互形配的凸起和凹槽。如此,第一曲面311和第二曲面321都呈现兼具凸起和凹槽的凹凸形曲面,当第一曲面311和第二曲面321相互配合时,彼此沿轴向进入对方的深度更大,使得第一调节件31和第二调节件32之间的配合更加紧凑、可靠。
当然,本领域的技术人员可以在变形的实施方式中,仅在所述第一曲面311和所述第二曲面321的其中之一上设置凹槽,比如平面-凹槽-平面-凹槽的形式,而在其中另一上仅设置凸起,比如平面-凸起-平面-凸起的形式。如此,也可以实现第一调节件31和第二调节件32跳跃式卡合的目的。
另外,本领域的技术人员还很容易想到,为了实现选择性的限位,在变形的实施方式中,只 在第一曲面311和第二曲面321的其中之一上设置几个凹槽,而在第一曲面311和第二曲面321的其中另一上设置一个可与凹槽配合的凸起即可。凹槽的数量可视实际需要的固定位置的数量而定,凸起的数量并不必须与凹槽的数量一致;反之,亦然。
继续参见图4,相邻的所述凹槽和所述凸起之间光滑连接构成为一段波形面,所述第一曲面311和/或所述第二曲面321上设有N段所述波形面,所述N的数值大于3。光滑连接的凹槽和凸起使得第一调节件31和第二调节件32之间的转动更为顺畅、灵活,有利于避免振动。
在本实施例中,第一曲面311和第二曲面321上都均匀地设置有N段波形面,且N值为8。第一调节件31和第二调节件32相对转动的角度为360°,8段波形面使得第二调节件32相对第一调节件31每做一次往复跳跃式运动,其转动的角度为45°。当然,N值可以为更多,使得酒架20可固定的角度更多,灵活性更大。当然,N值也可以是更小的自然数。
在如图3、图4所示的实施方式中,搁物架1包括两个酒架(20、20’),两个酒架(20、20’)的同一侧通过同一个旋转组件30与搁板10连接,两个酒架(20、20’)相对地设置,且中间设置有限位凸块332以止转,防止两个酒架(20、20’)转动至相互碰撞的位置。在这样的旋转组件30中,每个酒架20可转动的角度范围约为90°以内,因此,在两个第一曲面311(和/或第二曲面321)相互背离的外侧面上各设3个波形面,即可使得每个酒架20具有0°的折叠位置和45°的展开位置、90°的展开位置。当然,也可设置4个波形面,则酒架20具有与搁板10分别形成30°、60°和90°夹角的3个展开位置,以此类推。
继续参见图3、图4所示,旋转组件30还包括止挡件324、324’,所述止挡件324、324’设置于所述第一调节件31或第二调节件32的其中之一上,当所述第二调节件32相对所述第一调节件31转动到一定角度时,所述止挡件限制所述第二调节件32继续转动。在本实施例中,止挡件324、324’设于第二调节件32、32’上,其随着第二调节件32、32’相对第一调节件在折叠位置和展开位置之间移动,直至止挡件324、324’的止挡面(未图示)抵触第一调节件31、31’上的限位面(未图示)。当然,在变化的实施方式中,止挡件也可以设置在第一调节件31、31’上,而第二调节件上设置相应的与之配合的限位面。
所述旋转组件30还包括复位件,所述复位件设于所述第一调节件31或所述第二调节件32的一侧,当所述第二调节件32相对所述第一调节件31转动时,所述复位件驱动所述第一调节件31和所述第二调节件32的其中之一恢复与所述第一调节件31和所述第二调节件32的其中另一的相互抵接配合,所述复位件与所述枢转轴设于所述第一调节件31或所述第二调节件32的同侧。凹凸配合结构使得第一调节件31和第二调节件32在围绕所述枢转轴相对转动的同时,产生了沿所述枢转轴的轴向位移,而复位件的作用是使第一调节件31或第二调节件32的其中之一具有恢 复与其中另一相互抵接配合的能力。
如前所述,所述酒架20包括可搁置酒瓶的中间部22和用于将中间部22连接到搁板10的连接部21,在本实施例中,所述枢转轴形成为所述连接部21的自由端210,所述复位件构造为相对所述中间部22一体弯折成型的所述连接部21。在本实施例中,酒架20为钢丝架。如此,当第二调节件32围绕第一调节件31转动并沿轴向相互远离时,酒架20的两个自由端210向相互靠近的方向运动,连接部21被压缩变形,而钢质的连接部21具有恢复弹性形变的能力,在弹性回复力的驱使下,第二调节件32继续围绕第一调节件31转动至二者重新抵接配合。
如上为复位件设于第二调节件32一侧的实施方式,当然,本领域的技术人员由此很容易想到,当枢转轴设于第一调节件31一侧时,复位件可设置为设于第一调节件31端部的弹性件。
参见图4所示,所述第二调节件(32、32’)设有接收所述自由端(未示出)的开口槽(320、320’),所述第二调节件32还包括固定件(322、322’),所述固定件(322、322’)用于在所述自由端进入所述开口槽(320、320’)后密封所述开口槽(320、320’),以避免所述自由端脱离所述开口槽(320、320’)。进一步地,开口槽(320、320’)上还进一步设有限位槽(未标号),固定件(322、322’)上设有与限位槽滑动配合并单向限位的结构。关于限位结构,可以是过盈配合的方式,本领域的技术人员也可以想到很多其他的实施方式,在此不再一一列举。
继续参见图4,第二调节件(32、32’)通过开口槽(320、320’)和固定件(322、322’)完成与酒架自由端的连接,而第一调节件31设有接收自由端的收容槽310,收容槽310设于第一曲面311的中心,以使第一调节件31和第二调节件32围绕该自由端旋转。
结合图3、图4所示,旋转组件30还包括将所述第一调节件31连接至搁板10的固定座33,固定座33上内设有收纳搁板10侧边的狭槽330,狭槽330的边缘设有通孔(未标出),旋转组件30还包括紧固件331,紧固件331依次穿过通孔和设于搁板10的安装孔110。在搁板10侧边进入狭槽330后,安装紧固件331从而完成第一调节件31的安装。优选地,紧固件331为螺钉。
在本实施例中,所述酒架20上设有用于接收液体容器的容纳槽220,所述容纳槽220与所述容器的瓶身或瓶颈的尺寸相当,所述搁物架1包括两个所述酒架20,所述两个酒架(20、20’)的所述容纳槽220的尺寸不同。参见图3所示,定义画面左侧的酒架20为前酒架20,位于右侧的酒架20’为后酒架20’,后酒架20’的容纳槽220’的尺寸小于前酒架20容纳槽220的尺寸,如此设置,使得瓶口部分也可以放置在后酒架20’上,使得酒瓶的固定更加可靠。另外,利用上述的旋转组件30可以使前酒架20和后酒架20旋转固定于不同的展开位置,使得酒瓶的瓶口处于高于瓶身的位置,如此可避免酒水外渗的问题。
综上所述,本发明实施方式所提供的冰箱及其搁物架,由于酒架相对搁板具有多个展开位置, 因而用户可以根据摆放需要对酒架进行多角度多次旋转,灵活地调整角度和高度,增强了实用性,提升了用户体验。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施方式的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种搁物架,包括搁板和枢转地连接于所述搁板的酒架,所述酒架在贴近所述搁板的折叠位置和远离所述搁板的展开位置间旋转,其特征在于:所述搁物架还包括连接所述搁板和所述酒架的旋转组件,所述旋转组件使所述酒架具有至少两个展开位置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的搁物架,其特征在于:所述旋转组件包括与所述搁板相连的第一调节件和与所述酒架相连的第二调节件,所述第一调节件和所述第二调节件围绕枢转轴相对转动地连接,所述折叠位置和所述至少两个展开位置围绕所述枢转轴的周向设置于所述第一调节件和所述第二调节件的其中之一上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的搁物架,其特征在于:所述旋转组件还包括凹凸配合结构,所述凹凸配合结构包括形成于所述第一调节件上的第一曲面以及形成于所述第二调节件上的第二曲面,当所述第一调节件和所述第二调节件相对静止时,所述第一曲面和所述第二曲面相互抵接配合;当所述第二调节件相对所述第一调节件转动时,所述第二曲面沿所述枢转轴的轴向做相对远离和靠近所述第一曲面的往复跳跃式运动。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的搁物架,其特征在于:所述第一曲面和所述第二曲面的其中之一上设有凹槽和/或凸起,所述第一曲面和所述第二曲面的其中另一上设有与所述凹槽配合的凸起和/或与所述凸起配合的凹槽。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的搁物架,其特征在于:设于所述第一曲面和/或所述第二曲面上的相邻的所述凹槽和所述凸起之间光滑连接构成为一段波形面,所述第一曲面和/或所述第二曲面上设有N段所述波形面,所述N的数值不小于3。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的搁物架,其特征在于:所述旋转组件还包括复位件,所述复位件设于所述第一调节件或所述第二调节件的一侧,当所述第二调节件相对所述第一调节件转动时,所述复位件驱动所述第一调节件和所述第二调节件的其中之一恢复与所述第一调节件和所述第二调节件的其中另一的相互抵接配合,所述复位件与所述枢转轴设于所述第一调节件或所述第二调节件的同侧。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的搁物架,其特征在于:所述酒架包括可搁置酒瓶的中间部和用于将中间部连接到搁板的连接部,所述枢转轴形成为所述连接部的自由端,所述复位件构造为相对所述中间部一体弯折成型的所述连接部。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的搁物架,其特征在于:所述旋转组件还包括止挡件,所述止挡件设置于所述第一调节件或第二调节件的其中之一上,当所述第二调节件相对所述第一调节件转动到 一定角度时,所述止挡件限制所述第二调节件继续转动。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的搁物架,其特征在于:所述酒架上设有用于接收液体容器的容纳槽,所述容纳槽与所述容器的瓶身或瓶颈的尺寸相当,所述搁物架包括两个所述酒架,所述两个酒架的所述容纳槽的尺寸不同。
  10. 一种冰箱,包括箱体,其特征在于:所述箱体内设有如权利要求1所述的搁物架。
