近年来,为了满足各种民事、军事及科研需要,空间可展开机构由于其具有质量小、可折叠、制作成本低且运载经济性更好等优势逐渐成为各个国家研究的热点。空间可展开货架在运载或发射过程前处于折叠状态,工作时可从较小体积的折叠状态展开并由锁紧机构锁紧,从而获得更大的工作空间,在航空航天领域具有广泛的应用前景。
现有空间货架大多为整体式刚性结构,无法折叠收纳,在运载过程中以及闲置等非工作状态需要占用较大的空间,不便于收纳和搬运。此外,整体式刚性货架由于其存在质量大、制作成本及发射成本较高等缺陷,越来越难以满足未来深空探测发展的需要。
发明内容
针对现有空间货架存在的上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种可折叠展开的空间货架。该空间货架结构新颖,折叠展开过程易于实施,折叠状态易于收纳且展开后稳定性较高,适用于航空航天领域中对收纳性及折展比要求较高的场合。

本发明包括下部背板、上部背板、顶部横梁、背板插销组件、上部纵梁、中部纵梁、底部横梁、底部纵梁及背板底部纵梁,其中上部背板的下侧与下部背板的上侧铰接,所述顶部横梁的一侧与该上部背板的上侧铰接,顶部横梁的另一侧与所述上部纵梁的一侧转动连接;所述底部横梁的一侧与下部背板的下侧铰接,底部横梁的另一侧与所述底部纵梁的一侧转动连接,该底部纵梁一侧的两端均铰接有中部纵梁;所述下部背板下侧的两端分别铰接有背板底部纵梁;所述上部背板朝向各横梁、纵梁的一面上安装有实现上部背板与下部背板相对角度固定的背板插销组件;
其中:所述背板插销组件包括插销、锁紧弹簧、垫片及插销铆钉,所述上部背板朝向各横梁、纵梁的一面上分别开有相互连通的插销组件安装槽A和插销组件安装槽B,所述插销的一端插设于插销组件安装槽B内,另一端插设于插销组件安装槽A内,在所述插销组件安装槽B内容置有套设在插销上的锁紧弹簧,该锁紧弹簧的下端设有套在所述插销上的垫片,所述垫片通过下方设置在插销上的插销铆钉支撑,所述锁紧弹簧的两端分别与垫片及插销组件安装槽B内部顶端抵接;所述下部背板朝向各横梁、纵梁的一面上,在所述插销组件安装槽B的下方 开设有插销孔,所述插销在空间货架展开状态插入该插销孔中;
所述插销组件安装槽A分为竖槽及上下设置的两个横槽,所述插销呈倒置的“L”形,该“L”形的竖边容置于所述竖槽及插销组件安装槽B内,该“L”形的横边在空间货架折叠状态容置于位于上方的横槽内、在空间货架展开状态容置于位于下方的横槽内;上下两个所述横槽的一端分别与竖槽相连通,且每个横槽的另一端均设有便于扳动插销的扩展槽;
所述顶部横梁两端与上部背板同端之间设有顶部横梁固定件,所述底部横梁两端与下部背板同端之间设有底部横梁固定件,所述下部背板下侧的两端与同端的背板底部纵梁之间设有背板底部纵梁固定件;
所述顶部横梁固定件的两端、底部横梁固定件的两端及背板底部纵梁固定件的两端均通过锁紧销钉连接,该顶部横梁固定件、底部横梁固定件及背板底部纵梁固定件的一端开有与锁紧销钉配合的孔,另一端设有与锁紧销钉配合的“U”形开口;
两端的所述背板底部纵梁沿下部背板长度方向折叠或展开,所述顶部横梁及底部纵梁沿上、下部背板的高度方向折叠或展开;
所述上部纵梁另一侧的两端分别设有与两端的中部纵梁相连的纵梁锁紧套筒,每端的纵梁锁紧套筒在空间货架展开状态分别通过套筒上端固定件和套筒下端固定件分别与同端的上部纵梁和中部纵梁在不同位置的锁紧;
每端的所述纵梁锁紧套筒外表面的上下两端均设有锁紧销钉,上部纵梁另一侧两端的外表面及每端中部纵梁的外表面上均设有锁紧销钉;所述套筒上端固定件和套筒下端固定件结构相同,一端开有与所述上部纵梁或中部纵梁上锁紧销钉配合的孔,另一端设有与所述纵梁锁紧套筒上锁紧销钉配合的“U”形开口;
所述顶部横梁呈“U”形,该“U”形封闭的一边与所述上部背板的上侧铰接;所述上部纵梁呈“H”形,该“H”形上侧的两端分别与“U”形的顶部横梁开口的两端通过销轴转动连接,该“H”形下侧的两端均连接有所述纵梁锁紧套筒;所述底部横梁呈“U”形,该“U”形封闭的一边与所述下部背板的下侧铰接;所述底部纵梁呈“U”形,该“U”形封闭一边的两端分别与“U”形底部横梁开口的两端通过销轴转动连接,“U”形底部纵梁封闭一边的两端均铰接有中部纵梁。
本发明的优点与积极效果为:
1.本发明结构新颖,具有较高的折展比,可以从一种较小体积的折叠状态展开从而获得较大的工作空间。
2.本发明从折叠状态展开至工作状态之后,可由多个固定件及锁紧销钉锁紧,从而保证货架展开状态的稳定性。
3.本发明折叠之后体积较小且形状规则,便于收纳存储及搬运。
4.本发明与传统整体式刚性货架相比,制作成本及发射成本较低,具有更好的经济性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详述。
如图1~6所示,本发明包括下部背板1、上部背板3、顶部横梁5、背板插销组件8、上部纵梁9、中部纵梁11、底部横梁12、底部纵梁13及背板底部纵梁17,其中上部背板3的下侧和下部背板1的上侧通过四个铰链6连接在一起,顶部横梁5呈“U”形,顶部横梁5的一侧(即“U”形封闭的一边)与上部背板3的上侧通过四个铰链6连接在一起;底部横梁12呈“U”形,底部横梁12的一侧(即“U”形封闭的一边)与下部背板1的下侧通过四个铰链6连接在一起。上部纵梁9呈“H”形,该“H”形上侧的左右两端分别与“U”形的顶部横梁5开口的两端内侧通过销轴7转动连接。底部纵梁13呈“U”形,该“U”形封闭一边的两端分别与“U”形底部横梁12开口的两端内侧通过销轴7转动连接,在“U”形底部纵梁13封闭一边的左右两端分别通过一个铰链6铰接有中部纵梁11。下部背板1下侧的左右两端分别通过一个铰链6铰接有背板底部纵梁17,左右两端的背板底部纵梁17沿下部背板1长度方向折叠或展开,顶部横梁5及底部纵梁13沿上、下部背板3、1的高度方向折叠或展开。上部背板3朝向各横梁、纵梁的一面上安装有实现上部背板3与下部背板1相对角度固定的背板插销组件8,本实施例的背板插销组件8为两个。
下部背板1左右两端的端面上及底部横梁12左右两端的端面上均设有一个锁紧销钉16,底部横梁12左右两端与下部背板1同端之间设有底部横梁固定件 14,底部横梁固定件14一端通过锁紧销钉16可转动地与底部横梁12连接在一起,在空间货架展开之后,底部横梁固定件14的另一端通过“U”形开口与下部背板1端面上的锁紧销钉16连接,从而在空间货架展开后实现下部背板1与底部横梁12之间相对位置的锁紧。上部背板3左右两端的端面上及顶部横梁5左右两端的端面上均设有一个锁紧销钉16,顶部横梁5左右两端与上部背板3同端之间设有顶部横梁固定件4,顶部横梁固定件4一端通过锁紧销钉16可转动地与上部背板3连接在一起,在空间货架展开之后,顶部横梁固定件4的另一端通过“U”形开口与顶部横梁5端面上的锁紧销钉16连接,从而在空间货架展开后实现上部背板3与顶部横梁5之间相对位置的锁紧。下部背板1外表面下侧的左右两端各设有一个锁紧销钉16,两端的背板底部纵梁17上也各设有一个锁紧销钉16,下部背板1下侧的左右两端与同端的背板底部纵梁17之间设有背板底部纵梁固定件22,背板底部纵梁固定件22一端与背板底部纵梁17上的锁紧销钉16可转动地连接在一起,在空间货架展开之后,背板底部纵梁固定件22的另一端通过“U”形开口与下部背板1上的锁紧销钉16连接,从而实现空间货架展开之后,下部背板1与背板底部纵梁17之间相对位置的锁紧。顶部横梁固定件4、底部横梁固定件14及背板底部纵梁固定件22结构相同,均为一端开有与锁紧销钉16配合的圆孔,另一端设有与另一个锁紧销钉16配合的“U”形开口。
上部纵梁9另一侧的左右两端(即“H”形上部纵梁9下侧的左右两端)分别设有与左右两端的中部纵梁11相连的纵梁锁紧套筒10。每端的纵梁锁紧套筒10外表面的上下两端均设有一个锁紧销钉16,上部纵梁9另一侧左右两端的外表面及每端中部纵梁11的外表面上各设有一个锁紧销钉16,每端的纵梁锁紧套筒10在空间货架展开状态分别通过套筒上端固定件2和套筒下端固定件15分别与同端的上部纵梁9和中部纵梁11在不同位置的相对角度的锁紧。每个中部纵梁11的下端均通过一个铰链6与底部纵梁13铰接,上端用于与纵梁锁紧套筒10连接。套筒上端固定件2和套筒下端固定件15结构相同,一端开有与上部纵梁9或中部纵梁11上锁紧销钉16配合的圆孔,另一端设有与纵梁锁紧套筒10上锁紧销钉16配合的“U”形开口。
背板插销组件8包括插销18、锁紧弹簧19、垫片20及插销铆钉21,插销18呈倒置的“L”形,其上安装有插销铆钉21,该插销铆钉21的上方设有凸块26,在凸块26与插销铆钉21之间设有套在插销18上的锁紧弹簧19和垫片20,垫片20通过下方的插销铆钉21支撑,锁紧弹簧19落在垫片20上,避免从插销18上滑落。上部背板3朝向各横梁、纵梁的一面上分别开有相互连通的插销组件安装槽A23和插销组件安装槽B24,插销组件安装槽B24位于插销组件安装槽A23的下方,插销组件安装槽A23分为一个竖槽及上下设置的两个横槽,“L”形插销18的竖边容置于竖槽及插销组件安装槽B24内、并可在竖槽及插销组件安装槽B24内上下移动,“L”形插销18的横边在空间货架折叠状态容置于位于上 方的横槽内、在空间货架展开状态容置于位于下方的横槽内。上下两个横槽的一端分别与竖槽相连通,且每个横槽的另一端均设有便于扳动插销18的扩展槽27。插销18的一端插设于插销组件安装槽B24内,另一端插设于插销组件安装槽A23内,锁紧弹簧19、垫片20及插销铆钉21均容置于插销组件安装槽B24内,凸块26则容置于插销组件安装槽A23内。锁紧弹簧19在插销组件安装槽B24内为压缩状态,两端分别与垫片20及插销组件安装槽B24内部顶端抵接。下部背板1朝向各横梁、纵梁的一面上,在插销组件安装槽B24的下方开设有插销孔25,插销18在空间货架展开状态插入该插销孔25中,从而实现下部背板1和上部背板3相对角度的固定。
本发明的工作原理为:
如图7~10所示,以空间货架折叠过程为例,分别打开套筒上端固定件2和套筒下端固定件15,向上滑动左右两端的纵梁锁紧套筒10至其下端与上部纵梁9另一侧左右两端的下端平齐,并通过套筒上端固定件2锁紧;转动上部纵梁9和底部纵梁13,使之分别于与上部背板3和下部背板1处于垂直状态;打开顶部横梁固定件4,转动上部横梁9和中部纵梁11,使之分别与上部背板3和底部横梁12平行;打开背板底部纵梁固定件22,同时转动背板底部纵梁17使之与下部背板1下侧平行;将背板插销组件8中的“L”形插销18的横边由位于下方的横槽中转出,向上移动插销18,将“L”形插销18的横边转入位于上方的横槽中;转动下部背板1旋转180度使之与上部背板3贴合,最后打开底部横梁固定件14,并驱动底部横梁12旋转,使之与下部背板1平行,从而实现空间货架的折叠过程,空间货架的展开过程与折叠过程操作顺序相反。
本发明能从折叠状态转换至展开后的立方体状态,反之亦然。空间货架各组成部分之间通过铰链或销轴连接,并且在展开之后可由固定件锁紧从而保证货架展开后的稳定性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可折叠展开的空间货架,其特征在于:包括下部背板(1)、上部背板(3)、顶部横梁(5)、背板插销组件(8)、上部纵梁(9)、中部纵梁(11)、底部横梁(12)、底部纵梁(13)及背板底部纵梁(17),其中上部背板(3)的下侧与下部背板(1)的上侧铰接,所述顶部横梁(5)的一侧与该上部背板(3)的上侧铰接,顶部横梁(5)的另一侧与所述上部纵梁(9)的一侧转动连接;所述底部横梁(12)的一侧与下部背板(1)的下侧铰接,底部横梁(12)的另一侧与所述底部纵梁(13)的一侧转动连接,该底部纵梁(13)一侧的两端均铰接有中部纵梁(11);所述下部背板(1)下侧的两端分别铰接有背板底部纵梁(17);所述上部背板(3)朝向各横梁、纵梁的一面上安装有实现上部背板(3)与下部背板(1)相对角度固定的背板插销组件(8)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述可折叠展开的空间货架,其特征在于:所述背板插销组件(8)包括插销(18)、锁紧弹簧(19)、垫片(20)及插销铆钉(21),所述上部背板(3)朝向各横梁、纵梁的一面上分别开有相互连通的插销组件安装槽A(23)和插销组件安装槽B(24),所述插销(18)的一端插设于插销组件安装槽B(24)内,另一端插设于插销组件安装槽A(23)内,在所述插销组件安装槽B(24)内容置有套设在插销(18)上的锁紧弹簧(19),该锁紧弹簧(19)的下端设有套在所述插销(18)上的垫片(20),所述垫片(20)通过下方设置在插销(18)上的插销铆钉(21)支撑,所述锁紧弹簧(19)的两端分别与垫片(20)及插销组件安装槽B(24)内部顶端抵接;所述下部背板(1)朝向各横梁、纵梁的一面上,在所述插销组件安装槽B(24)的下方开设有插销孔(25),所述插销(18)在空间货架展开状态插入该插销孔(25)中。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述可折叠展开的空间货架,其特征在于:所述插销组件安装槽A(23)分为竖槽及上下设置的两个横槽,所述插销(18)呈倒置的“L”形,该“L”形的竖边容置于所述竖槽及插销组件安装槽B(24)内,该“L”形的横边在空间货架折叠状态容置于位于上方的横槽内、在空间货架展开状态容置于位于下方的横槽内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述可折叠展开的空间货架,其特征在于:上下两个所述横槽的一端分别与竖槽相连通,且每个横槽的另一端均设有便于扳动插销(18)的扩展槽(27)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述可折叠展开的空间货架,其特征在于:所述顶部横梁(5)两端与上部背板(3)同端之间设有顶部横梁固定件(4),所述底部横梁(12)两端与下部背板(1)同端之间设有底部横梁固定件(14),所述下部背板(1)下侧的两端与同端的背板底部纵梁(17)之间设有背板底部纵梁固定件(22)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述可折叠展开的空间货架,其特征在于:所述顶部横 梁固定件(4)的两端、底部横梁固定件(14)的两端及背板底部纵梁固定件(22)的两端均通过锁紧销钉(16)连接,该顶部横梁固定件(4)、底部横梁固定件(14)及背板底部纵梁固定件(22)的一端开有与锁紧销钉(16)配合的孔,另一端设有与锁紧销钉(16)配合的“U”形开口。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述可折叠展开的空间货架,其特征在于:两端的所述背板底部纵梁(17)沿下部背板(1)长度方向折叠或展开,所述顶部横梁(5)及底部纵梁(13)沿上、下部背板(3、1)的高度方向折叠或展开。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述可折叠展开的空间货架,其特征在于:所述上部纵梁(9)另一侧的两端分别设有与两端的中部纵梁(11)相连的纵梁锁紧套筒(10),每端的纵梁锁紧套筒(10)在空间货架展开状态分别通过套筒上端固定件(2)和套筒下端固定件(15)分别与同端的上部纵梁(9)和中部纵梁(11)在不同位置的锁紧。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述可折叠展开的空间货架,其特征在于:每端的所述纵梁锁紧套筒(10)外表面的上下两端均设有锁紧销钉(16),上部纵梁(9)另一侧两端的外表面及每端中部纵梁(11)的外表面上均设有锁紧销钉(16);所述套筒上端固定件(2)和套筒下端固定件(15)结构相同,一端开有与所述上部纵梁(9)或中部纵梁(11)上锁紧销钉(16)配合的孔,另一端设有与所述纵梁锁紧套筒(10)上锁紧销钉(16)配合的“U”形开口。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述可折叠展开的空间货架,其特征在于:所述顶部横梁(5)呈“U”形,该“U”形封闭的一边与所述上部背板(3)的上侧铰接;所述上部纵梁(9)呈“H”形,该“H”形上侧的两端分别与“U”形的顶部横梁(5)开口的两端通过销轴(7)转动连接,该“H”形下侧的两端均连接有所述纵梁锁紧套筒(10);所述底部横梁(12)呈“U”形,该“U”形封闭的一边与所述下部背板(1)的下侧铰接;所述底部纵梁(13)呈“U”形,该“U”形封闭一边的两端分别与“U”形底部横梁(12)开口的两端通过销轴(7)转动连接,“U”形底部纵梁(13)封闭一边的两端均铰接有中部纵梁(11)。
