本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在本发明的优选技术方案中,驱动装置借助连杆驱动第一杠杆和第二杠杆,使第一杠杆和第二杠杆带动支撑脚在竖直方向上移动,从而使洗衣机的机体升起或落下。所以本发明的升降装置能够实现洗衣机机体的升起或落下,并且结构简单,使洗衣机的移动更加方便快捷,优化了用户的使用体验。
进一步,在本发明的优选实施方案中,第一杠杆为第一长度,第二杠杆为第二长度,其中,第一长度和第二长度不相等。在支撑脚位置固定的情况下,通过调整第一长度和第二长度的数值大小,能够调整位于两个杠杆中间的驱动装置的安装位置,从而能够避免驱动装置与洗衣机底部的驱动电机和排水管相干涉。相应地,第一杠杆和第二杠杆与洗衣机之间的枢转连接点距离其两端的距离彼此匹配地设置成当驱动装置驱动第一杠杆和第二杠杆枢转时,与其相连的支撑脚在竖直方向上移动的最大行程彼此相同,防止洗衣机被举起之后发生倾斜。
更进一步,支撑脚的底部设置有行走轮,第一杠杆的第一端通过连杆与驱动装置驱动连接,第一杠杆的第二端与支撑脚枢转连接,第一杠杆的枢转端与洗衣机的机体枢转连接。第二杠杆的第一端通过连杆与驱动装置驱动连接,第二杠杆的第二端与支撑脚枢转连接,第二杠杆的枢转端与洗衣机的机体枢转连接。驱动装置工作时通过连杆带动第一杠杆的第一端和第二杠杆的第一端上下运动,进而驱动第一杠杆的第二端和第二杠杆的第二端上下运动,进而带动第一杠杆和第二杠杆所对应的行走轮在竖直方向上移动,从而使机体升起或落下。当机体被升起之后,洗衣机借助行走轮能够被用户轻松推动;当机体被落下后,洗衣机借助固定底脚能够被牢牢地固定在地面上。从而优化了用户的使用体验。

本领域技术人员应当理解的是,本节实施方式仅仅用于解释本发明的技术原理,并非用于限制本发明的保护范围。例如,虽然本节实施方式是结合洗衣机来对本发明的升降装置进行说明的,但是本发明的升降装置还可以应用于其他设备,例如空调、冰箱、保险柜等,本领域技术人员可以根据需要对其作出调整,以便适应具体的应用场合,调整后的技术方案仍将落入本发明的保护范围。
需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”等指示方向或位置关系的术语是基于附图所示的方向或位置关系,这仅仅是为了便于描述,而不是指示或暗示所述装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
此外,还需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域技术人员而言,可根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
如图1所示,本发明的洗衣机主要包括机体1以及设置在该机体1底部的驱动电机2、排水管3和两个升降装置4。其中,驱动电机2用于驱动洗衣机的滚筒(滚筒洗衣机的滚筒)或波轮(波轮洗衣机的波轮)转动。排水管3用于将洗衣机内洗涤桶中的水排出。两个升降装置4分别设置在机体1的两侧,用于将机体1升起和降下。当机体1被升起时,洗衣机通过行走轮与地面接触,此时用户可手动推动洗衣机行走,将洗衣机移动至目标位置。当机体1被降下时,洗衣机通过固定底脚与地面接触,此时的洗衣机借助固定底脚被牢牢地固定到地面上。
需要说明的是,由于在机体1底部设置固定底脚,并使机体1通过固定底脚与地面接触的技术手段是本领域技术人员的常规技术手段,并且具有固定底脚的洗衣机在市面上能够买到,所以此处不再做过多说明。
如图2和图3所示,本发明的升降装置4主要包括驱动装置(图中未标示)、连杆410、具有第一长度的第一杠杆44、具有第二长度的第二杠杆45、第一支撑脚46和第二支撑脚48。其中,驱动装置固定地设置在机体1的底部,第一支撑脚46和第二支撑脚48分别沿竖直方向可移动地与机体1的底部滑动连接。为了减少第一支撑脚46和第二支撑脚48与机体1之间的磨损,机体1上还固定地设置有第一滑套13和第二滑套14。第一支撑脚46沿竖直方向可移动地设置在第一滑套13内,第二支撑脚48沿竖直方向可移动地设置在第二滑套14内。进一步,第一支撑脚46的底部设置有第一万向轮47,第二支撑脚48的底部设置有第二万向轮49。当第一支撑脚46和第二支撑脚48沿竖直方向向下滑动时,第一万向轮47和第二万向轮49能够与地面相抵,使得机体1能够通过第一万向轮47和第二万向轮49与地面接触,进而通过第一万向轮47和第二万向轮49行走。本领域技术人员能够理解的是,第一万向轮47和第二万向轮49还可以被其他任何形式的行走轮替代,例如,固定脚轮。
继续参阅图2和图3,连杆410的第一端与驱动装置枢转连接,连杆410的第二端分别与第一杠杆44的第一端和第二杠杆45的第一端枢转连接。其中,第一杠杆44的第二端与第一支撑脚46的顶部枢转连接,第一杠杆44的枢转端与机体1上的第一支撑架11枢转连接。第二杠杆45的第二端与第二支撑脚48的顶部枢转连接,第二杠杆45的枢转端与机体1上的第二支撑架12枢转连接。驱动装置工作时通过连杆410带动第一杠杆44的第一端和第二杠杆45的第一端上下运动,进而驱动第一杠杆44的第二端和第二杠杆45的第二端上下运动,进而带动第一支撑脚46和第二支撑脚48在竖直方向上移动,从而使机体1升起或落下。当机体1被升起之后,洗衣机能够借助第一万向轮47和第二万向轮49移动,被用户轻松推动;当机体1被落下后,洗衣机借助固定底脚能够被牢牢地固定在地面上。
进一步参阅图2和图3,驱动装置主要包括升降电机41、减速器42和连接件43。其中,减速器42与机体1的底部固定连接,升降电机41设置在减速器42的输入端,并且升降电机41的机壳与减速器42的壳体固定连接,升降电机41的转轴与减速器42的输入轴固定连接。连接件43设置在减速器42输出端,并且连接件43的第一端(图2中所示连接件43的圆心)与减速器42的输出轴固定连接。连接件43的第二端(图2中所示连接件43偏离圆心的位置)与连杆410的第一端枢转连接。本领域技术人员能够理解的是,连接件43不仅限于图中所示的圆形结构,其还可以是其他任意可行的结构,例如,条状结构、凸轮结构、杆状结构等。本领域技术人员还能够理解的是,升降电机41可以被其他任意可行的动力装置替代,例如液压马达和气动马达。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在实际应用过程当中,连杆410的第一端既可以在连杆410的第二端的下方(如图1所示),也可以在连杆410的第二端的上方(如图2所示)。
在本发明其他可行的技术方案中,本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,舍去减速器42的设置,使升降电机41的输出轴直接与连接件43的第一端固定连接。但是,此时需要降低升降电机41的转速,以降低第一支撑脚46和第二支撑脚48的上下运动速度,防止洗衣机升降过快,发生晃动和噪音。并且,本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,舍去连接件43的设置,使连杆410的第一端与升降电机41或减速器42的输出轴固定连接。
如图2所示,连接件43的第二端上设置有第一圆柱销431,连接件43的第二端通过第一圆柱销431与连杆410的第一端枢转连接。连杆410的第二端设置有第二圆柱销4101,连杆410的第二端通过第二圆柱销4101与第一杠杆44的第一端和第二杠杆45的第一端分别枢转连接。在连接件43转动并带动连杆410上下移动时,为了防止第二圆柱销4101与第一杠杆44在水平方向发生干涉,第一杠杆44的第一端设置有第一滑槽441,使第二圆柱销4101与第一滑槽441滑动连接;为了防止第二圆柱销4101与第二杠杆45在水平方向发生干涉,第二杠杆45的第一端设置有第二滑槽451,使第二圆柱销4101与第二滑槽451滑动连接。在连接件43转动并带动连杆410上下移动的过程中,第二圆柱销4101在与第一滑槽441滑动的同时带动第一杠杆44的第一端上下移动,进而 在第一杠杆44的枢转端作为支点的情况下第一杠杆44能够通过该枢转端驱动第一支撑脚46上下运动。在连接件43转动的过程中,第二圆柱销4101在与第二滑槽451滑动的同时带动第二杠杆45的第一端上下移动,进而在第二杠杆45的枢转端作为支点的情况下第二杠杆45能够通过该枢转端驱动第二支撑脚48上下运动。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,由于连杆410的第一端与连接件43是通过第一圆柱销431枢转连接的,所以连杆410的第二端能够绕第一圆柱销431相对于连杆410的第一端摆动。因此,第一滑槽441和第二滑槽451可以择一设置。示例性地,仅设置第二滑槽451,当连杆410的第一端随连接件43上下移动时,连杆410的第二端在带动第一杠杆44的第一端沿竖直移动的过程中能够随第一杠杆44的第一端适应地在水平方向上移动。同时连杆410第二端在带动第二杠杆45的第一端沿竖直方向移动的同时借助第二圆柱销4101与第二滑槽451之间滑动连接,避免设置在连杆410第二端上的第二圆柱销4101与第二杠杆45的第一端在水平方向上发生干涉。
如图2所示,第一杠杆44的第二端设置有第三滑槽442,通过销轴(图中未标示)穿过第三滑槽442和第一支撑脚46的顶部实现第一杠杆44与第一支撑脚46的枢转连接。本领域技术人员能够理解的是,第三滑槽442能够避免第一支撑脚46上下移动时,第一支撑脚46和第一杠杆44在水平方向发生干涉。第二杠杆45的第二端设置有第四滑槽452,通过销轴(图中未标示)穿过第四滑槽442和第二支撑脚48的顶部实现第二杠杆45与第二支撑脚48的枢转连接。本领域技术人员能够理解的是,第四滑槽452能够避免第二支撑脚48上下移动时,第二支撑脚48和第二杠杆45在水平方向发生干涉。
如图2和图3所示,第一杠杆44的长度为第一长度,第二杠杆45的长度为第二长度,第一长度和第二长度可以是任意值。在本发明的优选实施方案中,第一长度大于第二长度,以便使升降电机41和减速器42设置在机体1上靠近第二支撑脚48的位置,从而使升降电机41和减速器42如图1所示的避开驱动电机2和排水管3。因此,在不改变现有洗衣机结构的情况下,通过调整第一长度和第二长度的数值能够改变升降电机41和减速器42在机体1上的设置位置,从而使升降电机41和减速器42避开机体1底部的驱动电机2、排水管3以及其他零部件。
进一步,通过调整第一支撑架11距离第一支撑脚46的距离,以及调整第二支撑架12距离第二支撑脚48的距离,能够保证第一圆柱销431转动到连接件43的正上方时,第一支撑脚46和第二支撑脚48伸出机体1底部的长度相同,即能够保证机体1被举升之后不会发生倾斜。
需要说明的是,本发明的第一杠杆44和第二杠杆45不仅限于图2和图3中所示的条形的连接杆,其还可以是其他任意形状的连接杆。示例性地,如图4所示,在本发明的另一个实施方案中,第一杠杆44上具有弧形结构(图中未标示),在安装好的状态下,第一杠杆44能够通过该弧形结构躲避排水管3,防止第一杠杆44转动过程中与排水管3发生干涉。本领域技术人员可以根据需要,将第二杠杆45设置成和第一杠杆44相同的结构。
下面结合图1和图2来对本发明的升降装置4的工作原理进行详细说明。
当洗衣机需要移动时,升降电机41通过减速器42驱动连杆410向上移动,进而驱动第一杠杆44的第一端和第二杠杆45的第一端向上移动,第一杠杆44的第二端和第二杠杆45的第二端在杠杆原理的作用下分别向下移动,从而带动第一支撑脚46和第二支撑脚48向下移动。当连杆410带动第一杠杆44的第一端和第二杠杆45的第一端转动到最上端时,第一支撑脚46和第二支撑脚48被伸出到最大行程。此时,第一万向轮47和第二万向轮49与地面接触,机体1被顶起,机体1底部的固定底脚脱离地面。在第一万向轮47和第二万向轮49的支撑下,用户可轻松推动洗衣机。
当洗衣机移动到位需要降下时,升降电机41通过减速器42驱动连杆410向下移动,进而驱动第一杠杆44的第一端和第二杠杆45的第一端向下移动,第一杠杆44的第二端和第二杠杆45的第二端在杠杆原理的作用下分别向上移动,从而带动第一支撑脚46和第二支撑脚48向上移动。当连杆410带动第一杠杆44的第一端和第二杠杆45的第一端转动到最下端时,第一支撑脚46和第二支撑脚48被完全缩回。此时,第一万向轮47和第二万向轮49与地面脱离接触,机体1通过其底部的固定底脚与地面接触。
需要说明的是,在本发明优选实施方案中,升降电机41优选地具有断电自锁装置(如电机抱闸装置),当升降电机41断电时,升 降电机41也能保持在当前角度,进而能够使第一万向轮47和第二万向轮49保持在当前位置。从而使用户能够在洗衣机通电时,使第一万向轮47和第二万向轮49被顶出,洗衣机断电之后能够继续推动洗衣机,进而能够保证洗衣机能够借助第一万向轮47和第二万向轮49被推到任何没有电源的地方。
虽然图中并未示出,但是在本发明的另一个实施方案中,本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,省去第一万向轮47和第二万向轮49的设置,使机体1被举升装置4升起之后能够借助其他装置(例如小型叉车)移动。
综上所述,在本发明的优选实施方案中,通过升降电机41驱动第一杠杆44和第二杠杆45,使第一杠杆44和第二杠杆45带动支撑脚46、48在竖直方向上移动,从而使洗衣机的机体1升起或落下。所以本发明的升降装置4能够实现洗衣机机体1的升起或落下,并且结构简单,使洗衣机的移动更加方便快捷,优化了用户的使用体验。
进一步,通过调整第一杠杆44和第二杠杆45的长短,能够调整升降电机41和减速器42在机体1上的设置位置,从而能够避免升降电机41和减速器42与洗衣机底部的驱动电机2和排水管3相干涉。因此,本发明的升降装置4通过调整第一杠杆44的长度和第二杠杆45的长度就能够应用于任何型号的洗衣机,而不需要重新规划驱动电机2和排水管3在机体1上的位置。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种升降装置,所述升降装置用于承载被支撑设备,其特征在于,所述升降装置包括驱动装置、连杆、具有第一长度的第一杠杆、具有第二长度的第二杠杆和多个支撑脚;
    所述驱动装置设置在所述被支撑设备的底部;
    所述支撑脚沿竖直方向可移动地设置在所述被支撑设备的底部;
    所述连杆的第一端与所述驱动装置枢转连接,所述连杆的第二端分别与所述第一杠杆的第一端和所述第二杠杆的第一端枢转连接;
    所述第一杠杆的第二端与一个所述支撑脚枢转连接,所述第一杠杆在其第一端与第二端之间与所述被支撑设备枢转连接;
    所述第二杠杆的第二端与另一个所述支撑脚枢转连接,所述第二杠杆在其第一端与第二端之间与所述被支撑设备枢转连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的升降装置,其特征在于,所述升降装置还包括连接件,所述连接件的第一端与所述驱动装置的输出轴固定连接,所述连接件的第二端与所述连杆的第一端枢转连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的升降装置,其特征在于,所述升降装置还包括第一圆柱销,所述连接件的第二端通过所述第一圆柱销与所述连杆的第一端枢转连接;
    并且/或者,所述升降装置还包括第二圆柱销,所述连杆的第二端通过所述第二圆柱销分别与所述第一杠杆的第一端和所述第二杠杆的第一端枢转连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的升降装置,其特征在于,所述第一杠杆的第一端设置有第一滑槽,所述第一滑槽与所述第二圆柱销滑动连接;
    并且/或者,所述第二杠杆的第一端设置有第二滑槽,所述第二滑槽与所述第二圆柱销滑动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的升降装置,其特征在于,所述第一杠杆的第二端设置有第三滑槽,所述第一杠杆通过所述第三滑槽与其对应的所 述支撑脚枢转连接;
    并且/或者,所述第二杠杆的第二端设置有第四滑槽,所述第二杠杆通过所述第四滑槽与其对应的所述支撑脚枢转连接。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的升降装置,其特征在于,所述驱动装置包括动力装置和减速器,所述减速器与所述被支撑设备相连接,所述动力装置与所述减速器相连接;
    所述动力装置的输出轴与所述减速器的输入轴固定连接,所述减速器的输出轴与所述连接件的第一端固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的升降装置,其特征在于,所述动力装置是电机。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的升降装置,其特征在于,所述支撑脚的底部设置有行走轮。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的升降装置,其特征在于,所述行走轮是万向轮。
  10. 一种洗衣机,包括机体和设置在机体底部的升降装置,其特征在于,所述升降装置是权利要求1至9中任一项所述的升降装置。
