在对过车数据进行人工审核的过程中,审核人员首先需要从海量的过车数据中提取出所需审核的过车数据,继而人工审核所提取的过车数据。现有的过车数据提取过程中:审核人员手动输入所需审核的过车数据的提取条件,数据分析系统根据审核人员所输入的提取条件,以及数据分析系统中预存的审核人员对应的设备权限信息,从海量的过车数据中提取出审核人员所需审核的过车数据,并推送给审核人员。其中,现有的过车数据提取过程中,审核人员可以具有获得所有过车数据的权限。上述设备权限信息可以为:用于表征审核人员具有的获得图像采集设备所采集图像和/或视频的权限的信息,当审核人员具有获得图像采集设备所采集的图像和/或视频的权限时,可以依据所获得的图像和/或视频,审核从该图像和/或视频所识别出的过车数据是否为违法数据。

本申请实施例中,预设有每一用户标识与提取权限信息的对应关系,即预设有每一审核人员与提取权限信息的对应关系,当获得登录客户端的目标审核人员通过客户端发出的数据提取指令后,可以自动根据数据提取指令中所携带的目标审核人员的用户标识,即目标用户标识,确定出目标提取权限信息,并从待审核过车数据中,提取出匹配目标提取权限信息的待审核过车数据,并发送至客户端。整个数据提取过程中,目标审核人员只需触发客户端发送数据提取指令即可,不需要执行其他操作,即可获得所需审核的过车数据,减少了过车数据提取过程中审核人员的手动操作,进一步减少了数据审核过程中的手动操作,提高了数据审核效率。当然,实施本申请的任一产品或方法必不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有优点。

本申请实施例提供了一种数据提取方法及装置,以实现减少过车数据提取过程中审核人员的手动操作,进一步减少数据审核过程中的手动操作,提高数据审核效率。
如图1所示,本申请实施例提供了一种数据提取方法,可以包括如下步骤:
S101:获得客户端发送的数据提取指令,其中,数据提取指令为:登录客户端的目标审核人员发出的指令,数据提取指令中携带:目标审核人员的作为目标用户标识的用户标识;
可以理解的是,本申请实施例所提供的一种数据提取方法可以应用于数据分析系统中,上述数据分析系统可以获得过车数据,上述过车数据为:从图像采集设备所采集的图像和/或视频中所识别出的数据。
该数据分析系统可以包括客户端和服务器,此时,客户端用于为审核人员提供与服务器的交互服务,例如:为审核人员提供登录服务器的页面和服务,为审核人员提供从服务器提取数据的服务,为审核人员提供展示从服务器提取的数据的服务,为审核人员提供审核所展示的数据的服务并上传审核结果的服务等。服务器可以用于为登录客户端的审核人员提供数据与服务,例如:可以响应审核人员通过客户端发送的数据提取指令,为审核人员提供数据,也可以获得审核人员的审核结果,并进行后续服务(例如存储和分析)。
在一种实现方式中,该数据分析系统可以采用前后端分离架构模式,此时,服务器可以包括用于提供数据的服务器和用于提供服务的服务器。可以理解的是,用于提供服务的服务器可以实现用于提供数据的服务器(后端)和客户端(前端)的对接,例如:用于提供服务的服务器可以响应审核人员通过客户端发送的数据提取指令,从用于提供数据的服务器获得数据,并将所获得的数据提供给上述客户端。在另一种实现方式,用于提供数据的服务器和用于提供服务的服务器,集成于同一服务器中,这也是可以的。
数据分析系统可以采用分布式部署,以缓解数据分析系统每一设备(包括服务器和客户端)的运行压力。
数据分析系统的架构可以基于SOA(Service Oriented Ambiguity,面向服务的体系结构),以能够增多过车数据的获得来源,即增多图像和/或视频的获得来源,其中,数据分析系统可以从图像和/或视频中识别出过车数据。
当审核人员有审核过车数据是否为违法数据的需求时,可以首先登录客户端,并通过客户端向服务器发送数据提取指令。服务器获得客户端发送的 数据提取指令后,从数据提取指令中确定出所携带的审核人员的用户标识,在本申请实施例中,上述通过客户端向服务器发送数据提取指令的审核人员可以称为目标审核人员,数据提取指令中携带的用户标识可以称为目标用户标识,即目标审核人员的用户标识可以称为目标用户标识。可以理解的是,可以存在多个审核人员同时通过客户端向服务器发送数据提取指令,即服务器可以同时获得一个或多个数据提取指令,并可以同时响应所获得的一个或多个数据提取指令,并执行后续的数据提取流程。
本步骤中,客户端中可以设置有触发数据提取功能的功能按键,审核人员可以触发上述功能按键,以通过客户端向服务器发送数据提取指令。
用户标识可以为任一可以唯一标识审核人员的信息,例如:可以为审核人员登录上述数据分析系统的登录帐号等。当然,为了保证数据分析系统、及其中的数据的安全,审核人员利用登录帐号登录客户端时,客户端需要对审核人员进行验证,当验证成功时,客户端才会允许审核人员登录。当用户登录客户端,即登录了数据分析系统。
S102:根据预设的对应关系以及目标用户标识,获得目标用户标识对应的提取权限信息,作为目标提取权限信息,其中,预设的对应关系中包含:多对用户标识与提取权限信息的对应关系,提取权限信息为:用于表征所对应审核人员所具有的提取过车数据的权限的信息;
本步骤中,服务器获得客户端发送的数据提取指令,并从数据提取指令中确定所携带的目标用户标识后,可以将上述目标用户标识与预设的对应关系中的每一对应关系进行匹配,当匹配到包含与上述目标用户标识相同的用户标识的对应关系时,将上述对应关系中所包含的提取权限信息,作为目标用户标识对应的提取权限信息,即作为目标提取权限信息。
可以理解的是,上述预设的对应关系中包含:多对用户标识与提取权限信息的对应关系,上述预设的对应关系可以存储于服务器本地(例如:用于提供数据的服务器中或用于提供服务的服务器中),也可以存储于服务器所连接的存储设备中,这都是可以的。不同用户标识对应的提取权限信息可以相同,也可以不同。
在一种实现方式中,服务器侧的管理人员,可以根据所获得的过车数据所在区域的政策和过车数据的数据属性,设置权限信息,以及设置每一审核人员所对应的提取权限信息,即设置预设的对应关系。
可以理解的是,每一用户标识可以对应一个或多个权限信息,其中,管理人员可以针对每一用户标识设置一权限信息为开启状态,该处于开启状态的权限信息即可作为该用户标识对应的提取权限信息。举例而言:用户标识1对应权限信息1、权限信息2和权限信息3;用户标识2对应权限信息1、权限信息2和权限信息4;用户标识3对应权限信息1;当用户标识1对应的权限信息2处于开启状态,则用户标识1对应的提取权限信息为权限信息2。当用户标识1对应的权限信息2处于开启状态时,用户标识2对应的权限信息2则不能再被设置为开启状态,这是由于用户标识2对应的权限信息还包括权限信息1和权限信息4这些可用的权限信息。在用户标识1对应的权限信息2处于开启状态的情况下,用户标识2对应的权限信息1或权限信息4可被设置为开启状态。当用户标识2对应的权限信息1处于开启状态时,用户标识3对应的权限信息1可被设置为开启状态,这是由于用户标识3对应的权限信息除权限信息1外,已无其他可用权限信息。
另外,过车数据中可以包括卡口标识、获得时间点、车辆标识、车辆类型、违法类型、违法行为和违法地点等信息。举例而言,过车数据可以为:卡口标识-卡口标识9、获得时间点-X年Y月Z日M时N分P秒、车辆标识-车辆标识2、车辆类型-卡车、违法类型-抢红灯、违法行为-8363机动车超速行驶50%以下和违法地点-xx市xx路。过车数据的数据属性可以包括但不限于:卡口标识、车辆标识、车辆类型、违法类型、违法行为、时间信息和违法地点等。
权限信息可以限定所对应审核人员所具有的提取过车数据的权限,可以包括上述数据属性的任意组合,例如:卡口标识、车辆标识、车辆类型、违法类型、违法行为、时间信息和违法地点等的任意组合,即提取权限信息可以包括上述数据属性的任意组合,例如:卡口标识、车辆标识、车辆类型、违法类型、违法行为、时间信息和违法地点等的任意组合。举例而言,权限信息可以为:卡口标识-卡口标识1和卡口标识2、时间信息-2020年7月5日-2020年7月20日、车辆类型-卡车、违法类型-抢红灯。
S103:从待审核过车数据中,提取出匹配目标提取权限信息的待审核过车数据,作为第一待审核数据;
本步骤中,待审核过车数据可以存储于服务器本地,考虑到服务器的存储空间的有限性,待审核过车数据也可以存储于服务器所连接的存储设备。
服务器确定出目标提取权限信息后,可以将每一待审核过车数据,与目标提取权限信息进行比对,从待审核过车数据中确定出匹配目标提取权限信息的待审核过车数据,并提取出上述确定出的匹配目标提取权限信息的待审核过车数据,作为第一待审核过车数据。
举例而言,上述目标提取权限信息中可以包括卡口标识-卡口标识1,违法类型-超速行驶、逆向行驶;此时,服务器可以从待审核过车数据中提取出所包含卡口标识为卡口标识1,且所包含违法类型为超速行驶或逆向行驶的待审核过车数据,作为第一待审核数据。
S104:将第一待审核数据发送至客户端。
本步骤中,服务器确定出第一待审核数据后,可以通过网络将所确定出的第一待审核数据发送至客户端。后续的,客户端可以接收并展示上述第一待审核数据,登录该客户端的审核人员可以对第一待审核数据进行人工审核,确定第一待审核数据是否为违法数据。
也就是说,客户端可以接收并展示第一待审核数据,登录该客户端的审核人员可以针对客户端所展示的每一第一待审核数据进行人工审核,针对每一第一待审核数据,确定该第一待审核数据是否为违法数据。
后续的,当目标用户标识对应的目标审核人员具有权限下发的权限时,目标审核人员可以将所获得的第一待审核数据下发至其下一级的审核人员。上述“下一级”是相对于审核人员所具有的权限下发的权限而言的。举例而言,当目标审核人员获得的第一待审核数据为:卡口标识-卡口标识1、卡口标识2、卡口标识3和卡口标识4,车辆类型-摩托车、卡车和客车,违法类型-超速行驶、逆向行驶的待审核数据时,当目标审核人员具有权限下发的权限时,目标审核人员可以将包含不同车辆类型的第一待审核数据,分别下发至不同的其下一级的审核人员。例如:目标审核人员可以将上述第一待审核数据中 所包括车辆类型为摩托车的第一待审核数据,下发至下一级的审核人员z,将上述第一待审核数据中所包括车辆类型为卡车的第一待审核数据,下发至下一级的审核人员x,上述第一待审核数据中所包括车辆类型为客车的第一待审核数据由目标审核人员审核。
本申请实施例中,预设有每一用户标识与提取权限信息的对应关系,即预设有每一审核人员与提取权限信息的对应关系,当获得登录客户端的目标审核人员通过客户端发出的数据提取指令后,可以自动根据数据提取指令中所携带的目标审核人员的用户标识,即目标用户标识,确定出目标提取权限信息,并从待审核过车数据中,提取出匹配目标提取权限信息的待审核过车数据,并发送至客户端。整个数据提取过程中,目标审核人员只需触发客户端发送数据提取指令即可,不需要执行其他操作,即可获得所需审核的过车数据,减少了过车数据提取过程中审核人员的手动操作,进一步减少了数据审核过程中的手动操作,提高了数据审核效率。
并且,本申请实施例中,数据分析系统中预设有审核人员对应的提取权限信息,上述提取权限信息为:用于表征所对应审核人员所具有的提取过车数据的权限的信息,审核人员仅能提取其所具有的权限下的过车数据,可以在一定程度上避免审核人员的徇私舞弊行为。
可以理解的是,审核人员在对过车数据进行审核时,需要依据过车数据对应的图像和/或视频,即识别出该过车数据的图像和/或视频。当审核人员获得一过车数据,却不能获得该过车数据对应的图像和/或视频时,审核人员则无法审核该过车数据。在一种实现方式中,如图2所示,所述方法可以包括如下步骤:
S201:获得客户端发送的数据提取指令,其中,数据提取指令为:登录客户端的目标审核人员发出的指令,数据提取指令中携带:目标审核人员的作为目标用户标识的用户标识;
S202:根据预设的对应关系以及目标用户标识,获得目标用户标识对应的提取权限信息,作为目标提取权限信息,其中,预设的对应关系中包含:多对用户标识与提取权限信息的对应关系,提取权限信息为:用于表征所对应审核人员所具有的提取过车数据的权限的信息;
其中,上述S201与图1中所示的S101相同,上述S202与图1中所示的S102相同。
S203:依据目标用户标识,确定对应目标审核人员预先配置的设备权限信息,作为目标设备权限信息,其中,设备权限信息为:用于表征所对应审核人员所具有的获得图像采集设备所采集图像和/或视频的权限的信息;
S204:从待审核过车数据中,提取出匹配目标提取权限信息且匹配目标设备权限信息的待审核过车数据,作为第一待审核数据;
可以理解的是,卡口与图像采集设备存在对应关系,当卡口标识确定,图像采集设备即确定。设备权限信息可以为:用于表征所对应审核人员所具有的获得图像采集设备所采集图像和/或视频的权限的信息,当目标审核人员具有提取某一待审核过车数据的权限,且,具有获得该待审核过车数据对应的图像和/或视频的权限时,才能对该待审核过车数据进行审核。在一种实现方式中,为了保证对待审核过车数据的审核的有效性,在提取待审核过车数据时,其不仅需要满足目标提取权限信息,还需要满足目标设备权限信息,以避免目标审核人员获得某一待审核过车数据后,无法审核该待审核过车数据,造成审核无效的问题。其中,上述审核过车数据对应的图像和/或视频为:数据分析系统识别出该过车数据的图像和/或视频。当目标审核人员具有获得采集该图像和/或视频的图形采集设备的权限时,该目标审核人员具有获得该待审核过车数据对应的图像和/或视频的权限。
举例而言,目标提取权限信息中可以包括卡口标识-卡口标识2和卡口标识3,违法类型-超速行驶,逆向行驶;目标设备权限信息中可以包括卡口标识1和卡口标识2;由于上述目标提取权限信息表征目标审核人员具有:获得所包含卡口标识为卡口标识2或卡口标识3,且,所包含违法类型为超速行驶或逆向行驶的待审核过车数据的权限,上述目标设备权限信息表征目标审核人员具有:获得卡口标识1对应的卡口、及卡口标识2对应的卡口,所对应图像采集设备所采集的图像和/或视频的权限;服务器从待审核过车数据中,提取出的匹配目标提取权限信息且匹配目标设备权限信息的待审核过车数据,可以包括:所包含卡口标识为卡口标识2,且,所包含违法类型为超速行驶或逆向行驶的待审核过车数据。
S205:将第一待审核数据发送至客户端。
其中,上述S205与图1中所示的S104相同。
在一种情况中,数据分析系统中可能存在为目标审核人员配置有提取待审核过车数据的权限,但却可能没有设置其对应的权限信息,即不存在其对应的提取权限信息,其中,目标审核人员对应的提取权限信息为:目标审核人员对应的处于开启状态的权限信息。该种类型的目标审核人员可以具有提取所有的待审核过车数据的权限。此时,该种类型的目标审核人员可以直接依据所对应的设备权限信息提取待审核过车数据。具体的,在所述根据预设的对应关系以及目标用户标识,获得目标用户标识对应的提取权限信息,作为目标提取权限信息(S202)的步骤之前,所述方法还可以包括:
根据预设的对应关系以及所述目标用户标识,判断预设的对应关系中是否存在包含目标用户标识的第一对应关系;
当判断为存在第一对应关系时,执行所述根据预设的对应关系以及目标用户标识,获得目标用户标识对应的提取权限信息,作为目标提取权限信息的步骤;
当判断为不存在第一对应关系时,所述方法还可以包括:
从待审核过车数据中,提取出匹配目标设备权限信息的待审核过车数据,作为第二待审核数据;
将第二待审核数据发送至客户端。
在一种实现方式中,待审核过车数据一般具有时效性,当待审核过车数据的获得时间超过预设时长后,则可能被认为为无效数据,即被认为为非违法数据。在提取数据时,可以根据获得待审核过车数据的时间的先后顺序,进行提取。此时,上述待审核过车数据可以以时间先后顺序排列,服务器在根据目标提取权限信息提取数据时,可以依据待审核过车数据的排列顺序进行确定提取。另外,为了在一定程度上提高审核人员的使用体验,并进一步提高审核人员后续的数据审核的效率,可以在一次数据提取过程中,尽量为审核人员提供包含同一个卡口标识的待审核过车数据。
在一种情况中,所述待审核过车数据可以以时间先后顺序排列;每一待审核过车数据中包含一卡口标识;目标提取权限信息中至少包含:限定目标审核人员具有提取包含目标卡口标识的待审核过车数据的权限的信息;
如图3所示,所述从待审核过车数据中,提取出匹配目标提取权限信息的待审核过车数据,作为第一待审核数据(S103)的步骤,可以包括:
S301:依据待审核过车数据的排列顺序,遍历待审核过车数据,确定第一个与目标提取权限信息匹配的待审核过车数据,作为第一过车数据,其中,第一过车数据包含的卡口标识属于目标卡口标识,第一过车数据作为第一待审核数据;
S302:继续遍历待审核过车数据,依次确定满足第一预设条件的待审核过车数据,作为第二过车数据,其中,满足第一预设条件为:与目标提取权限信息匹配、且包含的卡口标识与第一过车数据包含的卡口标识相同;
S303:将所确定出的第二过车数据中的过车数据,确定为第一待审核数据;
S304:提取所确定出的所有第一待审核数据。
在本申请实施例中,上述数据提取过程中,第一个与目标提取权限信息匹配的待审核过车数据是随机出现的,而不是审核人员人为设定的。上述数据提取过程,可以在一定程度上避免审核人员特定提取某一待审核过车数据,并后续的可能直接审核所特定提取的待审核过车数据为非违法数据,而出现徇私舞弊的情况。
举例而言,上述目标提取权限信息包含:卡口标识-卡口标识1、卡口标识2和卡口标识3,车辆类型-轿车,违法类型-违章停车和抢红灯;待审核过车数据以时间先后顺序排列;
服务器依据待审核过车数据的排列顺序,依次遍历每一待审核过车数据,确定第一个与目标提取权限信息匹配的待审核过车数据,作为第一过车数据,且作为第一待审核数据,即确定第一个所包括卡口标识为卡口标识1或卡口标识2或卡口标识3,且所包括车辆类型为轿车,且所包括违法类型为违章停车或抢红灯的待审核过车数据,当确定出第一过车数据,其中,该第一过车数 据中所包括的卡口标识为卡口标识2;
此时,服务器继续遍历待审核过车数据,依次确定满足第一预设条件的待审核过车数据,作为第二过车数据,即依次确定所包括卡口标识为卡口标识2,且所包括车辆类型为轿车,且所包括违法类型为违章停车或抢红灯的待审核过车数据,作为第二过车数据;后续的,将所确定出的第二过车数据中的过车数据,确定为第一待审核数据,继而提取所确定出的所有第一待审核数据,执行后续数据提取流程。
当服务器从待审核过车数据中确定出第二过车数据后,可以将所确定出的第二过车数据中所有的过车数据,均确定为第一待审核数据;当然,考虑到每一审核人员的审核能力,也可以将所确定出的第二过车数据中的前第一预设数量个过车数据,确定为第一待审核数据。在一种实现方式中,所述将所确定出的第二过车数据中的过车数据,确定为第一待审核数据(S303)的步骤,可以包括:
将所确定出的所有第二过车数据,确定为第一待审核数据;或者,
将所确定出的第二过车数据中的前第一预设数量个过车数据,确定为第一待审核数据。
可以理解的是,在一种实现方式中,从待审核过车数据中确定出第一过车数据后,再确定满足第一预设条件的第二过车数据时,所确定的第二过车数据的数量,可能小于上述的第一预设数量。此时,可以在确定出上述第二过车数据后,先判断第二过车数据的数量是否不小于第一预设数量,当确定不小于时,将所确定出的第二过车数据中的前第一预设数量个过车数据,确定为第一待审核数据;当确定小于时,可以继续确定剩余的第一待审核过车数据。具体的,在所述将所确定出的第二过车数据中的前第一预设数量个过车数据,确定为第一待审核数据的步骤之前,所述方法还可以包括:
判断所确定出的第二过车数据的数量是否不小于第一预设数量;
当判断所确定出的第二过车数据的数量不小于第一预设数量时,执行所述将所确定出的第二过车数据中的前第一预设数量个过车数据,确定为第一待审核数据的步骤;
当所确定出的第二过车数据的数量小于第一预设数量时,所述方法还可以包括:
采用如下步骤确定剩余的第一待审核数据,直至所确定出的所有第一待审核数据达到第一预设数量加一,或者,除已确定为第一待审核数据之外的其他待审核过车数据中,不存在与目标提取权限信息匹配的待审核过车数据为止:
步骤A:依据待审核过车数据的排列顺序,遍历除已确定为第一待审核数据之外的其他待审核过车数据,确定第一个与目标提取权限信息匹配的待审核过车数据,作为新的第一过车数据,其中,新的第一过车数据包含的卡口标识属于目标卡口标识,新的第一过车数据作为第一待审核数据;
步骤B:继续遍历除已确定为第一待审核数据之外的其他待审核过车数据,依次确定满足第二预设条件的待审核过车数据,作为新的第二过车数据,其中,满足第二预设条件为:与目标提取权限信息匹配、且包含的卡口标识与新的第一过车数据包含的卡口标识相同;
步骤C:判断所确定出的新的第二过车数据的数量是否不小于第一数量,其中,第一数量等于:第一预设数量加一,再减去已确定出的第一待审核数据的数量;
步骤D:当所确定出的新的第二过车数据的数量不小于第一数量时,选择新的第二过车数据中前第一数量个过车数据,作为第一待审核数据;
当所确定出的新的第二过车数据的数量小于第一数量,则返回步骤A。
承接上述例子,上述目标提取权限信息包含:卡口标识-卡口标识1、卡口标识2和卡口标识3,车辆类型-轿车,违法类型-违章停车和抢红灯;待审核过车数据以时间先后顺序排列;第一预设数量为19;
服务器依据上述流程确定出第二过车数据后,确定上述所确定出的第二过车数据的数量是否不小于19;
当确定不小于19,例如:上述所确定出的第二过车数据的数量为20时,将所确定出的20个第二过车数据中前19个过车数据,确定为第一待审核数据;
当确定小于19,例如:上述所确定出的第二过车数据的数量为10时,服务器继续依据待审核过车数据的排列顺序,遍历除已确定为第一待审核数据之外的其他待审核过车数据,确定第一个与目标提取权限信息匹配的待审核过车数据,作为新的第一过车数据,即确定第一个所包括卡口标识为卡口标识1或卡口标识2或卡口标识3,且所包括车辆类型为轿车,且所包括违法类型为违章停车或抢红灯的待审核过车数据,作为新的第一过车数据,当确定出新的第一过车数据,所包括卡口标识为卡口标识为1;
此时,服务器继续遍历除已确定为第一待审核数据之外的其他待审核过车数据,依次确定满足第二预设条件的待审核过车数据,作为新的第二过车数据,即依次确定所包括卡口标识为卡口标识1,且所包括车辆类型为轿车,且所包括违法类型为违章停车或抢红灯的待审核过车数据,作为新的第二过车数据;
服务器判断所确定出的新的第二过车数据的数量是否不小于第一数量8(19+1-(1+10+1),即第一预设数量+1-已确定出的第一待审核数据的数量);
当所确定出的新的第二过车数据的数量不小于第一数量8时,选择新的第二过车数据中前8个过车数据,作为第一待审核数据;
当所确定出的新的第二过车数据的数量小于第一数量8时,服务器返回执行依据待审核过车数据的排列顺序,遍历除已确定为第一待审核数据之外的其他待审核过车数据,确定第一个与目标提取权限信息匹配的待审核过车数据,作为新的第一过车数据。
当所确定出的所有第一待审核数据达到第一预设数量加一(20),或者,当除已确定为第一待审核数据之外的其他待审核过车数据中,不存在与目标提取权限信息匹配的待审核过车数据时,提取所确定出的所有第一待审核数据,执行后续数据提取流程。
在另一种情况中,所述待审核过车数据可以以时间先后顺序排列;每一待审核过车数据中包含一卡口标识;目标提取权限信息中至少包含:限定目标审核人员具有提取包含目标卡口标识的待审核过车数据的权限的信息;
所述从待审核过车数据中,提取出匹配目标提取权限信息的待审核过车 数据,作为第一待审核数据(S103)的步骤,可以包括:
依据待审核过车数据的排列顺序,遍历待审核过车数据,确定第一个与目标提取权限信息匹配的待审核过车数据,作为第三过车数据并提取,其中,第三过车数据包含的卡口标识属于目标卡口标识,第三过车数据作为第一待审核数据;
继续遍历待审核过车数据,依次确定满足第三预设条件的前第二预设数量个待审核过车数据,作为第一待审核数据,其中,满足第三预设条件为:与目标提取权限信息匹配、且包含的卡口标识与第三过车数据包含的卡口标识相同;
提取所确定的所有第一待审核数据。
举例而言,目标提取权限信息包含:卡口标识-卡口标识4、卡口标识5和卡口标识6,车辆类型-轿车,违法类型-违章停车和抢红灯;待审核过车数据以时间先后顺序排列;上述第二预设数量为19;
服务器依据待审核过车数据的排列顺序,依次遍历每一待审核过车数据,确定第一个与目标提取权限信息匹配的待审核过车数据,作为第三过车数据,即确定第一个所包括卡口标识为卡口标识4或卡口标识5或卡口标识6,且所包括车辆类型为轿车,且所包括违法类型为违章停车或抢红灯的待审核过车数据;当确定出第三过车数据,其中,该第三过车数据中所包括的卡口标识为卡口标识4,此时,服务器继续遍历待审核过车数据,依次确定满足第三预设条件的前第二预设数量个待审核过车数据,作为第一待审核数据,即依次确定前19个所包括卡口标识为卡口标识4,且所包括车辆类型为轿车,且所包括违法类型为违章停车或抢红灯的待审核过车数据,作为第一待审核数据;继而提取所确定出的所有第一待审核数据,执行后续数据提取流程。
可以理解的是,服务器在确定第一待审核数据时,可以从0开始计数,每确定一个第一待审核数据,即加一,直至计数达到第二预设数量(例如19),结束本次遍历,继而提取所确定出的所有第一待审核数据,并执行后续数据提取流程。
可以理解的是,上述情况为:待审核过车数据中存在大于或等于第二预 设数量个满足第三预设条件的待审核过车数据的情况。在一种情况中还存在待审核过车数据中所存在的满足第三预设条件的待审核过车数据的数量,小于第二预设数量的情况,此时,可以继续确定剩余的第一待审核数据,直至所确定出的所有第一待审核数据达到第二预设数量加一,或者,除已作为第一待审核数据之外的其他待审核过车数据中,不存在与目标提取权限信息匹配的待审核过车数据为止。
具体的,可以是步骤a:依据待审核过车数据的排列顺序,遍历除已确定为第一待审核数据之外的其他待审核过车数据,确定第一个与目标提取权限信息匹配的待审核过车数据,作为新的第三过车数据,其中,新的第三过车数据包含的卡口标识属于目标卡口标识,新的第三过车数据作为第一待审核数据;
步骤b:继续遍历除已确定为第一待审核数据之外的其他待审核过车数据,依次确定满足第四预设条件的待审核过车数据,作为第四过车数据,其中,满足第四预设条件为:与目标提取权限信息匹配、且包含的卡口标识与新的第三过车数据包含的卡口标识相同,其中,依次确定满足第四预设条件的待审核过车数据的过程中,同时记录所确定的满足第四预设条件的待审核过车数据的数量,当数量达到第二数量时,停止遍历,当遍历完除已确定为第一待审核数据之外的其他待审核过车数据,且数量未达到第二数量时,返回步骤a。其中,第二数量等于:第二预设数量加一,再减去已确定出的第一待审核数据的数量。
承接上述例子,当服务器遍历完一次待审核过车数据后,确定出的第四过车数据的数量为10,小于第二预设数量19时;
此时,服务器依据待审核过车数据的排列顺序,遍历除已确定为第一待审核数据之外的其他待审核过车数据,确定第一个与目标提取权限信息匹配的待审核过车数据,作为新的第三过车数据,即确定第一个所包括卡口标识为卡口标识5或卡口标识6,且所包括车辆类型为轿车,且所包括违法类型为违章停车或抢红灯的待审核过车数据;当确定出新的第三过车数据,其中,该新的第三过车数据中所包括的卡口标识为卡口标识6时;
服务器继续遍历待审核过车数据,依次确定满足第四预设条件的待审核 过车数据,作为新的第四过车数据,当确定出8个新的第四过车数据后,停止遍历。
在一种实现方式中,在所述从待审核过车数据中,提取出匹配目标提取权限的待审核过车数据,作为第一待审核数据的步骤之前,所述方法还可以包括:确定待审核过车数据的过程,其中,所述过程可以包括:
从过车数据中提取出满足预设条件的过车数据,并将所提取的过车数据缓存于预设数据池中,作为待审核过车数据;
其中,满足预设条件的过车数据为:满足预设数据池对应的任一用户标识对应的提取权限信息的,且不满足预设数据筛选条件的过车数据,用户标识为:预设的对应关系中的用户标识。
可以理解的是,从过车数据中提取出满足预设条件的过车数据,并缓存于预设数据池中,可以避免对原过车数据的操作,在一定程度上保障了原过车数据的安全,并且,预设数据池中仅缓存有满足预设条件的过车数据,可以在一定程度上,减少在数据审核过程中,数据提取所消耗的时间。其中,上述过车数据可以为从服务器所能获得的所有的过车数据。
从过车数据中提取出满足预设条件的过车数据,可以是:从过车数据中滤除满足上述预设数据筛选条件的过车数据,获得剩余的过车数据,再从上述剩余的过车数据中,确定满足预设数据池对应的任一用户标识对应的提取权限信息的过车数据,并提取。也可以是:从过车数据中确定出满足预设数据池对应的任一用户标识对应的提取权限信息的过车数据,再从所确定的过车数据中滤除满足上述预设数据筛选条件的过车数据,并提取。
在一种实现方式中,一些特殊情况对应的过车数据无需被审核,即过车数据可确认为无效数据,其中,上述“无效”可以标识过车数据被确认为非违法数据。上述特殊情况对应的过车数据包括但不限于:出现故障的图像采集设备所采集的过车数据,出现修路等情况的路段的图像采集设备所采集的过车数据。
本申请实施例中,可以通过预先设置数据筛选条件即预设数据筛选条件,将特殊情况对应的过车数据从过车数据中滤除。避免审核人员所获得的第一 待审核数据中存在上述特殊情况对应的过车数据。进一步的,避免审核人员的审核结果出错的情况。
例如:出现修路等情况的路段的图像采集设备对应的卡口标识为卡口标识4,卡口标识5对应的卡口对应的图像采集设备出现故障,预设数据池对应的用户标识分别为用户标识1、用户标识2和用户标识3;其中,用户标识1对应的提取权限信息为:卡口标识-卡口标识5、卡口标识6,车辆类型-轿车,违法类型-抢红灯;用户标识2对应的提取权限信息为:卡口标识-卡口标识7、卡口标识8,车辆类型-卡车,违法类型-抢红灯;用户标识3对应的提取权限信息为:卡口标识-卡口标识5、卡口标识6,车辆类型-客车;
服务器从过车数据中提取出满足预设条件的过车数据,并将所提取的过车数据缓存于预设数据池中,作为待审核过车数据;即:从过车数据中滤除所包含卡口标识为卡口标识4或卡口标识5的过车数据,获得剩余的过车数据,从上述剩余的过车数据中,确定出所包括卡口标识为卡口标识6,且所包括车辆类型为轿车,且所包括违法类型为抢红灯的待审核过车数据;和,所包括卡口标识为卡口标识7或卡口标识8,且所包括车辆类型为卡车,且所包括违法类型为抢红灯的待审核过车数据;和,所包括卡口标识为卡口标识6,所包括车辆类型为客车的过车数据,并提取。
在一种实现方式中,可以周期性地更新预设数据池中的待审核过车数据,即可以周期性地从过车数据中提取满足预设条件的过车数据,并将所提取的过车数据缓存于预设数据池中,作为待审核过车数据。或者,每当上述预设条件被修改时,即更新预设数据池中的待审核过车数据,这也是可以的。
在一种实现方式中,在所述将第一待审核数据发送至客户端(S104)的步骤之后,所述方法还可以包括:
接收客户端反馈的数据无效信息,其中,数据无效信息为:登录客户端的审核人员确定第一待审核数据为非违法数据时,客户端针对该为非违法数据的第一待审核数据所反馈的信息;
依据登录客户端的审核人员的用户标识,统计并存储所接收的数据无效信息的数量;
依据每一被确定为非违法数据的第一待审核数据的卡口标识,统计并存储所接收的数据无效信息的数量。
可以理解的是,服务器接收客户端反馈的数据无效信息后,可以依据登录客户端的审核人员的用户标识,统计并存储所接收的数据无效信息的数量,当上述所统计的数量超过预定阈值时,服务器可以认为该用户标识对应的审核人员所审核的第一待审核数据的审核结果可能存在问题,服务器可以对该用户标识对应的审核人员进行警告,且该用户标识对应的审核人员所审核的第一待审核数据可以被再次审核。上述服务器依据每一被确定为非违法数据的第一待审核数据的卡口标识,统计并存储所接收的数据无效信息的数量,当所统计的数量超过预定阈值时,可以认为上述卡口标识对应的卡口对应的图像采集设备可能出现故障,在从过车数据中提取出满足预设条件的过车数据的过程中,自动将所包括卡口标识为上述卡口标识的过车数据滤除。
在一种情况中,服务器还可以接收客户端反馈的数据有效信息,上述数据有效信息为:登录客户端的审核人员确定第一待审核数据为违法数据时,客户端针对该为违法数据的第一待审核数据所反馈的信息。当服务器接收到客户端所反馈的数据有效信息或数据无效信息后,可以为上述数据有效信息或数据无效信息对应的待审核过车数据,标记相应的审核标记,其中,数据有效信息对应待审核过车数据的审核标记可以为:预设违法数据标记,数据无效信息对应的待审核过车数据的审核标记可以为:预设非违法数据标记。基于上述情况,可以避免出现已被审核过的待审核过车数据被重复提取,进而被重复审核的情况。
在一种实现方式中,为了避免待审核过车数据被一审核人员提取(即被一审核人员审核),再被其他审核人员提取(即被其他审核人员审核),出现重复提取审核的情况,可以在待审核过车数据被提取后,即为每一被提取的待审核过车数据标记一预设的已提取标识,使得该待审核过车数据不能被再次提取,在一定程度上可以避免对人力资源的浪费。具体的,在所述将第一待审核数据发送至客户端(S104)的步骤之前,所述方法还可以包括:
为每一第一待审核数据标记预设的已提取标识,以使除目标审核人员外的其他审核人员无法再提取该第一待审核数据。

    将所确定出的所有第二过车数据,确定为第一待审核数据;或者,
    将所确定出的第二过车数据中的前第一预设数量个过车数据,确定为第一待审核数据。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述将所确定出的第二过车数据中的前第一预设数量个过车数据,确定为第一待审核数据的步骤之前,所述方法还包括:
    判断所确定出的第二过车数据的数量是否不小于所述第一预设数量;
    当判断所确定出的第二过车数据的数量不小于所述第一预设数量时,执行所述将所确定出的第二过车数据中的前第一预设数量个过车数据,确定为第一待审核数据的步骤;
    当所确定出的第二过车数据的数量小于所述第一预设数量时,所述方法还包括:
    采用如下步骤确定剩余的第一待审核数据,直至所确定出的所有第一待审核数据达到所述第一预设数量加一,或者,除已确定为第一待审核数据之外的其他待审核过车数据中,不存在与所述目标提取权限信息匹配的待审核过车数据为止:
    步骤A:依据所述待审核过车数据的排列顺序,遍历除已确定为第一待审核数据之外的其他待审核过车数据,确定第一个与所述目标提取权限信息匹配的待审核过车数据,作为新的第一过车数据,其中,所述新的第一过车数据包含的卡口标识属于所述目标卡口标识,所述新的第一过车数据作为第一待审核数据;
    步骤B:继续遍历除已确定为第一待审核数据之外的其他待审核过车数据,依次确定满足第二预设条件的待审核过车数据,作为新的第二过车数据,其中,所述满足第二预设条件为:与所述目标提取权限信息匹配、且包含的卡口标识与所述新的第一过车数据包含的卡口标识相同;
    步骤C:判断所确定出的新的第二过车数据的数量是否不小于第一数量,其中,所述第一数量等于:所述第一预设数量加一,再减去已确定出的第一待审核数据的数量;
    步骤D:当所确定出的新的第二过车数据的数量不小于所述第一数量时,选择新的第二过车数据中前第一数量个过车数据,作为第一待审核数据;
    当所确定出的新的第二过车数据的数量小于所述第一数量,则返回步骤A。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述待审核过车数据以时间先后顺序排列;每一待审核过车数据中包含一卡口标识;所述目标提取权限信息中至少包含:限定所述目标审核人员具有提取包含目标卡口标识的待审核过车数据的权限的信息;
    所述从待审核过车数据中,提取出匹配所述目标提取权限信息的待审核过车数据,作为第一待审核数据的步骤,包括:
    依据所述待审核过车数据的排列顺序,遍历所述待审核过车数据,确定第一个与所述目标提取权限信息匹配的待审核过车数据,作为第三过车数据,其中,所述第三过车数据包含的卡口标识属于所述目标卡口标识,所述第三过车数据作为第一待审核数据;
    继续遍历所述待审核过车数据,依次确定满足第三预设条件的前第二预设数量个待审核过车数据,作为第一待审核数据,其中,所述满足第三预设条件为:与所述目标提取权限信息匹配、且包含的卡口标识与所述第三过车数据包含的卡口标识相同;
    提取所确定的所有第一待审核数据。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述从待审核过车数据中,提取出匹配所述目标提取权限的待审核过车数据,作为第一待审核数据的步骤之前,所述方法还包括:确定所述待审核过车数据的过程,其中,所述过程包括:
    从过车数据中提取出满足预设条件的过车数据,并将所提取的过车数据缓存于预设数据池中,作为待审核过车数据;
    其中,所述满足预设条件的过车数据为:满足所述预设数据池对应的任一用户标识对应的提取权限信息的,且不满足预设数据筛选条件的过车数据,所述用户标识为:所述预设的对应关系中的用户标识。
  9. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述将所述第一待审核数据发送至所述客户端的步骤之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收客户端反馈的数据无效信息,其中,所述数据无效信息为:登录所述客户端的审核人员确定第一待审核数据为非违法数据时,所述客户端针对该为非违法数据的第一待审核数据所反馈的信息;
    依据登录所述客户端的审核人员的用户标识,统计并存储所接收的数据无效信息的数量;
    依据每一被确定为非违法数据的第一待审核数据的卡口标识,统计并存储所接收的数据无效信息的数量。
  10. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述将所述第一待审核数据发送至所述客户端的步骤之前,所述方法还包括:
    为每一第一待审核数据标记预设的已提取标识,以使除所述目标审核人员外的其他审核人员无法再提取该第一待审核数据。
  11. 一种数据提取装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    第一获得模块,用于获得客户端发送的数据提取指令,其中,所述数据提取指令为:登录所述客户端的目标审核人员发出的指令,所述数据提取指令中携带:所述目标审核人员的作为目标用户标识的用户标识;
    第二获得模块,用于根据预设的对应关系以及所述目标用户标识,获得所述目标用户标识对应的提取权限信息,作为目标提取权限信息,其中,所述预设的对应关系中包含:多对用户标识与提取权限信息的对应关系,所述提取权限信息为:用于表征所对应审核人员所具有的提取过车数据的权限的信息;
    第一提取模块,用于从待审核过车数据中,提取出匹配所述目标提取权限信息的待审核过车数据,作为第一待审核数据;
    第一发送模块,用于将所述第一待审核数据发送至所述客户端。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:第一确定模块;
    所述第一确定模块,用于在所述从待审核过车数据中,提取出匹配所述目标提取权限信息的待审核过车数据,作为第一待审核数据之前,依据所述目标用户标识,确定对应所述目标审核人员预先配置的设备权限信息,作为目标设备权限信息,其中,所述设备权限信息为:用于表征所对应审核人员所具有的获得图像采集设备所采集图像和/或视频的权限的信息;
    所述第一提取模块,具体用于
    从待审核过车数据中,提取出匹配所述目标提取权限信息且匹配所述目标设备权限信息的待审核过车数据,作为第一待审核数据。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:判断模块、第二提取模块和第二发送模块;
    所述判断模块,用于在所述根据预设的对应关系以及所述目标用户标识,获得所述目标用户标识对应的提取权限信息,作为目标提取权限信息之前,根据预设的对应关系以及所述目标用户标识,判断所述预设的对应关系中是否存在包含所述目标用户标识的第一对应关系;
    当判断为存在所述第一对应关系时,触发所述第二获得模块;当判断为不存在所述第一对应关系时,触发所述第二提取模块;
    所述第二提取模块,用于从待审核过车数据中,提取出匹配所述目标设备权限信息的待审核过车数据,作为第二待审核数据;
    所述第二发送模块,用于将所述第二待审核数据发送至所述客户端。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述待审核过车数据以时间先后顺序排列;每一待审核过车数据中包含一卡口标识;所述目标提取权限信息中至少包含:限定所述目标审核人员具有提取包含目标卡口标识的待审核过车数据的权限的信息;
    所述第一提取模块包括第一遍历确定单元、第二遍历确定单元、第一确定单元和提取单元;
    所述第一遍历确定单元,用于依据所述待审核过车数据的排列顺序,遍历所述待审核过车数据,确定第一个与所述目标提取权限信息匹配的待审核 过车数据,作为第一过车数据,其中,所述第一过车数据包含的卡口标识属于所述目标卡口标识,所述第一过车数据作为第一待审核数据;
    所述第二遍历确定单元,用于继续遍历所述待审核过车数据,依次确定满足第一预设条件的待审核过车数据,作为第二过车数据,其中,所述满足第一预设条件为:与所述目标提取权限信息匹配、且包含的卡口标识与所述第一过车数据包含的卡口标识相同;
    所述第一确定单元,用于将所确定出的第二过车数据中的过车数据,确定为第一待审核数据;
    所述提取单元,用于提取所确定的所有第一待审核数据。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一确定单元包括第一确定子模块,或者,第二确定子模块;
    所述第一确定子模块,用于将所确定出的所有第二过车数据,确定为第一待审核数据;或者,
    所述第二确定子模块,用于将所确定出的第二过车数据中的前第一预设数量个过车数据,确定为第一待审核数据。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一确定单元还包括判断子模块和第三确定子模块;
    所述判断子模块,用于在所述将所确定出的第二过车数据中的前第一预设数量个过车数据,确定为第一待审核数据之前,判断所确定出的第二过车数据的数量是否不小于所述第一预设数量;
    当判断所确定出的第二过车数据的数量不小于所述第一预设数量时,触发所述第二确定子模块;当所确定出的第二过车数据的数量小于所述第一预设数量时,触发所述第三确定子模块;
    其中,所述第三确定子模块,用于确定剩余的第一待审核数据,直至所确定出的所有第一待审核数据达到所述第一预设数量加一,或者,除已作为第一待审核数据之外的其他待审核过车数据中,不存在与所述目标提取权限信息匹配的待审核过车数据为止时,可以包括第一遍历确定子单元、第二遍 历确定子单元、判断子单元和选择子单元;
    所述第一遍历确定子单元,用于依据所述待审核过车数据的排列顺序,遍历除已确定为第一待审核数据之外的其他待审核过车数据,确定第一个与所述目标提取权限信息匹配的待审核过车数据,作为新的第一过车数据,其中,所述新的第一过车数据包含的卡口标识属于所述目标卡口标识,所述新的第一过车数据作为第一待审核数据;
    所述第二遍历确定子单元,用于继续遍历除已确定为第一待审核数据之外的其他待审核过车数据,依次确定满足第二预设条件的待审核过车数据,作为新的第二过车数据,其中,所述满足第二预设条件为:与所述目标提取权限信息匹配、且包含的卡口标识与所述新的第一过车数据包含的卡口标识相同;
    所述判断子单元,用于判断所确定出的新的第二过车数据的数量是否不小于第一数量,其中,所述第一数量等于:所述第一预设数量加一,再减去已确定出的第一待审核数据的数量;当所确定出的新的第二过车数据的数量不小于所述第一数量时,触发所述选择子单元;当所确定出的新的第二过车数据的数量小于所述第一数量,触发所述第一遍历确定子单元;
    所述选择子单元,用于选择新的第二过车数据中前第一数量个过车数据,作为第一待审核数据。
  17. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述待审核过车数据以时间先后顺序排列;每一待审核过车数据中包含一卡口标识;所述目标提取权限信息中至少包含:限定所述目标审核人员具有提取包含目标卡口标识的待审核过车数据的权限的信息;
    所述第一提取模块,具体用于依据所述待审核过车数据的排列顺序,遍历所述待审核过车数据,确定第一个与所述目标提取权限信息匹配的待审核过车数据,作为第三过车数据,其中,所述第三过车数据包含的卡口标识属于所述目标卡口标识,所述第三过车数据作为第一待审核数据;
    继续遍历所述待审核过车数据,依次确定满足第三预设条件的前第二预设数量个待审核过车数据,作为第一待审核数据,其中,所述满足第三预设 条件为:与所述目标提取权限信息匹配、且包含的卡口标识与所述第三过车数据包含的卡口标识相同;
    提取所确定的所有第一待审核数据。
  18. 根据权利要求11-17任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括第二确定模块;
    所述第二确定模块,用于在所述从待审核过车数据中,提取出匹配所述目标提取权限的待审核过车数据,作为第一待审核数据之前,确定所述待审核过车数据;其中,所述第二确定模块,具体用于
    从过车数据中提取出满足预设条件的过车数据,并将所提取的过车数据缓存于预设数据池中,作为待审核过车数据;
    其中,所述满足预设条件的过车数据为:满足所述预设数据池对应的任一用户标识对应的提取权限信息的,且不满足预设数据筛选条件的过车数据,所述用户标识为:所述预设的对应关系中的用户标识。
  19. 根据权利要求11-17任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括接收模块、第一统计存储模块和第二统计存储模块;
    所述接收模块,用于在所述将所述第一待审核数据发送至所述客户端之后,接收客户端反馈的数据无效信息,其中,所述数据无效信息为:登录所述客户端的审核人员确定第一待审核数据为非违法数据时,所述客户端针对该为非违法数据的第一待审核数据所反馈的信息;
    所述第一统计存储模块,用于依据登录所述客户端的审核人员的用户标识,统计并存储所接收的数据无效信息的数量;
    所述第二统计存储模块,用于依据每一被确定为非违法数据的第一待审核数据的卡口标识,统计并存储所接收的数据无效信息的数量。
  20. 根据权利要求11-17任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括标记模块;
    所述标记模块,用于在所述将所述第一待审核数据发送至所述客户端之前,为每一第一待审核数据标记预设的已提取标识,以使除所述目标用户标 识对应的审核人员外的其他审核人员无法再提取该第一待审核数据。
  21. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括处理器、通信接口、存储器和通信总线,其中,处理器,通信接口,存储器通过通信总线完成相互间的通信;
    存储器,用于存放计算机程序;
    处理器,用于执行存储器上所存放的计算机程序时,实现权利要求1-10任一所述的数据提取方法。
  22. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质内存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求1-10任一所述的数据提取方法。
  23. 一种计算机程序产品,其特征在于,当其在计算机上运行时,使得计算机执行权利要求1-10任一所述的数据提取方法。
