本申请实施例提供的磨豆装置10无需提高零部件加工和装配精度,而是通过在磨豆装置10中设置至少两级调节机构,调节内磨轮130与外磨轮120之间的距离。调节第一调节机构与第二调节机构均可以实现外磨轮120在轴向方向上的运动,从而实现对外磨轮120及内磨轮130之间距离的精确调节。通过第一调节机构调节内磨轮130与外磨轮120之间的距离,解决由于装配误差及零部件之间的工艺误差造成的磨豆装置10的出粉量及粗细不同的问题。然后,根据需求通过第二调节机构调整对咖啡粉不同粗细档位的选择,确定需要研磨出的咖啡粉的粗细。当然,也可以进一步增加调节机构数量的设置,使对内磨轮130及外磨轮120之间的距离的调整更加精确。多级调节的设置,使相同批次或不同批次的多个磨豆装置10在相同设置条件下对咖啡豆的研磨粉的出粉量及粗细一致性好,且均匀稳定,保证咖啡的口感。
请一并参阅2及图3,第一调节机构包括第一调节环212及固定件214A。固定件214A用于在周向方向上固定第一调节环212。第一调节环212具有在轴向上从第一位置延伸至第二位置的第一轨道结构。在本实施例中,第一轨道结构为位于第一调节环212内表面的螺纹结构2122。磨豆室110包括卡扣部112A。卡扣部112A可以是位于可以是位于磨豆室110外侧壁的凸起结构,并能够沿螺纹结构2122滑动,从而在轴向方向上调节第一调节机构与磨豆室110之间的相对位置,从而调整外磨轮120与内磨轮130之间的距离。具体的,卡扣部112A放置于螺纹机构2122的螺纹轨道中,旋转第一调节环212,卡扣部112A可以沿螺纹结构2122的螺纹轨道旋转,第一调节环212相对于卡扣部112A上下移动,从而实现第一调节机构与磨豆室110之间的相对位置的变化。第一调节环212外侧壁具有卡槽2126。磨豆室110开设有卡位部114。当第一调节环212调节到所需位置时,固定件214A能够安装于卡位部114并插入卡槽2126,实现第一调节环212在周向位置上的固定。本实施例中,固定件214A为固定卡片。固定卡片具有插接端与安装端。可选的,卡位部114开设有槽型结构,可以固定安装固定卡片的安装端。当安装端固定安装在卡位部114的槽型结构内时,插接端可以插入第一调节环212外侧壁的卡槽2126内,从而在周向方向上实现对第一调节环212的固定。安装端可以通过螺丝固定在卡位部114中的槽型结构中。通过固定件214A的固定,可以避免档位调节好之后,第一调节环212滑动而造成外磨轮120与内磨轮130之间的距离发生变化,造成对研磨的咖啡粉的品质的影响。
请参阅图4及图5,在另一实施例中,第一调节机构包括第一调节环212及固定件214B。 固定件214B用于在周向方向上固定第一调节环212。第一调节环212具有在轴向上从第一位置延伸至第二位置的第一轨道结构。在本实施例中,第一轨道结构为位于第一调节环212外表面的斜面结构2124。磨豆室110包括卡扣部112B。卡扣部112B可以是位于磨豆室110外侧壁的钩状结构,并能够沿斜面结构2124的斜面滑动,从而在轴向方向上调节第一调节机构与磨豆室110之间的相对位置。具体的,卡扣部112B末端可以搭接在斜面结构2124上表面,旋转第一调节环212,卡扣部112B沿斜面结构2124上表面滑动,第一调节环212相对于磨豆室110上下移动。本实施例中,固定件214B可以与第一调节环212固定连接。在一实施例中,固定件214B安装于斜面结构2124的末端。当第一调节环212旋转转动时带动固定件214B旋转转动。磨豆室110可具有定位部116,当卡扣部112B沿斜面结构2124滑动时,固定件214B能够沿定位部116滑动并在轴向方向固定第一调节环212。
在一实施例中,定位部116为波浪形轨道结构,波浪形轨道结构与斜面结构2124平行设置。波浪形轨道结构在轴向上从第一位置延伸至第二位置。固定件214B在沿波浪形轨道结构滑动的过程中,当固定件214B滑动到波浪形轨道结构的凹陷处时实现对固定件214B的固定,进而最终实现对第一调节环212周向方向的固定。
请一并参阅图1及图6,研磨组件还可以包括外磨轮套140。外磨轮120固定安装于外磨轮套140中。外磨轮套140包括凸起部142及扣位部144。凸起部142用于与第二调节机构轨道连接。磨豆室110具有扣位槽118,扣位部144用于扣合于扣位槽118中,从而在周向方向限制外磨轮120的运动。
请参阅图7,在一实施例中,第二调节机构可以包括第二调节环222,第二调节环222内表面具有螺纹轨道2222,凸起部142能够沿螺纹轨道2222运动,从而调节外磨轮120与内磨轮130之间的距离。当第二调节环222旋转转动时,由于扣位部144扣合固定于扣位槽118中,限制外磨轮120及外磨轮套140周向方向的运动,所述外磨轮套140中的凸起部142沿螺纹轨道2222滑动实现外磨轮120在轴向方向上的上下移动。可选的,第二调节机构还包括压片2224。第二调节环222包括旋转齿轮以及承载旋转齿轮的边缘部,压片2224位于边缘部。压片2224可以用于与第一调节机构固定连接。具体的,可以在第一调节环212的外边缘开设有位置对应的缺口,缺口部位以及压片上开合有位置对应的通孔或者螺纹孔,使用固定钉或者螺钉穿设两个位置对应的通孔或者螺纹孔之后将第二调节环222与第一调节环212固定连接在一起,但第二调节环222的旋转齿轮可以独立的旋转运动,也就是说第二调节环222旋转齿轮的转动并不一定会带动第一调节环212转动。
内磨轮130可以通过磨豆轴150固定在磨豆室110的底部。外磨轮120与内磨轮130之间同轴嵌套。第二调节机构还可以包括档位旋钮224及传动组件226。传动组件226与第二调节环222啮合连接,通过档位旋钮224转动从而带动传动组件226转动,并最终带动第二 调节环222转动。传动组件226可以包括传动齿轮2262及档位齿轮2264。档位齿轮2264与档位旋钮224连接,传动齿轮2262分别于档位齿轮2264及第二调节环222啮合连接。转动档位旋钮224调整需要的档位,同时档位旋钮224将依次带动档位齿轮2264、传动齿轮2262及第二调节环222转动,实现档位的调节。
磨豆装置10还可以包括豆箱组件,豆箱组件设置有通向研磨组件的原料出口。
本申请还提供一种磨豆咖啡机,包括机体、控制装置及前面任一项所述的磨豆装置10。控制装置及磨豆装置10安装在机体上。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本申请专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种磨豆装置,包括研磨组件及调节组件,所述研磨组件包括磨豆室、外磨轮及内磨轮,所述外磨轮及所述内磨轮位于所述磨豆室内部,其特征在于,所述调节组件包括至少两级调节机构,所述至少两级调节机构包括第一调节机构及第二调节机构,所述第一调节机构与所述磨豆室之间轨道连接,所述第二调节机构与所述外磨轮之间轨道连接,且所述第一调节机构与所述第二调节机构在轴向上位置相对固定,所述第一调节机构及所述第二调节机构用于调节所述外磨轮的高度,从而实现所述外磨轮与所述内磨轮之间距离的调节。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的磨豆装置,其特征在于,所述第一调节机构包括第一调节环及固定件,所述第一调节环具有在轴向上从第一位置延伸至第二位置的第一轨道结构,所述磨豆室包括卡扣部,所述卡扣部位于所述磨豆室外侧壁,并能够沿所述第一轨道结构滑动从而在轴向方向上调节所述第一调节机构与所述磨豆室之间的相对位置,所述固定件用于在周向方向固定所述第一调节环。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的磨豆装置,其特征在于,所述第一轨道结构为位于所述第一调节环内表面的螺纹结构,所述第一调节环外侧壁具有卡槽,所述磨豆室开设有卡位部,所述固定件能够安装于所述卡位部并插入所述卡槽。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的磨豆装置,其特征在于,所述第一轨道结构为位于所述第一调节环外表面的斜面结构,所述固定件与所述第一调节环固定连接,所述磨豆室具有定位部,当所述卡扣部沿所述斜面结构滑动时,所述固定件能够沿所述定位部滑动并固定所述第一调节环。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的磨豆装置,其特征在于,所述定位部为波浪形轨道结构,所述波浪形轨道结构与所述斜面结构平行设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的磨豆装置,其特征在于,所述研磨组件还包括外磨轮套,所述外磨轮固定安装于所述外磨轮套中,所述外磨轮套包括凸起部及扣位部,所述凸起部用于与所述第二调节机构轨道连接,所述磨豆室具有扣位槽,所述扣位部用于扣合于所述扣位槽中,从而在周向方向限制所述外磨轮的运动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的磨豆装置,其特征在于,所述第二调节机构包括第二调节环,所述第二调节环内表面具有螺纹轨道,所述凸起部能够沿所述螺纹轨道运动,从而调节所述外磨轮与所述内磨轮之间的距离。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的磨豆装置,其特征在于,所述第二调节机构还包括压片,所述第二调节环包括旋转齿轮及承载所述旋转齿轮的边缘部,所述压片位于所述边缘部,用于与所述第一调节机构固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的磨豆装置,其特征在于,所述第二调节机构还包括档位旋钮及传动组件,所述传动组件与所述第二调节环啮合连接,通过转动所述档位旋钮从而带动所述传动组件转动,并带动所述第二调节环转动。
  10. 一种磨豆咖啡机,包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的磨豆装置。
