本申请的积极进步效果在于:
1)通过预设H5页面模板,避免了每个活动都要进行活动页面的开发,节约了成本,也缩短了制作活动的时间跨度;
2)通过在活动传播过程中自动记录当前活动传播者的信息,帮助营销人员做后期统计时直接导出相关报表;
3)通过在活动传播过程中自动记录当前活动传播者的信息,便于获取各传播者与客户之间的层级关系,并以此为基础,进行多层级传播者的激励金额计算;
4)通过在活动传播过程中自动记录当前活动传播者的信息,便于将活动的传播过程和激励金额完整地显示给传播者,使得活动过程更公开透明。

下面通过实施例的方式进一步说明本申请,但并不因此将本申请限制在所述的实施例范围之中。
首先,本申请提出了一种电子装置。
参阅图1所示,是本申请电子装置一实施例的硬件架构示意图。本实施例中,所述电子装置2是一种能够按照事先设定或者存储的指令,自动进行数值计算和/或信息处理的设备。例如,可以是智能手机、平板电脑、笔记本 电脑、台式计算机、机架式服务器、刀片式服务器、塔式服务器或机柜式服务器(包括独立的服务器,或者多个服务器所组成的服务器集群)等。如图所示,所述电子装置2至少包括,但不限于,可通过系统总线相互通信连接存储器21、处理器22、网络接口23、以及基于网络传播的营销系统20。其中:
所述存储器21至少包括一种类型的计算机可读存储介质,所述可读存储介质包括闪存、硬盘、多媒体卡、卡型存储器(例如,SD或DX存储器等)、随机访问存储器(RAM)、静态随机访问存储器(SRAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、可编程只读存储器(PROM)、磁性存储器、磁盘、光盘等。在一些实施例中,所述存储器21可以是所述电子装置2的内部存储单元,例如该电子装置2的硬盘或内存。在另一些实施例中,所述存储器21也可以是所述电子装置2的外部存储设备,例如该电子装置2上配备的插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)等。当然,所述存储器21还可以既包括所述电子装置2的内部存储单元也包括其外部存储设备。本实施例中,所述存储器21通常用于存储安装于所述电子装置2的操作系统和各类应用软件,例如所述基于网络传播的营销系统20的程序代码等。此外,所述存储器21还可以用于暂时地存储已经输出或者将要输出的各类数据。
所述处理器22在一些实施例中可以是中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器、或其他数据处理芯片。该处理器22通常用于控制所述电子装置2的总体操作,例如执行与所述电子装置2进行数据交互或者通信相关的控制和处理等。本实施例中,所述处理器22用于运行所述存储器21中存储的程序代码或者处理数据,例如运行所述的基于网络传播的营销系统20等。
所述网络接口23可包括无线网络接口或有线网络接口,该网络接口23 通常用于在所述电子装置2与其他电子装置之间建立通信连接。例如,所述网络接口23用于通过网络将所述电子装置2与外部终端相连,在所述电子装置2与外部终端之间的建立数据传输通道和通信连接等。所述网络可以是企业内部网(Intranet)、互联网(Internet)、全球移动通讯系统(Global System of Mobile communication,GSM)、宽带码分多址(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,WCDMA)、4G网络、5G网络、蓝牙(Bluetooth)、Wi-Fi等无线或有线网络。
需要指出的是,图1仅示出了具有组件21-23的电子装置2,但是应理解的是,并不要求实施所有示出的组件,可以替代的实施更多或者更少的组件。
在本实施例中,存储于存储器21中的所述基于网络传播的营销系统20可以被分割为一个或者多个程序模块,所述一个或者多个程序模块被存储于存储器21中,并可由一个或多个处理器(本实施例为处理器22)所执行,以完成本申请。
例如,图2示出了所述基于网络传播的营销系统20第一实施例的程序模块示意图,该实施例中,所述基于网络传播的营销系统20可以被分割为编辑模块201、发布模块202、路径记录模块203、层级识别模块204和激励计算发放模块205。其中,本申请所称的程序模块是指能够完成特定功能的一系列计算机程序指令段。以下描述将具体介绍所述程序模块201-205的具体功能。
所述编辑模块201,用于在预设的H5页面模板中选择一个模板进行编辑以生成H5活动页面;
所述发布模块202,用于将生成的H5活动页面与二维码或者短链接相关联后进行发布;
所述路径记录模块203,用于在向客户分享二维码或者短链接时记录当 前活动传播者的信息,以实现H5活动页面传播路径的记录;
具体为:当传播者分享二维码或者短链接时,所述当前活动传播者的openid会自动拼接到所述二维码或者短链接中,以记录当前活动传播者的openid,所述openid是用于识别当前活动传播者身份的一种标识,属于当前活动传播者的信息中的一种。
以微信为例,openid的拼接到短链接中的流程具体为:
1)用户点击一个带有相关配置的微信服务器url,所述相关配置报包括只获取openid、获取用户全部信息还是获取回调网址;
2)微信服务器读取配置并且带着code代码跳转到配置的回调网址;
3)回调网址利用code代码访问微信服务器的相关接口,以获取json信息,所述json信息就包括openid和access_token;
4)将获取的openid拼接到短链接的预设位置中。
当然,除了将openid进行拼接用于识别传播者以外,还可以使用其他信息,只需用获取的access_token访问微信服务器相关接口,即可得到用户的全部信息,比如账号等,但要获得授权,通常不会采用这种方式;最后将获取的账号拼接到短链接的预设位置中,也可以实现传播者的识别。
所述层级识别模块204,用于通过所述H5活动页面传播路径的记录,确定各传播者与客户之间的层级关系
所述激励计算发放模块205,用于根据客户的交易额和传播者与客户之间的层级关系,按预设的激励计算规则计算出各级传播者的激励金额并对应发放至各级传播者的账户中。
下面以营销人员使用本系统进行营销为例做具体说明:
1、根据活动特性,从预设的H5页面模板中选择一个合适的模板进行编辑,具体可以是添加标题、活动介绍等内容,完成编辑后生成本次活动的H5活动页面。
2、为方便活动的传播,通常采用扫描二维码或者转发链接的方式,因 此在进行发布前,先要将生成的所述H5活动页面与二维码或者短链接相关联。
3、活动传播主要通过分享二维码或者短链接的方式进行,在传播者分享二维码或者短链接时,所述当前活动传播者的openid会自动拼接到所述二维码或者短链接中,通过识别二维码或者短链接中包含的openid,可以完整记录下所述H5活动页面的传播路径。
4、调取所述H5活动页面的传播路径的记录,通过记录中包含的openid识别出各传播者与客户之间的层级关系,这里的传播者和客户的身份是相对的,下级传播者对于上级传播者来说就是客户;举例来说,A向B分享短链接,那么A相对于B来说是B的一级传播者,而B相对于A来说就是A的一级客户;当B再向C分享短链接,那么B相对于C来说是C的一级传播者,而C相对于B来说是B的一级客户,而A相对于C来说是C的二级传播者,C相对于A来说是A的二级客户,以此类推。
5、一旦某一客户完成一单交易产生交易额,那么自动根据该客户的交易额和传播者与客户之间的层级关系,按预设的激励计算规则计算出各级传播者的激励金额,比如C产生了1000元的交易额,C的一级传播者B获得交易额5%的激励金额,即B获得50元的激励金额,C的二级传播者A获得交易额2%的激励金额,即A获得20元的激励金额,如果C还有对应的三级传播者,则该三级传播者可以获得交易额1%的激励金额,以此类推;计算出各级传播者该获得的激励金额后,将激励金额对应发放至各级传播者的账户中。
通过使用本系统,避免了每个活动都要进行活动页面的开发,只需选择一个页面模板进行适当编辑即可,节约了成本,也缩短了制作活动的时间跨度。此外,本系统可以在活动传播过程中自动记录当前活动传播者的信息,便于获取各传播者与客户之间的层级关系,并以此为基础,进行多层级传播者的激励金额计算,以实现链式传播的效果。
又例如,图3示出了所述基于网络传播的营销系统20第二实施例的程序模块示意图,该实施例中,所述基于网络传播的营销系统20还可以被分割为编辑模块201、发布模块202、路径记录模块203、层级识别模块204、激励计算发放模块205和显示模块206。
其中,程序模块201-205同前述第一实施例,此处不再赘述。
所述显示模块206,用于将传播者与客户之间的层级关系以及对应该客户的激励金额显示在传播者的终端上,以便于所述传播者查看。
接上例,以下具体说明显示的内容:
6、为使传播者可以实时查看其下游客户对此H5活动页面的分享情况,和其所获得的每笔激励金额的来源,本系统还会在每完成一次分享后,将新增的客户添加到每级传播者的客户清单中,并注明客户的层级,比如A分享给B后,A的客户清单中显示一级客户B,当B分享给C后,A的客户清单中显示来源于一级客户B的二级客户C,显示的形式可以多样,比如树形图、表格等;同时,一旦任意一级的客户完成一笔交易后,传播者获得的激励金额会显示在传播者账单中,比如:来源于一级客户B的激励金额50元,来源于二级客户C的激励金额20元等。
本系统可供传播者实时查看其下游客户的传播情况,并可以清晰地得知每笔激励金额的来源。
又例如,图4示出了所述基于网络传播的营销系统20第三实施例的程序模块示意图,该实施例中,所述基于网络传播的营销系统20还可以被分割为编辑模块201、发布模块202、路径记录模块203、层级识别模块204、激励计算发放模块205、显示模块206、分析模块207和图表生成导出模块208。
其中,程序模块201-206同前述第二实施例,此处不再赘述。
所述分析模块207,用于通过所述H5活动页面传播路径的记录,分析所述活动的传播覆盖范围;
所述图表生成导出模块208,根据所述各传播者与客户之间的层级关系和/或所述活动的传播覆盖范围生成图表并导出。
接上例,下面具体说明本系统的图表导出功能:
7、为方便营销人员对发布的活动进行统计,本系统还可根据所述H5活动页面传播路径的记录,分析出活动的传播覆盖范围,具体通过传播者的openid识别出传播者的归属地,再通过对各传播者的归属地的统计,得出所述活动的传播覆盖范围。
8、根据需要将各传播者与客户之间的层级关系和活动的传播覆盖范围按图表形式导出,比如,各传播者与客户之间的层级关系可以树形图的形式导出,活动的传播覆盖范围以点状图或者柱状图的形式导出。
通过使用本系统,营销人员可以在后期统计时直接导出相关报表,便于营销人员对活动进行实时跟踪,掌握活动的进展情况。
其次,本申请提出一种基于网络传播的营销方法。
在实施例一中,如图5所示,所述的基于网络传播的营销方法包括如下步骤:
S1、在预设的H5页面模板中选择一个模板进行编辑以生成H5活动页面;
S2、将生成的H5活动页面与二维码或者短链接相关联后进行发布;
S3、通过向客户分享已关联所述H5活动页面的二维码或者短链接时记录当前活动传播者的信息,以实现H5活动页面传播路径的记录;具体通过将当前活动传播者的openid拼接到所述二维码或者短链接中,以记录当前活动传播者的信息。
S4、通过所述H5活动页面传播路径的记录,确定各传播者与客户之间 的层级关系;
S5、根据客户的交易额和传播者与客户之间的层级关系,按预设的激励计算规则计算出各级传播者的激励金额并将所述激励金额对应发放至各级传播者的账户中。
下面以营销人员使用本方法进行营销为例做具体说明:
1、根据活动特性、业务目标等,从预设的H5页面模板中选择一个合适的模板进行编辑,具体可以是添加活动的标题、活动时间范围、文案内容等,完成编辑后生成本次活动的H5活动页面。
2、为方便活动的传播,通常采用扫描二维码或者转发链接的方式,因此在进行发布前,先要将生成的所述H5活动页面与二维码或者短链接相关联。
3、活动传播主要通过分享二维码或者短链接的方式进行,在传播者分享二维码或者短链接时,所述当前活动传播者的openid会自动拼接到所述二维码或者短链接中,并进行自动记录,通过识别二维码或者短链接中包含的openid,可以完整记录下所述H5活动页面的传播路径。
4、调取所述H5活动页面的传播路径的记录,通过记录中包含的openid识别出各传播者与客户之间的层级关系,这里的传播者和客户的身份是相对的,下级传播者对于上级传播者来说就是客户;举例来说,A向B分享短链接,那么A相对于B来说是B的一级传播者,而B相对于A来说就是A的一级客户;当B再向C分享短链接,那么B相对于C来说是C的一级传播者,而C相对于B来说是B的一级客户,而A相对于C来说是C的二级传播者,C相对于A来说是A的二级客户,以此类推。

通过使用本方法,可以避免每个活动都要进行活动页面的开发,只需选择一个页面模板进行适当编辑即可,节约了成本,也缩短了制作活动的时间跨度。此外,采用本方法可以在活动传播过程中自动记录当前活动传播者的信息,便于获取各传播者与客户之间的层级关系,并以此为基础,进行多层级传播者的激励金额计算,实现链式传播的效果。
在实施例二中,基于实施例一的基础上,如图6所示,所述的基于网络传播的营销方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S1-S5同前述实施例一,此处不再赘述。
S6、将传播者与客户之间的层级关系以及对应该客户的激励金额显示在传播者的终端上,以便于所述传播者查看。
本实施例相较于实施例一,多了查看功能,具体可以通过将新增的客户添加到每级传播者的客户清单中,并注明客户的层级,以便传播者查看其下游客户的活动分享情况,此外还将各级传播者获得的激励金额会显示在各级传播者账单中,并注明激励金额的来源,以使得激励透明化,提高传播者的积极性。
在实施例三中,基于实施例二的基础上,如图7所示,所述的基于网络传播的营销方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S1-S6同前述实施例二,此处不再赘述。
S7、通过所述H5活动页面传播路径的记录,分析所述活动的传播覆盖范围;
S8、根据所述各传播者与客户之间的层级关系和/或所述活动的传播覆盖范围生成图表并导出。
本实施例相较于实施例二,多了图表的导出功能,以便于营销人员能更实时直观的查看活动的进展情况。具体通过H5活动页面传播路径的记录分析出活动的传播覆盖范围,具体通过传播者的openid识别出传播者的归属地,再通过对各传播者的归属地的统计,得出所述活动的传播覆盖范围。然后再根据需要将各传播者与客户之间的层级关系和活动的传播覆盖范围按图表形式导出,比如,各传播者与客户之间的层级关系可以树形图的形式导出,活动的传播覆盖范围以点状图或者柱状图的形式导出等。
在实施例四中,基于实施例三的基础上,如图8所示,所述的基于网络传播的营销方法包括如下步骤:
S0、预设H5页面模板:根据活动的划分类别,针对每种类别通过H5制作工具制作至少一种H5活动页面模板。
步骤S1-S8同前述实施例三,此处不再赘述。
这里活动的划分可以是按照不同的业务目标分类,如吸粉、获客或品牌宣传等,针对每种活动,采用H5制作工具制作至少一种H5活动页面模板预设在系统的模板库中,以供营销人员选择使用。
在实施例五中,基于实施例四的基础上,如图9所示,步骤S1具体包括以下分步骤:
S11、采用json描述活动的信息,所述信息包括活动配置、页面结构和样式,并通过jackson解析器解析并实现json对象和java对象之间的多态映射;
所述json的全称是”JavaScript Object Notation”,意思是JavaScript对象表示法,它是一种基于文本,独立于语言的轻量级数据交换格式;Java下常 见的Json类库有Gson、JSON-lib和Jackson等,其中Jackson相对来说比较高效,因而在项目中通常使用Jackson进行json对象和java对象对象之间的多态映射。
S12、在java框架下执行javascript脚本,将json还原为html,即还原为H5活动页面。
此外,本申请一种计算机可读存储介质,该计算机可读存储介质内存储有基于网络传播的营销系统20,该基于网络传播的营销系统20可被一个或多个处理器执行时,实现上述基于网络传播的营销方法或电子装置的操作。
虽然以上描述了本申请的具体实施方式,但是本领域的技术人员应当理解,这仅是举例说明,本申请的保护范围是由所附权利要求书限定的。本领域的技术人员在不背离本申请的原理和实质的前提下,可以对这些实施方式做出多种变更或修改,但这些变更和修改均落入本申请的保护范围。

    S4、通过所述H5活动页面传播路径的记录,确定各传播者与客户之间的层级关系;
    S5、根据客户的交易额和传播者与客户之间的层级关系,按预设的激励计算规则计算出各级传播者的激励金额并将所述激励金额对应发放至各级传播者的账户中。
