优选地,所述第一加热筒靠近所述第二加热筒的一端内周壁设置有第一限位台阶,所述第二加热筒靠近所述第一加热筒的一端内周壁设置有第二限位台阶,所述第一连接筒的两端外壁分别抵接于所述第一限位台阶和第二限位台阶,以使所述第一加热筒和所述第二加热筒间隔连接。
优选地,所述加热元件套设于所述第一加热筒和第二加热筒的外周壁并且与所述第一连接筒外壁之间设置有隔热间隙,所述加热元件包括第一加热区域和第二加热区域,所述第一加热区域对应设置于所述第一加热筒外,所述第二加热区域对应设置于所述第二加热筒外;
所述第一加热筒、第二加热筒用于分别传递所述第一加热区域和第二加热区域发出的热量以对香烟的外周壁进行分段加热。
优选地,所述空气加热管、第一加热筒以及第二加热筒均为导热材料制作,所述第一连接筒、第二连接筒、隔热筒、第一固定支架、第二固定支架以及所述固定筒均为隔热材料制作。
优选地,所述烟体加热段包括与第一加热筒和连接于所述第一加热筒和固定筒之间的第二连接筒,所述空气加热管由所述第一加热筒朝向远离所述开口部的方向径向收缩形成。
优选地,所述第二连接筒的两端外壁分别连接于所述第一加热筒和固定筒的内周壁,所述加热元件套设于所述第一加热筒的外周壁,所述第一加热筒用于传递所述加热元件的热量以对香烟的外周壁进行单段加热。
优选地,所述空气加热管、第一加热筒均为导热材料制作,所述第二连接筒、隔热筒、第一固定支架、第二固定支架以及所述固定筒均为隔热材料制作。
优选地,所述壳体远离所述开口部的一端可拆卸设置有底盖,所述底盖上开设有用于使空气进入壳体内部的第一进气孔;
所述底盖和所述第二固定支架之间设置有固定件,所述固定件开设有第二进气孔,所述远离所述开口部的一端延伸出所述通孔外并插设于所述第二进气孔内,所述第一进气孔、第二进气孔、进气管以及所述空气加热管依次连通形成进气通道S1。
优选地,所述壳体与所述隔热筒之间还设置有用于容纳烤烟器电路的第一容纳空间和第二容纳空间;
所述加热元件套设于所述烟体加热段的部分外壁,所述烟体加热段的另一部分外壁裸露于所述隔热空间内且设置有至少一个温度感应器,所述温度感应器用于测量所述内所述香烟的加热温度并传送温度信号。

PCB电路板,设置在所述第一容纳空间内;
气流感应器,设置在套设于所述进气通道内,用于感应并传送气流信号;
控制器,设置在所述电路板上并分别和所述加热元件、温度感应器、气流感应器分别电连接,用于接收所述气流信号和温度信号,并根据设定温度,控制所述加热元件按照所述设定温度发热;
电池,设置于所述第二容纳空间内,与所述温度感应器、PCB电路板、气流感应器、控制器分别电连接,用于供电。
本发明还提供了一种采用上述复合加热型烤烟器的复合加热方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将香烟沿开口部依次插设入固定筒和烟体加热段内并使其抵持于所述烟体加热段远离所述开口部一端的端壁;
S2、控制加热元件的第二加热区域加热第二加热筒,对烟支进行加热;
S3、控制加热元件的第一加热区域加热第一加热筒,同时第一加热筒的热量传递至空气加热管同时加热即将流至香烟的空气,烘烤剩余的烟支,并实现对香烟的复合式加热。
本发明还提供了一种采用上述复合加热型烤烟器的复合加热方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将香烟沿开口部依次插设入固定筒和烟体加热段内并使其抵持于所述烟体加热段远离所述开口部一端的端壁;
S2、控制加热元件加热第一加热筒,同时第一加热筒的热量传递至空气加热管同时加热即将流至香烟的空气,以实现对香烟的复合式加热。
有益效果
本申请实施例中提供的一个或多个技术方案,至少具有如下技术效果或优点:能够先控制其中一段加热元件加热部分烟支,当该段烟支充分蒸发后再启动空气加热将剩余的烟支蒸发出来,解决了蒸发不充分和蒸发太快的问题,满足用户长时间吸食的习惯。

本发明的实施方式
本申请实施例通过提供一种复合加热型烤烟器,具体思路如下:该烤烟器包括壳体,壳体一端设置有开口部、内部设置有与开口部连通的固定筒,固定筒远离开口部的一端依次设置有互相连通的烟体加热段和空气加热管,空气加热管由烟体加热段朝向远离开口部的方向径向收缩形成;香烟一端沿开口部依次插入固定筒和烟体加热段并抵持于烟体加热段远离开口部一端的端壁,香烟的另一端从开口部伸出壳体外以供用户吸食;烟体加热段外套设有加热元件,加热元件用于发出热量并传递至烟体加热段和空气加热管,空气加热管用于对其内部即将流至香烟的空气进行加热,第一加热腔用于容置香烟并对香烟的外周壁进行加热,以实现对香烟的复合式加热。本发明提供的复合加热型烤烟器能够先控制其中一段加热元件加热部分烟支,当该段烟支充分蒸发后再启动空气加热将剩余的烟支蒸发出来,解决了蒸发不充分和蒸发太快的问题,满足用户长时间吸食的习惯。
为了更好的理解上述技术方案,下面将结合说明书附图以及具体的实施方式对上述技术方案进行详细的说明,应当理解本申请实施例以及实施例中的具体特征是对本申请技术方案的详细的说明,而不是对本申请技术方案的限定,在不冲突的情况下,本申请实施例以及实施例中的技术特征可以相互组合。
实施例一
图1为本申请第一实施例提供的复合加热型烤烟器的剖面图。
如图1所示,本申请实施例提供了一种复合加热型烤烟器,包括壳体1,所述壳体1一端设置有开口部11、内部设置有与所述开口部11连通的固定筒2,所述固定筒2远离所述开口部11的一端依次设置有互相连通的烟体加热段3和空气加热管4,所述空气加热管4由所述烟体加热段3朝向远离所述开口部11的方向径向收缩形成;香烟一端沿所述开口部11依次插入所述固定筒2和烟体加热段3并抵持于所述烟体加热段3远离所述开口部11一端的端壁,所述香烟的另一端从所述开口部11伸出所述壳体1外以供用户吸食;所述烟体加热段3外套设有加热元件5,所述加热元件5用于发出热量并传递至所述烟体加热段3和空气加热管4,所述空气加热管4用于对其内部即将流至香烟的空气进行加热,所述第一加热腔3用于容置香烟并对香烟的外周壁进行加热,以实现对香烟的复合式加热。
为了对加热元件5进行隔热,固定筒2靠近所述烟体加热段3的一端外壁套设有第一固定支架71,所述第一固定支架71部分朝向所述烟体加热段3方向延伸形成若干第一夹持臂711,所述若干第一夹持臂711内夹持有隔热筒6,以使所述隔热筒6间隔套设于所述加热元 件5以及所述空气加热管4外;所述隔热筒6远离所述第一固定支架71的一端设置有第二固定支架72,所述第二固定支架72部分朝向所述烟体加热段3方向延伸形成若干第二夹持臂721,所述第二夹持臂721夹持于所述隔热筒6远离所述第一固定支架71的一端外壁。第二固定支架72中心开设有通孔722,进气管8穿过所述通孔722与所述空气加热管4连接;所述第一固定支架71、隔热筒6以及所述第二固定支架72围合形成一整体的隔热壳体,所述隔热壳体与容纳于其内部的加热元件5、空气加热管4以及进气管8之间形成有隔热空间60。在本实施例中,分别设置有四个第一夹持臂711和四个第二夹持臂721。
在本实施例中,烟体加热段3包括与第一加热筒31和设置于所述第一加热筒31和所述固定筒2之间的至少一个第二加热筒32,所述空气加热管4由所述第一加热筒31朝向远离所述开口部11的方向径向收缩形成;所述烟体加热段3还包括连接于所述第一加热筒31和所述第二加热筒32之间的第一连接筒33以及连接于所述第二加热筒32和所述固定筒2之间的第二连接筒34。在本实施例中,设置有一个第二加热筒32,在其他实施例中,也可以设置有多个第二加热筒32,以对烟支进行更充分的加热。
结合图1和图2所示,由于要对烟支进行分段加热,第一加热筒31靠近所述第二加热筒32的一端内周壁设置有第一限位台阶311,所述第二加热筒32靠近所述第一加热筒31的一端内周壁设置有第二限位台阶321,所述第一连接筒33的两端外壁分别抵接于所述第一限位台阶311和第二限位台阶321,以使所述第一加热筒31和所述第二加热筒32间隔连接。所述加热元件5套设于所述第一加热筒31和第二加热筒32的外周壁并且与所述第一连接筒33外壁之间设置有隔热间隙50,所述加热元件5包括第一加热区域51和第二加热区域52,所述第一加热区域51对应设置于所述第一加热筒31外,所述第二加热区域52对应设置于所述第二加热筒32外;所述第一加热筒31、第二加热筒32用于分别传递所述第一加热区域51和第二加热区域52发出的热量以对香烟的外周壁进行分段加热。
具体地,第一加热区域51和第二加热区域52可以设置为相同温度,也可以设置为不同温度,以满足客户的多元化需求。
在本实施例中,空气加热管4、第一加热筒31以及第二加热筒32均为导热材料制作,所述第一连接筒33、第二连接筒34、隔热筒6、第一固定支架71、第二固定支架72以及所述固定筒2均为隔热材料制作,第一加热筒31为导热材料制作,可以将热量传递至空气加热管4,以对空气加热管4内的即将流至香烟的空气进行加热,以实现对香烟的复合式加热。
具体地,壳体1远离所述开口部11的一端可拆卸设置有底盖12,所述底盖12上开设有用于使空气进入壳体1内部的第一进气孔121;所述底盖12和所述第二固定支架72之间设置有固定件9,所述固定件9开设有第二进气孔91,所述远离所述开口部11的一端延伸出所述通孔722外并插设于所述第二进气孔91内,所述第一进气孔121、第二进气孔91、进气管8以及所述空气加热管4依次连通形成进气通道S1。
在本实施例中,底盖12、固定件9、第二固定支架72、隔热筒6、第一固定支架71、固定筒2、烟体加热段3以及空气加热管4之间均为可拆卸连接,以便于清洁烤烟器。
如图1所示,所述壳体1与所述隔热筒6之间还设置有用于容纳烤烟器电路的第一容纳空间13和二容纳空间14;所述加热元件5套设于所述烟体加热段3的部分外壁,所述烟体加热段3的另一部分外壁裸露于所述隔热空间60内且设置有至少一个温度感应器15,所述温度感应器15用于测量所述内所述香烟的加热温度并传送温度信号。
在本实施例中,复合加热型烤烟器还包括:PCB电路板16,设置在所述第一容纳空间13内;气流感应器17,设置在套设于所述进气通道S1内,用于感应并传送气流信号;控制器18,设置在所述电路板16上并分别和所述加热元件5、温度感应器15、气流感应器17分别电连接,用于接收所述气流信号和温度信号,并根据设定温度,控制所述加热元件5按照所述设定温度发热;电池19,设置于所述第二容纳空间内,与所述温度感应器15、PCB电路板16、气流感应器17、控制器18分别电连接,用于供电。
实施例二
如图3所示,本实施例与实施例一的区别在于烟体加热段3的结构不同,在本实施例中,烟体加热段3包括与第一加热筒31和连接于所述第一加热筒31和固定筒2之间的第二连接筒34,所述空气加热管4由所述第一加热筒31朝向远离所述开口部11的方向径向收缩形成。
结合图3和图4所示,所述第二连接筒34的两端外壁分别连接于所述第一加热筒31和固定筒2的内周壁,所述加热元件5套设于所述第一加热筒31的外周壁,所述第一加热筒31用于传递所述加热元件5的热量以对香烟的外周壁进行单段加热。
在本实施例中,空气加热管4、第一加热筒31为导热材料制作,第二连接筒34、隔热筒6、第一固定支架71、第二固定支架72以及所述固定筒2均为隔热材料制作,第一加热筒31为导热材料制作,可以将热量传递至空气加热管4,以对空气加热管4内的即将流至香烟的空气进行加热,以实现对香烟的复合式加热。
实施例三
如图5所示,本实施例提供了一种利用实施例一中的烤烟器的复合加热方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将香烟沿开口部11依次插设入固定筒2和烟体加热段3内并使其抵持于所述烟体加热段3远离所述开口部11一端的端壁;
S2、控制加热元件5的第二加热区域52加热第二加热筒32,对烟支进行加热;
S3、控制加热元件5的第一加热区域51加热第一加热筒31,同时第一加热筒31的热量传递至空气加热管4同时加热即将流至香烟的空气,烘烤剩余的烟支,并实现对香烟的复合式加热。
具体地,第一加热区域51和第二加热区域52可以设置为相同温度,也可以设置为不同温度,以满足客户的多元化需求。

S2、控制加热元件5加热第一加热筒31,同时第一加热筒31的热量传递至空气加热管4同时加热即将流至香烟的空气,以实现对香烟的复合式加热。
本实施例中的复合加热方法能够同时控制其中一段加热元件加热部分烟支,并且通过空气加热即将进入烟支的空气,解决了香烟蒸发不充分问题。
综上所述,本申请实施例中提供的一个或多个技术方案,至少具有如下技术效果或优点:能够先控制其中一段加热元件加热部分烟支,当该段烟支充分蒸发后再启动空气加热将剩余的烟支蒸发出来,解决了蒸发不充分和蒸发太快的问题,满足用户长时间吸食的习惯。

  1. 一种复合加热型烤烟器,其特征在于,包括壳体(1),所述壳体(1)一端设置有开口部(11)、内部设置有与所述开口部(11)连通的固定筒(2),所述固定筒(2)远离所述开口部(11)的一端依次设置有互相连通的烟体加热段(3)和空气加热管(4),所述空气加热管(4)由所述烟体加热段(3)朝向远离所述开口部(11)的方向径向收缩形成;
    香烟一端沿所述开口部(11)依次插入所述固定筒(2)和烟体加热段(3)并抵持于所述烟体加热段(3)远离所述开口部(11)一端的端壁,所述香烟的另一端从所述开口部(11)伸出所述壳体(1)外以供用户吸食;
    所述烟体加热段(3)外套设有加热元件(5),所述加热元件(5)用于发出热量并传递至所述烟体加热段(3)和空气加热管(4),所述空气加热管(4)用于对其内部即将流至香烟的空气进行加热,所述第一加热腔(3)用于容置香烟并对香烟的外周壁进行加热,以实现对香烟的复合式加热。
  2. 根据权利要求2所述的复合加热型烤烟器,其特征在于,所述固定筒(2)靠近所述烟体加热段(3)的一端外壁套设有第一固定支架(71),所述第一固定支架(71)部分朝向所述烟体加热段(3)方向延伸形成若干第一夹持臂(711),所述若干第一夹持臂(711)内夹持有隔热筒(6),以使所述隔热筒(6)间隔套设于所述加热元 件(5)以及所述空气加热管(4)外;
    所述隔热筒(6)远离所述第一固定支架(71)的一端设置有第二固定支架(72),所述第二固定支架(72)部分朝向所述烟体加热段(3)方向延伸形成若干第二夹持臂(721),所述第二夹持臂(721)夹持于所述隔热筒(6)远离所述第一固定支架(71)的一端外壁。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的复合加热型烤烟器,其特征在于,所述第二固定支架(72)中心开设有通孔(722),进气管(8)穿过所述通孔(722)与所述空气加热管(4)连接;
    所述第一固定支架(71)、隔热筒(6)以及所述第二固定支架(72)围合形成一隔热壳体,所述隔热壳体与容纳于其内部的加热元件(5)、空气加热管(4)以及进气管(8)之间形成有隔热空间(60)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的复合加热型烤烟器,其特征在于,所述烟体加热段(3)包括与第一加热筒(31)和设置于所述第一加热筒(31)和所述固定筒(2)之间的至少一个第二加热筒(32),所述空气加热管(4)由所述第一加热筒(31)朝向远离所述开口部(11)的方向径向收缩形成;
    所述烟体加热段(3)还包括连接于所述第一加热筒(31)和所述第二加热筒(32)之间的第一连接筒(33)以及连接于所述第二加热筒(32)和所述固定筒(2)之间的第二连接筒(34)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的复合加热型烤烟器,其特征在于,所述第一加热筒(31)靠近所述第二加热筒(32)的一端内周壁设置有第一限位台阶(311),所述第二加热筒(32)靠近所述第一加热筒(31)的一端内周壁设置有第二限位台阶(321),所述第一连接筒(33)的两端外壁分别抵接于所述第一限位台阶(311)和第二限位台阶(321),以使所述第一加热筒(31)和所述第二加热筒(32)间隔连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的复合加热型烤烟器,其特征在于,所述加热元件(5)套设于所述第一加热筒(31)和第二加热筒(32)的外周壁并且与所述第一连接筒(33)外壁之间设置有隔热间隙(50),所述加热元件(5)包括第一加热区域(51)和第二加热区域(52),所述第一加热区域(51)对应设置于所述第一加热筒(31)外,所述第二加热区域(52)对应设置于所述第二加热筒(32)外;
    所述第一加热筒(31)、第二加热筒(32)用于分别传递所述第一加热区域(51)和第二加热区域(52)发出的热量以对香烟的外周壁进行分段加热。
  7. 根据权利要求4-6中任意一项所述的复合加热型烤烟器,其特征在于,所述空气加热管(4)、第一加热筒(31)以及第二加热筒(32)均为导热材料制作,所述第一连接筒(33)、第二连接筒(34)、隔热筒(6)、第一固定支架(71)、第二固定支架(72)以及所述固定筒(2)均为隔热材料制作。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的复合加热型烤烟器,其特征在于,所述烟体加热段(3)包括与第一加热筒(31)和连接于所述第一加热筒(31)和固定筒(2)之间的第二连接筒(34),所述空气加热管(4)由所述第一加热筒(31)朝向远离所述开口部(11)的方向径向收缩形成。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的复合加热型烤烟器,其特征在于,所述第二连接筒(34)的两端外壁分别连接于所述第一加热筒(31)和固定筒(2)的内周壁,所述加热元件(5)套设于所述第一加热筒(31)的外周壁,所述第一加热筒(31)用于传递所述加热元件(5)的热量以对香烟的外周壁进行单段加热。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的复合加热型烤烟器,其特征在于,所述空气加热管(4)、第一加热筒(31)均为导热材料制作,所述第二连接筒(34)、隔热筒(6)、第一固定支架(71)、第二固定支架(72)以及所述固定筒(2)均为隔热材料制作。
  11.  根据权利要求3所述的复合加热型烤烟器,其特征在于,所述壳体(1)远离所述开口部(11)的一端可拆卸设置有底盖(12),所述底盖(12)上开设有用于使空气进入壳体(1)内部的第一进气孔(121);
    所述底盖(12)和所述第二固定支架(72)之间设置有固定件(9),所述固定件(9)开设有第二进气孔(91),所述远离所述开口部(11)的一端延伸出所述通孔(722)外并插设于所述第二进气孔(91)内,所述第一进气孔(121)、第二进气孔(91)、进气管(8)以及所述空气加热管(4)依次连通形成进气通道S1。
  12. 根据权利要求3所述的复合加热型烤烟器,其特征在于,所述壳体(1)与所述隔热筒(6)之间还设置有用于容纳烤烟器电路的第一容纳空间(13)和第二容纳空间(14);
    所述加热元件(5)套设于所述烟体加热段(3)的部分外壁,所述烟体加热段(3)的另一部分外壁裸露于所述隔热空间(60)内且设置有至少一个温度感应器(15),所述温度感应器(15)用于测量所述内所述香烟的加热温度并传送温度信号。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的复合加热型烤烟器,其特征在于,所述复合加热型烤烟器还包括:
    PCB电路板(16),设置在所述第一容纳空间(13)内;
    气流感应器(17),设置在套设于所述进气通道S1内,用于感应并传送气流信号;
    控制器(18),设置在所述电路板(16)上并分别和所述加热元件(5)、温度感应器(15)、气流感应器(17)分别电连接,用于接收所述气流信号和温度信号,并根据设定温度,控制所述加热元件(5)按照所述设定温度发热;

    S2、控制加热元件(5)的第二加热区域(52)加热第二加热筒(32),对烟支进行加热;
    S3、控制加热元件(5)的第一加热区域(51)加热第一加热筒(31),同时第一加热筒(31)的热量传递至空气加热管(4)同时加热即将流至香烟的空气,烘烤剩余的烟支,并实现对香烟的复合式加热。
  15.  一种利用权利要求9所述复合加热型烤烟器的复合加热方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    S1、将香烟沿开口部(11)依次插设入固定筒(2)和烟体加热段(3)内并使其抵持于所述烟体加热段(3)远离所述开口部(11)一端的端壁;
    S2、控制加热元件(5)加热第一加热筒(31),同时第一加热筒(31)的热量传递至空气加热管(4)同时加热即将流至香烟的空气,以实现对香烟的复合式加热。
