一种电加热烟草的吸食装置,包括采用电加热吸食的烟体,烟体内具有加热腔,并设置有烟草燃烧腔(2),烟草设置于烟草燃烧腔(2)中,烟体头部具有一个烟嘴(4),烟嘴(4)内部形成有一个以上的容纳腔,电加热产生的裂解水、蒸发水被烟嘴(4)部分吸收进入到容纳腔内,烟草加热时,烟嘴(4)内插入一根用于辅助吸食烟雾用的辅助件(3),整根香烟(5)插入一个分段式加热装置中实现分段加热。该装置能够在加热燃烧时帮助使用者吸食烟草,解决了现有技术中因为电加热过程中裂解水或者蒸发水堵塞烟嘴(4)进而导致加热状态时不能吸食的问题,且通过对香烟(5)准确的分段加热,实现香烟(5)可以均匀地发烟,并保持最大香度,避开香烟过滤嘴,吸食烟草裂解物。

Description

一种电加热烟草的吸食装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及烟草领域,具体涉及一种电加热烟草的吸食装置。
背景技术
现有技术中,通过加热烟草产生烟气进而供吸烟者吸食,但是现有技术中的烟草在加热燃烧时会产生大量的裂解水和蒸发水,因此,加热时使用者如果想吸食香烟,则燃烧产生的裂解水和蒸发水会全部进入到烟嘴内部的细孔内,导致整个烟嘴出气性变差。
另外,不能准确加热所加热香烟区域,并且不能在第一段加热被吸食时,预热第二段香烟(加温不燃烧吸食香烟时)。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种解决现有技术中因为电加热过程中裂解水后者蒸发水堵塞烟嘴进而导致加热状态时不能吸食的问题,且通过对香烟准确的分段加热,实现香烟可以均匀地发烟,并保持最大香度,避开香烟过滤嘴,吸食烟草裂解物。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种电加热烟草的吸食装置,包括采用电加热吸食的烟体,烟体内具有加热腔并设置有烟草燃烧腔,烟草设置于烟草燃烧腔,烟体头部具有一个烟嘴,烟嘴内部形成有一个以上的容纳腔烟草加热时,烟嘴内插入一根用于辅助吸食烟雾用的辅助件,整根香烟插入于一个分段式加热装置中实现分段加热。
作为优选的技术方案,所述辅助件穿过烟嘴并至烟草燃烧室内的烟草中, 辅助件另一端伸出于烟嘴的外侧端或者与烟嘴端面平齐。
作为优选的技术方案,所述辅助件为一根中空细管。
作为优选的技术方案,所述中空细管为中空结构,中间形成一个烟气通过用的吸食通道。
作为优选的技术方案,所述中空细管采用金属中空细管。
作为优选的技术方案,所述分段式加热装置包括复数个的发热体以及一个发热管。
作为优选的技术方案,所述发热体由内管以及盘绕在内管外部的发热丝组成,复数个内管套装于一个发热管外部,将内管的热量传递给发热管,香烟整体插入于发热管内部,烟嘴伸出于外部。
作为优选的技术方案,所述内管采用具有200以上导热系数的铝合金材料制成。
作为优选的技术方案,所述中空细管伸入于香烟烟草内部,或伸入于烟草和发热管之间。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型结构简单,能够在加热燃烧时帮助使用者吸食烟草,解决现有技术中因为电加热过程中裂解水后者蒸发水堵塞烟嘴进而导致加热状态时不能吸食的问题,且通过对香烟准确的分段加热,实现香烟可以均匀地发烟,并保持最大香度,避开香烟过滤嘴,吸食烟草裂解物。

具体实施方式

如图1和图2所示,包括采用电加热吸食的烟体,烟体内具有加热腔并设置有烟草燃烧腔,烟草设置于烟草燃烧腔2,烟体头部具有一个烟嘴4,烟嘴4内部形成有一个以上的容纳腔烟草加热时,烟嘴内插入一根用于辅助吸食烟雾用的辅助件3,整根香烟5插入于一个分段式加热装置中实现分段加热。
其中,辅助件3穿过烟嘴并至烟草燃烧室内的烟草中,辅助件3另一端伸出于烟嘴的外侧端或者与烟嘴端面平齐,本实施例中,辅助件为一根中空细管,该中空细管为中空结构,中间形成一个烟气通过用的吸食通道。
本实施例中,中空细管采用金属中空细管,也可采用其它材料,只要能耐高温,能实现出气即可,为了防止烫伤,我们可以在中空细管的伸出端套装一层隔热层,如果中空细管部分伸出于烟嘴的外部,设置该隔热层即可免除被烫伤的风险。
其工作原理时,燃烧室燃烧产生的烟气通过该插入的中空细管与外界导通,此时使用者在加热时吸食,那么可以很简单的通过中空细管将内部燃烧的烟气吸出,解决现有技术中裂解水以及蒸发水堵塞烟嘴细孔的问题,通过上述技术可以轻易的实现。中空细管可以伸出也可以平齐,只要能够实现导气的目的即可。
另外,本实施例中,整根香烟5插入于一个分段式加热装置中实现分段加热,分段式加热装置包括复数个的发热体以及一个发热管,发热体由内管1以及盘绕在内管外部的发热丝6组成,复数个内管1套装于一个发热管7外部,将内管的热量传递给发热管7,香烟整体插入于发热管内部,烟嘴伸出于外部,内管采用具有200以上导热系数的铝合金材料制成,。
通过对香烟准确的分段加热,实现香烟可以均匀地发烟,并保持最大香度,避开香烟过滤嘴,吸食烟草裂解物。在加温不燃烧整根烟时,烟量更均匀,香味更充分,用中空细管管将烟草的裂解物吸食出来。
工作原理:中空细管插入于香烟过滤嘴,然后整个香烟放入发热管,发热管通过四个发热体依次对香烟加热,产生裂解物并通过中空细管吸食。本实施例中,中空细管伸入于香烟烟草内部,或者可以伸入于烟草和发热管之间。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型结构简单,能够在加热燃烧时帮助使用者吸食烟草,解决现有技术中因为电加热过程中裂解水后者蒸发水堵塞烟嘴进而导致加热状态时不能吸食的问题,且通过对香烟准确的分段加热,实现香烟可以均匀地发烟,并保持最大香度,避开香烟过滤嘴,吸食烟草裂解物。
以上所述,仅为本实用新型的具体实施方式,但本实用新型的保护范围并不局限于此,任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本实用新型的保护范围之内。因此,本实用新型的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种电加热烟草的吸食装置,包括采用电加热吸食的烟体,烟体内具有加热腔并设置有烟草燃烧腔,烟草设置于烟草燃烧腔,烟体头部具有一个烟嘴,烟嘴内部形成有一个以上的容纳腔,其特征在于:烟草加热时,烟嘴内插入一根用于辅助吸食烟雾用的辅助件,整根香烟插入于一个分段式加热装置中实现分段加热。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种电加热烟草的吸食装置,其特征在于:所述辅助件穿过烟嘴并至烟草燃烧室内的烟草中,辅助件另一端伸出于烟嘴的外侧端或者与烟嘴端面平齐。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的电加热烟草的吸食装置,其特征在于:所述辅助件为一根中空细管。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种电加热烟草的吸食装置,其特征在于:所述中空细管中间形成一个烟气通过用的吸食通道。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种电加热烟草的吸食装置,其特征在于:所述中空细管采用金属中空细管。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种电加热烟草的吸食装置,其特征在于:所述分段式加热装置包括复数个的发热体以及一个发热管。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的一种电加热烟草的吸食装置,其特征在于:所述发热体由内管以及盘绕在内管外部的发热丝组成,复数个内管套装于一个发热管外部,将内管的热量传递给发热管,香烟整体插入于发热管内部,烟嘴伸出于外部。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的一种电加热烟草的吸食装置,其特征在于:所述内管采用具有200以上导热系数的铝合金材料制成。
  9. 如权利要求3所述的一种电加热烟草的吸食装置,其特征在于:所述中空细管伸入于香烟烟草内部,或伸入于烟草和发热管之间。
