综上,现有技术中用户需要在停车场出口处现金支付出场费的方式,容易造成出口处的堵塞,上述问题亟待解决。

当判断与车辆标识信息对应的车辆出场费用收取不成功时,接收通过支付识别码识别设备录入的支付识别码,进行出场费用收取;
当判断通过支付识别码成功收取与车辆标识信息对应的车辆的出场费用后,控制出口的车辆限行装置打开,放行车辆。

服务器100与第三方支付平台服务器300通过无线网络连接(如WiFi)或数据传输连接(如移动网络)。
在本发明实施例中,停车场管理系统200可包括本地端201、车辆标识信息采集装置202、支付识别码识别设备203和车辆限定装置204。
其中,本地端200可以是台式计算机、膝上型便携计算机、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)和平板电脑等等,用于控制车辆标识采集装置202采集停车场车辆的车辆标识信息,并上报给服务器100;还可用于接收通过支付识别码识别设备203录入的支付识别码,并上报给服务器100;还可用于控制车辆限行装置204的打开和关闭。
车辆标识采集装置202可以是摄像头等摄像装置,可设于停车场出口处,用于采集停车场车辆的车辆标识信息。可通过本地端200将采集到的车辆标识信息上报给服务器100;也可直接与服务器100通信以上报采集到的车辆标识信息。

在本发明实施例中,第二时间间隔阈值为预先设定数据,在同一出口处可同时设有支付识别码识别设备和车辆标识信息采集装置,分别获取上述设于同一出口的支付识别码识别设备接收到支付识别码的时间和车辆标识信息采集装置采集到欲出场车辆的车辆标识信息的时间,进而确定接收到支付识别码的时间与获取到欲出场车辆的车辆标识信息的时间间隔。判断上述支付识别码的时间与获取到欲出场车辆的车辆标识信息的时间间隔是否小于预先设定的第二时间间隔阈值,若判断结果为是,则进入步骤S303;若判断结果为否,则不收取出场费用。
步骤S303,进行出场费用收取。
在本发明实施例中,获取接收到支付识别码的时间与采集到欲出场车辆的车辆标识信息的时间间隔,当上述时间间隔小于预设的时间间隔阈值时,根据接收到的支付识别码收取出场费用。由于某一出口处采集到欲出场车辆的车辆标识信息后,被采集到的车辆不一定在该出口驶出,若不限定接收到支付识别码的时间与采集欲出场车辆的车辆标识信息的是将间隔,则下一在此出口驶出的用户录入支付识别码后,进行出场费用收取,则支付的是上一被采集到的车辆的出场费用,导致扣除的出场费用与出场车辆不一致的情形。本方案中设定了接收支付识别码的时间与采集到欲出场车辆的车辆标识信息的时间间隔,尽量避免了扣除的出场费用与支付出场费用的用户的车辆不一致的情形,进而提高出场费用收取的准确率。
实施例三:
图4示出了本发明实施例三提供的车辆出口控制方法的流程图,详述如下:
步骤S203,具体包括:
步骤S401,接收通过支付识别码识别设备录入的支付识别码。
步骤S402,判断预设的位置是否有车辆停放,当判断结果为是时,则进入步骤S403;当判断结果为否时,则执行其他操作。
在本发明实施例中,预设的判断是否有车辆停放的位置为可采集到欲出场车辆的位置,位于停车场出口处。
可通过设于预设位置的地感装置判断预设的位置是否有车辆停放,也可以通过红外线传感装置判断预设的位置是否有车辆停放等等,此处对判断是否有车辆停放的位置和判断预设的位置是否有车辆停放的方式的举例均为方便理解本方案,本实施例中所列举的方式为本方案的优选实施方式,具体实施方式可根据实际情况灵活设定,此处不做限定。
在本发明实施例中,判断是否有车辆停放的位置为预先设定位置,当判断到预设的位置存在停放的车辆时,则进入步骤S403;当判断结果为否时,则不进行出场费用收取。
步骤S403,进行出场费用收取。
在本发明实施例中,在接收到录入的支付识别码后,判断预设的位置是否有车辆停放,只有当预设的位置存在停放的车辆时,收取出场费用。只有在接收到录入的支付识别码时,且预设位置上有车辆停放时,才收取出场费用,可一定程度上保证,录入支付识别码的用户为欲出场车辆的关联用户,尽量避免了扣除的出场费用与支付出场费用的用户的车辆不一致的情形,进而提高出场费用收取的准确率。
实施例四:
图5示出了本发明实施例四提供的车辆出口控制装置的结构,详述如下:
车辆标识信息获取单元51,用于获取通过设置于出口的车辆标识信息采集装置采集的欲出场车辆的车辆标识信息。
在本发明实施例中,车辆标识信息采集装置可以为摄像装置,作为示例,例如摄像头等;也可以为RFID数据采集装置,作为示例,例如微波天线采集装置等;还可以为扫描装置,作为示例,例如扫描枪等等,具体车辆标识信息采集装置的选择,此处不做限定。
车辆标识信息可以为车辆的车牌号码,也可以是设于车辆上可被采集到的车载电子标签,还可以为设于车辆上可被采集的二维码信息等,只要为设于车辆之上的可唯一标识车辆的标识信息均可,具体不做限定。
在本发明实施例中,在通过设置于出口的车辆标识信息采集装置采集到欲出场车辆的车辆标识信息后,获取上述车辆标识信息。作为示例,例如可通过设置于出口的摄像装置采集到欲驶出车辆的车牌号码;作为另一示例,例如也可以通过设于出口的微波天线采集欲驶出车辆的RFID数据;作为另一示例,例如还可通过设置于出口的扫描装置采集到欲驶出车辆的二维码信息等等,应当理解,此处对通过车辆标识信息采集装置采集车辆的车辆标识信息的举例仅为方便理解本方案,不具有任何限定意义。
判断单元52,用于判断与车辆标识信息对应的车辆出场费用是否已收取成功。当判断与车辆标识信息对应的车辆出场费用收取不成功时,则进入步骤S203;当判断与车辆标识信息对应的车辆出场费用收取成功时,则执行其他操作。
作为本发明的一优选实施例,与车辆标识信息对应的车辆出场费用收取不成功可以包括:
与车辆标识信息对应的车辆出场费用未收取;或者
与车辆标识信息对应的车辆出场费用已收取,但费用收取的时间与车辆的出场时间之间的间隔是否小于预设的第一时间间隔阈值。
在本发明实施例中,第一时间间隔阈值为预先设定数据,第一时间间隔阈值的设定为防止用户在缴纳车费后继续在停车场内停放车辆,可为10分钟、15分钟等等,具体第一时间间隔阈值的设定此处不做限定。
在本发明实施例中,可根据已存储数据判断与车辆标识信息对应的车辆出场费用是否收取不成功。
其中,当判断车辆出场费用是否收取不成功的条件为与车辆标识信息对应的车辆出场费用未收取时,作为示例,例如若与欲驶出车辆的车辆标识信息关联的用户为停车场系统中的注册用户,但用户的账户中余额不足,用户在驶出停车场时,无法在账户中自动扣除出场费用,则可将上述车辆标识信息对应的用户标注为出场费用未收取,也即欲出场车辆的出场费用收取不成功;作为另一示例,例如用户不是停车场系统中的注册用户,出场费用的收费中心不设在出口处,且欲出场车辆在出场时尚未到收费中心缴纳出场费用,则可将上述车辆标识信息对应的用户标注为出场费用未收取,也即欲出场车辆的出场费用收取不成功等等。
或者,当判断车辆出场费用是否收取不成功的条件为与车辆标识信息对应的车辆出场费用已收取,但费用收取的时间与车辆的出场时间之间的间隔是否小于预设的第一时间间隔阈值时,作为示例,例如用户在收费中心处支付了出场费用后,将支付了出场费用的车辆携带的车辆标识信息对应的用户标注为已收取,且同时标注了出场费用的收取时间,在获取到欲出场车辆的车辆标识信息后,在已存储数据中获取到与上述车辆标识信息关联的出场费用是否收取,以及出场费用收取时间,可将设置于出口的车辆标识信息采集装置采集的到欲出场车辆的车辆标识信息的时间视为车辆出场时间,则可计算出费用收取的时间与车辆的出场时间之间的间隔,若上述时间间隔不小于第一时间间隔,则欲出场车辆的出场费用收取不成功等。
应当理解,此处对判断车辆出场费用是否收取不成功的举例仅为证明本方案的可实施性,具体对判断车辆出场费用是否收取成功方式的选择可根据实际情况灵活设定,此处不做限定。
在本发明实施例中,将与车辆标识信息对应的车辆出场费用未收取,或者与车辆标识信息对应的车辆出场费用已收取,但费用收取的时间与车辆的出场时间之间的间隔是否小于预设的第一时间间隔阈值,视为与车辆标识信息对应的车辆出场费用收取不成功。本方案提供的判断欲出场车辆的车辆出场费用是否收取成功的方式简单、便捷、易于实现;且由于部分停车场场地面积较大,会设有不止一个出口,而为了方便统一管理出场费用,可能几个出口共用同一个出场费交费中心,则用户可在交费中心交费后出场,在进一步对费用收取的时间与车辆的出场时间之间的间隔进行限定后,可避免用户先交纳出场费用后继续在停车场内停放车辆的情形,也即避免用户漏交出场费的情形。
在本发明实施例中,与车辆标识信息对应的车辆出场费用是否已收取成功的信息为已存储信息。在获取到欲驶出车辆的车辆标识信息后,根据预先存储的数据判断对应的车辆的出场费用是否已收取成功。当与车辆标识信息对应的车辆出场费用收取不成功时,则进入出场费用收取单元53;当与车辆标识信息对应的车辆出场费用收取成功时,则控制放行车辆。
出场费用收取单元53,用于接收通过支付识别码识别设备录入的支付识别码,进行出场费用收取。
在本发明实施例中,支付识别码可以为支付二维码等等。
其中,支付二维码可以为静态二维码,作为示例,例如支付宝的静态支付二维码;也可以为动态二维码,作为示例,例如微信的动态二维码等等,具体支付识别码的形式此处不做限定。
在本发明实施例中,支付识别码识别设备可以为扫描器、扫描枪等扫描设备,也可以为RFID数据采集设备等等,具体支付识别码识别设备的选择此处不做限定。
作为本发明的一优选实施例,支付识别码设备包括固定于出口的支付码识别设备或者可移动支付码识别设备。
在本发明实施例中,支付码识别设备可以为固定于出口的支付识别码识别设备,作为示例,例如固定于出口的二维码扫描器等。应当理解,此处对支付具体支付码识别设备的举例仅为方便理解本方案,具体支付识别码设备的选择可根据实际需要灵活选择,此处不做限定。
在本发明实施例中,在出口处设有固定的支付识别码识别设备,用户可自主录入支付识别码,则无需在出口处设管理人员,节省了停车场的经济成本。
也可以为可移动的支付识别码识别设备,作为示例,例如可移动的二维码扫描枪等,具体支付识别码设备的选择此处不做限定。应当理解,此处对支付具体支付码识别设备的举例仅为方便理解本方案,具体支付识别码设备的选择可根据实际需要灵活选择,此处不做限定。
在本发明实施例中,在出口处设有可移动的支付识别码识别设备,可实现用户在不下车的前提下录入支付识别码,以提供更好的用户出场体验。
车辆放行单元54,用于当判断通过支付识别码成功收取与车辆标识信息对应的车辆的出场费用后,控制出口的车辆限行装置打开,放行车辆。
在本发明实施例中,在通过设置于出口的车辆标识信息采集装置采集到欲出场车辆的车辆标识信息后,判断与所述车辆标识信息对应的车辆的出场费用是否已经收取成功,若尚未收取成功时,接收通过支付识别码识别设备录入的支付识别码,从而收取出场费用,当判断通过上述支付识别码成功支付出场费用后,控制出口处的车辆限行装置打开,放行车辆。用户无需在出口处现金支付出场费,避免了由于在出口处现金支付出场费用花费时间较长的情形,从而避免了车辆在出口处的堵塞,以提供了良好的车辆出场体验。
实施例五:
图6示出了本发明实施例五提供的车辆出口控制装置的结构,详述如下:
出场费用收取单元53具体包括:
支付识别码接收模块61,用于接收通过支付识别码识别设备录入的支付识别码。
第一判断模块62,用于判断接收到支付识别码的时间与获取欲出场车辆的车辆标识信息的时间的间隔是否小于预设的第二时间间隔阈值。当判断结果为是时,进入出场费用收取模块63;若判断结果为否时,则执行其他操作。
在本发明实施例中,第二时间间隔阈值的设定为防止录入支付识别码的用户与采集到的车辆标识对应的用户为不同的用户,可将第二时间间隔设为5分钟、8分钟等,具体可根据实际需要结合实际情况灵活设定,此处不做限定。
在本发明实施例中,第二时间间隔阈值为预先设定数据,在同一出口处可同时设有支付识别码识别设备和车辆标识信息采集装置,分别获取上述设于同一出口的支付识别码识别设备接收到支付识别码的时间和车辆标识信息采集装置采集到欲出场车辆的车辆标识信息的时间,进而确定接收到支付识别码的时间与获取到欲出场车辆的车辆标识信息的时间间隔。判断上述支付识别码的时间与获取到欲出场车辆的车辆标识信息的时间间隔是否小于预先设定的第二时间间隔阈值,若判断结果为是,则进入出场费用收取模块63;若判断结果为否,则不收取出场费用。
出场费用收取模块63,用于进行出场费用收取。
在本发明实施例中,获取接收到支付识别码的时间与采集到欲出场车辆的车辆标识信息的时间间隔,当上述时间间隔小于预设的时间间隔阈值时,根据接收到的支付识别码收取出场费用。由于某一出口处采集到欲出场车辆的车辆标识信息后,被采集到的车辆不一定在该出口驶出,若不限定接收到支付识别码的时间与采集欲出场车辆的车辆标识信息的是将间隔,则下一在此出口驶出的用户录入支付识别码后,进行出场费用收取,则支付的是上一被采集到的车辆的出场费用,导致扣除的出场费用与出场车辆不一致的情形。本方案中设定了接收支付识别码的时间与采集到欲出场车辆的车辆标识信息的时间间隔,尽量避免了扣除的出场费用与支付出场费用的用户的车辆不一致的情形,进而提高出场费用收取的准确率。
实施例六:
图7示出了本发明实施例六提供的车辆出口控制装置的结构,详述如下:
出场费用收取单元53,具体包括:
支付识别码接收模块71,用于接收通过支付识别码识别设备录入的支付识别码。
第二判断模块72,用于判断预设的位置是否有车辆停放。当判断结果为是时,则进入出场费用收取模块73;当判断结果为否时,则执行其他操作。
在本发明实施例中,预设的判断是否有车辆停放的位置为可采集到欲出场车辆的位置,位于停车场出口处。
可通过设于预设位置的地感装置判断预设的位置是否有车辆停放,也可以通过红外线传感装置判断预设的位置是否有车辆停放等等,此处对判断是否有车辆停放的位置和判断预设的位置是否有车辆停放的方式的举例均为方便理解本方案,本实施例中所列举的方式为本方案的优选实施方式,具体实施方式可根据实际情况灵活设定,此处不做限定。
在本发明实施例中,判断是否有车辆停放的位置为预先设定位置,当判断到预设的位置存在停放的车辆时,则进入步骤S403;当判断结果为否时,则不进行出场费用收取。
出场费用收取模块73,用于进行出场费用收取。
在本发明实施例中,在接收到录入的支付识别码后,判断预设的位置是否有车辆停放,只有当预设的位置存在停放的车辆时,收取出场费用。只有在接收到录入的支付识别码时,且预设位置上有车辆停放时,才收取出场费用,可一定程度上保证,录入支付识别码的用户为欲出场车辆的关联用户,尽量避免了扣除的出场费用与支付出场费用的用户的车辆不一致的情形,进而提高出场费用收取的准确率。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过硬件来完成,也可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成,该程序可以存储于一种计算机可读存储介质中,上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种车辆出口控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    获取通过设置于出口的车辆标识信息采集装置采集的欲出场车辆的车辆标识信息;
    判断与所述车辆标识信息对应的车辆出场费用是否已收取成功;
    当判断与所述车辆标识信息对应的车辆出场费用收取不成功时,接收通过支付识别码识别设备录入的支付识别码,进行出场费用收取;
    当判断通过所述支付识别码成功收取与所述车辆标识信息对应的车辆的出场费用后,控制出口的车辆限行装置打开,放行所述车辆。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的车辆出口控制方法,其特征在于,所述支付码识别设备包括固定于出口的支付码识别设备或者可移动支付码识别设备。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的车辆出口控制方法,其特征在于,所述与所述车辆标识信息对应的车辆出场费用收取不成功,包括:
    与所述车辆标识信息对应的车辆出场费用未收取;或者
    与所述车辆标识信息对应的车辆出场费用已收取,但所述费用收取的时间与所述车辆的出场时间之间的间隔是否小于预设的第一时间间隔阈值。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的车辆出口控制方法,其特征在于,所述接收出场用户通过支付识别码识别设备录入的支付识别码,进行出场费用收取的步骤,具体包括:
    接收通过支付识别码识别设备录入的支付识别码;
    判断接收到所述支付识别码的时间与获取欲出场车辆的车辆标识信息的时间的间隔是否小于预设的第二时间间隔阈值;
    当判断结果为是时,进行出场费用收取。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的车辆出口控制方法,其特征在于,所述接收出场用户通过支付识别码识别设备录入的支付识别码,进行出场费用收取的步骤,具体包括:
    接收通过支付识别码识别设备录入的支付识别码;
    判断预设的位置是否有车辆停放;
    当判断结果为是时,进行出场费用收取。
  6. 一种车辆出口控制装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    车辆标识信息获取单元,用于获取通过设置于出口的车辆标识信息采集装置采集的欲出场车辆的车辆标识信息;
    判断单元,用于判断与所述车辆标识信息对应的车辆出场费用是否已收取成功;
    出场费用收取单元,用于当判断与所述车辆标识信息对应的车辆出场费用收取不成功时,接收通过支付识别码识别设备录入的支付识别码,进行出场费用收取;
    车辆放行单元,用于当判断通过所述支付识别码成功收取与所述车辆标识信息对应的车辆的出场费用后,控制出口的车辆限行装置打开,放行所述车辆。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的车辆出口控制装置,其特征在于,所述支付码识别设备包括固定于出口的支付码识别设备或者可移动支付码识别设备。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的车辆出口控制装置,其特征在于,所述与所述车辆标识信息对应的车辆出场费用收取不成功,包括:
    与所述车辆标识信息对应的车辆出场费用未收取;或者
    与所述车辆标识信息对应的车辆出场费用已收取,但所述费用收取的时间与所述车辆的出场时间之间的间隔是否小于预设的第一时间间隔阈值。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的车辆出口控制装置,其特征在于,所述出场费用收取单元,具体包括:
    支付识别码接收模块,用于接收通过支付识别码识别设备录入的支付识别码;
    第一判断模块,用于判断接收到所述支付识别码的时间与获取欲出场车辆的车辆标识信息的时间的间隔是否小于预设的第二时间间隔阈值;
    出场费用收取模块,用于当判断结果为是时,进行出场费用收取。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的车辆出口控制装置,其特征在于,所述出场费用收取单元,具体包括:
    支付识别码接收模块,用于接收通过支付识别码识别设备录入的支付识别码;
    第二判断模块,用于判断预设的位置是否有车辆停放;
    出场费用收取模块,用于当判断结果为是时,进行出场费用收取。
