背景技术
周知,一般房舍或大楼等建筑物的外墙,大都是由水泥、砖瓦、金属、非金属、玻璃等构筑而成,因长时间遭受环境空气、尘垢及日晒雨淋的影响,都需定期清洗,以维护外观的洁净。
已知目前建筑物外墙的清洗工作,已由人力逐渐地朝向自动或半自动化方向发展,以减少人为施工上所易造成的诸多危险。但是,由于建筑物的外墙多半都是垂立于地表,且垂立的墙面上还经常存在有凹凸的轮廓,例如大楼的玻璃墙面间都存在有凸显的条框,这些凹凸的外墙轮廓(以下以外墙上凸显的条框为例),经常会增加自动或半自动化清洗作业上的困难。
举如中国台湾专利公告M327752、M407717、M442887、M509691等所揭示的洗墙机技术而言,都是于一机体上同时配置两刷轮,并且利用两刷轮滚动接触墙面来进行刷洗。由于两刷轮于接触垂立平整的墙面时,会于两刷轮上各自形成接触墙面的着力点,两着力点之间构成一着力线,并且由着力线而框围成一着力平面,在该着力平面有效范围内,两刷轮的着力点可以分别施予相同的旋切力接该触垂立平整的墙面;但是,当两刷轮的着力点遭遇到垂立平整的墙面中所形成的凸肋、角槽等凹凸外墙轮廓(以下以外墙玻璃之间凸显的条框为例)时,两刷轮必须逐一的接触或攀爬越过该凸显的条框,此时难免造成一刷轮接触垂立平整的墙面,而另一刷轮接触凸显条框,造成两刷轮的着力点所遭遇到的墙面阻力不相同的现象,进而于外墙清洗过程中,易于墙面上凸显的条框周边形成斑马状的水垢纹路(以下简称斑马纹),而影响外墙清洗后的美观。
必须进一步说明的是,上述中国台湾专利公告M407717、M442887、M509691技术中,虽然揭示于两刷轮的上、下端分别配置有多个辅助支撑轮,可于两刷轮的外围建构出一接触外墙的虚拟平面,进而控制两刷轮的轮面接触外墙时的着力深度;但是,所述多个辅助支撑轮所建构出的虚拟平面,只能于接触垂立 平整的墙面时控制两刷轮的着力深度,当所述多个辅助支撑轮中有部分辅助支撑轮没有接触垂立平整的墙面而是去攀爬接触凸显条框时,仍将迫使上述两刷轮所遭遇到的刷洗阻力不相同,而于墙面形成斑马纹的窘境发生。
因此,本发明人日前已公开一种洗墙机的刷轮着力深度控制方法及其装置,详见中国台湾专利第I603701案,其使用单一刷轮的轮面提供一着力点接触墙面,并且由一自由的抗力滚轮在该刷轮朝向所述墙面的至少一法线方向提供一抗力点接触墙面,以控制该抗力点沿所述法线方向延伸至该刷轮轮面的距离,作为该刷轮轮面接触墙面时的着力深度,以改善传统洗墙机于洗墙过程中容易于墙面上生成斑马状水垢纹路的问题。
其中,上述专利中的抗力滚轮是经由摆臂而配置于洗墙机的机体上,利用摆臂来调整移动抗力滚轮位于摆臂的旋摆路径上的位置,进而调整刷轮接触墙面时的着力深度;然而,由于摆臂的旋摆路径为弧线路径,当抗力滚轮经由摆臂来调整移动位置之后,很容易造成抗力滚轮的轮心偏离刷轮朝向所述墙面的法线方向,使得抗力滚轮的抗力点未坐落于刷轮朝向所述墙面的法线方向,也就是刷轮的着力点和抗力滚轮的抗力点于所述法线方向上未共线,因此有待改进。
此外,由于洗墙是利用机体内的刷轮滚转,来接触暨清洗外墙上的尘垢,但是,洗墙机随着绳索在高楼层外墙间的升降控制,被绳索吊挂的洗墙机除了必须承受风力等外在因素的影响之外,还必须承受墙面的垂立、凹凸等轮廓表面施予刷轮的反作用力,使得该刷轮在洗墙程过程中能否充分的滚动接触外墙,也即紧贴墙面的稳定性是否足够,便成了外墙清洗效果是否理想的重要技术课题。
为此,本发明人日前已公开一种吊挂式洗墙装置,详见中国台湾专利M548164案,其利用该配重杆对刷轮及二抗力滚轮分别施加的力矩,来维持刷轮在贴墙滚洗时的稳定性。
然而,上述专利中的配重杆与刷轮及二抗力滚轮之间的力臂长度固定,要改变配重杆对刷轮及述二抗力滚轮所施加的力矩,就需要准备不同重量的重物挂设在配重杆上,因此有待改进。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的,旨在改善抗力滚轮因沿弧线路径来调整移动其 所在位置,很容易造成刷轮的着力点和抗力滚轮的抗力点于所述法线方向上未共线的问题,以及改善配重杆因与刷轮及二抗力滚轮之间的力臂长度固定,需要准备不同重量的重物挂设在配重杆上,来调整配重杆对刷轮及述二抗力滚轮所施加的力矩的问题。
本发明提供一种可调式洗墙装置,其特征是包括:
一作为固定端使用的机体,接受缆绳吊挂而悬持于一墙面的端侧,该机体双侧分别配置一线性滑轨;
一配重杆,配置于该机体上;
一刷轮,枢置于该机体内,该刷轮的轮面提供一着力点用于接触所述墙面;
二抗力滚轮,分别自由的枢设于所述线性滑轨上,使得所述二抗力滚轮坐落于该刷轮的双侧,且所述二抗力滚轮的轮面分别提供一抗力点用于接触所述墙面;
其中,所述二抗力滚轮的轮心与抗力点分别坐落于该刷轮朝向所述墙面的一法线方向,该刷轮接触所述墙面之前,该着力点和该抗力点在所述法线方向上头线,且二线性滑轨能伸缩式的移动并且固定所述二抗力滚轮的抗力点与该刷轮的着力点之间位于所述法线方向上的间距,用以控制该刷轮的着力深度,并使得该配重杆与所述二抗力滚轮之间的一力臂长度可调。
所述的可调式洗墙装置,其中:该刷轮的轮心与所述二抗力滚轮的轮心在所述法线方向上共线。
所述的可调式洗墙装置,其中:所述法线方向是一垂直于墙面的法线。
所述的可调式洗墙装置,其中:所述二线性滑轨分别由一轨座上滑组一轨杆组成,二轨座分别固定于机体双侧,所述二抗力滚轮分别自由的枢设于二轨杆上。
所述的可调式洗墙装置,其中:所述二线性滑轨分别坐落于所述法线方向上。
所述的可调式洗墙装置,其中:所述二轨座与所述二轨杆上分别开设若干个栓孔,所述若干个栓孔能对位穿组一销栓,用以固定该刷轮的着力深度。
所述的可调式洗墙装置,其中:该配重杆上挂设有至少一重物。
所述的可调式洗墙装置,其中:该机体上还配置有朝向所述墙面的至少一电荷耦合元件。
所述的可调式洗墙装置,其中:所述电荷耦合元件为多个且以等间距线性 排列或成阵列配置。
所述的可调式洗墙装置,其中:所述电荷耦合元件配置于该机体的顶部、底部或双侧。
本发明还提供一种可调式洗墙装置,其特征是包括:
一作为固定端使用的机体,接受缆绳吊挂而悬持于一墙面的端侧;
一刷轮,枢置于该机体内,该刷轮的轮面提供一着力点用于接触所述墙面;
二抗力滚轮,分别自由的枢设于该刷轮的双侧,且所述二抗力滚轮的轮面分别提供一抗力点用于接触所述墙面,所述二抗力滚轮的轮心与抗力点分别坐落于该刷轮朝向所述墙面的一法线方向,该刷轮接触所述墙面之前,该着力点和该抗力点在所述法线方向上共线,且所述二抗力滚轮能沿所述法线方向调整抗力点与该刷轮的着力点之间的间距,用以控制该刷轮的着力深度;及
一配重杆,经由一伸缩杆而连结于该机体上,且该配重杆平行于该刷轮及所述二抗力滚轮的轮心,该配重杆对该刷轮及所述二抗力滚轮分别施加一力矩,且该配重杆能够经由伸缩杆而调整对该刷轮及所述二抗力滚轮所施加的力矩。
所述的可调式洗墙装置,其中:该刷轮的轮心与所述二抗力滚轮的轮心在所述法线方向上共线。
所述的可调式洗墙装置,其中:所述法线方向是一垂直于墙面的法线。
所述的可调式洗墙装置,其中:该伸缩杆由二杆件穿套而成,该伸缩杆一端固定于该机体上,该伸缩杆另一端与该配重杆相连结。
所述的可调式洗墙装置,其中:所述二杆件上分别设有若干个栓孔,所述若干个栓孔能对位穿组一销栓,用以固定该配重杆对该刷轮及该抗力滚轮所施加的力矩。
所述的可调式洗墙装置,其中:该配重杆上挂设有至少一重物。
所述的可调式洗墙装置,其中:该机体上还配置有朝向所述墙面的至少一电荷耦合元件。
所述的可调式洗墙装置,其中:所述电荷耦合元件为多个且以等间距线性排列或成阵列配置。
所述的可调式洗墙装置,其中:所述电荷耦合元件配置于该机体的顶部、底部或双侧。
如此,本发明的技术效果在于:利用线性滑轨来调整移动抗力滚轮的位置,进而调整刷轮接触墙面时的着力深度,能避免抗力滚轮的轮心偏离刷轮朝向所 述墙面的法线方向,使得抗力滚轮的抗力点坐落于刷轮朝向所述墙面的法线方向,也就是刷轮的着力点和抗力滚轮的抗力点于所述法线方向上共线,并利用可调整力臂长度的配重杆来控制对该刷轮及所述二抗力滚轮所施加的力矩。
在此所揭示的各实施例的特征及技术效果将呈现于下方的描述与图示中。

具体实施方式
首先,请合并参阅图1至图3,揭示本发明所提供的一种可调式洗墙装置的较佳实施形态,说明该可调式洗墙装置包括一机体10、一刷轮30、二抗力滚轮40及一配重杆50,其中:
该机体10为本发明洗墙装置的本体,可由金属或非金属框壳围制而成,使该机体10内、外形成有容置刷轮30、抗力滚轮40、配重杆50及其它构件的空间,并以该机体10作为固定端使用。该机体10的顶部设有吊架11,该吊架11在实施上可为二支分别固定于该机体10顶部双侧的角钢,该吊架11上等距开设若干个吊孔12,用以接受动力缆绳13的吊挂而使机体10悬持于墙面20的端侧,该动力缆绳13附予容置有刷轮30的机体10能沿着墙面20上、下移动的能力;此外,且该机体10上并设有给液管16,用以衔接外部供应的清水或清洗液的供应管,该给液管16在实施上是坐落于刷轮30的上方,能对刷轮30或墙面20喷注式的供应清水或清洗液;该机体10背对墙面20的一侧配置有多个成 列状排列的排风扇17,所述排风扇17运转时能于机体10内产生抽吸作用力而使洗墙装置相对于墙面20提供一负压吸力,用以吸取墙面20刷洗过程所残留的水垢,而且该负压吸力还可经由机体10推引包含该刷轮30的轮面及所述抗力滚轮40的轮面接触墙面20,以提升洗墙过程中机体10的稳定性并清除墙面水垢;再者,该机体10底部设有一排流管18,使囤积于机体10内的墙面水垢自排流管18排放至外界。
该刷轮30可由若干条软性刷毛以例如是呈现放射状的形式设置于刷轮30的圆周表面,使刷轮30的轮面具备可挠曲压触墙面20的能力。该刷轮30可利用刷轮轴31枢接于机体10内,且该刷轮30一侧的刷轮轴31上可并且利用皮带14连接一装设于机体10内的马达15,使刷轮30具备旋转动力;依此,使该刷轮30轮面可提供着力点P1接触墙面20。
所述二抗力滚轮40是枢置于该刷轮30的双侧,并使所述二抗力滚轮40能于刷轮30接触墙面20时提供抗力点P2接触墙面20,而且所述二抗力滚轮40的轮心与抗力点P2必须坐落于刷轮30朝向所述墙面20的一法线方向(R→),也就是说,该刷轮30的轮心与所述二抗力滚轮40的轮心在所述法线方向(R→)上共线,使刷轮30的轮面在接触墙面20之前,可以有效控制该抗力点P2沿所述法线方向(R→)延伸至该刷轮30的轮面的距离,以作为当该刷轮30的轮面和抗力点P2依序接触墙面之后,该刷轮30的轮面滚触墙面20的着力深度H;再者,当刷轮30尚未接触墙面20的状态下,该着力点P1和抗力点P2系于所述法线方向(R→)上共线,更具体的说,所述法线方向(R→)建构形成一垂直于墙面20的法线R,着力点P1和抗力点P2分别坐落于该法线R上。
请合并参阅图1a及图3,说明所述二抗力滚轮40的配置方式,所述二抗力滚轮40是分别自由的枢设于一线性滑轨41上,所述二线性滑轨41是坐落于该刷轮30朝向所述墙面20的法线方向(R→),进而使所述二抗力滚轮40的轮心与抗力点P2坐落于该刷轮30朝向所述墙面20的法线方向(R→);所述二线性滑轨41是分别由一轨座42上滑组一轨杆43组成,所述二轨座42是分别固定于该机体10双侧,所述二抗力滚轮40分别自由的枢设于所述二轨杆43上,所述二轨杆43分别经由所述二轨座42的导引而沿该刷轮30朝向所述墙面20的法线方向(R→)位移,使该抗力滚轮40在调整刷轮30的轮面滚触墙面20的着力深度H时,能确保该抗力滚轮40的轮心与抗力点P2坐落于该刷轮30朝向所述墙面20的法线方向(R→)。进一步的说,所述二轨座42与二轨杆43上分别开设若 干个栓孔44,当所述二抗力滚轮40在调整刷轮30的轮面滚触墙面20的着力深度H时,能对准二轨座42与二轨杆43的栓孔44,并分别穿组一销栓45,进而固定刷轮30的轮面滚触墙面20时的着力深度H,且便于操作人员卸除销栓45来调整刷轮30的轮面滚触墙面20时的着力深度H。
请合并参阅图1及图3,说明该配重杆50在实施上是经由一伸缩杆51而配置于机体10上,该配重杆50平行于该刷轮30及该抗力滚轮40的轮心,该配重杆50上挂设有至少一重物W,所述重物W可由金属或非金属的材料制成,
例如是砝码或水泥块等。进一步的说,该伸缩杆51由二杆件52、53相互穿套而成,该伸缩杆51一端(也就是杆件52)固定于该机体10上,该伸缩杆51另一端(也就是杆件53)与该配重杆50相连结,所述二杆件52、53为中空的矩形管体形态,并且凭借相互的穿套而能实施展伸及收合的操作,使操作人员能轻易的变换伸缩杆51的总长度。其中,所述二杆件52、53上可等距开设若干个栓孔54;当展伸或收合二杆件52、53而变换伸缩杆51至所需长度时,能对准相穿套衔接的二杆件52、53间的栓孔54,并分别穿组一销栓55,进而固定展伸后的二杆件52、53,以防止伸缩杆51于荷重时二杆件52、53之间相互滑动,并且便于操作人员卸除销栓55而展伸或收合该伸缩杆51。
请合并参阅图3及图4,说明由于本发明的洗墙装置是以该吊架11为支点,该配重杆50为施力端,该配重杆50与该刷轮30之间的力臂长度L1,该配重杆50与所述二抗力滚轮40之间的力臂长度L2,该配重杆50对刷轮30施加一力矩M1,该配重杆50对二抗力滚轮40分别施加一力矩M2,也就是说,该配重杆50因重物W的重量而以吊架11为支点向下方旋移,会使刷轮30的轮面与二抗力滚轮40的轮面分别贴紧墙面20,进而使得刷轮30在贴墙滚洗过程中不但能控制着力深度,还能够更加的不受风力等外在因素以及墙面20的垂立、凹凸等轮廓表面的影响而提升稳定性,而且刷轮20的轮面的贴墙性更加的卓越;并且,还能以调整伸缩杆51总长度的方式来改变该配重杆50与该刷轮30及所述二抗力滚轮之间的力臂长度L1、L2,进而控制配重杆50对刷轮30所施加的力矩M1及对二抗力滚轮所施加力矩M2的大小,来提升洗墙装置清洗墙面20时的稳定性及贴墙性。此外,还能利用线性滑轨41来调整所述二抗力滚轮40与该配重杆50之间的力臂长度L2,以控制配重杆50对二抗力滚轮所施加力矩M2的大小。
该机体10在实施上还配置有朝向所述墙面10的至少一电荷耦合元件60, 所述电荷耦合元件60在实施上可为多个且以等间距线性排列或成阵列配置;该电荷耦合元件60是配置于该机体10的周围,更具体的说,该电荷耦合元件60可以是坐落于该机体10的顶部,也可以是坐落于该机体10的底部(如图5所示),或者是该机体10的双侧(如图6所示),以便于操作人员在洗墙装置清洗墙面的过程中,可现场立即检视墙面20的清洗状况。
以上说明对本发明而言只是说明性的,而非限制性的,本领域普通技术人员理解,在不脱离权利要求所限定的精神和范围的情况下,可作出许多修改、变化或等效,但都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种可调式洗墙装置,其特征是包括:
    一作为固定端使用的机体,接受缆绳吊挂而悬持于一墙面的端侧,该机体双侧分别配置一线性滑轨;
    一配重杆,配置于该机体上;
    一刷轮,枢置于该机体内,该刷轮的轮面提供一着力点用于接触所述墙面;
    二抗力滚轮,分别自由的枢设于所述线性滑轨上,使得所述二抗力滚轮坐落于该刷轮的双侧,且所述二抗力滚轮的轮面分别提供一抗力点用于接触所述墙面;
    其中,所述二抗力滚轮的轮心与抗力点分别坐落于该刷轮朝向所述墙面的一法线方向,该刷轮接触所述墙面之前,该着力点和该抗力点在所述法线方向上共线,且二线性滑轨能伸缩式的移动并且固定所述二抗力滚轮的抗力点与该刷轮的着力点之间位于所述法线方向上的间距,用以控制该刷轮的着力深度,并使得该配重杆与所述二抗力滚轮之间的一力臂长度可调。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的可调式洗墙装置,其特征在于:该刷轮的轮心与所述二抗力滚轮的轮心在所述法线方向上共线。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的可调式洗墙装置,其特征在于:所述法线方向是一垂直于墙面的法线。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的可调式洗墙装置,其特征在于:所述二线性滑轨分别由一轨座上滑组一轨杆组成,二轨座分别固定于机体双侧,所述二抗力滚轮分别自由的枢设于二轨杆上。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的可调式洗墙装置,其特征在于:所述二线性滑轨分别坐落于所述法线方向上。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的可调式洗墙装置,其特征在于:所述二轨座与所述二轨杆上分别开设若干个栓孔,所述若干个栓孔能对位穿组一销栓,用以固定该刷轮的着力深度。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的可调式洗墙装置,其特征在于:该配重杆上挂设有至少一重物。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的可调式洗墙装置,其特征在于:该机体上还配置有朝 向所述墙面的至少一电荷耦合元件。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的可调式洗墙装置,其特征在于:所述电荷耦合元件为多个且以等间距线性排列或成阵列配置。
  10. 如权利要求8或9所述的可调式洗墙装置,其特征在于:所述电荷耦合元件配置于该机体的顶部、底部或双侧。
  11. 一种可调式洗墙装置,其特征是包括:
    一作为固定端使用的机体,接受缆绳吊挂而悬持于一墙面的端侧;
    一刷轮,枢置于该机体内,该刷轮的轮面提供一着力点用于接触所述墙面;
    二抗力滚轮,分别自由的枢设于该刷轮的双侧,且所述二抗力滚轮的轮面分别提供一抗力点用于接触所述墙面,所述二抗力滚轮的轮心与抗力点分别坐落于该刷轮朝向所述墙面的一法线方向,该刷轮接触所述墙面之前,该着力点和该抗力点在所述法线方向上共线,且所述二抗力滚轮能沿所述法线方向调整抗力点与该刷轮的着力点之间的间距,用以控制该刷轮的着力深度;及
    一配重杆,经由一伸缩杆而连结于该机体上,且该配重杆平行于该刷轮及所述二抗力滚轮的轮心,该配重杆对该刷轮及所述二抗力滚轮分别施加一力矩,且该配重杆能够经由伸缩杆而调整对该刷轮及所述二抗力滚轮所施加的力矩。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的可调式洗墙装置,其特征在于:该刷轮的轮心与所述二抗力滚轮的轮心在所述法线方向上共线。
  13. 如权利要求11或12所述的可调式洗墙装置,其特征在于:所述法线方向是一垂直于墙面的法线。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的可调式洗墙装置,其特征在于:该伸缩杆由二杆件穿套而成,该伸缩杆一端固定于该机体上,该伸缩杆另一端与该配重杆相连结。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的可调式洗墙装置,其特征在于:所述二杆件上分别设有若干个栓孔,所述若干个栓孔能对位穿组一销栓,用以固定该配重杆对该刷轮及该抗力滚轮所施加的力矩。
  16. 如权利要求11、14或15所述的可调式洗墙装置,其特征在于:该配重杆上挂设有至少一重物。
  17. 如权利要求11所述的可调式洗墙装置,其特征在于:该机体上还配置有朝向所述墙面的至少一电荷耦合元件。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的可调式洗墙装置,其特征在于:所述电荷耦合元件为多个且以等间距线性排列或成阵列配置。
  19. 如权利要求17或18所述的可调式洗墙装置,其特征在于:所述电荷耦合元件配置于该机体的顶部、底部或双侧。
