Abstract
A method for gum protection relates to the field of medicine, and specifically to dentistry, and is designed to isolate a gum during splinting, when treating advanced-stage chronic generalised and localised periodontitis. The proposed method for gum protection is aimed at obtaining the following technical result: reducing injury to the gum and ensuring the immobilisation of loose teeth, making it possible to retain the natural configuration of interproximal cavities during splinting. The problem of interest is solved by the fact that the method for gum protection during splinting consists of the following: mixing two components of a silicone impression compound until a homogeneous compound is obtained, and injecting said compound into each interproximal cavity with the aid of a syringe.

Известно устройство для фиксации РАББЕР ДАМА для изоляции зубов от ротовой и десневой жидкости описанное в патенте N° 2304939 с приоритетом от 20.12.2005г. Устройство для фиксации раббер дама состоит из пластмассовой арочной конструкции одноразового пользования, включающей две боковые дуги, соединенные монолитно с внутренними и наружными концами дуг горизонтальные стержни, и стержневую конструкцию П-образной формы, монолитно связанную с наружными концами дуг. ЗАМЕНЯЮЩИЙ ЛИСТ (ПРАВИЛО 26)
Поставленная задача решается за счёт того, что способ защиты десны во время шинирования заключается в следующем, производят замешивание двух компонентов силиконовой слепочной массы до получения однородной массы и вводят её в каждый межзубный промежуток с помощью шприца. Масса застывает в течении 1-2 минут в межзубных промежутках имеет идеальную конечную твердость, что обеспечивает фиксацию зубов для их шинирования. Применение силиконовой слепочной массы обуславливает надежную и качественную защиту дёсны от травмы, способствует распределению и хорошей адаптации армированной шины, а так же удобен при плотном прилегании зубов друг другу и позволяет сохранить естественную конфигурацию межзубного пространства. Для защиты десны применяемые при шинировании деревянные и пластиковые клинья, поскольку обладают определенной жесткостью, способствовали раздвиганию подвижных зубов, что в последствии сказывалось на качестве шины. Применение жидкого коффердама с этой целью было более предпочтительным, т. к. он заполнял межзубные промежутки и не раздвигал подвижные зубы в силу своей жидкой консистенции, его можно было моделировать в соответствии с формой межзубного промежутка и зафиксировать его форму, заполимеризовав полимеризационной лампой. Однако извлечь из межзубных промежутков затвердевший коффердам очень сложно при этом травмируются десна. The use of a liquid cofferdam for this purpose was more preferable, since it filled the interdental spaces and did not move the movable teeth because of its liquid consistency, it could be modeled in accordance with the shape of the interdental space and fixed in shape by polymerizing a polymerization lamp. However, it is very difficult to remove hardened cofferdam from the interdental spaces, and the gums are injured.
Способ защиты десны с помощью силиконовой слепочной массы осуществляется следующим образом. Проводится осмотр полости рта: определяется состояние тканей пародонта, степень подвижности зубов. Диагноз ставится на основании клинического обследования и рентгенологического (ортопантомограмма). При консервативном лечении пародонтита средней и тяжелой степени тяжести производят обезболивание, профессиональная гигиена полости рта, противовоспалительная терапия, шинирование. Перед шинированием проводится депульпирование зубов. Для защиты дёсны от травмы во время шинирования применяю метод изоляции дёсны с помощью силиконовой слепочной массы. Производится замешивание состоящей из двух компонентов силиконовой слепочной массы до получения однородной массы и вводят ее в каждый межзубной промежуток с помощью одноразового шприца например 5 ml. Масса застывает в течение 1-2 мин в межзубных промежутках. Производится шинирование зубов, после чего из межзубных промежутков извлекают затвердевшую слепочную массу с помощью зонда или пинцета.
