进一步的,所述活塞与内缸体的空腔底部磁性相斥,和/或,所述活塞与内缸体的空腔底部之间抵设有弹性件。
本发明另提供一种减振式音响架,包括支架,还包括至少三个如上述本发明所述的脚钉,各脚钉的外缸体分别安装于支架,各脚钉的活塞杆的外端部分别朝上,以支撑音响设备,所述内缸体内被压缩的空气对音响设备提供弹性支撑。
进一步的,所述支架包括支撑部件和设置在支撑部件上并用于安装所述脚钉外缸体的支撑板。
进一步的,所述支撑板上离散分布有多个用于安装所述脚钉外缸体的第一安装孔,各第一安装孔分别呈长条形,并沿设定方向设置。
进一步的,所述第一安装孔为腰型孔,和/或,所述多个第一安装孔分布为平行的若干行,且每行包括若干第一安装孔,各第一安装孔分别沿其所在行的走向设置。
进一步的,所述支撑部件包括底架,所述支撑板上设置有至少三个支脚,各支脚分别包括缸体、活塞杆,缸体设置在所述支撑板上,活塞杆上的活塞滑动设置于缸体中,活塞杆位于缸体外的一端为外端部,该外端部朝下并抵在所述底架上。
进一步的,所述支撑部件包括底架,所述支撑板上设置有至少三个支脚,各支脚的结构与所述脚钉的结构相同,且各支脚的外缸体安装于所述支撑板上设置的第二安装孔,各支脚的活塞杆的外端部分别朝下并抵在所述底架上。
进一步的,所述底架包括支撑框、设置在该支撑框底部的若干支撑腿,所述至少三个支脚的活塞杆的外端部分别抵在支撑框上。
进一步的,所述至少三个支脚分为两组,该两组支脚的活塞杆外端部分别抵在所述支撑框相对的两边上。
进一步的,所述支撑部件的数量为一个,或者,所述支撑部件的数量为至少两个,该至少两个支撑部件层叠在一起,且各支撑部件上分别设有所述支撑板。
相较于现有技术,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、由于缸体包括所述外缸体、内缸体,内缸体可调节高度地套设于外缸体,活塞杆上的活塞滑动设置在内缸体中,且活塞杆位于内缸体的一端为外端部,该外端部位于外缸体外,使得本发明可以通过调节内缸体的高度来调节脚钉的支撑高度,使脚钉所支撑的音响设备平衡性更好。此外,通过调节内缸体,还可以调节活塞在内缸体中的位置,从而达到调节压力的目的。
2、内缸体与外缸体优选采用螺纹连接的方式,具有方便加工、内缸体调节方便,并能在调节后自动对内缸体进行定位等特点。
3、所述支撑板及其上的多个长条形的第一安装孔的设置,使音响设备的支撑元件的安装位置调整非常灵活、精准,使本发明不仅适用于各种规格的音响设备,还可以依据音响设备的重心位置相应调整脚钉的安装位置,使脚钉能对音响设备的重心进行有效支撑,从而平稳、牢固地支撑住音响设备,有效保证音响设备的平整度,也提高对音响设备的减振效果。
4、由于所述支撑部件包括底架,支撑板设有至少三个所述支脚, 通过该至少三个支脚将支撑板支撑在底架上,能够利用支脚内被压缩的空气对支撑板及其上的音响设备提供弹性支撑,进一步减小音响设备的振动,从而进一步提高音响设备的音质。
以下结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明;但本发明的一种脚钉及减振式音响架不局限于实施例。

具体实施方式
实施例1,请参见图1-图3所示,本发明的一种脚钉,包括缸体和活塞杆1,所述缸体包括上、下两端开口的外缸体2和一端开口的内缸体3,内缸体3可调节高度地套设于外缸体2;活塞杆1上的活塞11滑动设置在内缸体3中(活塞外周套设有密封圈),活塞杆1位于内缸 体2外的一端为外端部,该外端部位于外缸体2外。
本实施例中,所述内缸体3与外缸体2螺纹连接,即内缸体3设有外螺纹,外缸体2设有与之螺旋配合的外螺纹。
本实施例中,所述外缸体2外旋接有安装螺母4,并且,外缸体2的一端外侧壁设有限位裙边21,与所述安装螺母4配合对外缸体2实现安装定位。
本实施例中,所述外缸体2的一端内侧壁设有一圈内凸缘22,该内凸缘22的内径小于所述活塞11的外径,以此限制活塞11穿出外缸体2。所述内缸体开口所在的一端位于外缸体2内,所述活塞杆1的外端部穿过所述外缸体2的一端开口。所述外缸体2两端均开口,所述内缸体3另一端(即内缸体3未设置开口的一端)位于所述外缸体2外,并设有限位部31,该限位部31的外径大于所述外缸体2的内径,用于限制内缸体3另一端进入外缸体2内。所述限位部31的外周轮廓呈正多边形,优选采用正六边形,以便于调节内缸体3。调节时,用户用手或工具夹住限位部即可对内缸体3进行调节。
本实施例中,所述活塞杆1的外端部为一旋接在活塞杆的杆体上的支撑部12,该支撑部12尾部呈锥尖状。如此,可以使作用于活塞杆外端部的压力的作用效果更明显。
本发明的一种脚钉,可以用于支撑音响设备,也可以用作音响支架的支撑脚等。
实施例2、请参见图1-图8所示,本发明的一种减振式音响架, 包括支架,还包括至少三个如上述本发明所述的脚钉10,该至少三个脚钉10根据音响设备的重心位置分别安装在支架的合适位置上,具体,各脚钉的外缸体2分别安装于支架上,且各脚钉的活塞杆1的外端部分别朝上,以支撑音响设备,利用所述内缸体3内被压缩的空气对音响设备提供弹性支撑。
本实施例中,所述支架包括支撑部件、设置在该支撑部件上的支撑板5,所述支撑板5为片状板体,本实施例中,所述支撑板5为方形板,但支撑板5的形状不局限于此,例如,其也可以设为圆形或其它形状。所述支撑板5上离散分布有多个用于所述脚钉外缸体的第一安装孔51,各第一安装孔51分别呈长条形,并沿设定方向设置。具体,所述第一安装孔51为腰型孔,且所述多个第一安装孔51分布为平行的若干行,且每行包括若干个第一安装孔51,各第一安装孔51分别沿其所在行的走向设置(亦即第一安装孔51的长度方向与其所在行的走向一致)。
本实施例中,所述支撑板5上各奇数行的第一安装孔的数量为三个,且中间的第一安装孔比其两侧的第一安装孔长;各偶数行的第一安装孔的数量为两个,该两个第一安装孔等长。
本实施例中,所述支撑部件包括底架,该底架具体包括中空的支撑框7、设置在该支撑框7底部的四条支撑腿8。所述支撑框7由两横杆71、两纵杆72配合四个连接块73连接而成,四条支撑腿8顶部分别与四个连接块73一一相连。所述支撑板5设置有若干支脚6(支脚 6的数量具体为四个,但不局限于四个,也可以为三个或四个以上),各支脚6底端分别抵在所述底架上。各支脚6的结构与所述脚钉的结构相同,即各支脚6分别具有外缸体63、内缸体62、活塞杆61及活塞杆61上的活塞611,外缸体63、内缸体62、活塞杆61的配合方式与所述脚钉的各部件的配合方式相同。各支脚的外缸体63安装于所述支撑板5上设置的第二安装孔52,各支脚的活塞杆外端部612朝下并抵在所述底架的支撑框7上。四个支脚6分为两组,每组两个,该两组支脚分别安装在支撑板5相对的两端上,并抵在支撑框7的两纵杆72上。支撑框7的两纵杆72上分别设有与支脚活塞杆外端部612的尾部(呈锥尖状)适配的凹陷部。各支脚6的结构不局限于此,例如,在其它实施例中,各支脚分别包括缸体、活塞杆,缸体设置在所述支撑板上,活塞杆上的活塞滑动设置于缸体中,活塞杆位于缸体外的一端为外端部,该外端部朝下并抵在所述底架上。
本实施例中,所述底架的数量为至少两个,该至少两个底架层叠在一起,且各底架的支撑框7上分别撑顶有所述支撑板5。各底架分别可以单独使用,亦即,单个底架配合其上的支撑板、脚钉即可构成减震式音响架的支撑架。
应用时,各底架所支撑的支撑板上分别可以支撑音响设备,安装时,依据音响设备的规格和重心位置在支撑板5上选择合适的至少三个第一安装孔,并将至少三个脚钉10一一安装在该至少三个第一安装孔上:将脚钉10的外缸体2从上到下穿过支撑板的第一安装孔51,外 缸体2的限位裙边21即贴靠在支撑板5顶面,限制外缸体2向下脱离支撑板5;再在外缸体2另一端旋入安装螺母4,直至安装螺母4贴靠于支撑板5底面,以此限制外缸体2向上脱离支撑板5。脚钉安装好后,可沿第一安装孔的长度方向相应调整脚钉的位置。接着,将音响设备压在各脚钉的活塞杆外端部上,利用脚钉内缸体内被压缩的空气对音响设备提供弹性支撑,减小音响设备的振动,提高音响设备的音质。
若音响设备出现歪斜,则旋动相应脚钉的内缸体3,将其调高或调低,即可解决音响设备歪斜的问题。若需要调节脚钉所能承受的压力大小,还可以通过旋动内缸体3,改变活塞11在内缸体3中的位置,使活塞11与内缸体3的空腔底面的间距变大或变小:二者间距变大,则脚钉所能承受的压力随之变大;二者的间距变小,则脚钉所能承受的压力也随之变小。
在其它实施例中,所述脚钉的内缸体可上下移动地滑套于外缸体,且内缸体与外缸体之间配合有定位结构,对内缸体调节到指定高度后进行定位。所述定位结构可以采用弹簧碰珠配合上下分布的若干定位孔来实现。
在其它实施例中,所述脚钉的活塞与内缸体的空腔底部磁性相斥,和/或,所述活塞与内缸体的空腔底部之间抵设有弹性件。如此,可以使脚钉的支撑力更大,能够对音响设备提供更加有力的支撑,不仅有利于进一步提升音响设备的音质,还使本发明适用于各种重量规格的音响设备。所述活塞与内缸体的空腔底部磁性相斥的具体实现方式包 括以下几种:一、活塞包括本体和设置在本体上的第一磁铁,内缸体的空腔底部设有第二磁铁,第一磁铁和第二磁铁同名磁极相对,磁性相斥;二、活塞整个为磁铁块,内缸体的空腔底部设有磁铁,与活塞同名磁极相对,磁性相斥。所述弹性件具体可以采用弹簧。
上述实施例仅用来进一步说明本发明的一种脚钉及减振式音响架,但本发明并不局限于实施例,凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均落入本发明技术方案的保护范围内。
工业实用性
本发明一种脚钉及减振式音响架,通过调节脚钉内缸体的高度来调节脚钉的支撑高度,使脚钉所支撑的音响设备平衡性更好。同时,通过调节内缸体,还可以调节活塞在内缸体中的位置,从而达到调节压力的目的。可适于多种音响架,具有良好的工业实用性。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种脚钉,包括缸体和活塞杆,其特征在于:所述缸体包括至少一端开口的外缸体和一端开口的内缸体,内缸体可调节高度地套设于外缸体;活塞杆上的活塞滑动设置在内缸体中,活塞杆位于内缸体外的一端为外端部,该外端部位于外缸体外。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的脚钉,其特征在于:所述内缸体与外缸体螺纹连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的脚钉,其特征在于:所述外缸体外旋接有安装螺母。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的脚钉,其特征在于:所述外缸体外侧壁设有限位裙边,与所述安装螺母配合对外缸体实现安装定位。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的脚钉,其特征在于:所述内缸体开口所在的一端位于外缸体内,所述活塞杆的外端部穿过所述外缸体的一端开口。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的脚钉,其特征在于:所述外缸体内侧壁设有一圈内凸缘,该内凸缘的内径小于所述活塞的外径,以限制活塞穿过外缸体的一端开口。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的脚钉,其特征在于:所述外缸体两端均开口,所述内缸体另一端位于所述外缸体外,并设有限位部,用于限制内缸体另一端进入外缸体内。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的脚钉,其特征在于:所述活塞杆的外端部的尾部呈锥尖状,或者,所述活塞杆的外端部为一旋接在活塞杆 的杆体上的支撑部,该支撑部的尾部呈锥尖状。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的脚钉,其特征在于:所述活塞与内缸体的空腔底部磁性相斥,和/或,所述活塞与内缸体的空腔底部之间抵设有弹性件。
  10. 一种减振式音响架,包括支架,其特征在于:还包括至少三个如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的脚钉,各脚钉的外缸体分别安装于支架,各脚钉的活塞杆的外端部分别朝上,以支撑音响设备,所述内缸体内被压缩的空气对音响设备提供弹性支撑。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的减振式音响架,其特征在于:所述支架包括支撑部件和设置在支撑部件上并用于安装所述脚钉外缸体的支撑板。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的减振式音响架,其特征在于:所述支撑板上离散分布有多个用于安装所述脚钉外缸体的第一安装孔,各第一安装孔分别呈长条形,并沿设定方向设置。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的减振式音响架,其特征在于:所述第一安装孔为腰型孔,和/或,所述多个第一安装孔分布为平行的若干行,且每行包括若干第一安装孔,各第一安装孔分别沿其所在行的走向设置。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的减振式音响架,其特征在于:所述支撑部件包括底架,所述支撑板上设置有至少三个支脚,各支脚分别包括缸体、活塞杆,缸体设置在所述支撑板上,活塞杆上的活塞滑动设置于缸体中,活塞杆位于缸体外的一端为外端部,该外端部朝下并 抵在所述底架上。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的减振式音响架,其特征在于:所述支撑部件包括底架,所述支撑板上设置有至少三个支脚,各支脚的结构与所述脚钉的结构相同,且各支脚的外缸体安装于所述支撑板上设置的第二安装孔,各支脚的活塞杆的外端部分别朝下并抵在所述底架上。
  16. 根据权利要求14或15所述的减振式音响架,其特征在于:所述底架包括支撑框、设置在该支撑框底部的若干支撑腿,所述至少三个支脚的活塞杆的外端部分别抵在支撑框上。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的减振式音响架,其特征在于:所述至少三个支脚分为两组,该两组支脚的活塞杆外端部分别抵在所述支撑框相对的两边上。
  18. 根据权利要求11所述的减振式音响架,其特征在于:所述支撑部件的数量为一个,或者,所述支撑部件的数量为至少两个,该至少两个支撑部件层叠在一起,且各支撑部件上分别设有所述支撑板。
