技术领域
本公开涉及电池领域,涉及一种电池盖板组件,使用该电池盖板组件的单体电池,使用该单体电池的电池模组,使用该电池模组的动力电池和使用该动力电池的车辆。
背景技术
电池作为储能单元在各行各业均有重要作用,例如动力电池广泛用于新能源汽车等领域,其中动力电池的电池包内可以具有由多个单体电池相互串联或并联组成的电池模组以实现充放电的工作。其中,动力电池在充放电过程中,通常通过BMS(电池管理系统)监控电压和电流的变化并计算荷电状态。如果电压采样出现问题,就可能导致电池过充,特别是对于三元体系来说,如过充达到一定程度更会出现电池燃烧爆炸的危险。
相关技术中,对电池进行电压和电流的监测,再通过电流积分法和开路电压法计算电池电量,并以此控制电池的充放电。但是也存在不足,例如电池电压采样或者电流采样失效,或者软件失效,导致电池长时间充放电得不到控制,特别是在使用充电桩充电的情况下,充电桩与电池管理器通讯失效时,过充无法控制,电池过充到一定程度,会引起电池鼓涨甚至爆炸起火。
因此,提供一种能够自身强制断开充放电电路的电流中断技术具有积极意义。
发明内容
本公开的目的是提供一种电池盖板组件,使用该电池盖板组件的单体电池,使用该单体电池的电池模组,使用该电池模组的动力电池和使用该动力电池的车辆。
为了实现上述目的,本公开提供一种电池盖板组件,包括盖板、位于该盖板内侧的内引出件和位于该盖板外侧的电极外端子,所述内引出件和所述电极外端子通过电流中断装置电连接,所述电流中断装置包括刻痕件和翻转件,所述刻痕件包括形成有刻痕的 刻痕区、用于与所述翻转件相互电连接的第一焊接区以及用于与所述内引出件电连接的第二焊接区,所述翻转件能够在气压作用下动作以通过拉断所述刻痕,在所述刻痕件垂直于所述盖板长度方向的竖直截面上,所述第一焊接区、刻痕区和第二焊接区呈条状依次设置,并且所述刻痕在所述刻痕区上沿所述盖板的长度方向延伸。
根据本公开的一些实施例,所述刻痕区形成为沿所述盖板的长度方向延伸的长形结构,所述刻痕沿该长形结构的长度方向延伸,并且所述第一焊接区和所述第二焊接区设置在所述刻痕区高度方向的两侧。
根据本公开的一些实施例,所述刻痕分别与所述第一焊接区和所述第二焊接区平行。

通过上述技术方案,通过拉断刻痕同样能够断开第一焊接区和第二焊接区之间的电连接,起到电流中断的作用。另外在竖直方向上呈条状的布置方式,即刻痕件在高度方向上的尺寸大于其在宽度方向上的尺寸,这样可以有效节省刻痕件在宽度方向上的尺寸,有利于整体电流中断装置在宽度方向上不超出盖板的范围。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本公开的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本公开,且不用于限制本公开。
在本公开中,在未作相反说明的情况下,使用的方位词如“上、下、左、右”通常是以相应附图的图面方向为基准定义的,“内、外”是指相应部件轮廓的内和外。
如图1至图11所示,本公开提供了一种电流中断装置及其刻痕件、翻转件、使用该电流中断装置的电池盖板组件,使用该电池盖板组件的单体电池,使用该单体电池的电池模组,使用该电池模组的动力电池和使用该动力电池的车辆的技术方案。其中如图1所示,电流中断装置设置在电极外端子112和内部电芯之间以用于切断电池内外的电路。其中,在单体电池中,多个单体电池通过串联或并联组成电池模组,并可以置入电池包内而形成动力电池。此外,除动力电池领域外,本公开中提供的各种技术方案还可以广泛应用于其他的电池领域中。一些实施例中,本公开通过两个实施方式介绍所涉及的电流中断装置。下面将结合附图对各个实施方式进行详细描述。
首先,如图1和图4所示,本公开的实施方式中提供一种电池模组,包括多个单体电池,其中,单体电池可以包括外壳111、容纳在外壳内的电芯、以及封装外壳的盖板110,其中电极外端子112设置在盖板110上,以用于通过各种电极引出件119完成电流的输入和输出。其中,如图8所示,电池盖板组件还具有该电芯电连接的内引出件109,电流中断装置设置在电极外端子112与内引出件109之间以可以控制电极端子的电流的输入和输出。即电流中断装置在单体电池中常规状态下为电芯导通的状态,此时电极端子可以正常进行电流的输入和输出,以完成单体电池的充放电工作,而在危险状态下,例如电池出现过充时,电流中断装置可以中断电极端子的电流输入和电流输出,从而避免电池出现过充等问题。因此,作为重要的安全措施,电流中断装置的可靠性至关重要,即需要电流中断装置可以快速响应。
在本公开中,各实施方式中的电流中断装置均为感应气压的机械结构,一些实施例中,电流中断装置与单体电池的外壳内部气体连通并能够在气压下作用断开流经的电流。一些实施例中,可以通过断开内部的部件连接来中断电流的传递,从而及时切断电池的充放电。其中所利用的气压来源为:例如当电池出现过充等危险状态时,电池内部会产生气体继而使得外壳内部的气压升高,或者当电池在使用过程中出现异常导致电池温度升高而使得电池内部 气压升高,从而产生驱动电流中断装置的气压动力。
以如图8的所述的实施方式为例,该电流中断装置具有刻痕件101和与该刻痕件101相连以相互电连接的翻转件102,并且翻转件102能够在气压作用下拉断刻痕件101上的刻痕104,进而断开电极外端子与内引出件的电连接。在本公开的实施方式中,可以为将二者中至少一个的本身断开,例如通过在相应部件上加工出薄弱的刻痕来实现本身结构的断开,从而实现电连接的断开,一些实施例中在刻痕件101上形成有刻痕104。即在内部的气压作用下,通过翻转件102的翻转动作可以拉断刻痕104而实现电极外端子与内引出件的电连接,从而实现切断电流的传递的目的。
之所以采用这种方式,是考虑由于在例如动力电池的领域中,需要通过的电流较大,因此需要保证刻痕件101和翻转件102的焊接结构稳定,避免大电流熔断焊接结构。这样通过刻痕件101的刻痕104的设置,即在相应部分加工出强度小于其他区域的薄弱部,就可以完成刻痕件101和翻转件102的完全断开
其中,在本公开的实施方式中,如图2和图3所示,翻转件102为形成锥型的片状结构,该锥形的小端形成为第一连接区115,大端远离刻痕件101并形成为第二连接区116。该锥形结构可以将第一连接区115和第二连接区116异面设置,并且能够提供翻转件102受力向上翻转的空间,以拉断刻痕104。在其他可能的实施方式中,翻转件102还可以为具有弹性的平面件等。
如图4、图8和图9所示,在本公开的实施方式中,为了保证能够被电池内部的气体作用,翻转件102的外周缘下侧与盖板110之间密封连接有支撑环113,电极外端子112的外周缘电连接在翻转件102的外周缘上侧,这样从电池内部产生的气体可以作用在翻转件102上而不会外泄。而为了能够使得翻转件102正常动作,电极外端子112形成为盖帽结构并且可以形成有通孔118,以用于在翻转件102动作时排出气体,从而避免在气压作用下反正翻转件102动作。另外在盖板110带电和绝缘两种实施方式中,支撑环113可以选择绝缘材料或者导电材料支撑。通常地,支撑环113可以为陶瓷环以使得盖板110绝缘而不带电。
如图2和图3所示,本公开的实施方式提供的电池盖板组件,包括翻转件102,该翻转件在前述实施方式的基础上,形成为沿盖板110的长度方向延伸的长形结构。其中,本文中的长形结构是指在该长形结构的平行于盖板110的截面中,沿盖板110长度方向上的尺寸要大于其他方向上的尺寸。因此,如图4所示,由于翻转件102上形成为沿盖板110长度方向延伸的长形结构,因此能够在保证与内部气体的接触面积的情况下,减少例如图1中包括该翻转件102的电流中断装置露出盖板110的部分沿高度方向超出盖板110的可能,甚至如图9所示,能够完全在盖板110的范围之内,从而避免对盖板110以外的其他装置造成干涉, 同时翻转灵敏度得到保证。
其中如图2至图4所示,在本公开的实施方式中,该长形结构沿长度方向的端部为圆弧形,即其平行于盖板110的截面具有中间的矩形和两端的弧形结构,从而在适应盖板110的结构的同时,便于形成环形的翻转件102和其他对应的结构,例如与之配合的刻痕件101、支撑环113和电极外端子112。在其他实施方式中,长形结构还可以为腰形结构或椭圆结构,其腰形结构或椭圆截面的长轴即沿盖板110的方向。在有些实施方式中,长形结构的平行与盖板110的截面还可以形成为矩形截面等其他形状。
在本公开的实施方式中,由于与翻转件102在盖板110外连接的部件为电极外端子112和支撑环113,因此可以设计二者同样为相配合的长形结构,这样,为了部件之间的连接,至少翻转件102中与电极外端子112和支撑环113相连的第二连接区116形成为长形结构。其中的支撑环113由于与盖板110相连,可以设计其形成的长形结构不伸出盖板110的边缘,具体为盖板110的宽度边缘,其中可选该支撑环113的宽度边缘和盖板110的边缘对齐。以使得翻转件102获得较大的设计和受力空间。
在本实施方式中,如图2所示,第一连接区115也对应形成为沿盖板110长度方向延伸的长形结构。所述长形结构沿长度方向的端部为圆弧形,所述长形结构也可以为椭圆或腰形结构。对应的刻痕件101则可以形成为如图5至图7所示的长形结构。
继续描述本实施方式中的翻转件102,翻转件102沿垂直于盖板110上表面的方向为形成锥形的片状结构,该锥形的小端形成的第一连接区115形成为长形结构,大端远离刻痕件101并且形成第二连接区116,该第二连接区116与第一连接区115平行并形成为长形结构。一些实施例中,第二连接区116为翻边结构,以方便同时和支撑环113和电极外端子112相连。
在本实施方式中,为了保证连接强度,第一连接区115和第二连接区116的厚度分别大于二者之间的动作区域123厚度。一些实施例中,第一连接区115和第二连接区116的厚度为可以0.3-3mm,动作区域123的厚度可以为0.05-0.3mm。该设计同样适用于其他实施方式中的翻转件102。
如图5至图7所示,基于本公开的实施方式提供的电池盖板组件,继续介绍本公开提供的三种刻痕件101。不同于现有的刻痕形成为环形结构的刻痕件,本实施方式中提供的刻痕件101中,刻痕104为非闭环的长形刻痕。一些实施例中,在刻痕件101垂直于盖板110长度方向的竖直截面上,第一焊接区103、刻痕区105和第二焊接区107呈条状依次设置,并且刻痕104在刻痕区105上沿盖板110的长度方向延伸。这样通过拉断刻痕104同样能够断开第一焊接区103和第二焊接区107之间的电连接,起到电流中断的作用。另外在竖直方向 上呈条状的布置方式,即刻痕件101在高度方向上的尺寸大于其在宽度方向上的尺寸,这样可以有效节省刻痕件101在宽度方向上的尺寸,有利于整体电流中断装置在宽度方向上不超出盖板110的范围。
另外,在本实施方式中,刻痕区105形成为沿盖板110的长度方向延伸的长形结构,即刻痕件101长度方向上的尺寸大于其宽度方向和高度方向上的尺寸。其中的刻痕104沿该长形结构的长度方向延伸,从而形成非闭环的刻痕,根据本公开的一些实施例,刻痕104为直线形刻痕,在其他可能的实施方式中,刻痕104还可以为曲线或折线等长形刻痕。并且为了实现刻痕104的拉断,第一焊接区103和第二焊接区107设置在刻痕区105高度方向的两侧。即如图的方位中,第一焊接区103、刻痕区105和第二焊接区107沿高度方向从上至下依次设置,从而在刻痕件101的垂直于盖板110的竖直截面上线性分布。从而有别于现有的成径向分布的环形刻痕件。这样,翻转件102受力翻转后,同样可以将刻痕104拉断,从而实现电流中断的目的。
如图5和图6所示,在一种实施例中,第一焊接区103、刻痕区105和第二焊接区107在高度方向上依次形成为工字型结构,即两个焊接区的两侧均从刻痕区105凸出并可以分别和其他部件的焊点。这样在与翻转件102和电机内端子焊接时,焊接更加稳定,避免出现在外力作用下出现焊点意外断开的问题。其中刻痕件101的高度方向是相对于其长度方向而言的,在装配到盖板110上之后,其高度方向即相对于盖板110的上下方向。在另一种实施例中,第一焊接区103、刻痕区105和第二焊接区107在高度方向上依次形成为Z字型结构。即,两个焊接区只有一侧从刻痕区105凸出并可以形成单侧焊点,这样,在收到外力冲击时,Z字型结构的拐角处可以具有缓冲效果,从而保护位于两个焊接区之间的刻痕区105上的刻痕104,而降低刻痕104意外断裂的可能。
另外,不论工字还是Z字,均能够使得本实施方式中,刻痕104与两个焊接区的焊接区域设置在高度方向或其他方向上均在不同平面上,从而以减小激光焊接等热量对刻痕104的影响。
为了适应这种长形刻痕件101,如图2所示,其中的翻转件102形成为沿盖板110延伸的长形结构,并且和刻痕件101的长形结构相互平行的设置,其中,翻转件102具有的第一连接区115沿第一焊接区103延伸并相互焊接,该第一连接区115形成为长形结构并且下表面形成有容纳第一焊接区103的焊槽124。其中焊槽124可以为截面为n形的n型槽,也可以为截面为L型的L型槽。
一些实施例中,如图2和图7所示,当刻痕件101为工字型结构时,焊槽124为n型槽,以与容纳进该焊槽的第一焊接区103的两个侧边缘焊接,例如通过钎焊缝焊焊接,从而使得 二者电连接稳定。
另外,如图9所示,当刻痕件101为Z字型结构时,焊槽124还可以L型结构,以与容纳进该焊槽的第一焊接区103远离第二焊接区107的侧边缘焊接,例如通过钎焊缝焊焊接。这样可以在收到外力时,通过Z字型结构的拐角形成对刻痕区105的缓冲。
在本实施方式中,不论工字型或Z字型结构,亦或是一半工字一半Z字,刻痕104可以设置分别与第一焊接区103和第二焊接区107平行,使得在翻转件102翻转时,能够对刻痕104的各部分均施加最大的垂直撕扯力,而不产生其他方向的分力,从而提供电流中断装置的灵敏度。
在本实施方式中,如图5或图6所示,刻痕104的端部可以贯通至刻痕区105边缘亦或与刻痕区105的边缘间隔设置。其中贯通至刻痕区105的边缘可以提升电流中断装置的灵敏度,而保有间隔则能保证刻痕件101在电池内部气压在低范围内波动时,电池内压对刻痕片101的刻痕104不会有影响,只有当内压值超过预定值时,电池内部压力才能将刻痕104拉断。
如图6所示,当刻痕105的端部与刻痕区105的边缘之间具有间隔时,尤其是两端具有间隔时,可以设计刻痕104的端部与刻痕区105的边缘的间隔距离为0.01-1mm,进一步地,刻痕104的端部与刻痕区105的边缘的间隔距离为0.05-0.5mm。从而既能够保证电流中断装置的灵敏度,还能够保证刻痕104不受外力或内部气压波动的影响而以外断开。
在本实施方式的工字型和Z字型的两种实施例中,第一焊接区103和第二焊接区107的厚度分别大于或等于刻痕区105的厚度。此处需要说明的是,由于刻痕区105的形成为板状结构,其厚度方向与两个焊接区的厚度方向且不一致,其中两个焊接区的厚度方向在图中为上下方向,即与焊槽的侧边缘进行焊接,其可以理解为垂直于盖板110的方向,而刻痕区105的厚度方向则为平行与盖板110的方向,即整体刻痕件101的宽度方向,此时刻痕104形成在刻痕区105上下延伸的侧面上。
一些实施例中,第一焊接区103和第二焊接区107的厚度为0.4-5mm,刻痕区105的厚度为0.05-1mm。进一步地,第一焊接区103和第二焊接区107的厚度为0.8-3mm,刻痕区105的厚度为0.1-0.8mm。因此,通过设置刻痕区105的厚度小于等于两个焊接区的厚度,既能保证焊接区域的焊接强度,又能为高质量的刻痕加工提供基础。
另外,还可以设计第一焊接区103的厚度等于或小于第二焊接107区的厚度。因此可以在保证焊接强度的同时,避免较多的占用翻转件102的装配空间,使得翻转件102可以尽量在高度方向上设计的较厚,以进行较大的翻转动作而拉断刻痕104。
在本实施方式中,如图6和图7所示,刻痕104可以为形成在刻痕区105单面上的一条, 或者如图5所示,为形成在刻痕区105双面上的两条。当刻痕104为两条时,两条刻痕在刻痕区105的两面上对齐设置,以提升电流中断装置的灵敏度。
在本实施方式中,如图8和图9所示,翻转件102具有形成为长形结构的第二连接区116,第二连接区116的下侧与盖板110之间密封连接有支撑环113,电极外端子112的外周缘电连接在第二连接区116的上侧。这样,支撑环113可以形成为沿盖板110延伸的长形结构,并且更进一步地,可以如图9所示,设计支撑环113不超出盖板110的宽度边缘,从而避免影响电池外的其他设备。
为了适应长形刻痕件101的装配,在本公开实施方式提供的电池盖板组件中如图8、图10和图11所示,内引出件109形成为片状结构,该片状结构具有与刻痕件101电连接的中间焊接区131和与电芯电连接的边缘焊接区132,边缘焊接区132位于中间焊接区131的外侧。其中,边缘焊接区132的厚度大于等于中间焊接区131的厚度。在中间焊接区131的厚度较小时,能够和边缘焊接区132构成台阶结构而具有高度差,即如图8所示,二者在竖直方向上不在同一平面上,这样,在进行边缘焊接区132和电芯极耳或者和电芯之间的其他转接件焊接时,能够对连接在中间焊接区131的刻痕件101起到缓冲作用。
一些实施例中,为了保证结构强度和缓冲作用,根据本公开的一些实施例,中间焊接区131的厚度为0.1-1mm,边缘焊接区132的厚度为1-5mm。另外在结构上,如图10所示,边缘焊接区132形成为围绕中间焊接区131的环形连接区,其中该图为被截取的部分图,通过环形的边缘焊接区132可以将中间焊接区131包围,另外如图11所示,边缘焊接区132还可以为位于该中间焊接区131两侧的条形焊接区。即不封闭中间焊接区131,使得中间焊接区131两端具有开口,对于此类变形均落在本公开的保护范围中。另外,中间焊接区131和边缘焊接区132可以一体成型,这样可以减少部件的焊接数量,装配更加简单,在一些实施方式中,二者还可以分体相连,例如通过焊接相连,这样可以增加对中间焊接区131的缓冲作用。
进一步,如图8所示,内引出件109的中间焊接区131上可以形成有容纳刻痕件101的第二焊接区107的容纳焊槽133,该容纳焊槽133沿形成长形结构的第二焊接区107延伸而同样形成长形结构,并且可以是在上下方向上贯通中间焊接区131的通孔结构,也可以不贯通,其与第二焊接区107之间可以通过缝焊(钎焊等)实现焊接。
本公开提供的单体电池,包括外壳111、容纳在外壳内的电芯、以及封装外壳的上述的电池盖板组件,内引出件109与电芯电连接,并且翻转件102与外壳的内部气体连通。
本公开提供的电池模组,该电池模组内设置有上述的单体电池。
本公开提供的动力电池,包括包体和设置在该包体内的上述的电池模组。
本公开提供的电动汽车,该电动汽车设置有上述的动力电池。
以上结合附图详细描述了本公开的五种实施方式,但是,本公开并不限于上述实施方式中的具体细节,在本公开的技术构思范围内,可以对本公开的技术方案进行多种简单变型,这些简单变型均属于本公开的保护范围。
另外需要说明的是,在上述具体实施方式中所描述的各个具体技术特征,在不矛盾的情况下,可以通过任何合适的方式进行组合,为了避免不必要的重复,本公开对各种可能的组合方式不再另行说明。
此外,本公开的各种不同的实施方式之间也可以进行任意组合,只要其不违背本公开的思想,其同样应当视为本公开所公开的内容。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种电池盖板组件,其特征在于,包括盖板、位于该盖板内侧的内引出件和位于该盖板外侧的电极外端子,所述内引出件和所述电极外端子通过电流中断装置电连接,所述电流中断装置包括刻痕件和翻转件,所述刻痕件包括形成有刻痕的刻痕区、用于与所述翻转件电连接的第一焊接区以及用于与所述内引出件电连接的第二焊接区,所述翻转件能够在气压作用下动作以通过拉断所述刻痕,在所述刻痕件垂直于所述盖板长度方向的竖直截面上,所述第一焊接区、刻痕区和第二焊接区呈条状依次设置,并且所述刻痕在所述刻痕区上沿所述盖板的长度方向延伸。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电池盖板组件,其特征在于,所述刻痕区形成为沿所述盖板的长度方向延伸的长形结构,所述刻痕沿该长形结构的长度方向延伸,并且所述第一焊接区和所述第二焊接区设置在所述刻痕区高度方向的两侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电池盖板组件,其特征在于,所述刻痕分别与所述第一焊接区和所述第二焊接区平行。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电池盖板组件,其特征在于,所述刻痕的端部贯通至所述刻痕区边缘或与所述刻痕区的边缘间隔设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电池盖板组件,其特征在于,所述刻痕的端部与所述刻痕区的边缘的间隔距离为0.01-1mm。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电池盖板组件,其特征在于,所述刻痕的端部与所述刻痕区的边缘的间隔距离为0.05-0.5mm
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的电池盖板组件,其特征在于,所述第一焊接区、所述刻痕区和所述第二焊接区在高度方向上依次形成为工字型结构。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的电池盖板组件,其特征在于,所述刻痕为形成在所述刻痕区单面上的一条,或者为形成在所述刻痕区双面上的两条。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的电池盖板组件,其特征在于,所述翻转件形成为沿所述盖板长度方向延伸的长形结构,并且具有沿所述第一焊接区延伸并相互焊接的第一连接区,该第一连接区形成为长形结构并且下表面形成有容纳所述第一焊接区的焊槽。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电池盖板组件,其特征在于,所述焊槽为n型槽,以与所述第一焊接区的两个侧边缘焊接。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的电池盖板组件,其特征在于,所述电极外端子与所述翻 转件电连接,所述刻痕件电连接在所述内引出件上,所述翻转件具有形成为长形结构的第二连接区,所述第二连接区的下侧与所述盖板之间密封连接有支撑环,所述电极外端子的外周缘电连接在所述第二连接区的上侧。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电池盖板组件,其特征在于,所述支撑环形成为沿所述盖板长度方向延伸的长形结构且不超出所述盖板的宽度边缘。
  13. 根据权利要求1-12中任意一项所述的的电池盖板组件,其特征在于,所述内引出件形成为片状结构,该片状结构具有与所述刻痕件电连接的中间焊接区和与电芯电连接的边缘焊接区,所述边缘焊接区位于所述中间焊接区的外侧。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电池盖板组件,其特征在于,所述边缘焊接区的厚度大于等于所述中间焊接区的厚度。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的电池盖板组件,其特征在于,所述中间焊接区的厚度为0.1-1mm,所述边缘焊接区的厚度为1-5mm。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的电池盖板组件,其特征在于,所述边缘焊接区形成为围绕所述中间焊接区的环形连接区,或者位于该中间焊接区两侧的条形焊接区。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的电池盖板组件,其特征在于,所述中间焊接区和所述边缘焊接区一体成型或分体相连。
  18. 一种单体电池,其特征在于,该单体电池包括外壳、容纳在外壳内的电芯、以及封装所述外壳的电池盖板组件,所述电池盖板组件为根据权利要求1-17中任意一项所述的电池盖板组件,所述内引出件与所述电芯电连接,并且所述翻转件与所述外壳的内部气体连通。
  19. 一种电池模组,其特征在于,该电池模组内设置有根据权利要求18中任意一项所述的单体电池。
  20. 一种动力电池,其特征在于,包括包体和设置在该包体内的电池模组,所述电池模组为根据权利要求19所述的电池模组。
  21. 一种电动汽车,其特征在于,该电动汽车设置有根据权利要求20所述的动力电池。
