本说明书实施例采用的上述至少一个技术方案能够达到以下有益效果:NFC读取功能能够随用户扫描二维码而自动开启,使得即使从二维码未能够成功扫描识别得到所需的业务信息,仍有可能从对应的NFC标签读取得到该业务信息,从而有助于更为可靠地获取业务信息;而且,方案并未增加用户的操作负担,用户仍执行扫描二维码的动作即可。

具体实施方式
本说明书实施例提供一种载体物品,业务信息获取方法、装置以及设备。
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本说明书中的技术方案,下面将结合本说明书实施例中的附图,对本说明书实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本说明书实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都应当属于本申请保护的范围。
图1为本说明书的方案在一种实际应用场景下涉及的一种整体架构示意图。该整体架构中,主要涉及两部分:展示有二维码并携带有对应的NFC标签的载体物品、改进的二维码扫描应用;另外,还涉及用于处理二维码扫描识别或者NFC读取得到的业务信息的信息处理后端。
通过改进的二维码扫描应用,能够扫描识别载体物品展示的二维码,还能够读取载体物品携带的NFC标签,NFC标签能够作为二维码的业务信息提供补充手段,使得即使二维码由于遮挡、损毁、光线暗等原因难以被正确扫描识别时,或者即使二维码由于扫描设备对焦慢等原因难以被快速 扫描识别时,仍有NFC标签来保障所需的业务信息能够被正确而及时地获取。
作为对比,图2示出了一种常规的二维码扫描识别架构示意图。图2的架构中,主要涉及两部分:只展示二维码的二维码载体、常规的二维码扫描应用;另外,还涉及用于处理二维码扫描识别得到的业务信息的信息处理后端。通过常规的二维码扫描应用,能够调用摄像头扫描二维码载体展示的二维码并进一步地识别二维码包含的业务信息,但是不支持NFC读取功能。
下面基于图1的整体架构,对本说明书的方案进行详细说明。
图3为本说明书实施例提供的一种载体物品的结构示意图。
图3中的载体物品通过载体主体301,展示二维码302以及携带NFC标签303。这里的数字编号是为了对各部分进行区别,而不具有实质的含义,简明起见,以下省略数字编号而直接用各部分的名称进行说明。
载体主体可以是能够展示二维码的任何有形物体,NFC标签可以通过诸如附着、悬挂、内置等方式携带于载体主体。比如,假定NFC标签为NFC贴片,可以将NFC贴片粘贴于载体主体的内部或者某一面上,从而实现附着;再比如,假定NFC标签为NFC电子数据,载体主体为电子设备,可以将NFC电子数据写入该电子设备的NFC可读模块中,从而实现内置;等等。
在本说明书实施例中,所述NFC标签中包含有所述二维码包含的业务信息,该业务信息可以先于二维码的生成而预先写入NFC标签中,也可以在二维码生成时或者生成后再写入,等等。
二维码包含的业务信息以码值形式呈现,通常为一个字符串。比如,支付业务场景下的付款码数字串;再比如,广告业务场景下的广告商品或者商家的统一资源定位符(Uniform Resource Locator,URL);等等。
在本说明书实施例中,NFC标签中包含有二维码包含的全部信息中的至少部分信息。所述至少部分信息优选地为当前业务场景的业务信息,其 可以不包括二维码中包含的与当前的业务本身不相关的功能信息(比如,定位码、纠错码等)。
另外,NFC标签包含的业务信息的格式可以不同于二维码中对应业务信息的格式,实质内容一致即可,通过识别或者后续处理能够得到该实质内容。
在本说明书实施例中,若载体物品展示的二维码发生变化,则载体物品携带的NFC标签中包含的业务信息可以被相应地改写,以保证二维码和NFC标签包含的业务信息的一致性。
假定载体物品并非电子设备,则二维码的变化和NFC标签的业务信息改写通常依赖于人工操作。比如,由商户在载体物品上张贴或者打印新的二维码;再比如,由商户利用NFC写入设备改写载体物品携带的NFC标签;等等。
假定载体物品是支持二维码屏显功能和NFC写入功能的电子设备(比如,某些智能手机或者某些收银机等),则二维码的变化和NFC标签的业务信息改写可以减少对人工操作的依赖。比如,由作为载体物品的智能手机自动展示新的二维码;再比如,当二维码变化时,该智能手机自动地根据变化相应地改写NFC标签;等等。
本说明书实施例还提供了一种业务信息获取方法,该业务信息获取方法优选地以图3中的载体物品作为信息获取对象,图4为该业务信息获取方法的流程示意图,执行主体比如是图1中的改进的二维码扫描应用。
图4中的流程可以包括以下步骤:
S402:当二维码扫描界面被打开时,开启NFC读取功能,以尝试扫描识别载体物品展示的二维码,以及尝试读取所述载体物品携带的NFC标签,其中,所述NFC标签中包含有所述二维码包含的业务信息。
在本说明书实施例中,对于用户而言,其意图是扫描二维码,因此,所执行的动作也是为了扫描二维码。
以用户终端是手机为例,用户执行的动作一般是:打开手机上当前业 务对应的应用(比如,支付应用),通过点击扫描控件(比如,“扫一扫”按钮)打开二维码扫描界面,将手机摄像头对准要扫描的二维码(该对准的步骤也可以预先执行)。
用户扫描时手机与二维码之间的距离比较近,通常在半米以内,这个距离也适合进行NFC通信。因此,当要扫描二维码时,可以顺便开启NFC读取功能以作为业务信息获取补充手段,相当于是双管齐下以尝试获取业务信息。
假定信息获取对象是图3中的载体物品。用户的手机摄像头对准载体物品展示的二维码,尝试扫描二维码,进而利用相应的识别功能模块识别扫描得到的二维码图像;同时用户的手机上的NFC功能模块尝试读取载体物品携带的NFC标签。
在本说明书实施例中,NFC读取功能可以由二维码扫描应用直接提供,或者,也可以由操作系统或者另一应用提供,并由二维码扫描应用直接或者间接地开启。当然,NFC读取功能也需要相应的硬件模块支持,该硬件模块即位于二维码扫描应用的所在设备上。
S404:当二维码扫描识别成功或者NFC读取成功时,结束二维码扫描动作。
在本说明书实施例中,由于载体物品的二维码和NFC标签中均包含了一致的业务信息,无论是二维码扫描识别成功,还是NFC读取成功,都已经获取到了所需的该业务信息,因此,可以结束二维码扫描动作。
对于用户而言,其执行扫描二维码的动作的根本目的是为了当前业务能够正常地继续进行,因此,用户可以不关心该业务信息到底是扫描识别二维码得到的还是NFC读取得到的。即使实际上二维码扫描识别失败了,只要NFC读取成功,也可以使用户对二维码扫描识别失败无感知;或者,即使NFC读取成功先于二维码扫描识别成功,也可以使用户对二维码扫描的相对滞后无感知。从而,用户会觉得二维码扫描识别的成功率更高了,扫描识别的速度也更快了,二维码扫描体验得到了提升。
通过图4的方法,NFC读取功能能够随用户扫描二维码而自动开启,使得即使从二维码未能够成功扫描识别得到所需的业务信息,仍有可能从对应的NFC标签读取得到该业务信息,从而有助于更为可靠地获取业务信息;而且,方案并未增加用户的操作负担,用户仍执行扫描二维码的动作即可。
基于图4的方法,本说明书实施例还提供了该方法的一些具体实施方案,以及扩展方案,下面进行说明。
在本说明书实施例中,二维码扫描可以应用于很多业务场景,相应地,本说明书的方案也能够应用于很多业务场景。
以支付业务场景为例。二维码包含的业务信息包括支付业务信息,比如,收款方的账户信息、付款码、待支付的订单信息等。对于步骤S404,在二维码扫描识别成功或者NFC读取成功后,进一步地根据二维码扫描识别或者NFC读取得到的支付业务信息,执行支付业务,比如,付款或者收款等。
NFC标签优选地可以为NFC贴片,优点在于成本低,使用便捷,普适性强,有助于将普通物品改造为载体物品。
在本说明书实施例中,当二维码扫描成功或者NFC读取成功时,除了结束二维码扫描动作以外,若NFC读取功能本次已经使用完毕,还可以一并关闭NFC读取功能,以节省资源。
在本说明书实施例中,当二维码扫描界面被打开时,也可以等待若干时间,在等待时间内,尚未成功地扫描识别二维码,再开启NFC读取功能。当然,为了避免影响用户体验,等待时间不宜过长。
基于同样的思路,本说明书实施例还提供了上述方法对应的装置,如图5所示。
图5为本说明书实施例提供的对应于图3的一种业务信息获取装置的结构示意图,包括:

上述对本说明书特定实施例进行了描述。其它实施例在所附权利要求书的范围内。在一些情况下,在权利要求书中记载的动作或步骤可以按照不同于实施例中的顺序来执行并且仍然可以实现期望的结果。另外,在附图中描绘的过程不一定要求示出的特定顺序或者连续顺序才能实现期望的结果。在某些实施方式中,多任务处理和并行处理也是可以的或者可能是有利的。

在20世纪90年代,对于一个技术的改进可以很明显地区分是硬件上的改进(例如,对二极管、晶体管、开关等电路结构的改进)还是软件上的改进(对于方法流程的改进)。然而,随着技术的发展,当今的很多方法流程的改进已经可以视为硬件电路结构的直接改进。设计人员几乎都通过将改进的方法流程编程到硬件电路中来得到相应的硬件电路结构。因此,不能说一个方法流程的改进就不能用硬件实体模块来实现。例如,可编程 逻辑器件(Programmable Logic Device,PLD)(例如现场可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,FPGA))就是这样一种集成电路,其逻辑功能由用户对器件编程来确定。由设计人员自行编程来把一个数字系统“集成”在一片PLD上,而不需要请芯片制造厂商来设计和制作专用的集成电路芯片。而且,如今,取代手工地制作集成电路芯片,这种编程也多半改用“逻辑编译器(logic compiler)”软件来实现,它与程序开发撰写时所用的软件编译器相类似,而要编译之前的原始代码也得用特定的编程语言来撰写,此称之为硬件描述语言(Hardware Description Language,HDL),而HDL也并非仅有一种,而是有许多种,如ABEL(Advanced Boolean Expression Language)、AHDL(Altera Hardware Description Language)、Confluence、CUPL(Cornell University Programming Language)、HDCal、JHDL(Java Hardware Description Language)、Lava、Lola、MyHDL、PALASM、RHDL(Ruby Hardware Description Language)等,目前最普遍使用的是VHDL(Very-High-Speed Integrated Circuit Hardware Description Language)与Verilog。本领域技术人员也应该清楚,只需要将方法流程用上述几种硬件描述语言稍作逻辑编程并编程到集成电路中,就可以很容易得到实现该逻辑方法流程的硬件电路。
控制器可以按任何适当的方式实现,例如,控制器可以采取例如微处理器或处理器以及存储可由该(微)处理器执行的计算机可读程序代码(例如软件或固件)的计算机可读介质、逻辑门、开关、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、可编程逻辑控制器和嵌入微控制器的形式,控制器的例子包括但不限于以下微控制器:ARC 625D、Atmel AT91SAM、Microchip PIC18F26K20以及Silicone Labs C8051F320,存储器控制器还可以被实现为存储器的控制逻辑的一部分。本领域技术人员也知道,除了以纯计算机可读程序代码方式实现控制器以外,完全可以通过将方法步骤进行逻辑编程来使得控制器以逻辑门、开关、专用集成电路、可编程逻辑控制器和嵌入微控制器等的形式来实现相同功能。因此这种控制 器可以被认为是一种硬件部件,而对其内包括的用于实现各种功能的装置也可以视为硬件部件内的结构。或者甚至,可以将用于实现各种功能的装置视为既可以是实现方法的软件模块又可以是硬件部件内的结构。
上述实施例阐明的系统、装置、模块或单元,具体可以由计算机芯片或实体实现,或者由具有某种功能的产品来实现。一种典型的实现设备为计算机。具体的,计算机例如可以为个人计算机、膝上型计算机、蜂窝电话、相机电话、智能电话、个人数字助理、媒体播放器、导航设备、电子邮件设备、游戏控制台、平板计算机、可穿戴设备或者这些设备中的任何设备的组合。

  1. 一种业务信息获取方法,包括:
    当二维码扫描界面被打开时,开启近场通信NFC读取功能,以尝试扫描识别载体物品展示的二维码,以及尝试读取所述载体物品携带的NFC标签;
    当二维码扫描识别成功或者NFC读取成功时,结束二维码扫描动作;
    其中,所述NFC标签中包含有所述二维码包含的业务信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,所述二维码包含的业务信息包括支付业务信息;所述二维码扫描识别成功或者NFC读取成功后,所述方法还包括:
    根据所述二维码扫描识别或者所述NFC读取得到的支付业务信息,执行支付业务。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,所述结束二维码扫描动作,还包括:
    关闭所述NFC读取功能。
  4. 如权利要求1~3任一项所述的方法,所述NFC标签为贴于所述载体物品的NFC贴片。
  5. 一种载体物品,所述载体物品展示有二维码以及携带有近场通信NFC标签;其中,所述NFC标签中包含有所述二维码包含的业务信息。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的载体物品,若所述二维码发生变化,则所述NFC标签中包含的业务信息被相应地改写。
  7. 如权利要求5或6所述的载体物品,所述NFC标签为贴于所述载体物品的NFC贴片。
  8. 一种业务信息获取装置,包括:
    获取模块,当二维码扫描界面被打开时,开启近场通信NFC读取功能,以尝试扫描识别载体物品展示的二维码,以及尝试读取所述载体物品携带的NFC标签;
    结束模块,当二维码扫描识别成功或者NFC读取成功时,结束二维码 扫描动作;
    其中,所述NFC标签中包含有所述二维码包含的业务信息。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的装置,所述二维码包含的业务信息包括支付业务信息;所述装置还包括:
    支付模块,在所述获取模块二维码扫描识别成功或者NFC读取成功后,根据所述二维码扫描识别或者所述NFC读取得到的支付业务信息,执行支付业务。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的装置,所述结束模块结束二维码扫描动作,还包括:
    所述结束模块关闭所述NFC读取功能。
  11. 如权利要求8~10任一项所述的装置,所述NFC标签为贴于所述载体物品的NFC贴片。
  12. 一种业务信息获取设备,包括:
    至少一个处理器;以及,
    与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,
    所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够:
    当二维码扫描界面被打开时,开启近场通信NFC读取功能,以尝试扫描识别载体物品展示的二维码,以及尝试读取所述载体物品携带的NFC标签;
    当二维码扫描识别成功或者NFC读取成功时,结束二维码扫描动作;
    其中,所述NFC标签中包含有所述二维码包含的业务信息。
