现有技术中的低温加热不燃烧烟制品多是设置一个容纳特制的烟支的加热腔体,加热器穿入该腔体内用于加热烟草产生气雾,在用户完成抽吸过后,直接将烟支取出,更换新的烟支即可。但是由于加热器表面容易黏附烟草加热后的残渣,难以清理加热器表面,并且由于加热器对烟草的黏附力,直接将烟支取出时,很可能会破坏烟支的整体结构,使烟草散落在加热腔体里,清除比较繁琐。

因此,如何提供这一种在使用时固定气雾产生基体,在取出时避免用户误拔气雾产生基体的气雾产生装置成为本领域亟待解决的问题。
发明内容

进一步地,吸嘴具有两个以上的悬臂,吸嘴通过悬臂与储存器及主体以卡合的方式连接。
进一步地,悬臂上设有凸部,主体上设有凹部,悬臂和主体通过悬臂上的凸部和主体上的凹部实现卡合连接;
或者是,悬臂上设有凹部,主体上设有凸部,悬臂和主体通过悬臂上的凹部和主体上 的凸部实现卡合连接。
进一步地,主体上设置导引槽,悬臂可沿导引槽滑动至预先设定的卡合位置;并且气雾产生装置还设有加热指示灯,吸嘴远离主体的另一端上偏心设有与腔体连通的抽吸孔,在提取部滑动至预先设定的卡合位置时,抽吸孔偏向加热指示灯所在的一侧。
进一步地,储存器外表面设有导向部,悬臂的内表面上设有导向槽,通过导向部和导向槽相配合,可以使吸嘴和储存器以预先设定的卡合位置连接。
进一步地,悬臂与主体连接的一端的外表面为凹凸不平的表面。
进一步地,储存器远离主体一端设有孔眼,加热部可以通过孔眼至少部分插入腔体内。
综上所述,本发明提供了的气雾产生装置,通过由储存器和吸嘴共同围成容纳气雾产生基体的腔体,可以有效地固定气雾产生基体的位置,避免抽吸过程中,气雾产生基体或烟草残渣掉落的可能;并且,用户直接从主体上拔出提取部时,即储存器和吸嘴在轴向受力的情况下,吸嘴可通过径向向外扩张,使吸嘴和储存器分离;而提取部与主体分离之前,主体会限制吸嘴与主体相邻的一端径向向外扩张,这样在提取部与主体分离之前,由于吸嘴不能径向向外扩张,导致储存器和吸嘴不能分离,避免用户直接误拔气雾产生基体,保证了腔体的清洁。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图,详细介绍本发明的较佳实施方式。虽然本发明的描述将结合各个实施方式一起介绍,但这并不代表此发明的特征仅限于该几种实施方式。恰恰相反,结合实施方式作发明介绍的目的是为了覆盖基于本发明的权利要求而有可能延伸出的其它选择或改造。为了提供对本发明的深度了解,以下描述中将包含许多具体的细节。本发明也可以不使用这些细节实施。此外,为了避免混乱或模糊本发明的重点,有些具体细节将在描述中被省略。
另外,在以下的说明中所使用的“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“顶”、“底”,是为了更好地描述本发明的较佳实施方式而设定的,不应理解为对本发明的限制。
本发明所提供的气雾产生装置,如图1至图3所示,包括提取部200和主体100,提取部200包括相互可拆卸地连接的储存器220和吸嘴210,储存器220和吸嘴210共同围成容纳气雾产生基体的腔体;主体100可拆卸地与提取部200连接,储存器220被置于主体100与吸嘴210之间;主体100还包括加热部140,用于加热气雾产生基体,并且被构造成用来穿入腔体内;其中,储存器220和吸嘴210在分别受到轴向上的方向相反的力的 作用下,吸嘴210与主体100相邻的一端可通过径向向外扩张,使吸嘴210和储存器220分离;提取部200与主体100分离之前,主体100会限制吸嘴210与主体100相邻的一端径向向外扩张。这样在提取部200与主体100分离之前,由于吸嘴210不能径向向外扩张,储存器220和吸嘴210不能分离,避免了用户直接误拔气雾产生基体230,保证了腔体的清洁。
进一步地,主体100还包含电路控制部和电源装置,该电路控制部包括按键113、电路控制板111和用于固定电路控制板111的电路板支架112,按下按键113即可通过该电路控制板111控制加热部140的启停,按键113上设有指示灯114,用于显示主体100的工作状态。电源装置可以是外接的电源,也可以是一次性使用电池,只要能用于向电路控制部和加热部供电即可,优选如图3所示,电源装置是由充电板151和电池152构成,该充电板151可以给电池152充电,确保电源装置可反复充电使用。
进一步地,主体100还包含支架130、壳体121和底盖122,壳体121和支架130可以是如图3所示的两个独立的结构,也可以是一体成型的结构,只要壳体121和支架130可以实现前述的主体100限制吸嘴210与主体100相邻的一端径向向外扩张的功能即可。
进一步地,储存器220和吸嘴210可以通过本领域常见的可拆卸的连接方式,从操作方便和结构简化两个方面出发,优选地,在一个实施例中,储存器220和吸嘴210通过图4和图5所示的卡合方式连接,在另一个实施例中,储存器220和吸嘴210也可以通过螺纹的方式连接(图中未视出)。
进一步地,优选吸嘴210的一端套设在储存器220的外部,以此,用户从主体100上拔出吸嘴210的过程中,即储存器220和吸嘴210在分别受到轴向上的方向相反的力的作用下,吸嘴210必须要通过径向向外扩张,才能使吸嘴210和储存器220分离;
进一步地,提取部200与主体100分离之前,主体100会限制吸嘴210与主体100相邻的一端径向向外扩张。从图4和图5中可以看出,吸嘴210的一端套设在储存器220的外部;当储存器220和吸嘴210通过卡合或螺纹的方式连接时,需要吸嘴210与储存器220连接的部分向外发生变形,即该部分有一定量的径向向外扩张,才可以直接将储存器220从吸嘴210中拔出。在本发明中,提取部200与主体100分离之前,由于吸嘴210的一端套设在储存器220的外部,主体100可以限制吸嘴210与主体100相邻的一端径向向外扩张,即可有效避免直接将储存器220从吸嘴210中拔出。
进一步地,如图4和图5所示,吸嘴210与主体100接触的一端的内侧设有空隙,吸嘴210与主体100接触的一端在受到径向向内的力的时候可以向内发生变形。该径向向内 的力可以是提取部200与主体100分离过程中,由主体100施加给吸嘴210的力,也可以是用户按压锁紧区域,而施加的使提取部200和主体100分离的力。通过吸嘴210与主体100相邻的一端的内侧设有空隙,在受到径向向内的力的时候,吸嘴210与主体100相邻的一端可以向内发生变形,以此进一步锁紧吸嘴210与储存器220,避免吸嘴210与储存器220在提取部200被拔出时,由于受到轴向上的拉力而分离。
进一步地,如图4和图5所示,吸嘴210的一端套设在储存器220的外部;吸嘴210与主体100通过卡合的方式连接,吸嘴210的一端插入主体100内部,通过这样的结构,在提取部200与主体100分离前,由于吸嘴210的一端是位于主体100的内部,可以有效地避免吸嘴210插入主体100内部的一端向外发生变形,起到避免直接将储存器220从吸嘴210中拔出的效果。
进一步地,如图4和图5所示,吸嘴210具有两个以上的悬臂211,吸嘴210通过悬臂211分别与储存器220及主体100以卡合的方式连接。主体100和悬臂211的卡合可以是在悬臂211上设有凸部,主体100上设有凹部,悬臂211和主体100通过悬臂211上的凸部和主体100上的凹部实现卡合连接;也可以是,悬臂211上设有凹部,主体100上设有凸部,悬臂211和主体100通过悬臂211上的凹部和主体100上的凸部实现卡合连接。
进一步地,悬臂211与主体100连接的一端的外表面为凹凸不平的表面。这样可以帮助用户快速判断吸嘴210与主体100卡合的位置,通过按压该部位即可将提取部200快速地从主体100上拔出。
进一步地,如图3所示,气雾产生装置还设有加热指示灯114,主体100上设置导引槽131,悬臂211可沿导引槽131滑动至预先设定的卡合位置;为了贴合嘴型,提高用户的使用感受,吸嘴210远离主体100的另一端上偏心设有与腔体连通的抽吸孔212,在提取部200滑动至预先设定的卡合位置时,抽吸孔212偏向加热指示灯114所在的一侧,以此用户可以实时监控气雾产生装置是否处于工作状态。
更进一步地,储存器220远离主体100的一端的底部设有孔眼,加热部140可以通过孔眼至少部分插入所述腔体内。当加热部140插入腔体的那一部分的形状为非圆形时,如果储存器220和主体100的相对位置不是固定的,优选地将孔眼的最窄的部位设置得大于加热部140插入腔体的那一部分的最宽的部位,以便于加热部140插入腔体内;并且在将提取器从主体100上拔出的时候,优选地,孔眼和加热部140的形状相配,以便于储存器220将加热部140表面的烟草残渣刮净。在本发明中,如图6所示,储存器220外表面设有导向部221,悬臂211的内表面上设有导向槽213,通过导向部221和导向槽213相配合, 可以使吸嘴210和储存器220以预先设定的卡合位置连接。通过设置对应的导向部221和导向槽213,除了可以使用户更方便地使储存器220和吸嘴210连接以外,还可以使吸嘴210和储存器220一直以一个固定的卡合位置进行连接,而提取部200和主体100之间也是以一个固定的卡合位置连接,这样可以保证储存器220和主体100的相对位置始终固定,以此,储存器220底部的孔眼形状和位置可以根据加热部140的形状和位置设置,可以将孔眼设置成稍大于加热部140,在将提取器从主体100上拔出的时候,储存器220可以将加热部140表面的烟草残渣刮净,避免烟草残渣掉落在主体100内部,保证主体100的清洁。
综上所述,本发明提供了的气雾产生装置,通过由储存器和吸嘴共同围成容纳气雾产生基体的腔体,可以有效地固定气雾产生基体的位置,避免抽吸过程中,气雾产生基体或烟草残渣掉落的可能;并且,用户直接从主体上拔出提取部时,储存器和吸嘴在轴向受力的情况下,吸嘴可通过径向向外扩张,使吸嘴和储存器分离;而提取部与主体分离之前,主体会限制吸嘴与主体相邻的一端径向向外扩张,这样在提取部与主体分离之前,由于吸嘴不能径向向外扩张,储存器和吸嘴不能分离,避免了用户直接误拔气雾产生基体,保证了腔体的清洁。
上述的说明是本发明中具体实施方式的实施例,用于更清楚地说明本发明的发明构思,但其并非是用于对本发明的权利要求范围的限定。根据本发明的发明构思,本领域技术人员能够容易变型和修改上述的实施例,这些属于本发明的发明构思内的变型和修改均包含在本发明后附的权利要求的范围之内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种气雾产生装置,其特征在于,包括:
    提取部,所述提取部包括相互可拆卸地连接的储存器和吸嘴,所述储存器和所述吸嘴共同围成容纳气雾产生基体的腔体;
    主体,所述主体可拆卸地与所述提取部连接,所述储存器被置于所述主体与所述吸嘴之间;所述主体还包括加热部,所述加热部构造成用来穿入所述腔体内,用于加热所述气雾产生基体;
    其中,所述储存器和所述吸嘴在分别受到轴向上的方向相反的力的作用下,所述吸嘴与所述主体相邻的一端可通过径向向外扩张,使所述吸嘴和所述储存器分离;
    所述提取部与所述主体分离之前,所述主体会限制所述吸嘴与所述主体相邻的一端径向向外扩张。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的气雾产生装置,其特征在于,所述储存器和所述吸嘴通过卡合或螺纹的方式连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的气雾产生装置,其特征在于,所述吸嘴的一端套设在所述储存器的外部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的气雾产生装置,其特征在于,所述吸嘴与所述主体相邻的一端的内侧设有空隙,所述吸嘴与所述主体相邻的一端在受到径向向内的力的时候可以向内发生变形。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的气雾产生装置,其特征在于,所述径向向内的力包括在所述提取部与所述主体分离的过程中,所述主体向所述吸嘴施加的径向向内的力。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的气雾产生装置,其特征在于,所述吸嘴的一端套设在储存器的外部;所述吸嘴与所述主体通过卡合的方式连接,所述吸嘴的一端插入所述主体内部。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的气雾产生装置,其特征在于,所述吸嘴具有两个以上的悬臂,所述吸嘴通过所述悬臂与所述储存器及所述主体以卡合的方式连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的气雾产生装置,其特征在于,所述悬臂上设有凸部,所述主体上设有凹部,所述悬臂和所述主体通过所述悬臂上的凸部和所述主体上的凹部实现卡合连接;
    或者是,所述悬臂上设有凹部,所述主体上设有凸部,所述悬臂和所述主体通过所述悬臂上的凹部和所述主体上的凸部实现卡合连接。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的气雾产生装置,其特征在于,所述主体上设置导引槽,所述悬臂可沿所述导引槽滑动至预先设定的卡合位置;并且所述气雾产生装置还设有加热指示灯,所述吸嘴远离所述主体的另一端上偏心设有与所述腔体连通的抽吸孔,在所述提取部滑动至所述预先设定的卡合位置时,所述抽吸孔偏向所述加热指示灯所在的一侧。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的气雾产生装置,其特征在于,所述储存器外表面设有导向部,所述悬臂的内表面上设有导向槽,通过导向部和导向槽相配合,可以使所述吸嘴和所述储存器以预先设定的卡合位置连接。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的气雾产生装置,其特征在于,所述悬臂与所述主体连接的一端的外表面为凹凸不平的表面。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的气雾产生装置,其特征在于,所述储存器远离所述主体一端设有孔眼,所述加热部可以通过所述孔眼至少部分插入所述腔体内。
