现有技术中的葡萄酒瓶都有专门的瓶塞拔塞装置。然而,目前市面上销售的瓶塞拔塞装置大都为手动式拔塞装置,其包括手柄、螺旋钉和螺旋帽等部件。手动式拔塞装置的大致工作过程为:首先利用手柄带动螺旋钉向下旋入葡萄酒瓶的瓶塞内部,当旋转至一定位置后,旋转螺旋帽并带动螺旋钉和瓶塞同步向上运动,从而完成拔塞过程。然而由于此种拔塞装置比较费力,明显不适合女士和小孩用。尽管后来出现了一些电动拔塞装置,然而,这些电动拔塞装置结构较为复杂,拔塞效果并不理想,由此可见,现有技术需要进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种葡萄酒瓶瓶塞自动拔塞装置,以实现自动拔塞过程。
本发明为了实现上述目的,采用如下技术方案:
一种葡萄酒瓶瓶塞自动拔塞装置,包括底座、L形支架、瓶压板、拆封口膜机构、拔塞机构和控制电路板;其中:在底座上设有酒瓶放置槽,该酒瓶放置槽的一侧开口;
酒瓶放置槽的开口侧尺寸大于葡萄酒瓶的下部尺寸,酒瓶放置槽的内侧尺寸与葡萄酒瓶的下部尺寸相适应,在酒瓶放置槽的最内侧位置设有到位检测开关;
其中,酒瓶放置槽的内侧是指与酒瓶放置槽的开口侧相对的另一侧;
L形支架由一根竖向支架和一根横向支架组成;其中,竖向支架的底端安装于底座上,横向支架的一端垂直连接于该竖向支架的顶端,另一端悬置;
瓶压板和拆封口膜机构均安装于竖向支架上,且拆封口膜机构位于瓶压板的上方;
拔塞机构安装于横向支架上,且拔塞机构位于拆封口膜机构的上方;
瓶压板的一端安装于竖向支架上,在瓶压板的另一端设有瓶压槽;
瓶压槽的安装高度与葡萄酒瓶的瓶肩高度相同;
瓶压槽的一侧开口,且瓶压槽具有与葡萄酒瓶的瓶肩弧面相适应的下表面;
瓶压槽的开口方向与酒瓶放置槽的开口方向相同;
拆封口膜机构包括一水平布置的支撑板以及安装于所述支撑板上的一号刀片及其驱动机构和二号刀片及其驱动机构,支撑板安装于竖向支架上;
一号刀片及其驱动机构包括一号刀片、一号刀片架、一号可移动式开合板和一号电机;
一号刀片为半圆弧形刀片;
一号刀片架具有与一号刀片相适应的缺口,一号刀片安装于一号刀片架上;
在一号可移动式开合板上设有一号刀片架安装槽,一号刀片架位于一号刀片安装槽内;
在一号刀片架上设有一号条形孔,在一号刀片架安装槽上设有与一号条形孔对应的一号固定销,一号固定销伸入到一号条形孔内;
一号条形孔的长度方向与一号刀片的运动方向相同;
在一号刀片架安装槽的底部设有若干个一号缓冲孔;
每个一号缓冲孔内安装有一个一号缓冲弹簧,一号缓冲弹簧另一端与一号刀片架连接;
在一号刀片架上对应每个一号缓冲孔还设有一个一号支撑柱;
一号缓冲弹簧套置于对应的一号支撑柱上,一号支撑柱伸入一号缓冲孔的一端悬置;
一号可移动式开合板的一侧边沿设有一号直齿条;
在一号直齿条的外侧设有一号齿轮,一号齿轮与一号直齿条相互啮合;
一号电机的输出轴与一号齿轮相连;
在一号可移动式开合板上还设有至少两个平行布置的一号导向槽,一号导向槽的长度方向与一号刀片的运动方向相同;
在支撑板上设有至少两个一号定位销,且一号定位销与一号导向槽一一对应;
二号刀片及其驱动机构包括二号刀片、二号刀片架、二号可移动式开合板和二号电机;
二号刀片为半圆弧形刀片,且与一号刀片相对设置;
二号刀片架具有与二号刀片相适应的缺口,二号刀片安装于二号刀片架上;
在二号可移动式开合板上设有二号刀片架安装槽,二号刀片架位于二号刀片安装槽内;
在二号刀片架上设有二号条形孔,在二号刀片架安装槽上设有与二号条形孔对应的二号固定销,二号固定销伸入到二号条形孔内;
二号条形孔的长度方向与二号刀片的运动方向相同;
在二号刀片架安装槽的底部设有若干个二号缓冲孔;
每个二号缓冲孔内安装有一个二号缓冲弹簧,二号缓冲弹簧另一端与二号刀片架连接;
在二号刀片架上对应每个二号缓冲孔还设有一个二号支撑柱;
二号缓冲弹簧套置于对应的二号支撑柱上,二号支撑柱伸入二号缓冲孔的一端悬置;
二号可移动式开合板的一侧边沿设有二号直齿条;
在二号直齿条的外侧设有二号齿轮,二号齿轮与二号直齿条相互啮合;
二号电机的输出轴与二号齿轮相连;
在二号可移动式开合板上还设有至少两个平行布置的二号导向槽,二号导向槽的长度方 向与二号刀片的运动方向相同;
在支撑板上设有至少两个二号定位销,且二号定位销与二号导向槽一一对应;
拔塞机构包括拔塞螺栓、拔塞电机、位置编码器、拔塞导向柱、固定架、旋塞电机和螺旋钉;其中,拔塞电机与拉塞螺栓相连且驱动所述拔塞螺栓上下运动;
拔塞螺栓的下端连接到固定架的上端,固定架为方盒结构;
位置编码器安装于横向支架的下表面上;
拔塞导向柱的上端固定于横向支架上,拔塞导向柱的下端伸入固定架内;
旋塞电机安装于固定架内,旋塞电机的输出轴由固定架内向下伸出并与螺旋钉连接;
到位检测开关、一号电机、二号电机、编码器、拔塞电机和旋塞电机分别通过导电线与控制电路板连接,在控制电路板上还设有指示灯和/或语音提示模块。
优选地,所述到位检测开关采用接近开关,在酒瓶放置槽的内侧壁上设有防滑橡胶。
优选地,当拔塞螺栓向下运动时,拔塞螺栓向下运行速度与螺旋钉向下运行速度相同。
优选地,在一号齿轮的外沿相对侧还分别设有一号限位柱和二号限位柱,在一号限位柱位置设有一个一号限位开关,在二号限位柱位置还设有一个二号限位开关;
在二号齿轮的外沿相对侧还分别设有三号限位柱和四号限位柱,在三号限位柱位置设有一个三号限位开关,在四号限位柱位置还设有一个四号限位开关;
一号限位开关、二号限位开关、三号限位开关和四号限位开关分别与控制电路板相连。
本发明具有如下优点:
本发明述及的葡萄酒瓶瓶塞自动拔塞装置,包括底座、L形支架、瓶压板、拆封口膜机构、拔塞机构和控制电路板等部件。其中,底座用于放置葡萄酒瓶和安装L形支架,瓶压板用于压紧葡萄酒瓶,防止拔塞过程中葡萄酒瓶跟随瓶塞向上运动,拆封口膜机构用于将葡萄酒瓶上的封口膜拆掉,拔塞机构用于实现自动拔塞动作。瓶压板、拆封口膜机构、拔塞机构均安装于L形支架上,且瓶压板、拆封口膜机构、拔塞机构由下向上依次布置。其中,拆封口膜机构和拔塞机构均是由控制电路板控制的。当葡萄酒瓶放置于底座上后,由瓶压板配合底座上的酒瓶放置槽将葡萄酒瓶固定好,拆封口膜机构在控制电路板的控制下实现对葡萄酒瓶的封口膜自动拆除,拔塞机构在控制电路板的控制下实现自动拔塞动作。本发明结构和工作原理简单,实现了葡萄酒瓶瓶塞的自动拔塞过程,能够满足大多数人群的需要。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以及具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明:
结合图1所示,一种葡萄酒瓶瓶塞自动拔塞装置,包括底座1、L形支架2、瓶压板3、拆封口膜机构4、拔塞机构5和控制电路板6。
如图2和图3所示,在底座1上设有酒瓶放置槽7,该酒瓶放置槽7的一侧开口,例如在酒瓶放置槽7的右侧开口。
酒瓶放置槽7的开口侧尺寸大于葡萄酒瓶8的下部尺寸,酒瓶放置槽的内侧尺寸(即左侧尺寸)与葡萄酒瓶8的下部尺寸相适应,以便将葡萄酒瓶8夹紧。
在本实施例中,酒瓶放置槽的内侧是指与酒瓶放置槽的开口侧相对的另一侧。
在酒瓶放置槽7的最内侧(即最左侧)位置设有到位检测开关9。该到位检测开关9用于检测葡萄酒瓶8是否放置到位,以便能够实现准确开启瓶塞的目的。
一种优选方式,到位检测开关9可以选用接近开关。当然,本发明中的到位检测开关9并不限于采用上述接近开关,例如还可以采用光电开关等传感器。
一种优选方式,在酒瓶放置槽的内侧(即左侧)壁上设有防滑橡胶,以提高酒瓶放置槽7内侧的夹紧效果,避免葡萄酒瓶8在电动旋塞过程中发生旋转。
L形支架2由一根竖向支架10和一根横向支架11组成。其中,竖向支架10的底端安装 于底座1上,横向支架11的一端垂直连接于该竖向支架的顶端,另一端悬置。
L形支架2优选采用空心结构,以减轻拔塞装置的重量。同时,控制电路板6还可以安装于L形支架2的内部,以提高美观效果。
瓶压板3和拆封口膜机构4均安装于竖向支架10上,且拆封口膜机构4位于瓶压板3的上方;拔塞机构5安装于横向支架11上,且拔塞机构5位于拆封口膜机构4的上方。
如图4和图5所示,瓶压板3的一端安装于竖向支架10上,另一端设有瓶压槽12。
瓶压槽12的安装高度与葡萄酒瓶8的瓶肩高度相同。
此处的葡萄酒瓶8的瓶肩高度是指葡萄酒瓶8放置于酒瓶放置槽7内时的高度。
瓶压槽12的一侧开口,且瓶压槽具有与葡萄酒瓶8的瓶肩弧面相适应的下表面。瓶压槽12起到在上拔瓶塞时压住葡萄酒瓶8,防止葡萄酒瓶8跟随瓶塞上移的作用。
瓶压槽12的开口方向与酒瓶放置槽7的开口方向相同,便于从侧部放置葡萄酒瓶8。
如图6所示,拆封口膜机构包括一水平布置的支撑板13以及安装于支撑板上的一号刀片及其驱动机构和二号刀片及其驱动机构,支撑板13安装于竖向支架10上。
一号刀片及其驱动机构包括一号刀片14、一号刀片架15、一号可移动式开合板16和一号电机56。其中,一号刀片14为半圆弧形刀片。
一号刀片架15具有与一号刀片相适应的缺口,一号刀片14安装于一号刀片架15上。
在一号可移动式开合板16上设有一号刀片架安装槽17。一号刀片架15位于一号刀片安装槽17内。一号可移动式开合板16和一号刀片架安装槽17例如可以为方形。
在一号刀片架15上设有一号条形孔18。在一号刀片架安装槽17设有与一号条形孔对应的一号固定销19,一号固定销19伸入到一号条形孔18内。
一号固定销19起到固定和导向的作用。在安装时一号固定销19拧的不要过紧,以保证一号刀片架15相对于一号刀片机安装槽17还可以有一定的相对滑动。
一号条形孔18的长度方向与一号刀片14的运动方向相同。
在一号刀片架安装槽17的底部设有若干个一号缓冲孔20。
每个一号缓冲孔20内安装有一个一号缓冲弹簧21,一号缓冲弹簧21另一端与一号刀片架15连接;在一号刀片架上对应每个一号缓冲孔还设有一个一号支撑柱22。一号缓冲弹簧21套置于对应的一号支撑柱22上,一号支撑柱22伸入一号缓冲孔的一端悬置。
一号可移动式开合板16的一侧,例如左侧边沿设有一号直齿条23。
在一号直齿条23的左侧设有一号齿轮24,一号齿轮24与一号直齿条23相互啮合。
一号电机56的输出轴与一号齿轮24相连。
在一号可移动式开合板16上还设有至少两个平行布置的一号导向槽,例如一号导向槽 25,一号导向槽的长度方向与一号刀片14的运动方向相同。
在支撑板13上设有至少两个一号定位销26,且一号定位销与一号导向槽一一对应。
二号刀片及其驱动机构包括二号刀片27、二号刀片架28、二号可移动式开合板29和二号电机30。二号刀片27为半圆弧形刀片,且与一号刀片24相对设置。
二号刀片架28具有与二号刀片相适应的缺口,二号刀片安装于二号刀片架上。在二号可移动式开合板29上设有二号刀片架安装槽31,二号刀片架位于二号刀片安装槽内。
二号刀片架28和二号刀片架安装槽31例如可以为方形。
在二号刀片架28上设有二号条形孔32,在二号刀片架安装槽31上设有与二号条形孔32对应的二号固定销33,二号固定销33伸入到二号条形32孔内。
二号固定销33起到固定和导向的作用。在安装时二号固定销33拧的不要过紧,以保证二号刀片架28相对于二号刀片架安装槽31还可以有一定的相对滑动。
二号条形孔32的长度方向与二号刀片27的运动方向相同。
在二号刀片架安装槽31的底部设有若干个二号缓冲孔34。
每个二号缓冲孔内安装有一个二号缓冲弹簧35,二号缓冲弹簧另一端与二号刀片架28连接;在二号刀片架28上对应每个二号缓冲孔还设有一个二号支撑柱36。二号缓冲弹簧35套置于对应的二号支撑柱36上,二号支撑柱伸入二号缓冲孔的一端悬置。
二号可移动式开合板29的一侧边沿,例如左侧边沿设有二号直齿条37。
在二号直齿条37的左侧设有二号齿轮38,二号齿轮38与二号直齿条相互啮合。
二号电机30的输出轴与二号齿轮38相连。
在二号可移动式开合板29上还设有至少两个平行布置的二号导向槽,例如二号导向槽39,二号导向槽的长度方向与二号刀片的运动方向相同。
在支撑板上设有至少两个二号定位销40,且二号定位销与二号导向槽一一对应。
本发明中拆封口膜机构的大致工作过程为:
在一号电机56的作用下,可以带动一号可移动式开合板16做靠近或远离封口膜的运动。在二号电机30的作用下,可以带动二号可移动式开合板29做靠近或远离封口膜的运动。
当一号刀片14和二号刀片27运行至封口膜位置时组成圆形刀口并卡住瓶口,实现对封口膜的切口割裂功能,以便于开启瓶塞。
此外,由于上述缓冲弹簧的作用,当一号刀片14和二号刀片27卡住瓶口时,由各个缓冲弹簧受力,并缓冲两个刀片拼合时的受力,以保护刀口,同时有效将封口膜切开。
通过一号定位槽25和一号定位销26可以实现一号可移动式开合板16的运动导向,而通过二号定位槽39和二号定位销40可以实现二号可移动式开合板29的运动导向。
另外,在一号齿轮24的外沿相对侧还分别设有一号限位柱41和二号限位柱42。在一号限位柱位置设有一个一号限位开关43,在二号限位柱位置还设有一个二号限位开关44。
通过一号限位开关43和二号限位开关44可以实现一号可移动式开合板16的限位,避免一号可移动式开合板16运行位置超限将刀损坏或张开过大。
在二号齿轮38的外沿相对侧还分别设有三号限位柱45和四号限位柱46,在三号限位柱位置设有一个三号限位开关47,在四号限位柱位置还设有一个四号限位开关48。
通过三号限位开关47和四号限位开关48可以实现二号可移动式开合板29的限位,避免二号可移动式开合板29运行位置超限将刀损坏或张开过大。
如图7所示,拔塞机构5包括拔塞螺栓49、拔塞电机50、位置编码器51、拔塞导向柱52、固定架53、旋塞电机54和螺旋钉55。
其中,拔塞电机50与拉塞螺栓49相连且驱动所述拔塞螺栓49上下运动。
拔塞螺栓49的下端连接到固定架53的上端,固定架53为方盒结构。
位置编码器51安装于横向支架11的下表面上,用于控制拔塞螺栓49上下运动的距离,避免拔塞螺栓49旋入过长或者提升过高。
优选地,拔塞螺栓49移动的距离设计为瓶塞长度的3倍距离。
拔塞导向柱52的上端固定于横向支架11上,拔塞导向柱的下端伸入固定架内,拔塞导向柱52用于实现固定架53上下运动过程中的导向。
旋塞电机54安装于固定架内,旋塞电机的输出轴由固定架内向下伸出并与螺旋钉连接。
本发明中拔塞机构5的大致工作过程为:
当葡萄酒瓶8安放到位开始拔塞工作时,旋塞电机54下旋向工作,同时拔塞电机50推动拔塞螺栓49向下移动,实现将螺旋钉55旋入瓶塞。
当螺旋钉55旋入瓶塞一定深度后,旋塞电机54停止工作,拔塞电机50反向转动,带动拔塞螺栓49及瓶塞向上移动,使得瓶塞慢慢上移,直至将瓶塞拔出。
优选地,当拔塞螺栓49向下运动时,拔塞螺栓49向下运行速度与螺旋钉55向下运行速度相同,避免拔塞螺栓49由于与螺旋钉55的速度不同步导致的固定架53挤压或拉伸。
本发明中的到位检测开关、一号电机、二号电机、编码器、拔塞电机、旋塞电机、一号限位开关、二号限位开关、三号限位开关和四号限位开关分别通过导电线与控制电路板6连接,在控制电路板6上还设有指示灯和/或语音提示模块等。
控制电路板6控制拆封口膜机构4和拔塞机构5等部件的动作,实现拔塞的自动化。
此外,本发明还提出了一种葡萄酒瓶瓶塞自动拔塞方法,其包括如下步骤:
1.服务人员将葡萄酒瓶8置于酒瓶放置槽7内,到位检测开关9会检测到葡萄酒瓶8放 到位并给指示灯和/或者语音指示;
2.服务人员看到提示开瓶指示后,按“开瓶”按钮,控制电路板6输出开瓶工作指示灯;
3.拆封口膜:控制电路板6控制一号电机56和二号电机30工作,同时带动一号刀片14和二号刀片27动作,直至将封口膜割裂,然后收回一号刀片14和二号刀片27。
4.拔塞:控制电路板6启动旋塞电机54和拔塞电机49,两者配合将螺旋钉拧入瓶塞一定长度;旋塞电机停止工作,拔塞电机反转运行,将瓶塞带动上移,直至拔出瓶塞。
5.拔塞完毕。
本发明实现了葡萄酒瓶的自动拔塞过程,操作简单方便,适用人群广。

    二号可移动式开合板的一侧边沿设有二号直齿条;
    在二号直齿条的外侧设有二号齿轮,二号齿轮与二号直齿条相互啮合;
    二号电机的输出轴与二号齿轮相连;
    在二号可移动式开合板上还设有至少两个平行布置的二号导向槽,二号导向槽的长度方向与二号刀片的运动方向相同;
    在支撑板上设有至少两个二号定位销,且二号定位销与二号导向槽一一对应;
    拔塞机构包括拔塞螺栓、拔塞电机、位置编码器、拔塞导向柱、固定架、旋塞电机和螺旋钉;其中,拔塞电机与拉塞螺栓相连且驱动所述拔塞螺栓上下运动;
    拔塞螺栓的下端连接到固定架的上端,固定架为方盒结构;
    位置编码器安装于横向支架的下表面上;
    拔塞导向柱的上端固定于横向支架上,拔塞导向柱的下端伸入固定架内;
    旋塞电机安装于固定架内,旋塞电机的输出轴由固定架内向下伸出并与螺旋钉连接;
    到位检测开关、一号电机、二号电机、编码器、拔塞电机和旋塞电机分别通过导电线与控制电路板连接,在控制电路板上还设有指示灯和/或语音提示模块。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种葡萄酒瓶瓶塞自动拔塞装置,其特征在于,所述到位检测开关采用接近开关,在酒瓶放置槽的内侧壁上设有防滑橡胶。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种葡萄酒瓶瓶塞自动拔塞装置,其特征在于,当拔塞螺栓向下运动时,拔塞螺栓向下运行速度与螺旋钉向下运行速度相同。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种葡萄酒瓶瓶塞自动拔塞装置,其特征在于,
    在一号齿轮的外沿相对侧还分别设有一号限位柱和二号限位柱,在一号限位柱位置设有一个一号限位开关,在二号限位柱位置还设有一个二号限位开关;
    在二号齿轮的外沿相对侧还分别设有三号限位柱和四号限位柱,在三号限位柱位置设有一个三号限位开关,在四号限位柱位置还设有一个四号限位开关;
    一号限位开关、二号限位开关、三号限位开关和四号限位开关分别与控制电路板相连。
