Description

一种LED侧发光面板灯 技术领域
本发明涉及LED发光技术领域,特别是涉及一种LED侧发光面板灯。
背景技术
目前,电源驱动的输出参数与灯具的输入参数在开始设计的时候已经匹配好,每一款LED面板灯需要匹配驱动电源才能正常运行。但是现有的LED侧发光面板灯在顾客使用时还需要二次加工才能使用,这样容易导致在加工中出现驱动电源与灯具匹配不符而烧机,造成设备的损坏和材料的浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种LED侧发光面板灯,可使灯具在使用时直接插入市电。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下方案:
一种LED侧发光面板灯,所述LED侧发光面板灯包括:框架、发光元件、驱动电源、背板、压条、导光板及扩散板;
所述框架的下表面上设置有所述发光元件、驱动电源及背板,所述压条设置在所述背板的四周,并覆盖所述驱动电源;且所述驱动电源与所述发光元件电性连接;
所述背板的下表面设置有所述导光板,所述导光板与所述发光元件齐平;所述导光板的下表面设置有所述扩散板。
可选的,所述框架包括两个第一框条及两个第二框条;
所述第一框条与第二框条首尾连接;且所述第一框条上设有凹槽,并与所述压条形成容置空间,用于放置所述驱动电源;
所述发光元件设置在所述第二框条上。
可选的,各所述第一框条及第二框条为一体式焊接连接。
可选的,所述框架的形状为长方形或正方形。
可选的,所述LED侧发光面板灯还包括:
导热胶层,设置在所述发光元件与所述第二框条之间。
可选的,所述LED侧发光面板灯还包括:
缓冲层,设置在所述导光板与背板之间。
可选的,所述缓冲层的材料为缓冲棉。
可选的,所述压条与框架之间通过螺丝连接。
可选的,所述扩散板的表面设有磨砂结构或菱镜结构。
可选的,所述发光元件为白光LED灯珠。

本发明LED侧发光面板灯依次设置扩散板、导光板、背板、压条及框架,并在框架的下面表设置发光元件及驱动电源,发光元件与驱动电源电性连接,使得压条覆盖所述驱动电源,从而将各个部件组装成一个整体,在使用时,可直接接入市电,避免因二次调整导致发光元件与驱动电源不匹配而引起的灯具损坏,方便使用者的直接操作。

下面结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中技术方案进行详 细的描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例;基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明的目的是提供一种LED侧发光面板灯,依次设置扩散板、导光板、背板、压条及框架,并在框架的下面表设置发光元件及驱动电源,发光元件与驱动电源电性连接,使得压条覆盖所述驱动电源,从而将各个部件组装成一个整体,在使用时,可直接接入市电,避免因二次调整导致发光元件与驱动电源不匹配而引起的灯具损坏,方便使用者的直接操作。
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1-图4所示,本发明LED侧发光面板灯包括框架1、发光元件2、驱动电源3、背板4、压条5、导光板6及扩散板7;
其中,所述框架1的下表面上设置有所述发光元件2、驱动电源3及背板4,所述压条5设置在所述背板4的四周,并覆盖所述驱动电源3;且所述驱动电源3与所述发光元件2电性连接(如图5所示)。其中,所述压条5与框架1之间通过螺丝连接。在本实施例中,所述发光元件2为白光LED灯珠。
所述背板4的下表面设置有所述导光板6,所述导光板6与所述发光元件2齐平;所述导光板6的下表面设置有所述扩散板7。具体地,所述扩散板7的表面设有磨砂结构或菱镜结构。
优选地,所述框架1包括两个第一框条及两个第二框条;所述第一框条与第二框条首尾连接(如图2-图4所示);且所述第一框条上设有凹槽,并与所述压条5形成容置空间,用于放置所述驱动电源3;所述发光元件2设置在所述第二框条上。
具体地,各所述第一框条及第二框条为一体式焊接连接。即,所述框架1为一体式焊接成形。在本实施例中,所述框架1的形状为长方形或正方形。
其中,所述发光元件2可与所述第二框条的封闭边贴合。进一步 地,本发明LED侧发光面板灯还包括导热胶层,所述导热胶层设置在所述发光元件2与所述第二框条之间。所述导热胶层的材料一般为导热双面胶。
优选地,本发明LED侧发光面板灯还包括缓冲层8,所述缓冲层8设置在所述导光板6与背板4之间。在本实施例中,所述缓冲层8的材料为缓冲棉。
本发明通过将驱动电源和发光元件组装在一起,可有效解决灯具在使用时,电源驱动的放置问题,并可避免对灯具的二次调整,降低人为损坏。
相对于现有技术,本发明基于红绿灯的车速诱导系统、车辆与上述基于红绿灯的车速诱导方法的有益效果相同,在此不再赘述。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施方式作了详细说明,但是本发明并不限于上述实施方式,在所属技术领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下做出各种变化。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种LED侧发光面板灯,其特征在于,所述LED侧发光面板灯包括:框架、发光元件、驱动电源、背板、压条、导光板及扩散板;
    所述框架的下表面上设置有所述发光元件、驱动电源及背板,所述压条设置在所述背板的四周,并覆盖所述驱动电源;且所述驱动电源与所述发光元件电性连接;
    所述背板的下表面设置有所述导光板,所述导光板与所述发光元件齐平;所述导光板的下表面设置有所述扩散板。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的LED侧发光面板灯,其特征在于,所述框架包括两个第一框条及两个第二框条;
    所述第一框条与第二框条首尾连接;且所述第一框条上设有凹槽,并与所述压条形成容置空间,用于放置所述驱动电源;
    所述发光元件设置在所述第二框条上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的LED侧发光面板灯,其特征在于,各所述第一框条及第二框条为一体式焊接连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的LED侧发光面板灯,其特征在于,所述框架的形状为长方形或正方形。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的LED侧发光面板灯,其特征在于,所述LED侧发光面板灯还包括:
    导热胶层,设置在所述发光元件与所述第二框条之间。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的LED侧发光面板灯,其特征在于,所述LED侧发光面板灯还包括:
    缓冲层,设置在所述导光板与背板之间。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的LED侧发光面板灯,其特征在于,所述缓冲层的材料为缓冲棉。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的LED侧发光面板灯,其特征在于,所述压条与框架之间通过螺丝连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的LED侧发光面板灯,其特征在于,所述扩散板的表面设有磨砂结构或菱镜结构。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的LED侧发光面板灯,其特征在于,所述发光元件为白光LED灯珠。
