Abstract

본 발명은 결핵진단용 조성물 및 광학적 특성 변화에 기반한 결핵 진단방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 결핵 진단방법은 (a) 형광나노물질-항체 복합체와 형광나노물질-항체 복합체 또는 (b) 형광나노물질-항체 복합체와 금속나노입자-항체 복합체의 광학적 특성 변화에 기반한 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 광학적 특성의 변화에 기반한 결핵 진단방법은 금속나노입자 및 형광나노물질의 형광세기 변화를 이용하므로 낮은 검출한계를 갖는 결핵을 신속하고, 정확하게 측정할 수 있다.
