L'invention concerne un dispositif de sécurité (1) pour des personnes ou les membres (B), comprenant au moins un bras de fixation (2), un bras de maintien (3) se trouvant en liaison avec le bras de fixation (2) et un dispositif de verrouillage (4) pour le bras de fixation (2). Selon l'invention, le bras de fixation (2) est formé de plusieurs parties et comporte au moins deux parties de bras de fixation (21, 22, 23) reliées les unes aux autres par un joint verrouillable (25; 250) et le bras de maintien (3) est dimensionné de sorte qu'il puisse sélectivement s'étendre par dessus ou envelopper la personne ou le membre (B).
