本发明属于汽车技术领域,具体涉及一种车辆座椅的控制方法、系统以及用于移动终端的应用程序。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,汽车已经逐渐成为人们日常生活中不可缺少的一部分,同时,随着汽车行业的高速发展,用户开始对汽车的智能控制程度提出越来越高的要求。具体地,越来越多的用户都希望车辆座椅的状态能够通过移动端进行调整,使得用户在保持正常乘坐姿势的情况下就可以对车辆座椅的状态进行调整,这种调节方式不仅更便于用户操作,而且还更有利于用户将车辆座椅调节至最舒适的状态。
进一步地,现有车辆座椅的状态都是通过设置在座椅附近的物理按键来实现控制的,所以用户必须通过操作物理按键来对车辆座椅的状态进行调节;这种调节方式在实际操作中存在很多不便,例如,当非该座椅上的乘客想对该座椅进行调节时,就必须移动至该座椅附近才能操作该座椅的调节按键;此外,该座椅上的乘客也不能在保持正常乘坐姿势的情况下对该座椅的状态进行调节,因此,乘客可能需要多次起身调节座椅按键才能找到令自己最舒适的座椅状态。
相应地,本领域需要一种新的车辆座椅的控制方法、系统以及用于移动终端的应用程序来解决上述问题。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的上述问题,即为了解决现有车辆座椅的状态必须通过设置在座椅附近的物理按键来实现调节,从而导致用户操作不便的问题,本发明提供了一种车辆座椅的控制方法,所述控制方法包括下列步骤:获取来自第一控制端的控制信号;根据所述第一控制 端的控制信号,选择性地调节所述座椅的状态;其中,所述第一控制端具有供用户操作以产生控制信号的触摸屏。
在上述车辆座椅的控制方法的技术方案中,“根据所述第一控制端的控制信号,选择性地调节所述座椅的状态”的步骤包括:如果所述控制信号为调节所述座椅的前后位置,则按照所述控制信号对所述座椅的前后位置进行调节。

本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在本发明的技术方案中,本发明的用于车辆座椅的控制系统包括座椅控制器,所述控制方法包括:获取来自第一控制端的控制信号,以便所述座椅控制器能够获取乘客想要调节的具体状态;然后根据所述第一控制端的控制信号,选择性地调节所述座椅的状态,由于所述座椅控制器在对座椅的不同状态进行调节时需要考虑到不同的影响因素,因此,当所述座椅控制器获取乘客想要调节的具体状态后,所述座椅控制器还需要进一步判断对所述座椅的该状态进行调节时是否需要获取其他的影响因素,从而在方便用户操作的同时,还能够有效保证乘客舒适的乘车体验。

基于背景技术中提出的现有车辆座椅的状态都是通过设置在座椅附近的物理按键来实现控制的,所以用户必须通过操作物理按键来对车辆座椅的状态进行调节;这种调节方式在实际操作中存在很多不便,例如,当非该座椅上的乘客想对该座椅进行调节时,就必须移动至该座椅附近才能操作该座椅的调节按键;此外,该座椅上的乘客也不能在保持正常乘坐姿势的情况下对该座椅的状态进行调节,因此,乘客可能需要多次起身调节座椅按键才能找到令自己最舒适的座椅状态。为了解决现有技术中的上述问题,本发明提供了一种车辆座椅的控制方法,所述控制方法能够获取第一控制端的控制信号,并且根据所述第一控制端的控制信号,选择性地调节所述座椅的状态,使得用户在无需操作物理按键的情况下就可以对所述座椅的状态进行调节,从而极大程度地方便用户操作,提高用户体验。需要说明的是,本发明中所述的第一控制端指的是没有设置在车辆座椅上的控制端,其中,所述第一控制端具有供用户操作以产生控制信号的触摸屏;此外,所述第一控制端可以设置在所述车辆内部的其他位置,也可以设置在所述车辆的外部。
本发明的用于车辆座椅的控制系统包括座椅控制器,所述座椅控制器能够获取第一控制端的控制信号,并且根据所述第一控制端的控制信号,选择性地调节所述座椅的不同状态。具体地,所述座椅控制器能够获取所述第一控制端的控制信号,并且根据所述控制信号的内容选择性地获取所述座椅的其他状态,以便在同时考虑到多种因素的情况下再选择性地控制所述座椅执行用户的控制信号,从而在方便用户操作的同时,还能够有效保证乘客舒适的乘车体验。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,所述座椅控制器可以是车辆自带的ECU(车辆控制器)中的一个控制模块,也可以是单独设置的座椅控制器,只要所述座椅控制器能够执行本发明的车辆座椅的控制方法即可。需要说明的是,优选地,所述第一控制端为移动终端和/或所述车辆的HMI(汽车人机交互系统),用户可以通过移动终端和/或所述车辆的HMI来发送控制信号,并且所述座椅控制器能够获取移动终端和/或所述车辆的HMI发送的控制信号;其中,所述移动终端可以是手机、平板或笔记本电脑等,当然,所述移动终端还可以是用户的其他移动设备,只要该移动设备可以向所述座椅控制器发送控制信号即可。进一步优选地,用户可以通过所述移动终端获取所述座椅的当前状态,以便用户可以结合所述座椅的当前状态对所述座椅的状态进行合理调节。
需要说明的是,以下将以所述第一控制端为手机时的情况对本发明的车辆座椅的控制方法进行详细描述,同时,本发明还要求保护一种用于移动终端的应用程序。具体地,在具体实施例中,手机中设置有用于向所述座椅控制器发送控制信号的应用程序,并且用户还可以通过该应用程序获取所有座椅的当前状态;当然,这种描述显然不是限制性的,换言之,所述第一控制端显然还可以是其他终端设备,例如所述车辆的中控屏等。这种第一控制端的改变并不偏离本发明的基本原理,因此,都应该落入本发明的保护范围内。
首先参阅图1,该图是本发明的车辆座椅的控制方法的主要步骤流程图。以下将结合图1对本发明的控制方法的主要步骤进行简要描述,如图1所示,所述控制方法主要包括下列步骤:
S1:获取手机的控制信号;
S2:根据手机的控制信号,选择性地调节座椅的状态。
当用户想要对所述座椅的状态进行调节时,用户可以通过手机向所述座椅控制器发送控制信号;在步骤S1中,所述座椅控制器能够获取手机的控制信号,据此对座椅进行调节。通常地,所述座椅包括椅座、椅背,在有些情况下,还包括腿托。对座椅的前后位置的调节、高度位置的调节、椅背的折叠角度的调节,以及在有腿托的情况下,对腿托位置的调节,在本申请中都可描述为可调节的所述座椅的状态。当然,需要说明的是,虽然本实施例中所述的座椅包括椅座、椅背和腿托,并 且所述椅座的前后位置、高度位置、腿托位置以及椅背的折叠角度均可以调节,但是,技术人员显然也可以根据实际产品需求自行调整所述座椅的结构,同时,还可以根据实际产品需求将所述座椅的一部分状态设置成可调节状态。
进一步地,在步骤S2中,所述座椅控制器能够根据手机的控制信号,选择性地调节所述座椅的状态。可以理解的是,由于所述座椅控制器在对车辆座椅的不同状态进行调节时需要考虑到不同的影响因素,因此,当所述座椅控制器通过手机获取到用户想要调节的具体状态时,所述座椅控制器还需要进一步判断对所述座椅的该状态进行调节时是否还需要获取其他的影响因素,以便所述座椅控制器能够选择性地调节所述座椅的不同状态,从而在方便用户操作的同时,避免调节过程会对乘客造成不舒适等影响。例如,所述座椅控制器在对所述座椅的椅背进行快速归位调节时,如果有乘客在所述座椅上,则很容易对乘客的背部带来不适反应,从而影响乘客的乘车体验。
接着参阅图2,该图是本发明的车辆座椅的控制方法的第一实施例的步骤流程图。以下将结合图2对用户想要调节车辆座椅的前后位置的情况进行说明,如图2所示,所述控制方法包括下列步骤:
S101:获取手机发送的调节座椅前后位置的控制信号;
S102:按照手机的控制信号对座椅的前后位置进行调节。
当用户想对所述座椅的前后位置进行调节时,用户可以通过手机向所述座椅控制器发送调节指定座椅前后位置的控制信号。需要说明的是,所述指定座椅可以是用户乘坐的座椅,也可以是所述车辆的其他座椅。具体地,在步骤S101中,所述座椅控制器能够获取手机发送的调节所述座椅前后位置的控制信号。可以理解的是,由于用户对所述座椅的前后位置进行调节时,所述座椅只是进行了缓慢的平移,这种缓慢平移的操作显然不会给该座椅上的乘客带来不适反应;因此,在所述座椅前后位置的可调范围内,所述座椅控制器无需获取其他影响因素,即可控制所述座椅按照所述控制信号直接调节,以便用户可以通过手机对所述车辆内部的空间分布进行有效调节。相应地,在步骤S102中,所述座椅控制器可以按照手机发送的控制信号直接对所述座椅的前后位置进行调节,而无需再考虑所述座椅的其他状态即可在方便用户调节座椅的 前后位置的基础上,有效保证乘客舒适的乘车体验,进而极大程度地提高用户体验。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,用户还可以通过手机发送控制信号以使所述座椅直接调节至初始位置。需要说明的是,所述初始位置可以由技术人员根据实际使用需求自行设定。同时,由于将所述座椅直接调节回初始位置的操作只是对所述座椅进行了平移操作,这种平移操作显然不会给该座椅上的乘客带来不适反应,因此,用户可以通过手机发送控制信号以使所述座椅快速调节至初始位置,而无需用户一直发送调节指令直至所述座椅调节至预定位置,从而极大程度地方便用户操作。
接着参阅图3,该图是本发明的车辆座椅的控制方法的第二实施例的步骤流程图。以下将结合图3对用户想要调节车辆座椅的高度位置的情况进行说明,如图3所示,所述控制方法的第二实施例包括下列步骤:
S201:获取手机发送的调节座椅高度位置的控制信号;
S202:按照手机的控制信号对座椅的高度位置进行调节。
当用户想对所述座椅的高度位置进行调节时,用户可以通过手机向所述座椅控制器发送调节指定座椅高度位置的控制信号。需要说明的是,所述指定座椅可以是用户自己乘坐的座椅,也可以是所述车辆的其他座椅。具体地,在步骤S201中,所述座椅控制器能够获取手机发送的调节所述座椅高度位置的控制信号。可以理解的是,由于用户对所述座椅的高度位置进行调节时,所述座椅只是进行了缓慢的上下平移操作,这种上下平移的操作显然不会给该座椅上的乘客带来不适反应;因此,在所述座椅高度位置的可调范围内,所述座椅控制器无需获取其他影响因素,即可控制所述座椅直接调节,以便使得所述座椅的高度能够更加符合乘客的使用需求。相应地,在步骤S202中,所述座椅控制器可以按照手机发送的控制信号直接对所述座椅的高度位置进行调节,而无需再考虑所述座椅的其他状态即可在方便用户调节座椅的高度位置的基础上,有效保证乘客舒适的乘车体验,进而极大程度地提高用户体验。
接着参阅图4,该图是本发明的车辆座椅的控制方法的第三实施例的步骤流程图。以下将结合图4对用户想要调节车辆座椅的腿托 位置的情况进行说明,如图4所示,所述控制方法的第三实施例包括下列步骤:
S301:获取手机发送的调节腿托位置的控制信号;
S302:按照手机的控制信号对座椅的腿托位置进行调节。
当用户想对车辆座椅的腿托位置进行调节时,用户可以通过手机向所述座椅控制器发送调节指定座椅腿托位置的控制信号。需要说明的是,所述指定座椅可以是用户乘坐的座椅,也可以是所述车辆的其他座椅。具体地,在步骤S301中,所述座椅控制器能够获取手机发送的调节所述腿托位置的控制信号。可以理解的是,由于用户对所述腿托位置进行调节时,所述腿托只是进行了缓慢的移动,使得乘客的腿部也随之缓慢移动,这样缓慢移动乘客腿部的操作并不会给该座椅上的乘客带来不适反应;因此,在所述腿托位置的可调范围内,所述座椅控制器无需获取其他影响因素即可控制所述腿托直接调节,以便使得所述腿托的位置能够更加符合乘客的使用需求。相应地,在步骤S302中,所述座椅控制器可以按照手机发送的控制信号直接对所述腿托的位置进行调节,而无需再考虑所述座椅的其他状态即可在方便用户调节腿托位置的基础上,有效保证乘客舒适的乘车体验,进而极大程度地有效提高用户体验。
接着参阅图5,该图是本发明的车辆座椅的控制方法的第四实施例的步骤流程图。以下将结合图5对用户想要调节车辆座椅的椅背折叠角度的情况进行说明,如图5所示,所述控制方法的第四实施例包括下列步骤:
S401:获取手机发送的调节椅背折叠角度的控制信号;
S402:按照手机的控制信号对椅背的折叠角度进行调节。
当用户想对所述座椅椅背的折叠角度进行调节时,用户可以通过手机向所述座椅控制器发送调节指定座椅的椅背折叠角度的控制信号。当然,所述指定座椅可以是用户乘坐的座椅,也可以是所述车辆的其他座椅。具体地,在步骤S401中,所述座椅控制器能够获取手机发送的调节所述座椅椅背的折叠角度的控制信号。可以理解的是,由于用户在对所述座椅椅背的折叠角度进行连续缓慢的调节时,所述座椅椅背只是进行了缓慢的折叠操作,使得乘客的背部也能够随着所述座椅椅背缓慢移动,这种缓慢改变倚靠角度的操作并不会给该座椅上的乘客造成不 适反应;因此,在所述椅背折叠角度的可调范围内,所述座椅控制器无需获取其他影响因素,即可控制所述椅背直接调节,以便使得所述座椅椅背的折叠角度能够更加符合乘客的使用需求。需要说明的是,本实施例中所述的折叠角度指的是所述座椅椅背相对于所述座椅的椅座的折叠角度;当然,所述折叠角度也可以指的是所述座椅椅背与所述车辆底盘之间的折叠角度。
进一步地,在步骤S402中,所述座椅控制器可以按照手机发送的控制信号直接对所述椅背的折叠角度进行缓慢调节,而无需再考虑所述座椅的其他状态即可保证乘客舒适的乘车体验。换言之,该座椅上的乘客处于正常坐姿时就可以对所述椅背的折叠角度进行调节,由于当乘客对所述椅背的折叠角度进行缓慢连续的调节时不会给该座椅上的乘客带来不适反应,因此,该座椅上的乘客可以在保持正常坐姿的情况下对该座椅椅背的折叠角度进行调节,以便使得乘客能够快速将所述椅背调节至使自己最舒适的位置,进而极大程度地提高乘客的乘车体验。
接着参阅图6,该图是本发明的车辆座椅的控制方法的第五实施例的步骤流程图。以下将结合图6对用户想要调节车辆座椅的椅背折叠角度的情况进行说明,如图6所示,所述控制方法的第五实施例包括下列步骤:
S501:获取手机发送的调节椅背至预定折叠角度的控制信号;
S502:获取座椅的占用状态;
S503:判断座椅是否处于占用状态;如果是,则执行步骤S504;如果不是,则执行步骤S505;
S504:使椅背维持在当前折叠角度;
S505:使椅背调节至预定折叠角度。
进一步地,当用户想要将所述座椅椅背直接调节至预定折叠角度时,用户也可以通过手机向所述座椅控制器发送调节指定座椅的椅背至预定折叠角度的控制信号。需要说明的是,本实施例中所述的预定折叠角度指的是所述椅背的初始设定角度,即用户需要将所述椅背直接调回至初始位置;当然,所述初始预定角度可以由技术人员根据实际需要自行设定;所述座椅上设置有压力传感器,所述座椅控制器能够通过获取所述压力传感器的测量数据,从而有效判断所述座椅是否处于占用 状态。此外,所述指定座椅可以是用户乘坐的座椅,也可以是所述车辆的其他座椅。具体地,在步骤S501中,所述座椅控制器能够获取手机发送的调节所述座椅椅背至预定折叠角度的控制信号;可以理解的是,与所述控制方法的第四实施例不同的是,将所述椅背直接折叠至预定角度时,所述椅背的折叠速度很快,这种突然快速折叠椅背的操作很容易让乘客感到不适,从而影响乘客的乘车体验;因此,当用户想要直接将所述椅背调节至预定折叠角度时就需要进一步获取所述座椅的其他状态,以便有效保证乘客舒适的乘车体验。本领域技术人员能够理解的是,虽然本实施例是通过在所述座椅上设置压力传感器来检测所述座椅是否处于占用状态;但是,技术人员显然还可以通过其他方式来检测所述座椅是否处于占用状态,例如,技术人员还可以通过在所述座椅上设置红外传感器来检测所述座椅的占用状态。
更进一步地,所述座椅控制器需要在步骤S502中,获取所述座椅的占用状态,即所述座椅控制器需要考虑到所述座椅上是否有人乘坐这个因素。可以理解是,如果所述座椅上无人乘坐,则直接将所述椅背折叠至预定位置不会对乘客造成任何影响,并且还有助于用户使所述椅背一次归位,而无需用户一直发送调节指令直至所述椅背折叠至预定初始角度,从而极大程度地方便用户操作;但是,如果所述座椅上有人乘坐,直接将所述椅背折叠至预定角度就很可能给该座椅上的乘客带来不适反应。因此,在步骤S503中,所述座椅控制器需要进一步判断所述座椅是否处于占用状态;如果所述座椅处于有人占用的状态,则执行步骤S504,即所述座椅控制器控制所述椅背维持当前折叠位置,以便有效防止因用户操作不慎而给该座椅上的乘客带来不适反应,进而影响乘客的乘车体验;优选地,所述座椅控制器还可以通过手机向用户反馈不可折叠的原因。同时,如果所述座椅处于无人占用的状态,则执行步骤S505,即所述座椅控制器控制所述椅背调节至预定折叠角度;由于所述座椅上无人乘坐时,使所述椅背调节至预定折叠角度不会给乘客带来任何影响;因此,所述座椅控制器可以控制所述椅背直接折叠至预定折叠角度,以便用户能够使所述椅背快速归位至初始折叠角度,从而有效提高用户的操作体验。
最后需要说明的是,上述实施例均是本发明的优选实施方案,并不作为对本发明保护范围的限制。本领域技术人员在实际使用本发明时,可以根据需要适当添加或删减一部分步骤,或者调换不同步骤之间的顺序。这种改变并没有超出本发明的基本原理,属于本发明的保护范围。

  6. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆座椅的控制方法,其特征在于,所述座椅包括椅背,所述控制方法还包括:
    在“获取第一控制端的指令”的步骤之前、同时或之后,获取所述座椅的占用状态;
    “根据所述第一控制端的控制信号,选择性地调节所述座椅的状态”的步骤包括:
    如果所述控制信号为调节所述椅背的折叠角度,并且所述座椅处于无人占用的状态,则使所述椅背调节至预定折叠角度;
    如果所述控制信号为调节所述椅背的折叠角度,并且所述座椅处于有人占用的状态,则使所述椅背维持在当前折叠角度。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的车辆座椅的控制方法,其特征在于,所述座椅上设置有压力传感器和/或红外传感器,“获取所述座椅的占用状态”的步骤包括:
    通过所述压力传感器和/或所述红外传感器检测所述座椅的占用状态。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的车辆座椅的控制方法,其特征在于,所述第一控制端为移动终端和/或汽车人机交互系统;“获取第一控制端的控制信号”的步骤具体包括:
    获取移动终端和/或汽车人机交互系统的控制信号。
  9. 一种用于车辆座椅的控制系统,其特征在于,所述控制系统包括座椅控制器;
    所述座椅控制器能够执行权利要求1至8中任一项所述的车辆座椅的控制方法。
  10. 一种用于移动终端的应用程序,其特征在于,所述应用程序用于向车辆发送控制信号,所述控制信号用于调节所述车辆的座椅的状态。
