发明内容

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述。
实施例1
如图1和图5所示，本实施例的打包箱下窄上宽，包括由底面和四个侧壁围成的防护箱体1以及贴合在防护箱体1内侧的弹性充气层3，所述的弹性充气层3设有气孔4，所述的气孔4嵌在防护箱体1上。
如图3、图4和图6所示，所述防护箱体1顶部开口，并配套设有分离式箱盖2，同一外形尺寸的防护箱体1在未装载物品时可层叠在一起以提高空间利用率；所述防护箱体1的侧壁在顶部开口处向外延伸形成凸沿5；所述分离式箱盖2在外侧设有绑带固定座6，所述绑带固定座6对应防护箱体1上开口处各角落设有伸缩型绑带7，所述伸缩型绑带7的末端固定有包角角件8，所述包角角件8在防护箱体1上开口处各角落与凸沿5卡合从而密封打包箱。
优选地，所述的绑带固定座6与分离式箱盖2采用螺纹连接，绑带固定座6上设有旋转把手，通过旋转把手调节螺纹拧入的深度，控制伸缩型绑带7的张紧程度，使得防护箱体1与分离式箱盖2紧密固定。
如图2、图4和图6所示，所述侧壁在防护箱体1内侧上部设有箱盖凸台9以放置分离式箱盖2，优选地，所述包角角件8与凸沿5卡合时，包角角件8与分离式箱盖1两者的水平面齐平。
进一步优选地，所述分离式箱盖8的内侧贴合有弹性保护体。
所述弹性保护体可以采用固定结构的缓冲气柱袋，也可以采用与防护箱体1内侧种类相同的弹性充气层3。
本实施例根据具体结构的变化，具有相应的操作方式，
1)分离式箱盖2采用缓冲气柱袋，则将需要装载的物品置于防护箱体1内，盖好分离式箱盖2，并卡合包角角件8与凸沿5，充入适量气体，至弹性充气层3与缓冲气柱袋将物品固定住，拿出物品则反向操作；
2)分离式箱盖采用弹性充气层3，则在分离式箱盖2的弹性充气层3中充入少量气体，盖好分离式箱盖2，并卡合包角角件8与凸沿5，向防护箱体1以及分离式箱盖2的弹性充气层3中充入适量气体，以便弹性充气层3将物品固定；拿出物品则反向操作。
实施例2
如图7、图8、图9、图10和图12所示，本实施例中打包箱包括一侧转动连接、其余侧扣合的上箱体10和下箱体11，上箱体10和下箱体11通过拉链12合拢封闭，同一外形尺寸的防护箱体1在未装载物品时上箱体10和下箱体11可分别层叠在一起以提高空间利用率。
如图8所示，于扣合侧，上箱体10和下箱体11上设有锁扣组件；进一步优选地，所述的锁扣组件为插销和封条。
如图10所示，于转动侧，上箱体10和下箱体11通过活页组件15连接；进一步优选 地，所述弹性充气层3的气孔4设置于转动侧两活页组件15之间。
如图11所示，本实施例打包箱呈汉堡盒型，上箱体10和下箱体11合拢后，拉上拉链12，锁紧插销13和封条14，通过气孔4充入适量气体使得弹性充气层3膨胀固定住物品，拿出物品则反向操作。
需要强调的是：以上仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已，防护箱体1的形状等并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制，凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰，均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可重复利用的打包箱，其特征在于，包括由底面和多个倾斜侧壁围成的防护箱体以及贴合在防护箱体内侧的弹性充气层，所述的弹性充气层设有气孔，所述的气孔嵌在防护箱体上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可重复利用的打包箱，其特征是，所述防护箱体顶部开口，并配套设有分离式箱盖，所述分离式箱盖的内侧贴合有弹性保护体，所述防护箱体的侧壁在顶部开口处向外延伸形成凸沿；所述分离式箱盖在外侧设有绑带固定座，所述绑带固定座对应防护箱体开口处各角落设有伸缩型绑带，所述伸缩型绑带的末端固定有包角角件，所述包角角件在防护箱体开口处各角落与凸沿卡合从而密封打包箱。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可重复利用的打包箱，其特征是，所述的绑带固定座与分离式箱盖采用螺纹连接，绑带固定座上设有旋转把手。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的可重复利用的打包箱，其特征是，所述侧壁在防护箱体内侧上部设有箱盖凸台以放置分离式箱盖，优选地，所述包角角件与凸沿卡合时，包角角件与分离式箱盖两者的水平面齐平。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的可重复利用的打包箱，其特征是，所述弹性保护体可以采用固定结构的缓冲气柱袋，也可以采用与防护箱体内侧种类相同的弹性充气层。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的可重复利用的打包箱，其特征是，所述防护箱体包括一侧转动连接、其余侧扣合的上箱体和下箱体，上箱体和下箱体通过拉链合拢封闭。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的可重复利用的打包箱，其特征是，于扣合侧，上箱体和下箱体上设有锁扣组件；进一步优选地，所述的锁扣组件为插销和封条。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的可重复利用的打包箱，其特征是，于转动侧，上箱体和下箱体通过活页组件连接；进一步优选地，所述弹性充气层的气孔设置于转动侧两活页组件之间。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的可重复利用的打包箱，其特征是，所述打包箱的材质为通用塑料、工程塑料或航空合金中任意一种。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的可重复利用的打包箱，其特征是，所述的防护箱体设有标识区，所述的标识区内设有二维码，所述的二维码用于记录存放物品及收件人信息，供物流系统追踪。
