Description

用于连接弧形瓦片的超轻钢型材 技术领域
本实用新型涉及建筑用的型材,尤其是用于瓦片屋顶的超轻刚型材。
背景技术
房子的屋面系统大致可以分成坡屋面和平屋面两个系统。坡屋面系统的历史可以追溯到远古,我国自有史记载以来至清末,房屋建筑几乎都是坡屋面的。国外也大致如此,不过更具特色和多样性,如有各种尖屋顶、圆球屋顶等。平屋面系统实际是从古代城堡结构演化而来,伴随着现代混凝土构件的发展,在许多高层建筑上获得了广泛的采用。坡形屋面基本都使用了屋面瓦。
瓦片是重要的屋面防水材料,一般用泥土烧成,也有用水泥等材料制成的,形状有拱形的、平的或半个圆筒形的等,用于盖房子。瓦片颜色以砖红色和灰色为主,应用于建筑上,不仅隔热防雨而且美观整洁,耐用性高。
目前,有些建筑物,比如农用房屋、旅游观光景点的房屋,为了美观实用,拆装维修方便,用瓦片屋顶的还有许多,传统瓦顶是通过瓦片与瓦片定位槽之间搭接完成整个屋顶,这种屋顶的缺点是比较重,瓦片寿命比较短,瓦片之间容易移动等缺点。长时间人们以来一直多使用粘土瓦,但是由于粘土瓦的自重大、质量差、装饰效果差等缺点。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:提供一种用于连接弧形瓦片的超轻钢型材,可以连接屋顶的瓦片,瓦片之间不容易松动,具有屋顶轻且排水快。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种用于连接弧形瓦片的超轻钢型材,所述超轻钢型材包括敞口的U形槽,在该U形槽的两侧内壁上对称设置有卡槽,两个该卡槽的下部成对设置有缓冲折弯部,该折弯部的底部向内壁的外部延伸,所述U形槽的顶部为圆弧形的过渡,其圆弧的半径和弧长尺寸与 所述瓦片的形状相应,所述瓦片的两端部分别卡接在所述超轻钢型材卡槽的内部。
进一步,所述折弯部包括两个圆弧段和直线段构成的凹槽。
进一步,所述折弯部可以设置两对以上。
进一步,所述卡槽是由直角性的凸起与超轻钢型材内壁形成的,该凸起的夹持部与超轻钢型材内壁之间的夹角由底部向上逐渐增大。
进一步,所述凸起的端部为圆弧形过渡。
进一步,所述角度的宽度与瓦片的厚度相当。
本实用新型的技术效果在于:本实用新型的超轻钢架作为框架连接瓦片时,结构使用年限长,维护费用相对其它结构形式低,造型美观而且气派,能满足各种工艺的使用要求,现场焊接量少,不需要螺栓连接,有利于回收利用,有利于控制施工质量。另外,U形槽结构排掉屋顶的积水,不容易发生泄露的现象。
本实用新型超轻钢型材具有容重虽然较大,与瓦片结合一体建造屋顶时,它的强度却高很多,因而当承受的荷载和条件相同时,钢结构要比其它结构轻,便于运输和安装,并可跨越更大的跨度。同时,传统的瓦片相互连接时,具有传统建筑的美观和造型。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明,以使本领域的技术人员可以更好的理解本实用新型并能予以实施,但所举实施例不作为对本实用新型的限定。
如图1所示,本实用新型用于连接弧形瓦片的超轻钢型材1的结构,超轻钢 型材包括敞口的U形槽,在该U形槽的两侧内壁上对称设置有卡槽14,两个该卡槽的下部成对设置有缓冲折弯部12,该折弯部12的底部向内壁的外部延伸,所述U形槽14的顶部为圆弧形的过渡,其圆弧的半径和弧长尺寸与所述瓦片2的形状相应,所述瓦片2的两端部分别卡接在所述超轻钢型材卡槽14的内部。
所述折弯部12包括两个圆弧段和直线段构成的凹槽,所述折弯部可以设置两对以上。所述卡槽14是由直角性的凸起11与超轻钢型材内壁15形成的,该凸起11的夹持部111与超轻钢型材内壁15之间的夹角由底部向上逐渐增大。凸起11的端部为圆弧形过渡,角度的宽度与瓦片的厚度相当。
如图2所示,使用本实用新型超轻钢型材时,瓦片2跨接在相邻的超轻钢型材1之间,瓦片2的两个圆弧端部卡接在卡槽14内,由于卡槽14为喇叭口形,上面口大小面口缩小,所以,瓦片逐渐卡死在卡槽14内,该卡接结构现场焊接量少,不需要螺栓等进行连接,维修方便。另外,本实用新型超轻钢型材具有容重虽然较大,单与其它建筑材料相比,它的强度却高很多,因而当承受的荷载和条件相同时,钢结构要比其它结构轻,便于运输和安装,并可跨越更大的跨度。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种用于连接弧形瓦片的超轻钢型材,其特征在于,所述超轻钢型材包括敞口的U形槽,在该U形槽的两侧内壁上对称设置有卡槽,两个该卡槽的下部成对设置有缓冲折弯部,该折弯部的底部向内壁的外部延伸,所述U形槽的顶部为圆弧形的过渡,其圆弧的半径和弧长尺寸与所述瓦片的形状相应,所述瓦片的两端部分别卡接在所述超轻钢型材卡槽的内部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于连接弧形瓦片的超轻钢型材,其特征在于,所述折弯部包括两个圆弧段和直线段构成的凹槽。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的用于连接弧形瓦片的超轻钢型材,其特征在于,所述折弯部可以设置两对以上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的用于连接弧形瓦片的超轻钢型材,其特征在于,所述卡槽是由直角性的凸起与超轻钢型材内壁形成的,该凸起的夹持部与超轻钢型材内壁之间的夹角由底部向上逐渐增大。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于连接弧形瓦片的超轻钢型材,其特征在于,所述凸起的端部为圆弧形过渡。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的用于连接弧形瓦片的超轻钢型材,其特征在于,所述角度的宽度与瓦片的厚度相当。
