现有的加湿器较多采用下方加水的方式进行加水,需要翻转水箱,不方便使用。部分产品在此基础上实现了上加水功能,例如通过电磁阀控制,或者通过拆分为上下水箱,利用物理方式实现水位控制等。但不能有效控制水位,使得雾化量不稳定,也不方便拆装清洗,水位控制部分占用空间较大,不能实现加湿器的小型化、人性化的设计。

本实施例提供的控水开关可应用于上加水的加湿器中,一般地,控水开关用于控制加湿器的储水箱4和工作水箱5中的水流流动,以保证工作水箱5中的水位稳定。水流从储水箱4经过过滤容腔11下方的进水口12进入到过滤容腔11中进行过滤,再从过滤容腔11上方的出水口13出来,从阀门22进入到工作水箱5中,随着工作水箱5内水位的上升,浮子23 没入水内的高度也逐渐增加,浮子23受到的浮力增大,浮子23上浮,当浮力大于重力后,阀门22闭合。工作水箱5中的水持续消耗,水位降低,浮子23没入水内的高度减小,浮力减小,浮子23下落,阀门22打开,水再进入到工作水箱5。如此,随着工作水箱5中水位的波动,浮子23反复升降,阀门22反复开关,从而将工作水箱5中的水位高度严格控制在预设的范围内,使得加湿器具有非常稳定的出雾量。
在本实施例中,过滤容腔11采用下部进水的方式,进水口具体可设置为如图5所示的蜂窝状圆孔,可以保护到过滤容腔中的过滤材料,并阻挡水中的大颗粒杂质。在加水或者加湿器移动等造成水箱水位动荡过程中,工作水箱的下部进水方式,不会因为储水箱中水浪波动对过滤容腔11及开关机构2中水位的造成影响。
优选地,过滤容腔11中设置有过滤装置,用以对储水箱4中的水进行清洁过滤,减少工作水箱5中固态水垢的产生数量,降低清洗的难度及清洗的频率。过滤容腔11中还可以设置杀菌装置,进一步对用水进行清洁,美化室内环境。较为简易地,过滤容腔11中还可以通过填充过滤材料,来达到清洁过滤的目的。例如可以填充麦饭石。
在本实施例中,阀门22为圆锥形,可采用橡胶等柔性材料制成,使其更容易密闭入液容腔21。为了保证浮子23与阀门22的垂直运动,浮子23与阀门22通过连接杆24固定连接。连接杆24的直径稍小于入液容腔21口的直径,形成连接杆24与入液容腔21的间隙配合,如此,一定长度的连接杆24可以对浮子23和阀门22进行定位,防止其左右摇晃影响密封效果。
过滤机构1可以设置为圆环形,其沿开关机构2的周向环形设置,过滤容腔11与入液容腔21之间设置有环形缝隙,水流从出水口13经过缝隙进入开关机构2。如图2所示,过滤容腔11内侧腔体壁上设置多个缺口,以作为过滤容腔11的出水口13。如此设置,节约了大量的空间,过滤机构1和开关机构2可以一体设计,并可拆卸地安装在加湿器的工作水箱5上,更换方便,清洗方便。

请参阅图3和图4,本实施例提供一种上加水加湿器,包括水箱上盖3,储水箱4,工作水箱5,雾化发生器6,以及如实施例1的控水开关,水箱上盖3与储水箱4可拆卸连接,其上设置有加水槽31和出雾阀32,雾化发生器6设置在工作水箱5的底部,工作水箱5与储水箱4通过控水开关连通。
本实施例提供的上加水加湿器,可以通过水箱上盖3的加水槽31向储水箱4加水,出雾阀32可以设置为圆形盖状,其下侧内凹,形成方便取放的扣手位,加水槽31的入水口也可设置在该扣手位处,防止灰尘掉落,并保持整体美观。水箱上盖3与出雾阀32可一体设计,通过持握出雾阀32,可直接拆卸加湿器的上盖。
工作水箱5可拆卸地设置于储水箱4内。在工作水箱5上设置水箱手柄51,转动水箱手柄51向上提,即可取下工作水箱5。如此设置,当加湿器需要清洗时,先取下水箱上盖3,再转动水箱手柄51,取下工作水箱5,即可轻松清洗储水箱4,并单独清洗工作水箱5。
进一步地,如图5和图6所示,控水开关与工作水箱5可拆卸连接。控水开关的外壁设置凸起的卡扣15,工作水箱5的底部对应设置卡槽52,将控水开关卡入工作水箱5,旋入卡槽52即可实现控水开关和工作水箱的可拆卸连接,当需要清洗时,旋转控水开关即可取下单独清洗,进而清洗工作水箱的内部,清除水垢等。为了保证密封,控水开关的外壁也可设置密封圈。
本实用新型提供的上加水加湿器,采用特殊设计的控水开关,可以将 工作水箱中的水位高度严格控制在5mm以内,无论是上加水还是移动,水位波动较小,雾化发生器的工作水位都十分稳定,进而使得加湿器具有非常稳定的出雾量;通过模块化的设计,将上加水加湿器拆分成水箱上盖、工作水箱、加湿器主体三个部分,方便对加湿器各个部件进行清洗。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种控水开关,其特征在于,包括
    过滤机构,其包括过滤容腔,所述过滤容腔下方设置进水口,所述过滤容腔的上方设置出水口;
    开关机构,其包括入液容腔,阀门和浮子,所述入液容腔与所述出水口连通,所述阀门与所述入液容腔的下缘配合设置,所述浮子设置在所述入液容腔的上方,并与所述阀门固定连接,所述阀门在浮子的作用下垂直运动,以密闭所述入液容腔。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的控水开关,其特征在于,所述过滤容腔中设置有过滤装置。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的控水开关,其特征在于,所述过滤容腔中填充过滤材料。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的控水开关,其特征在于,所述浮子与所述阀门通过连接杆固定连接。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的控水开关,其特征在于,所述阀门为圆锥形。
  6. 如权利要求1所说的控水开关,其特征在于,所述过滤机构沿所述开关机构的周向环形设置,所述过滤容腔与所述入液容腔之间设置有环形缝隙,水流从所述出水口经过所述缝隙进入所述开关机构。
  7. 一种上加水加湿器,其特征在于,包括水箱上盖,储水箱,工作水箱,雾化发生器,以及如权利要求1-6任意所述的控水开关,
    所述水箱上盖与所述储水箱可拆卸连接,其上设置有加水槽和出雾阀,
    所述雾化发生器设置在所述工作水箱的底部,
    所述工作水箱与所述储水箱通过所述控水开关连通。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的上加水加湿器,其特征在于,所述工作水箱可拆卸地设置于所述储水箱内。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的上加水加湿器,其特征在于,所述工作水箱上设置水箱手柄。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的上加水加湿器,其特征在于,所述控水开关与所述工作水箱可拆卸连接。
