Description

一种具有用钥匙开锁时通过离合解锁功能的锁体 技术领域
本实用新型涉及锁具技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有用钥匙开锁时通过离合解锁功能的锁体。
背景技术
现有锁具的安全性能越来越高,种类逐渐丰富,其中,指纹锁是近几年兴起的且安全性强的一类锁具,其通过指纹输入驱动内部上锁机构打来,通过拧动手柄达到开门的效果,而由于结构更为复杂,其对内部各零件的灵活性要求更高。
现有锁舌通常的做法是转动钥匙使锁舌收回锁体开锁,当锁舌与门框之间存在摩擦造成卡滞,尤其是对于旧门上的锁舌或门框生锈或磨损等原因,直接用钥匙开锁非常困难,甚至有个别房门出现钥匙拧断都无法开锁的现象。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的发明目的在于提供一种具有用钥匙开锁时通过离合解锁功能的锁体,本实用新型提供的技术方案具有离合功能,通过钥匙解除离合后,采用门把手即可完成开门动作,解决了现有采用钥匙开锁存在开锁困难的技 术问题。
为了达到上述发明目的,本实用新型提供一种具有用钥匙开锁时通过离合解锁功能的锁体,包括钥匙解锁的解锁拨块、通过门把手带动旋转的执手拨块、与锁舌传动的换向块、以及离合结构;所述执手拨块与换向块呈同轴叠置,且可相互独立旋转;所述离合结构分别与所述执手拨块、换向块以及所述解锁拨块传动连接;所述解锁拨块转动,令所述离合结构锁定或松开所述执手拨块和换向块。
优选的,所述离合结构包括解锁拉杆、推柱和推柱拨片;在所述换向块的侧面形成有具有第一腰孔的连接部和与所述锁舌传动的拨块;在所述推柱拨片上形成有与所述第一腰孔存在夹角的第二腰孔;所述换向块的连接部与所述推柱拨片上形成有第二腰孔的部位叠置,且所述推柱穿过所述第一腰孔和第二腰孔;所述解锁拨块通过所述解锁拉杆与所述推柱拨片传动连接,所述解锁拨块旋转令所述推柱拨片沿所述第一腰孔的长度方向移动;在所述执手拨块的侧面形成有勾型的挂角;所述推柱在所述第一腰孔内移动的路径与所述挂角旋转产生的路径存在部分重叠,令所述挂角能勾住所述推柱沿所述第二腰孔移动。
优选的,所述第二腰孔为弧形腰孔,且其与所述挂角旋转产生的路径呈 同心圆。
优选的,在所述推柱拨片上形成有与其移动方向一致的条形限位孔;在所述机械锁上形成有与所述条形限位孔配合的限位柱。
优选的,所述执手拨块的挂角上与所述推柱接触的侧面呈与所述推柱外侧面匹配的圆弧凹面。
优选的,在所述解锁拨块和推柱拨片上均形成有用于与所述解锁拉杆的端部固定的卡位。
由上可知,应用本实用新型可以得到以下有益效果:本实用新型设置有分别与执手拨块、换向块以及解锁拨块传动连接的离合结构。未用钥匙开锁时,离合器处于分离状态,门外转动把手带动执手拨块旋转时,门把手转动执手拨块无法达到开锁的目的;用钥匙开锁时,离合器处于闭合状态,离合结构锁定执手拨块和换向块,通过门把手旋转执手拨块,即实现开锁的目的,解决了现有采用钥匙开锁存在开锁困难的技术问题。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
现有锁舌通常的做法是转动钥匙使锁舌收回锁体开锁,锁舌与门框之间存在摩擦造成卡滞或无法开锁的现象。
为了解决上述技术问题,请参见图1,本实施例提供一种具有用钥匙开锁 时通过离合解锁功能的锁体,包括钥匙解锁的解锁拨块10、通过门把手带动旋转的执手拨块20、与锁舌传动的换向块30、以及离合结构。
其中执手拨块20与换向块30呈同轴叠置,且可相互独立旋转。为了实现执手拨块20与换向块30之间的锁定和松开效果,离合结构分别与执手拨块20、换向块30以及解锁拨块10传动连接,解锁拨块10转动,令离合结构锁定或松开执手拨块20和换向块30。
请参见图4,具体的,离合结构包括解锁拉杆40、推柱50和推柱拨片60。
请参见图3,在换向块30的侧面形成有具有第一腰孔31的连接部和与锁舌传动的拨块32。请参见图5,在推柱拨片60上形成有与第一腰孔31存在夹角的第二腰孔61。换向块30的连接部与推柱拨片60上形成有第二腰孔61的部位叠置,且推柱50穿过第一腰孔31和第二腰孔61。
解锁拨块10通过解锁拉杆40与推柱拨片60传动连接,解锁拨块10旋转令推柱拨片60沿第一腰孔31的长度方向移动。可以在解锁拨块10和推柱拨片60上均形成有用于与解锁拉杆40的端部固定的卡位。并且在推柱拨片60上形成有与其移动方向一致的条形限位孔62,在机械锁上形成有与条形限位孔62配合的限位柱。
请参见图4,在执手拨块20的侧面形成有勾型的挂角21。推柱50在第一腰孔31内移动的路径与挂角21旋转产生的路径存在部分重叠,令挂角21能勾住推柱50沿第二腰孔61移动。
本实施例提供的机械锁,请参见图6,未用钥匙开锁时,离合器处于分离状态,此时推柱50处于换向块30的挂角21旋转路径外,执手拨块20与换向块30不产生联动,处于分离状态,门外转动把手带动执手拨块20旋转时,无法驱动换向块30旋转,从而无法达到开锁的目的。
请参见图7,用钥匙开锁时,钥匙转到通过相关机构带动解锁拨块旋转,解锁拨块10带动解锁拉杆40移动,解锁拉杆40移动带动推柱拨片60朝向第一腰孔31的长度方向移动,推柱拨片60移动带动驱动推柱50拔片移动,令推柱50处于挂角21旋转路径上,从而使离合器处于闭合状态,门外转动把手带动执手拨块20旋转时,执手拨块20的挂角21挂到推柱50上,继续转动执手拨块20,挂角21推动推柱50移动,进而使推柱50带动换向块30旋转,实现开锁目的。
由于推柱50在挂角21的带动下在第二腰孔61内移动,为了避免移动过程中推柱50对推柱拨片60的位置造成影响,第二腰孔61为弧形腰孔,且其与挂角21旋转产生的路径呈同心圆。
为了避免推柱50从挂角21上脱离,执手拨块20的挂角21上与推柱50接触的侧面呈与推柱50外侧面匹配的圆弧凹面。
本实施例提供的机械锁,通过设置有分别与执手拨块、换向块以及解锁拨块传动连接的离合结构,用钥匙开锁时,离合器处于闭合状态,离合结构锁定执手拨块和换向块,通过门把手旋转执手拨块,即实现开锁的目的,解决了现有采用钥匙开锁存在开锁困难的技术问题。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种具有用钥匙开锁时通过离合解锁功能的锁体,其特征在于:包括钥匙解锁的解锁拨块、通过门把手带动旋转的执手拨块、与锁舌传动的换向块、以及离合结构;所述执手拨块与换向块呈同轴叠置,且可相互独立旋转;所述离合结构分别与所述执手拨块、换向块以及所述解锁拨块传动连接;所述解锁拨块转动,令所述离合结构锁定或松开所述执手拨块和换向块。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有用钥匙开锁时通过离合解锁功能的锁体,其特征在于:所述离合结构包括解锁拉杆、推柱和推柱拨片;在所述换向块的侧面形成有具有第一腰孔的连接部和与所述锁舌传动的拨块;在所述推柱拨片上形成有与所述第一腰孔存在夹角的第二腰孔;所述换向块的连接部与所述推柱拨片上形成有第二腰孔的部位叠置,且所述推柱穿过所述第一腰孔和第二腰孔;所述解锁拨块通过所述解锁拉杆与所述推柱拨片传动连接,所述解锁拨块旋转令所述推柱拨片沿所述第一腰孔的长度方向移动;在所述执手拨块的侧面形成有勾型的挂角;所述推柱在所述第一腰孔内移动的路径与所述挂角旋转产生的路径存在部分重叠,令所述挂角能勾住所述推柱沿所述第二腰孔移动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种具有用钥匙开锁时通过离合解锁功能的锁体,其特征在于:所述第二腰孔为弧形腰孔,且其与所述挂角旋转产生的路 径呈同心圆。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种具有用钥匙开锁时通过离合解锁功能的锁体,其特征在于:在所述推柱拨片上形成有与其移动方向一致的条形限位孔;在所述机械锁上形成有与所述条形限位孔配合的限位柱。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种具有用钥匙开锁时通过离合解锁功能的锁体,其特征在于:所述执手拨块的挂角上与所述推柱接触的侧面呈与所述推柱外侧面匹配的圆弧凹面。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种具有用钥匙开锁时通过离合解锁功能的锁体,其特征在于:在所述解锁拨块和推柱拨片上均形成有用于与所述解锁拉杆的端部固定的卡位。
