自动化杀猪生产线上,放血后的猪是两只后脚被倒挂在流水线上往各工序送的,由于要烧毛等,吊猪架在滚轮上不能固定安装,必须要让猪吊住旋转,所以倒挂的猪在不断摇摆,而在开肚工序,需要自动刀对准猪肚子插入后向下拉,此时猪则不能摆动,而且要正好对准,为了解决开肚工序猪不断摇摆的问题,本发明提出了一种屠宰定位装置。
技术问题
本发明为解决杀猪生产线上倒挂的猪在开肚工序不断摇摆,开肚刀对不准的问题,提出了一种屠宰定位装置。
技术解决方案
本发明的技术方案为:一种屠宰定位装置,由送猪轨道1、滚轮2、吊猪架3、定位导板条4、猪头定位夹5、猪头定位夹轨道6、开肚刀7、开肚刀竖向轨道8、开肚刀横向轨道9、猪10构成,滚轮2安装在送猪轨道1上,滚轮2能在送猪轨道1内转动,吊猪架3安装在滚轮2上,猪10两只后脚挂在吊猪架3上,猪10沿箭头方向从左到右输送,定位导板条4与吊猪架3同一水平面,定位导板条4成两边张开逐渐收拢形,猪头定位夹5安装在猪头定位夹轨道6上,并能跟随猪10的运动在猪头定位夹轨道6上移动,开肚刀7安装在开肚刀竖向轨道8上,开肚刀7能沿开肚刀竖向轨道8上下运动,开肚刀竖向轨道8安装在开肚刀横向轨道9上,开肚刀竖向轨道8能沿开肚刀横向轨道9左右运动,猪10从左到右运动,这个过程中在摆动,当吊猪架3进入定位导板条4开口位置后,由于定位导板条4的限制作用只能呈正面一字状态通过,此时猪头定位夹5伸出夹住猪头,并沿猪头定位夹轨道6随猪10一起沿箭头方向移动,固定猪10的下半部分,猪10到达开肚刀7的位置时,开肚刀7跟随猪10从左到右同步运送,开肚刀7伸向猪的方向插入猪肚,然后向下运动,对猪进行开肚。
