일반적으로 칫솔은 충치 및 치주질환과 같은 세균성 질병을 억제하고 구강을 청결히 유지함으로써 타인에게 불쾌감을 주지않게 하기 위하여 보편적으로 사용되고 있는 구강 위생도구이며, 이러한 칫솔은 칫솔모가 식모되어 있는 칫솔헤드와 손잡이로 사용되는 칫솔대로 이루어져 있다.
종래의 휴대용 칫솔로서 주로 사용되는 구성으로는 칫솔모가 식모된 칫솔헤드에 힌지 결합되고 분할체로 분리된 칫솔대로 구비되어 분할된 칫솔대를 분리하여 칫솔헤드를 감싸는 형태로 칫솔헤드 방향으로 결합한 구성으로 칫솔을 휴대할 수 있게 되어 있고, 칫솔 사용시에는 칫솔헤드를 감싸고 있는 칫솔대를 타측으로 분리하여 칫솔헤드가 개방되도록 한 다음 칫솔대를 손잡이로 사용될 수 있게 칫솔대를 결합하여 칫솔로 사용하게 된다.

또, 본 발명은 전개된 칫솔부재에 치약수용공간이 구비된 것에 치약을 수용한 다음 지지판을 접어 칫솔로 조립한 다음 수용된 치약을 칫솔모로 간편하게 토출시켜 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

이하 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 그리고 본 발명을 설명함에 있어서, 관련된 공지기능 혹은 구성에 대한 구체적인 설명이 본 발명의 요지를 불필요하게 흐릴 수 있다고 판단되는 경우 그 상세한 설명을 생략한다.
본 발명에 의한 휴대용 칫솔은, 지지판(110)의 표면에 분할된 칫솔헤드부(122)가 형성되어 있는 칫솔헤드 조립부(120) 및 분할된 지지돌부(132)가 형성된 칫솔대 조립부(130)가 구비되어 있는 전개된 형태의 칫솔부재(100)에 의해 지갑 등에 수납하여 간편하게 휴대할 수 있는 구성에 해당된다.
또, 도 13의 실시예와 같이 명함(A)의 이면에 칫솔부재(100)를 부착하여 휴대 보관할 수 있도록 하거나, 도 14와 같은 반분 절곡된 인쇄커버판(B)의 내측 가장자리에 점착제(B-1)가 부착되고 그 점착제(B-1)의 내측에 칫솔부재(100)를 내장한 다음 절곡된 인쇄커버판(B)을 점착제(B-1)가 상호 맞닿게 점착시켜 내부에 보관하도록 한 것과 같이 다양한 형태로 휴대가 용이하도록 보관하여 판촉물로 제공할 수 있게 되며, 이러한 휴대용 칫솔을 이용하여 양치질을 하고자 하는 경우에는 전개된 칫솔부재(100)가 구비된 지지판(110)을 절곡하여 조립하는 구성에 의해 칫솔헤드(210) 및 칫솔대(220)로 이루어진 칫솔(200)로 사용할 수 있도록 되어 있다.
즉, 본 발명은 도 1 내지 4와 같이 지지판(110)의 길이방향 상단부 표면 양측에 일정간격으로 마주보는 칫솔헤드부(122)가 분할 형성되고, 칫솔헤드부(122)의 일측에 제1결합구(124)가 형성되어 있는 칫솔헤드 조립부(120)와; 상기 칫솔헤드부(122)와 접하는 지지판(110)의 표면 양측단에서 하단부의 양측단에 일정간격으로 마주보는 지지돌부(132)가 형성되고, 지지돌부(132)의 일측에 제2결합구(134)가 형성되어 있는 칫솔대 조립부(130);가 구비되어 있는 조립수단에 의해 지지판(110)에 전개된 칫솔부재(100)를 조립 사용할 수 있도록 되어 있다.
상기 지지판(110)은 절곡 가능한 합성수지 등을 이용하여 칫솔헤드(210)와 칫솔대(220)로 이루어진 칫솔(200)을 구성하기 위한 길이 및 폭을 가진 장방형의 판체로 구비되고, 이러한 지지판(110)을 쉽게 절곡 사용할 수 있도록 하기 위해 지지판(110)의 절곡되는 부분에 절곡안내홈(도시되지 않음)을 형성할 수도 있다.
상기 칫솔헤드 조립부(120)는 지지판(110)에 분할된 칫솔헤드부(122)와 이를 결합하기 위한 제1결합구(124)가 구비되어 분할된 칫솔헤드부(122)가 서로 맞닿게 조립하는 수단으로 칫솔헤드(210)를 구성하게 된다.
상기 칫솔헤드부(122)는 반분되는 형태로 지지판(110)의 상단부 표면 양측에 돌출된 형태로 분할 형성되어 있고, 이러한 분할된 칫솔헤드부(122)에 각각 식모되는 칫솔모(126)는 1열 또는 2열로 각각 배치되어 있다.
그리고 칫솔모(126)는 분할된 양측 칫솔헤드부(122)의 외측면에 식모되어 분할된 칫솔헤드부(122)를 조립하였을 때 칫솔헤드(210)에 칫솔모(126)가 2열 또는 4열로 집합되어 있는 형태가 된다.
또, 분할된 양측 칫솔헤드부(122)의 표면 일측에 제1결합구(124)가 형성되어 대응 결합되고, 양측 지지돌부(132)는 제2결합구(134)에 의해 대응 결합되며, 제1,2결합구(124)(134)는 결합홈 및 결합돌기로 형성되어 이를 끼움 결합하도록 되어 있는 것 뿐만 아니라 다양한 형태의 결합수단으로 구비될 수 있다.
상기 칫솔대 조립부(130)는 지지판(110)의 길이방향 양측에 형성된 지지돌부(132) 및 이를 결합하기 위한 제2결합구(134)가 구비되어 지지돌부(132)가 서로 맞닿게 조립하는 수단으로 칫솔대(220)를 구성하게 된다.
상기 지지돌부(132)는 칫솔헤드부(122)와 접하는 지지판(110)의 표면 양측에 길이방향으로 띠 형상으로 일정 두께로 돌출되어 지지판(110)을 절곡하였을 때 지지돌부(132)가 맞닿은 형태로 조립하게 되면 일정 두께로 파지가 용이한 손잡이를 가진 칫솔대(220)가 구비되도록 한다.
그리고, 양측 지지돌부(132)의 표면 일측에 적어도 하나 이상의 제2결합구(134)를 구비하여 양측 지지돌부(132)를 서로 대응 결합하여서 된 칫솔대(220)가 안정적으로 조립된 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 한다.
상기와 같은 지지판(110)에 전개된 형태의 칫솔부재(100)를 이용하여 칫솔(200)로 사용하게 될 때에는 도 5 내지 도 8과 같이 칫솔부재(100)가 전개되어 있는 지지판(110)을 절곡하여 칫솔헤드 조립부(120) 및 칫솔대 조립부(130)를 조립함으로써 칫솔헤드(210)와 칫솔대(220)로 이루어진 칫솔(200)을 구성하게 된다.
한편, 본 발명의 또 다른 구성 실시예로서, 상기와 같은 휴대용 칫솔에 칫솔수용공간이 구비되어 치약이 내장되게 한 칫솔을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 9 및 도 10과 같이 지지판(110)의 길이방향 상단부 표면에 분할 형성된 양측 칫솔헤드부(122) 사이에 형성되어 치약(300)이 수용되게 한 치약수용공간(140)과, 상기 칫솔헤드부(122)의 표면은 치약수용공간(140)에 수용된 치약(300)이 칫솔모(126)로 치약(300)이 통과될 수 있도록 하는 치약유출홈(128)이 형성되어 있다.
상기 치약수용공간(140)은 양측 칫솔헤드부(122)의 상,하단을 횡으로 연결하고 지지판(110)의 표면에 돌출된 상,하 칸막이(142)의 내측에 형성되어 치약(300)이 수용될 수 있도록 되어 있으며, 상기 치약수용공간(140)에 수용된 치약(300)을 밀폐상태로 보관하기 위한 커버부재(150)가 구비됨이 바람직하다.
상기 커버부재(150)는 평판으로 된 커버(152)의 둘레에 하향된 측벽(154)이 형성된 구성으로 치약수용공간(140)에 수용된 치약을 감싸듯이 지지판(110)에 맞닿도록 한 구성으로 치약수용공간(140)에 수용된 치약이 건조되지 않도록 함과 측벽(154)에 의해 임의적으로 치약유출홈(128)으로 치약이 유출되는 것을 차단하도록 함이 바람직하다.
상기와 같이 치약수용공간(140)이 구비되어 있는 칫솔 사용시에는, 도 11 및 도 12와 같이 양측 분할된 칫솔헤드부(122)를 조립하게 되면, 양측 치약유출홈(128)은 서로 대향된 위치에서 치약이 유출될 수 있는 통로를 형성하게 됨과 아울러 칫솔헤드(210)의 후방에 위치하게 되는 치약수용공간(140)에 수용된 치약을 칫솔모(126) 방향으로 토출시키기 위해 치약수용공간(140) 이면의 지지판(110)을 전방으로 압지함으로써 치약수용공간(140)의 치약이 치약유출홈(128)에 의해 형성된 통로를 통해 칫솔모(126)로 토출되어 양치질을 할 수 있게 된다.
이와 같이 된 본 발명은 칫솔헤드(210)와 칫솔대(220)를 구성하는 칫솔(200)이 지지판(110)에 칫솔부재(100)가 전개된 형태로 얇은 두께로 구비되어 지갑 등에 수납하여 간편하게 휴대할 수 있고, 판촉 인쇄물에 부착하여 판촉물로 제공이 용이할 뿐만 아니라 치약수용공간(140)이 구비되어 치약이 내장되는 칫솔(200)을 이용하여 치약(300)을 토출되게 한 수단으로 편리하게 양치질을 할 수 있게 된다.
이상에서 본 발명은 상기 실시예를 참고하여 설명하였지만 본 발명의 기술사상 범위 내에서 다양한 변형실시가 가능함은 물론이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 지지판(110)에 칫솔부재(100)가 전개된 구성으로 이루어지되
    지지판(110)의 길이방향 상단부 표면 양측에 일정간격으로 마주보는 칫솔헤드부(122)가 분할 형성되고, 칫솔헤드부(122)의 일측에 제1결합구(124)가 형성되어 있는 칫솔헤드 조립부(120)와;
    상기 칫솔헤드부(122)와 접하는 지지판(110)의 표면 양측단에서 하단부의 양측단에 마주보는 지지돌부(132)가 형성되고, 지지돌부(132)의 일측에 제2결합구(134)가 형성되어 있는 칫솔대 조립부(130);가 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 칫솔.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 칫솔헤드부(122)는 반분되는 형태로 지지판(110)의 상단부 표면 양측에 돌출된 형태로 분할 형성되어 있고, 양측 칫솔헤드부(122)의 외측면에 각각 식모되는 칫솔모(126)는 1열 또는 2열로 각각 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 칫솔.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 지지돌부(132)는 칫솔헤드부(122)와 접하는 지지판(110)의 표면 양측에 일정 두께의 띠 형상으로 돌출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 칫솔.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 양측 칫솔헤드부(122) 사이에 형성되어 치약이 수용되게 한 치약수용공간(140)과, 상기 칫솔헤드부(122)의 표면은 치약수용공간(140)에 수용된 치약이 칫솔모(126)로 치약이 통과될 수 있도록 하는 치약유출홈(128)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 칫솔.
  5. 제 4항에 있어서,
    상기 치약수용공간(140)은 양측 칫솔헤드부(122)의 상,하단을 횡으로 연결하고 지지판(110)의 표면에 돌출된 상,하 칸막이(142)의 내측에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 칫솔.
  6. 제 5항에 있어서,
    상기 치약수용공간(140)에 수용된 치약을 밀폐상태로 보관하기 위한 커버부재(150)가 구비되되 커버부재(150)는 평판으로 된 커버(152)의 둘레에 하향된 측벽(154)이 형성된 구성으로 됨을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 칫솔.
