Abstract
一种防静电的印染助剂的制备方法。包括以下步骤:添加水溶助长剂、水性增稠剂、杀菌防霉助剂,然后按比例加入水,使之全部溶解;将填料充分搅拌,再转入砂磨机中研磨,待分散均匀后过滤,添加乳液混合物,然后按比例加入水。所述印染助剂能够适应不同条件下的印花印染状态。同时以水溶性导电聚苯胺溶液为防静电填料,能够在印染之后保持防静电功能。
Description
本发明属于纺织助剂和精细化工技术领域,具体涉及一种防静电的印染助剂的制备方法。
印染助剂能够提高印花和染色的效果。近年来,中国染料、助剂和有机颜料行业的生产与市场发展健康而迅速,染料化学品消费初步增长。纺织业的快速发展大大提高了对染料纺织化学品的需求,染料行业与纺织业的相互依托意味着中国染料行业有着巨大的市场前景。
尽管现有技术中已存在多种染色助剂,但其防静电功能仍然不够理想。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术不足,提出一种防静电的印染助剂的制备方法。
本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的技术方案是:
一种防静电的印染助剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)制备第一组成分:在反应釜A中,添加还原剂、润湿剂、乳化剂和分散剂以及它们的混合物组成的水溶助长剂,升温至60℃,添加水性增稠剂,并搅拌,2小时;
停止加热,冷却后加入不锈钢容器中,然后加入杀菌防霉助剂,然后按比例加入水,以1000转/分搅拌,使之全部溶解;
2)制备第二组成分:将聚氧乙烯二胺、过硫酸铵、片状云母粉、轻钙和滑石粉组成的填料充分搅拌,再转入砂磨机中研磨,待分散均匀后过滤,添加成膜助剂、阻燃剂和水溶性导电聚苯胺溶液组成的乳液混合物,然后按比例加入水,以900转/分搅拌,使之全部溶解;
3)将所述第一组成分与所述第二组成分搅拌并充分混合。
本发明中,基于助剂的总重量,所述水性增稠剂、水溶助长剂、乳液混合物、填料和杀菌防霉助剂的比例是:7:7:5:1:1。
本发明中,所述水性增稠剂包括比例为1:3的活性染料和天然、半合成和合成的水溶性聚合物的混合物;所述混合物包括比例为1:1:3:2的水、天然水溶性聚合物、半合成水溶性聚合物和合成水溶性聚合物。
本发明中,所述水溶助长剂包括比例为1:2:3:1的还原剂、润湿剂、乳化剂和分散剂。
本发明中,所述乳液混合物包括比例为1:2:2的成膜助剂、阻燃剂和水溶性导电聚苯胺溶液。
本发明中,所述填料包括比例为:1:1:3:4:3:的聚氧乙烯二胺、过硫酸铵、片状云母粉、轻钙和滑石粉。
本发明中,所述天然水溶性聚合物为天然胶或其衍生物的干物质,所述半合成水溶性聚合物为取代度在0.6-3之间的羧甲基纤维素,所述合成水溶性聚合物为烯属不饱和单体的聚合产物。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过使用活性染料,色谱广、色泽鲜艳、性能优异、适用性强。通过使用三种不同种类的增稠剂的混合并适当调整比例,能够适应不同条件下的印花印染状态。同时以水溶性导电聚苯胺溶液为防静电填料,能够在印染之后保持防静电功能。
下面通过具体的实施例对本发明进行详细说明,但这些例举性实施方式的用途和目的仅用来例举本发明,并非对本发明的实际保护范围构成任何形式的任何限定,更非将本发明的保护范围局限于此。
一种防静电的印染助剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)制备第一组成分:在反应釜A中,添加还原剂、润湿剂、乳化剂和分散剂以及它们的混合物组成的水溶助长剂,升温至60℃,添加水性增稠剂,并搅拌,2小时;
停止加热,冷却后加入不锈钢容器中,然后加入杀菌防霉助剂,然后按比例加入水,以1000转/分搅拌,使之全部溶解;
2)制备第二组成分:将聚氧乙烯二胺、过硫酸铵、片状云母粉、轻钙和滑石粉组成的填料充分搅拌,再转入砂磨机中研磨,待分散均匀后过滤,添加成膜助剂、阻燃剂和水溶性导电聚苯胺溶液组成的乳液混合物,然后按比例加入水,以900转/分搅拌,使之全部溶解;
3)将第一组成分与第二组成分搅拌并充分混合。
基于助剂的总重量,水性增稠剂、水溶助长剂、乳液混合物、填料和杀菌防霉助剂的比例是:7:7:5:1:1。
水性增稠剂包括比例为1:3的活性染料和天然、半合成和合成的水溶性聚合物的混合物;混合物包括比例为1:1:3:2的水、天然水溶性聚合物、半合成水溶性聚合物和合成水溶性聚合物。
水溶助长剂包括比例为1:2:3:1的还原剂、润湿剂、乳化剂和分散剂。
乳液混合物包括比例为1:2:2的成膜助剂、阻燃剂和水溶性导电聚苯胺溶液。
填料包括比例为:1:1:3:4:3:的聚氧乙烯二胺、过硫酸铵、片状云母粉、轻钙和滑石粉。
天然水溶性聚合物为天然胶或其衍生物的干物质,半合成水溶性聚合物为取代度在0.6-3之间的羧甲基纤维素,合成水溶性聚合物为烯属不饱和单体的聚合产物。
本发明不局限于上述实施例,凡采用等同替换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
- 一种防静电的印染助剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:1)制备第一组成分:在反应釜A中,添加还原剂、润湿剂、乳化剂和分散剂以及它们的混合物组成的水溶助长剂,升温至60℃,添加水性增稠剂,并搅拌,2小时;停止加热,冷却后加入不锈钢容器中,然后加入杀菌防霉助剂,然后按比例加入水,以1000转/分搅拌,使之全部溶解;2)制备第二组成分:将聚氧乙烯二胺、过硫酸铵、片状云母粉、轻钙和滑石粉组成的填料充分搅拌,再转入砂磨机中研磨,待分散均匀后过滤,添加成膜助剂、阻燃剂和水溶性导电聚苯胺溶液组成的乳液混合物,然后按比例加入水,以900转/分搅拌,使之全部溶解;3)将所述第一组成分与所述第二组成分搅拌并充分混合。
- 根据权利要求1所述一种防静电的印染助剂的制备方法,其特征在于:基于助剂的总重量,所述水性增稠剂、水溶助长剂、乳液混合物、填料和杀菌防霉助剂的比例是:7:7:5:1:1。
- 根据权利要求1和2所述一种防静电的印染助剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述水性增稠剂包括比例为1:3的活性染料和天然、半合成和合成的水溶性聚合物的混合物;所述混合物包括比例为1:1:3:2的水、天然水溶性聚合物、半合成水溶性聚合物和合成水溶性聚合物。
- 根据权利要求1所述一种防静电的印染助剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述水溶助长剂包括比例为1:2:3:1的还原剂、润湿剂、乳化剂和分散剂。
- 根据权利要求1所述一种防静电的印染助剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述乳液混合物包括比例为1:2:2的成膜助剂、阻燃剂和水溶性导电聚苯胺溶液。
- 根据权利要求1所述一种防静电的印染助剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述填料包括比例为:1:1:3:4:3:的聚氧乙烯二胺、过硫酸铵、片状云母粉、轻钙和滑石粉。
- 根据权利要求3所述一种防静电的印染助剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述天然水溶性聚合物为天然胶或其衍生物的干物质,所述半合成水溶性聚合物为取代度在0.6-3之间的羧甲基纤维素,所述合成水溶性聚合物为烯属不饱和单体的聚合产物。
