市场上汽车越来越多,手机作为随身物品,上车时,有的车主将手机放于仪表台,转向、刹车、加速会使手机掉落引起车主手忙脚乱,从而有安全隐患,所以大部分车主都会将手机放置于手机支架内,避免发生掉落引发事故,驾车生活中都离不开手机放置,车主需要一个稳靠,上车方便放置,下车拿取手机方便的支架,但许多手机支架操作复杂,有些产品甚至需两只手才能放置与拿取,不方便的操作同时影响到驾车安全,目前手机支架由于托爪是整体长条托爪使得手机支架体积大,挡住车上操作按键,不方便车主使用且带来不安全因素。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明旨在提供一种手机支架,单手即可操作,利用连杆与杠杆的合理组合对手机的夹持力更大,夹持手机更稳定,用杠杆与连杆折叠性来替代整体性的长条托爪,不夹持手机时将托爪回复至最高点,可以将托爪上部的连杆与杠杆折叠收纳至外壳内,缩短了整体托爪的长度,实现在手机支架不使用时体积小巧,使用时能展开可靠稳定夹持手机。
本发明的通过如下技术方案实现。

当放置手机19时,托爪14上放上手机19,手机19重量大于弹簧8的回弹力,托爪14下行移动,托爪14拉动两根连杆13向下运动,连杆13向下运动时拉动左杆杆与右杠杆7,但由于左杠杆5与右杠杆7受中部转轴9的限制, 左杆杆与右杠杆7受向下的拉力后只能呈剪刀状向内侧靠拢,杠杆下端向内靠拢同时杠杆上端也向内靠拢,向内运动的杠杆通过转轴9拉动左卡爪12与右卡爪4向内运动,当左卡爪12与右卡爪4夹持到手机19不能向内运动时,左卡爪12与右卡爪4停止,当左卡爪12与右卡爪4停止时,杠杆与连杆13不再运动,从而使托爪14停止下行,托爪14向上托举手机19,通过杠杆与连杆13的组合,从而实现托爪14下行同时左卡爪12与右卡爪4向内夹持住手机19,且夹持住手机19托爪14不再下行从而实现挺举住手机19,实现手机19放置。当拿出手机19时,托爪14失去手机19重量,在弹簧8拉力作用在左杠杆5与右杠杆7中部的转轴9上,弹簧8弹力克服杠杆与连杆13及托爪14的自身重量,拉动杠杆上行,在导向轨及转轴9的限制下,左杠杆5和右杠杆7受向上的拉力后只能呈剪刀状折叠,左杠杆5和右杠杆7拉动连杆13向上运动折叠,从而左杠杆5、右杠杆7、连杆13回缩到外壳内,在此同时杠杆5、右杠杆7呈剪刀状折叠推动左卡爪12与右卡爪4向外运动张开至卡爪最宽等待下下次放置手机19。
实施例2
如图5所示,结合图1至图4,一种手机19支架,包括固定座11、设置在固定座11上的壳体1、左卡爪12、右卡爪4、托爪14、传动机构,所述壳体1内设有供所述左卡爪12和右卡爪4滑动的导轨17,所述导轨17在水平方向上,所述托爪14设置在所述壳体1下方,所述托爪14通过传动机构与所述左卡爪12和右卡爪4连接,所述传动机构包括两根连杆13一组成“X”型转动连接的左杠杆5和右杠杆7,两根所述连杆13下端均与所述托爪14转动连接,两根所述连杆13的上端分别与所述左杠杆5和右杠杆7的下端转动连接,所述左杠杆5和右杠杆7的上端分别与所述左卡爪12和所述右卡爪4转动连接,使得所述托爪14受手机19自重向下运动时,所述左卡爪12和右卡爪4向内运动夹紧手机19,此时,所述左杠杆5和右杠杆7呈现“X”展开,两根连杆13长度相等,两根所述连杆13下端与所述托爪14转动连接的转轴9重合,两根连杆13下端与所述托爪14转动连接的转轴9、两根所述连杆13的上端分别与所述左杠杆5和右杠杆7的下端转动连接的转轴9形成等腰三角 形22的三个顶点,两根所述连杆13为等腰三角形22的两条相等的边,所述传动机构还包括回位用弹簧8,所述左杠杆5和右杠杆7的转动连接处设有垫片6,所述弹簧8一端设置在所述壳体1内,另一端设置在所述垫片6上,使得托爪14在不受外力作用时回复至最高点,同时左卡爪12和右卡爪4相对距离最大,此时,所述左杠杆5和右杠杆7交叉折叠。
作为优选的实施方案,所述托爪14上设有缺口槽,便于给手机19充电。
作为优选的实施方案,还包括限位柱16,所述限位柱16设置在所述壳体1内,所述左卡爪12和右卡爪4设有与所述限位柱16配合的限位槽18,用于限制所述左卡爪12和所述右卡爪4的运动行程。
作为优选的实施方案,所述左卡爪12与右卡爪4之间设置有齿轮2,所述齿轮2位于所述壳体1内,所述左卡爪12与右卡爪4上设置有与所述齿轮2啮合的齿条20,使左卡爪12与右卡爪4能同步向内及向外运动。
作为优选的实施方案,所述左卡爪12、右卡爪4和托爪14上设有缓冲胶3。
作为优选的实施方案,所述左卡爪12、右卡爪4和托爪14用于固定手机19的一端成钩状。
作为优选的实施方案,所述壳体1包括相互配合的上壳101和下壳102,所述固定座11设置在所述下壳102上。
作为优选的实施方案,所述弹簧8一端设置在所述壳体1内且位于所述垫片6的正上方,另一端设置在所述垫片6上。
其中导轨也可倾斜设置。
实施例2的工作原理与实施例1的工作原理相同,仅将托爪14与连杆13转动连接的转轴9由不重合改成重合。
实施例1和实施例2的等腰梯形使得托爪不能转动,托爪更稳固,实施例2的等腰三角形使得托爪可以转动,可任意适配手机底边。
实施例1和实施例2中的左杠杆和右杠杆起到以下作用:
1、受弹簧8的回复力回位后左杠杆5、右杠杆7、连杆13可以折叠减少体积;
2、托爪14向下拉时,左杠杆5和右杠杆7可以展变为长杆延长托爪14长度稳定放置手机;
3、左杠杆5和右杠杆7下端受拉力时,受左杠杆5和右杠杆7中部转轴9限制,可以将向下的力转为向内靠拢的力,容易将左卡爪12、右卡爪4向内靠拢,达到省力效果,将向下的拉力转化成向内成夹持的力。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种手机支架,包括固定座、设置在固定座上的壳体、左卡爪、右卡爪,所述壳体内设有供所述左卡爪和右卡爪滑动的导轨,其特征在于,还包括托爪、传动机构,所述托爪设置在所述壳体下方,所述托爪通过传动机构与所述左卡爪和右卡爪连接,所述传动机构包括杠杆与连杆,所述连杆下端均与所述托爪转动连接,所述连杆上端与所述杠杆下端转动连接,所述杠杆上端与所述左卡爪和右卡爪转动连接,使得所述托爪受手机自重向下运动时,所述左卡爪和右卡爪向内运动夹紧手机,所述传动机构还包括回位用弹簧,使得托爪在不受外力作用时回复至最高点,同时左卡爪和右卡爪相对距离最大。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的手机支架,其特征在于,所述杠杆包括至少一组成“X”型转动连接的左杠杆和右杠杆,两根所述连杆的上端分别与所述左杠杆和右杠杆的下端转动连接,所述左杠杆和右杠杆的上端分别与所述左卡爪和所述右卡爪转动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的手机支架,其特征在于,所述左杠杆和右杠杆在两根杠杆中部转动连接,在受手机自重时呈现“X”展开,不受手机重力时,在所述回位用弹簧作用下交叉折叠。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的手机支架,其特征在于,所述托爪上设有缺口槽,便于给手机充电。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的手机支架,其特征在于,还包括限位柱,所述限位柱设置在所述壳体内,所述左卡爪和右卡爪设有与所述限位柱配合的限位槽,用于限制所述左卡爪和所述右卡爪的运动行程。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的手机支架,其特征在于,所述左卡爪与右卡爪之间设置有齿轮,所述齿轮位于所述壳体内,所述左卡爪与右卡爪上设置有与所述齿轮啮合的齿条,使左卡爪与右卡爪能同步向内及向外运动。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的手机支架,其特征在于,所述左卡爪、右卡爪和托爪上设有缓冲胶。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的手机支架,其特征在于,所述左卡爪、右卡爪和托爪用于固定手机的一端成钩状。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的手机支架,其特征在于,所述导轨在水平方向上。
