一种透皮促渗皮肤美容方法 技术领域
本发明涉及皮肤美容技术领域,具体地是涉及一种透皮促渗皮肤美容方法。

纳米微针和纳米晶片正被广泛应用在经皮输送器械技术领域。纳米微针是通过纳米技术打开皮肤管道的一种微针,针头类似一块小小的晶片方块,上面布满了密密的、细到看不出来的小针,将这个小方块按在皮肤上,就能让药物进入表皮,而人几乎没有感觉。纳米晶片是根据人体皮肤结构开发的纳米促渗专用工具,由单晶硅经过纳米技术工艺雕刻而成。纳米晶片的表面是一系列微针阵列,它们可以打开皮肤最外面的角质层,同时不会伤及真皮层,大大提高输送介质在皮肤表皮上的渗透能力。单晶硅的生物兼容性又保证了纳晶在使用过程中的安全性。
但是,目前带有纳米微针或纳米晶片的美容仪,配合使用的都是现有的美容产品,其组成和含量是对应于使用者在日常涂覆或是其他类型的美容仪等皮肤渗透能力较弱的情景下使用而设计的,尚未有针对纳米微针和纳米晶片的特点设计的皮肤美容产品。

实施例4
本发明实施例1-3的一种透皮促渗皮肤美容方法的护肤效果实验:
1)粗糙度和弹性测试方法:
招募50名中国女性受试者,年龄18-40岁,分成5组,每组10人,每位受试者均被告知整个研究过程,并签署知情同意书。5组受试者分别每天晚上按照实施例1~3的方法进行美容护肤,对比例1为单独使用市售的美容产品,对比例2为使用促渗美容仪并配合使用市售的美容产品,连续使用28天,期间不使用其他护肤产品,正常活动。在使用前及使用28天后,由测试者使用皮肤弹性测试仪及MicroSkinII多功能皮肤镜图像分析系统测定使用部位的弹性及皮肤纹理。每点测5次,取平均值。
2)粗糙度和弹性测试结果:
统计皮肤变化情况,并计算算数平均粗糙度变化率(简记为A)和弹性相对变化率(简称为B)。
其中,算数平均粗糙度变化率(A)=(使用后平均粗糙度-使用前平均粗糙度)/使用前平均粗糙度,算数平均粗糙度变化率(A)的计算结果如表1所示:

  9. 如权利要求1或2所述的一种透皮促渗皮肤美容方法,其特征在于:所述促渗美容仪包括用于容纳所述美容组合物的储存器,所述美容组合物从所述储存器内流出接触皮肤的同时,所述促渗美容仪的所述微型装置处理皮肤。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的一种透皮促渗皮肤美容方法,其特征在于:所述储存器的容量与所述美容组合物的一次使用量一致。
  11. 一种如权利要求1-10任意一项所述的透皮促渗皮肤美容方法在治疗黄褐斑和护肤中的应用。
