本专利申请以2017年11月27日提交的申请号为201711204979.4,名称为“客户名单获取方法、装置、终端设备及存储介质”的中国发明专利申请为基础,并要求其优先权。
技术领域
本申请涉及信息处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种客户名单获取方法、装置、终端设备及存储介质。
背景技术
网络获客是指通过网络渠道获取客户资源的简称。其中,网络渠道可以是社交网站、QQ、微信、微博和论坛等,每一种网络渠道对应一获客渠道。客户资源可以是任一用户在相应的网络渠道中注册时输入的用户信息。即任一用户通过网络渠道注册用户信息,即可使获客系统获取相应的客户资源,获客系统基于获取的客户资源整理形成客户名单。
在银行、证券和保险等金融机构中,通常采用电话方式推荐其金融产品或服务。在金融产品或服务的电话销售过程中,金融机构的电话销售系统需获取客户名单,再由坐席人员依据客户名单拔打电话,以实现电话销售。坐席人员推销的金融产品或服务时可能只是针对符合特定居住地、年龄或其他限制条件的客户;此时,获客系统获取的客户名单中符合金融产品或服务对应的限制条件的客户名单为有效客户名单,不符合限制条件的客户名单为无效客户名单。坐席人员基于有效客户名单进行电话销售的成功率较高,反之,坐席人员基于无效客户名单进行电话销售的成功率极低甚至为零。因此,当前电话销售系统的坐席人员直接基于从获客系统获取的客户名单进行电话销售时,由于该客户名单中包含大量无效客户名单,使得其电话销售的成功率较低,导致人力浪费,且获取成本较高。
发明内容
本申请提供一种客户名单获取方法、装置、终端设备及存储介质,以解决当前直接基于从获客系统获取的客户名单进行电话销售存在的成功率较低的问题。
第一方面,本申请提供一种客户名单获取方法,包括:
获取获客系统采集的原始客户名单;
对所述原始客户名单进行去重预处理,获取目标客户名单;
接收电话销售系统发送的名单获取请求,所述名单获取请求包括至少一个名单清洗条 件;
基于至少一个名单清洗条件对所述目标客户名单进行清洗,获取有效客户名单;
将所述有效客户名单发送给所述电话销售系统。
第二方面,本申请提供一种客户名单获取装置,包括:
原始客户名单获取模块,用于获取获客系统采集的原始客户名单;
目标客户名单获取模块,用于对所述原始客户名单进行去重预处理,获取目标客户名单;
客户名单请求获取模块,用于接收电话销售系统发送的名单获取请求,所述名单获取请求包括至少一个名单清洗条件;
有效客户名单获取模块,用于基于至少一个名单清洗条件对所述目标客户名单进行清洗,获取有效客户名单;
客户名单发送模块,用于将所述有效客户名单发送给所述电话销售系统。
第三方面,本申请提供一种终端设备,包括存储器、处理器以及存储在所述存储器中并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机可读指令,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现如下步骤:
获取获客系统采集的原始客户名单;
对所述原始客户名单进行去重预处理,获取目标客户名单;
接收电话销售系统发送的名单获取请求,所述名单获取请求包括至少一个名单清洗条件;
基于至少一个名单清洗条件对所述目标客户名单进行清洗,获取有效客户名单;
将所述有效客户名单发送给所述电话销售系统。
第四方面,本申请提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
获取获客系统采集的原始客户名单;
对所述原始客户名单进行去重预处理,获取目标客户名单;
接收电话销售系统发送的名单获取请求,所述名单获取请求包括至少一个名单清洗条件;
基于至少一个名单清洗条件对所述目标客户名单进行清洗,获取有效客户名单;
将所述有效客户名单发送给所述电话销售系统。
本申请提供的客户名单获取方法、装置、终端设备及存储介质中,通过对获客系统获 取的原始客户名单进行去重预处理,得到目标客户名单,该去重预处理对从不同获客渠道获取的原始客户名单中重复信息进行去重并整合非重复信息,以使得到的目标客户名单更加简洁和全面。基于电话销售系统发送的名单获取请求中的至少一个名单清洗条件对目标客户名单进行清洗,得到有效客户名单并发送给电话销售系统,只保留符合清洗条件的客户名单,该名单作为有效客户名单,该处理方法得到的客户名单针对性强,名单获取成本较低,同时可以满足电话销售系统对客户名单的要求。

下面将结合本申请中的附图,对本申请中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
实施例1
图1示出本实施例中客户名单获取方法的流程图。该客户名单获取方法用于对获客系统获取到的客户名单进行清洗,以获取清洗后的有效客户名单并发送给电话销售系统,以使电话销售系统的坐席人员利用清洗后的有效客户名单进行电话销售,有利于提高电话销售的成功率,降低客户名单获取成本。该客户名单获取方法可应用在银行、证券和保险等金融机构的服务器或其他终端设备中,该服务器或其他终端设备与获客系统和电话销售系统通信相连,本实施例中以服务器为例。如图1所示,该客户名单获取方法包括如下步骤:
S10:获取获客系统采集的原始客户名单。
其中,获客系统是指从任一网络渠道采集客户资源的系统。该客户资源包括但不限于客户名单,还可以包括与客户名单相关联的用户访问数据或其他数据。本实施例中,获客 系统可以为银行、证券和保险等金融机构的网络销售系统或者其他业务系统(如保险系统、贷款系统等),也可以为房产、医疗、健身、食品、汽车、金融、保险和风投等行业对应的系统。
原始客户名单是从获客系统直接获取到的客户名单。原始客户名单至少包括一个客户信息,每一客户信息至少应当包括客户的姓名和联系电话,以便于将获客系统采集到的客户名单发送给电话销售系统,以使电话销售系统中坐席人员可基于客户的姓名和联系电话进行销售。可以理解地,该客户信息还可以包括客户的性别、年龄、居住地、工作单位、职业、收入、家庭住址、征信情况、日均上网时间和系统ID等信息。其中,日均上网时间是通过网络渠道采集客户在预设时间段内日均上网时间。系统ID是用于唯一识别采集该客户资源的获客系统的标识。
获客系统采集原始客户名单并将原始客户名单存储在与获客系统相连的数据库中,以便于后续对原始客户名单进行处理。金融机构的服务器或其他终端设备与获客系统相连,以便于通过获客系统从对应的数据库中获取原始客户名单,使得服务器或者其他终端设备获取原始客户名单的过程简单方便。
S20:对原始客户名单进行去重预处理,获取目标客户名单。
服务器从不同的获客系统中获取原始客户名单,由于该获客系统包括至少两个获客渠道,而不同的网络渠道采集到的原始客户名单可能会存在客户信息重复情况,为了去除不同网络渠道采集到的原始客户名单中重复的客户信息,服务器需对获取的原始客户名单进行去重预处理。其中,去重预处理是指将获客系统采集到的原始客户名单中存在重复的客户信息进行去重处理,以去除重复信息,并整合非重复信息。
在一具体实施方式中,如图2所示,步骤S20具体包括如下步骤:
S21:判断至少两个获客渠道采集的原始客户名单是否重复。
具体地,对原始客户名单进行去重预处理可以对任一客户信息中的姓名和/或联系电话,查询是否存在重复情况,如通过网络渠道A获取的客户信息包括姓名、联系电话和居住地,通过网络渠道B获取的客户信息包括姓名、联系电话、职业和年龄等,若两个网络渠道获取的姓名和联系电话相同,则说明存在重复信息,需进行去重处理。
S22:若原始客户名单存在重复,则对重复的原始客户名单进行去重处理,得到目标客户名单。
具体地,当发现客户信息出现重复情况时需要对重复客户信息进行去重处理预处理,将去重预处理后得到的客户名单作为目标客户名单存储在服务器或数据库中。可以理解 地,对原始客户名单进行去重预处理,将去重处理后的属于同一个客户的信息进行整理,整合成一个客户信息,使得该客户信息包括姓名、联系方式、居住地、职业和年龄等,从而使得获取的目标客户名单更简洁、全面,提供给电话销售系统的目标客户名单更有价值。
S30:接收电话销售系统发送的名单获取请求,名单获取请求包括至少一个名单清洗条件。
电话销售系统向服务器发送名单获取请求,以使服务器接收该名单获取请求后,基于该名单获取请求获取符合该名单获取请求的客户名单。该电话销售系统发送的名单获取请求包括至少一个名单清洗条件,该名单清洗条件是用于清洗服务器或数据库中存储的目标客户名单的条件。可以理解地,该名单获取请求中的名单清洗条件是与电话销售系统想要推销的金融产品或服务对应的限制条件,方便基于该名单清洗条件获取到有效客户名单。本实施例中,电话销售系统每推销一新的金融产品或服务时,可向服务器发送一名单获取请求,以获取与其需要推销的金融产品或服务相关联的有效客户名单,避免获取不符合要求的无效客户名单,以节省名单获取成本,提高电话销售系统的坐席人员的工作效率,节约基于无效客户名单进行电话销售的时间。
具体地,名单清洗条件包括客户属性清洗条件、媒体来源清洗条件、业务配置清洗条件和去重清洗条件中的至少一个。即电话销售系统发送的名单获取请求可以包括上述名单清洗条件中的一个,也可以是两个或两个以上名单清洗条件的组合。
其中,客户属性条件是用于限定所要销售的金融产品或服务针对的目标客户的条件。本实施例中,客户属性清洗条件包括年龄、性别、居住地、收入、职业和联系地址中的至少一个。如电话销售系统需向居住在上海的客户推销一金融产品,在其他城市不推销该金融产品,若直接基于目标客户名单进行电话销售,则目标客户名单中存在大量居住地不是上海的客户信息,即无效客户名单,基于无效客户名单进行电话销售,会降低销售的成功率,浪费坐席人员的时间,导致其工作效率降低,此时,电话销售系统向服务器发送的名单获取请求中携带的客户属性条件限定为居住地为上海,该地点的限制可以方便基于该客户属性条件进行名单清洗。可以理解地,电话销售系统可根据其所要推销的金融产品,确定对应的客户属性条件,以使服务器保留相应的目标客户名单,形成有效客户名单。
其中,媒体来源清洗条件是用于限定客户名单的媒体来源的条件,该媒体来源是指网络渠道的来源,该来源可以用来源ID进行限定,该来源ID是用于唯一限定网络渠道的标识。本实施例中,媒体来源清洗条件包括目标来源ID和/或清洗来源ID。目标来源ID是想要保留的客户名单的来源ID,如媒体来源清洗条件中包括目标来源ID为论坛A的标识, 则说明电话销售系统想要获取论坛A所采集的目标客户名单,而不想要论坛A以外其他网络渠道所采集的目标客户名单。清洗来源ID是想要去除的客户名单的来源ID,如媒体来源清洗条件中包括清洗来源ID为论坛A的标识,则说明电话销售系统不想获取论坛A所采集的目标客户名单,而想要论坛A以外其他网络渠道所采集的目标客户名单。
进一步地,电话销售系统可统计分析历史销售中各网络渠道采集的客户名单的电话销售成功率,将电话销售成功率较高的网络渠道ID作为目标来源ID,并将电话销售成功率较低的网络渠道的ID作为清洗来源ID。目标来源ID和清洗来源ID可以单独存在,也可以同时存在,该目标来源ID和/或清洗来源ID作为媒体来源清洗条件对目标客户名单进行清洗。本实施例中,电话销售系统的坐席人员在进行电话销售时会统计自己的销售情况并将销售情况上报给服务器,该销售情况包括电销成功或电销失败两种。服务器接收到上报的销售情况后按照网络渠道ID进行统计整理,得到每一网络渠道ID对应的电话销售成功率,销售成功率可根据实际情况进行高低排序,当需要获取的网络渠道ID为目标来源ID时,则采用销售成功率由高到低的排序方式,选取排名靠前的网络渠道ID作为媒体来源清洗条件中的目标来源ID。当需要获取的网络渠道ID为清洗来源ID时,则采用销售成功率由低到高的排序方式,选取排名靠前的网络渠道ID作为媒体来源清洗条件中的清洗来源ID。也可以根据实际情况,同时获取销售成功率高的网络渠道ID(即目标来源ID)和销售成功率低的网络渠道ID(即清洗来源ID),如去掉目标来源ID对应的客户名单和清洗来源ID对应的客户名单,对剩余的客户名单进行二次分析,查找适合剩余客户名单对应的产品,将基于媒体来源清洗条件清洗的客户名单作为有效客户名单,可以节约名单获取成本,提高获取有效客户名单的效率。
业务配置清洗条件包括符合网络销售条件的清洗条件,该业务配置清洗条件包括年龄、性别、居住地、收入、职业、联系地址和网络在线时间中的至少一个。电话销售系统预先设置业务配置清洗条件并发送给服务器,以使服务器基于该业务配置清洗条件对目标客户名单是否符合网络销售条件进行清洗,当该目标客户名单符合网络销售条件时,则优先采用网络销售系统向符合条件的目标客户推销某一金融产品或服务,不通过电话销售系统进行推销某一金融产品或服务,当该目标客户名单不符合网络销售条件时,则采用电话销售系统进行推销某一金融产品或服务。可以理解地,业务配置清洗条件的设置,可使符合网络销售条件的目标客户通过网络销售,不符合网络销售条件的目标客户才通过电话销售,如预先设置的业务配置清洗条件为年龄25-40岁,居住地为一线城市和二线城市,性别不限的客户,由于这类客户多属于上班族,多数时间都会使用电脑上网,从网络上获知 各种信息,而且在上班时候比较不喜欢接听推销电话,这类客户就会优先选择网络销售系统进行推销;年龄在40-60岁,居住地在一些地级城市的客户,根据这类客户的性质,他们的日常习惯更加倾向于关注短信、电话等方式接收信息,这类客户就会选择电话销售系统进行推销。因此需将不符合网络销售条件的有效客户名单发送给电话销售系统,对于符合网络销售条件的目标客户优先走网络销售系统,可以有效地减少有效客户名单数量,提高有效客户名单的准确度。
去重清洗条件包括电话销售系统的已有客户名单,该去重清洗条件具体为将获客系统采集获取的目标客户名单中与服务器或者数据库中保存的已有客户名单重复的客户名单去除,即电话销售系统在向服务器提交名单获取请求时,将已有客户名单作为名单获取请求的内容发送给服务器,服务器基于该已有客户名单对目标客户名单进行去重处理,若客户名单信息重复,则去除目标客户名单中该客户名单信息,该清洗条件有利于避免获取与已有客户名单重复的客户名单。
S40:基于至少一个名单清洗条件对所述目标客户名单进行清洗,获取有效客户名单。
具体地,服务器基于名单清洗条件对目标客户名单进行清洗,获取有效客户名单。由于电话销售系统发送的名单获取请求包括至少一个名单清洗条件,使得服务器需采用至少一个名单清洗条件在对目标客户名单进行清洗,获取与至少一个名单清洗条件相匹配的名单,即获取有效客户名单。该有效客户名单是满足各清洗条件并发送给电话销售系统的客户名单,包括客户的基本信息,如姓名信息、电话信息和客户属性信息。
由于名单清洗条件包括客户属性清洗条件、媒体来源清洗条件、业务配置清洗条件和去重清洗条件中的至少一个,因此,在一具体实施方式中,步骤S40中基于至少一个名单清洗条件对目标客户名单进行清洗存在如下几种情形中的一种或多种,具体包括如下步骤:
在一种情形下,当名单清洗条件为客户属性清洗条件时,步骤S40具体包括:基于客户属性清洗条件,从目标客户名单中获取与客户属性清洗条件相匹配的名单,作为有效客户名单。
该客户属性条件是用于限定所要销售的金融产品或服务所针对的目标客户的条件。如电话销售系统给服务器发送的名单获取请求中包括居住地的客户属性条件,该客户属性条件可采用一个城市列表确定所要推销的产品或服务的居住地,如该城市列表中包含具体某个城市可以卖某个产品或服务。服务器在接收到该名单获取请求中的客户属性条件时,需从目标客户名单中选取居住地与客户属性条件相匹配的名单,作为有效客户名单,以实现 对与客户属性条件不匹配的名单(即无效客户名单)的清洗。
在一种情形下,当名单清洗条件为媒体来源清洗条件时,步骤S40具体包括:基于媒体来源清洗条件,从目标客户名单中获取与媒体来源清洗条件相匹配的名单,作为有效客户名单。
该媒体来源条件是用于通过对目标来源ID和清洗来源ID的判断确定有效客户名单,根据电话销售系统确定获取的客户名单对应的媒体来源ID,若电话销售系统发送的是目标来源ID,则说明该目标来源ID对应的客户名单是电话销售系统想要获取的有效客户名单;若电话销售系统获取的是清洗来源ID,则说明该客户名单是电话销售系统不想要获取的客户名单,服务器则会自动将该客户名单隐藏,只将该隐藏的客户名单之外的所有客户名单作为有效客户名单。
在一种情形下,当名单清洗条件为业务配置清洗条件时,步骤S40具体包括:基于业务配置清洗条件,从目标客户名单中获取与业务配置清洗条件相匹配的名单,作为有效客户名单。
该业务配置清洗条件是用于对符合网络销售系统的直通流程的网络销售条件,用户只需根据该直通流程的网络销售条件配置相应的客户信息;若客户信息与可以直接走网络销售系统的网络销售条件符合,则说明可通过网络销售方式向该客户信息对应的用户推销产品或服务,如果继续再通过电话销售系统向同一客户推销同一产品或服务,可能导致重复工作,因此,需将符合网络销售系统的直通流程的网络销售条件的客户信息去除,将不符合网络销售系统的直通流程的网络销售条件的客户信息作为有效客户名单。本实施例中,可将通过网络销售系统销售同一产品或服务成功的客户则从目标客户名单中去除,将通过网络销售系统销售同一产品或服务不成功的客户信息或者不符合网络销售系统的直通流程的网络销售条件的客户信息作为有效客户名单。
该业务配置清洗条件可以理解为符合网络销售系统的直通流程的筛选条件;若目标客户名单中的客户信息符合该筛选信息,可通过该网络销售系统的直通流程推销该产品或服务,不再将该客户信息作为需要下发给电话销售系统的有效客户名单,可有利于减少电话销售系统的工作任务量,提高电话销售系统的工作效率,同时不会对整个产品销售情况产生影响。
在一种情形下,当名单清洗条件为去重清洗条件时,步骤S40具体包括:基于去重清洗条件,从目标客户名单中获取与去重清洗条件相匹配的名单,作为有效客户名单。
其中,从目标客户名单中获取与去重清洗条件相匹配的名单作为有效客户名单。具体 是指,将服务器或数据库中存储的目标客户名单中与电话销售系统上传的去重清洗条件中的已有客户名单重复的名单去除,以将与已有客户名单没有重复的名单作为有效客户名单。进一步地,电话销售系统中的已有客户名单和服务器或数据库中存储的目标客户名单中的每一客户信息均可包括客户的姓名和/或联系电话,基于姓名和/或联系电话判断目标客户名单是否与已有客户名单重复;若重复,则去除目标客户名单中重复的名单,以达到清洗重复名单的目的,并将剩余的名单作为有效客户名单,以避免电话销售系统的坐席人员基于重复的客户名单进行坐席沟通,影响坐席效率。如某一个客户的客户信息既存在于电话销售系统又存在于目标客户名单中,只需要进行一次电话销售即可,在有效客户名单获取过程中将与已有客户名单重复的名单隐藏,以避免电话销售系统基于有效客户名单进行两次或多次坐席沟通,以同样的时间中可实现与更多客户进行沟通,提高工作效率;而且,在同样的获取成本时,可获取更多有效客户名单。
S50:将有效客户名单发送给电话销售系统。
本实施例中,服务器将清洗后的有效客户名单(即满足至少一个名单清洗条件得到的有效客户名单)发送给电话销售系统,电话销售系统的坐席人员基于获取到的有效客户名单进行电话销售时,可有效提高电话销售的成功率,避免基于无效客户名单进行电话销售所导致的时间浪费和人力浪费。
本实施例所提供的客户名单获取方法中,通过对获客系统获取的原始客户名单进行去重预处理,得到目标客户名单。该去重预处理对从不同获客系统获取的原始客户名单中重复信息进行去重并整合非重复信息,以使得到的目标客户名单更加简洁和全面。基于电话销售系统发送的名单获取请求中的少一个名单清洗条件对目标客户名单进行清洗,得到有效客户名单并发送给电话销售系统,只保留符合清洗条件的客户名单作为有效客户名单,该处理方法得到的客户名单针对性强,名单获取成本较高,也可以满足电话销售系统对客户名单的要求。
在一具体实施方式中,如图3所示,该客户名单获取方法中,步骤S50具体包括如下步骤:
S51:获取电话销售系统中的名单分配指令,该名单分配指令包括电话销售系统的用户ID。
本实施例中,服务器会预先获取电话销售系统发送的名单分配指令,该名单分配指令是用于控制服务器给用户ID对应的用户(即本实施例中的电话销售系统的坐席人员)分配待处理名单的指令。名单分配指令中携带的用户ID是用于唯一识别用户的标识。具体 地,用户在客户端输入用户ID进行登录时,客户端的显示界面中显示需要与用户ID对应的用户进行处理的待处理名单。用户可在客户端的显示界面中点击相应的“名单分配”按钮,以使客户端向服务器输入名单分配指令,使得服务器获取名单分配指令。可以理解地,该名单分配指令可通过用户预设的程序自动触发,也可由用户手动触发。
S52:基于名单分配指令,获取分配给用户ID对应的用户的待处理客户量。
其中,待处理客户量是指服务器在基于名单分配指令进行处理时,确定需分配给用户ID对应的用户进行处理的客户信息的数量。步骤S52具体为服务器根据名单分配指令确定需要分配多少数量的客户信息给用户ID对应的用户进行处理的过程。
进一步地,用户的待处理客户量具体为该电话销售系统中用户ID对应的用户在一个时间周期的计划完成名单量与实际完成名单量的差值,即待处理客户量=计划完成名单量-实际完成名单量。其中,该时间周期由用户根据实际需要设定,如1天、1个星期或1个月等。该计划完成名单量为在该时间周期内该用户ID对应的用户计划完成电话销售的名单量,该计划完成名单量可以根据用户的工作岗位、熟练程度和历史数据等确定。该实际完成名单量是从该时间周期的起始时刻到系统当前时刻这一时间间隔内的已经完成电话销售的名单量。本实施例中,在任一时间周期(如一天)内,服务器可定时给每一坐席人员分配基本名单量对应的基本处理客户名单,如服务器每天早上8点给一坐席人员分配基本名单量为100的基本处理客户名单,该基本处理客户名单为每一坐席人员每个时间周期必须完成电话销售的最小数量。可以理解地,该名单分配指令是给坐席人员二次分配待处理客户名单的指令,此时,该实际完成名单量为基本处理客户名单。
坐席人员的实际完成名单量可通过电话销售系统进行自动统计,具体地,当坐席人员每基于一个客户信息完成电话销售时,可点击客户端的显示界面中的“销售完成”按钮,即可使客户端获取用户输入的销售完成指令,并将销售完成指令发送给服务器,无需安排专门的工作人员进行客户名单分配和统计,有利于节省人工成本。
S53:从所述有效客户名单中选取与所述待处理客户量数量一致的名单作为待处理客户清单,将所述待处理客户清单发送给所述电话销售系统。
步骤S53中,服务器会根据步骤S52中获取的待处理客户量,从有效客户名单中选取和待处理客户量数量一致的客户名单作为该用户ID对应的用户的待处理客户清单,并将该待处理客户清单发送给电话销售系统,以使用户ID对应的用户登录该电话销售系统时,可查看到该待处理客户清单,以依据该待处理客户清单中的客户信息进行电话销售。该待处理客户量是一个时间周期内该用户ID对应的坐席人员需进行电销销售的客户的数量, 该待处理客户量为正整数,如600;则服务器在接收到电话销售系统发送的名单分配指令后,需从有效客户名单中选取600条客户信息形成待处理客户清单,以发送给电话销售系统中该用户ID对应的坐席人员。
步骤S51-S53中,可根据电话销售系统的名单分配指令,给每一用户ID对应的坐席人员分配相对应的待处理名单清单,无需另行安排人员进行名单分配,分配方式简单快捷且合理有序,有利于提高电话销售系统内部坐席人员的工作效率。
应理解,上述实施例中各步骤的序号的大小并不意味着执行顺序的先后,各过程的执行顺序应以其功能和内在逻辑确定,而不应对本申请的实施过程构成任何限定。
实施例2
图4示出与实施例1中客户名单获取方法一一对应的客户名单获取装置的原理框图。如图4所示,该客户名单获取装置包括原始客户名单获取模块10、目标客户名单获取模块20、客户名单请求获取模块30、有效客户名单获取模块40和客户名单发送模块50。其中,原始客户名单获取模块10、目标客户名单获取模块20、客户名单请求获取模块30、有效客户名单获取模块40和客户名单发送模块50的实现功能与实施例中客户名单获取方法对应的步骤一一对应,为避免赘述,本实施例不一一详述。
原始客户名单获取模块10,用于获取获客系统采集的原始客户名单。
目标客户名单获取模块20,用于对原始客户名单进行去重预处理,获取目标客户名单。
客户名单请求获取模块30,用于接收电话销售系统发送的名单获取请求,名单获取请求包括至少一个名单清洗条件。
有效客户名单获取模块40,用于基于至少一个名单清洗条件对目标客户名单进行清洗,获取有效客户名单。
客户名单发送模块50,用于将有效客户名单发送给电话销售系统。
优选地,获客系统包括至少两个获客渠道。
目标客户名单获取模块20包括重复判断单元21和去重处理单元22。
重复判断单元21,用于判断至少两个获客渠道采集的原始客户名单是否重复。

图5是本申请一实施例提供的终端设备的示意图。如图5所示,该实施例的终端设备60包括:处理器61、存储器62以及存储在存储器62中并可在处理器61上运行的计算机可读指令63,例如图1所示的步骤S10至S50。或者,处理器61执行计算机可读指令63时实现上述各装置实施例中各模块/单元的功能,例如图4所示原始客户名单获取模块10、目标客户名单获取模块20、客户名单请求获取模块30、有效客户名单获取模块40和客户名单发送模块50的功能。
示例性的,计算机可读指令63可以被分割成一个或多个模块/单元,一个或者多个模块/单元被存储在存储器62中,并由处理器61执行,以完成本申请。一个或多个模块/单元可以是能够完成特定功能的一系列计算机可读指令63的指令段,该指令段用于描述计算机可读指令63在终端设备60中的执行过程。

  1. 一种客户名单获取方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取获客系统采集的原始客户名单;
    对所述原始客户名单进行去重预处理,获取目标客户名单;
    接收电话销售系统发送的名单获取请求,所述名单获取请求包括至少一个名单清洗条件;
    基于至少一个名单清洗条件对所述目标客户名单进行清洗,获取有效客户名单;
    将所述有效客户名单发送给所述电话销售系统。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的客户名单获取方法,其特征在于,所述获客系统包括至少两个获客渠道;
    所述对所述原始客户名单进行去重预处理,获取目标客户名单,包括:
    判断至少两个所述获客渠道采集的所述原始客户名单是否重复;
    若所述原始客户名单存在重复,则对重复的所述原始客户名单进行去重处理,得到所述目标客户名单。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的客户名单获取方法,其特征在于,所述名单清洗条件包括客户属性清洗条件、媒体来源清洗条件、业务配置清洗条件和去重清洗条件中的至少一个;
    所述客户属性清洗条件包括年龄、性别、居住地、收入、职业和联系地址中的至少一个;
    所述媒体来源清洗条件包括目标来源ID和/或清洗来源ID;
    所述业务配置清洗条件包括符合网络销售条件的清洗条件,所述业务配置清洗条件包括年龄、性别、居住地、收入、职业、联系地址和网络在线时间中的至少一个;
    所述去重清洗条件包括所述电话销售系统的已有客户名单。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的客户名单获取方法,其特征在于,所述基于至少一个名单清洗条件对所述目标客户名单进行清洗,获取有效客户名单,包括:
    基于所述客户属性清洗条件,从所述目标客户名单中获取与所述客户属性清洗条件相匹配的名单,作为所述有效客户名单;或者,
    基于所述媒体来源清洗条件,从所述目标客户名单中获取与所述媒体来源清洗条件相匹配的名单,作为所述有效客户名单;或者,
    基于所述业务配置清洗条件,从所述目标客户名单中获取与所述业务配置清洗条件相 匹配的名单,作为所述有效客户名单;或者,
    基于所述去重清洗条件,从所述目标客户名单中获取与所述去重清洗条件相匹配的名单,作为所述有效客户名单。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的客户名单获取方法,其特征在于,所述将所述有效客户名单发送给所述电话销售系统,包括:
    获取所述电话销售系统中的名单分配指令,所述名单分配指令包括电话销售系统的用户ID;
    基于所述名单分配指令,获取分配给所述用户ID对应的用户的待处理客户量;
    从所述有效客户名单中选取与所述待处理客户量数量一致的名单作为待处理客户清单,将所述待处理客户清单发送给所述电话销售系统。
  6. 一种客户名单获取装置,其特征在于,包括:
    原始客户名单获取模块,用于获取获客系统采集的原始客户名单;
    目标客户名单获取模块,用于对所述原始客户名单进行去重预处理,获取目标客户名单;
    客户名单请求获取模块,用于接收电话销售系统发送的名单获取请求,所述名单获取请求包括至少一个名单清洗条件;
    有效客户名单获取模块,用于基于至少一个名单清洗条件对所述目标客户名单进行清洗,获取有效客户名单;
    客户名单发送模块,用于将所述有效客户名单发送给所述电话销售系统。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的客户名单获取装置,其特征在于,所述名单清洗条件包括客户属性清洗条件、媒体来源清洗条件、业务配置清洗条件和去重清洗条件中的至少一个;

    第一清洗处理单元,用于基于所述客户属性清洗条件,从所述目标客户名单中获取与 所述客户属性清洗条件相匹配的名单,作为所述有效客户名单;
    第二清洗处理单元,用于基于所述媒体来源清洗条件,从所述目标客户名单中获取与所述媒体来源清洗条件相匹配的名单,作为所述有效客户名单;
    第三清洗处理单元,用于基于所述业务配置清洗条件,从所述目标客户名单中获取与所述业务配置清洗条件相匹配的名单,作为所述有效客户名单;
    第四清洗处理单元,用于基于所述去重清洗条件,从所述目标客户名单中获取与所述去重清洗条件相匹配的名单,作为所述有效客户名单。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的客户名单获取装置,其特征在于,所述获客系统包括至少两个获客渠道;
    所述目标客户名单获取模块包括:
    重复判断单元,用于判断至少两个所述获客渠道采集的所述原始客户名单是否重复;
    去重处理单元,用于所述原始客户名单存在重复时,对重复的所述原始客户名单进行去重处理,得到所述目标客户名单。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的客户名单获取装置,其特征在于,所述客户名单发送模块,包括:
    名单分配指令获取单元,用于获取所述电话销售系统中的名单分配指令,所述名单分配指令包括电话销售系统的用户ID;
    待处理客户量获取单元,用于基于所述名单分配指令,获取分配给所述用户ID对应的用户的待处理客户量;
    客户清单发送单元,用于从所述有效客户名单中选取与所述待处理客户量数量一致的名单作为待处理客户清单,将所述待处理客户清单发送给所述电话销售系统。
  11. 一种终端设备,包括存储器、处理器以及存储在所述存储器中并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机可读指令,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现如下步骤:
    获取获客系统采集的原始客户名单;
    对所述原始客户名单进行去重预处理,获取目标客户名单;
    接收电话销售系统发送的名单获取请求,所述名单获取请求包括至少一个名单清洗条件;
    基于至少一个名单清洗条件对所述目标客户名单进行清洗,获取有效客户名单;
    将所述有效客户名单发送给所述电话销售系统。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述获客系统包括至少两个获客渠道;
    所述对所述原始客户名单进行去重预处理,获取目标客户名单,包括:
    判断至少两个所述获客渠道采集的所述原始客户名单是否重复;
    若所述原始客户名单存在重复,则对重复的所述原始客户名单进行去重处理,得到所述目标客户名单。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述名单清洗条件包括客户属性清洗条件、媒体来源清洗条件、业务配置清洗条件和去重清洗条件中的至少一个;

    基于所述媒体来源清洗条件,从所述目标客户名单中获取与所述媒体来源清洗条件相匹配的名单,作为所述有效客户名单;或者,
    基于所述业务配置清洗条件,从所述目标客户名单中获取与所述业务配置清洗条件相匹配的名单,作为所述有效客户名单;或者,
    基于所述去重清洗条件,从所述目标客户名单中获取与所述去重清洗条件相匹配的名单,作为所述有效客户名单。
  15. 如权利要求11所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述将所述有效客户名单发送给所述电话销售系统,包括:
    获取所述电话销售系统中的名单分配指令,所述名单分配指令包括电话销售系统的用户ID;
    基于所述名单分配指令,获取分配给所述用户ID对应的用户的待处理客户量;
    从所述有效客户名单中选取与所述待处理客户量数量一致的名单作为待处理客户清 单,将所述待处理客户清单发送给所述电话销售系统。
  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机可读指令,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
    获取获客系统采集的原始客户名单;
    对所述原始客户名单进行去重预处理,获取目标客户名单;
    接收电话销售系统发送的名单获取请求,所述名单获取请求包括至少一个名单清洗条件;
    基于至少一个名单清洗条件对所述目标客户名单进行清洗,获取有效客户名单;
    将所述有效客户名单发送给所述电话销售系统。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述获客系统包括至少两个获客渠道;
    所述对所述原始客户名单进行去重预处理,获取目标客户名单,包括:
