本发明涉及一种发光二极管(LED)灯具用光扩散聚碳酸酯(PC)灯管及其制造方法。
背景技术
在LED照明逐渐被市场接受的过程中,关于灯罩的问题一直都困扰着灯具生产厂商。既要有高的透光率做前提,同时又要做到具有相当的光扩散率和良好的光源隐蔽性。最初所采用玻璃用来生产灯罩,玻璃的问题是易碎,而且光的扩散效果也不是很好,很难达到照明要求随即使用。后来逐渐的发展到用树脂来代替玻璃,如果单单只用透明树脂来做灯罩,虽然透光率很高,基本都能达到90%以上,但光的散射效果不够理想,光源隐蔽性能差。白板树脂,其存在着透光率过低,严重影响了LED灯的照明。
PC灯罩是用PC(聚碳酸酯)为原料做成的灯泡、LED灯具、LED日光灯、车灯及灯具外壳系列的灯罩。
其中,PC灯管即为其中一重要类别。PC灯管是光线通过以PC基材的扩散层,遇到与其折射率相异的介质(扩散粒子)时,会发生多角度、多方向的折射、反射与散射的现象,从而达到光扩散效果,为显示照明组件提供一均匀面光源。
对于PC灯罩,目前国内主要存在如下专利文献:
授权公告号:CN204943336U,公开了一种PC灯罩,包括本体,所述本体上设有导槽,本体安装有螺杆,所述螺杆的右端设有异形板,所述异形板上安装有荧光板,本体的中部安装有螺纹柱,所述螺纹柱的右端设有灯座,螺纹柱的左端设有限位板,所述限位板的右端设有凸块,螺纹柱和螺杆上均安装有压紧螺母。本实用新型通过设置带有异形板的螺杆有助于调节荧光板的位置,通过设置带有凸块的限位板有助于本体的固定和安装,通过设置带有灯座的螺纹柱有助于调节灯座的位置,还有助于本体的固定,且结构简单,操作方便,经济实用。然而该专利主要着重于PC灯罩的结构,对于其本身性能的改进没有提及。
而对于LED灯具用灯罩(PC灯管)的制造方法,目前国内主要存在如下专利文献:专利公开号:CN104788869A,公开了一种灯罩材料,按质量份数计,由以下原料组成:PMMA100份,有机硅材料4~6份,甲基丙烯酰氧基硅烷1~2份,聚乙二醇0.5~1份,有机硅光扩散剂0.4~0.8份,羧甲基纤维素1~1.5份,纳米负离子粉1~2份,纳米氧化钇0.5~1.5份,聚四氟乙烯超细粉2~5份,抗氧剂0.5~1.5份,光稳定剂0.5~1.5份;还涉 及该灯罩材料的制备方法。该灯罩材料,光透性好,光线柔和,并且该灯罩材料的热膨胀系数与LED芯片相匹配,使得LED灯在正常工作中不会因为温度的变化而使晶片弯曲,从而使得LED灯在使用过程中整体结构稳固,延长使用寿命,另外该灯罩材料具有空气净化作用,并且该灯罩材料的制备方法简单,能保证制备的灯罩材料的分散性能明显改善,透光率和雾度明显提升,力学性能和表面硬度有明显改善。然而该专利提供的灯罩材料所制成的灯罩耐温性能不高,导致适用范围不广泛。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种LED灯具用光扩散PC灯管及其制造方法,所述光扩散PC灯管通过在PC树脂中添加光扩散剂,光扩散剂呈球形,均匀分散在PC树脂中,形成海岛结构,由于PC树脂和光扩散剂的折光指数不同,光线在光扩散剂表面类似镜面反射,经过多次反射,达到光扩散效果。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:

同时,本发明还提供一种LED灯具用光扩散PC灯管的制造方法,具体制备步骤如下:将聚碳酸酯及光扩散剂倒入分散釜内,以800~1000转/min的速度进行剪切分散10~15min,加入抗氧化剂、乳化剂、抗静电剂、热稳定剂及交联剂,送入双螺杆挤出机中熔 融共混10~40min,第一次挤出温度为100~150℃,第二次挤出温度为160~200℃,螺杆转速为150~300rpm,挤出压力为50~100bar,挤出后的物料注塑成型,得到形状为中空管体的LED灯具用光扩散PC灯管。
本发明的有益效果在于:
所述光扩散PC灯管,其扩散率可达到99%,分散均匀无晶点,透光率可达86-93%,扩散率高达97-99%,亮度是传统灯罩的2倍以上,在广告灯箱行业广泛使用。在保证高透光率的前提下,又增加了产品的光扩散率和雾度,提升了灯管的自清洁、隔热及抗静电性能,通过扩散灯管的作用,使整个表面形成了一个均匀的发光面而不形成暗区,在画面上形成残留影像,使画面更逼真,达到通体晶莹剔透的视觉效果。而普通级乳白PC灯管透光率只有20%,普通级乳白PC灯管仅可以被光线穿透,但起不到均匀散光的作用,而光扩散PC灯管能充分散射LED光源。具有优良的抗冲击性能,是亚克力板材的20~30倍,安装、运输过程中不易损坏。灯管比重是1.2,重量仅为普通玻璃的1/2,所以既能便于施工,同时也降低了运输费用。提升了灯管的自清洁、杀菌、散热及耐磨性能,阻燃级别可达到V-0级,安全性能更高。耐温性为-40~120℃,不会由于灯源的长期照射而变形生产成本低,对环境无污染,提升经济效益。
具体实施方式
对比例
准确称量50份聚碳酸酯倒入分散釜内,以800~1000转/min的速度进行剪切分散10~15min,加入2份烷基苯基萘胺、4份十二烷基磺酸钠、3份乙氧化胺、2份二乙醇胺、2份硬脂酸钙、2份甲醛,送入双螺杆挤出机中熔融共混10~40min,第一次挤出温度为100~150℃,第二次挤出温度为160~200℃,螺杆转速为150~300rpm,挤出压力为50~100bar,挤出后的物料注塑成型,得到形状为中空管体的LED灯具用光扩散PC灯管。经过测试,该样品扩散率72%,透光率为95%,抗冲击强度为544.17J/m,比重为1.2,阻燃性能(UL-94)为V-0,耐温范围为-32~106℃。
实施例1
准确称量45份聚碳酸酯和15份亚克力型光扩散剂倒入分散釜内,以800~1000转/min的速度进行剪切分散10~15min,加入2份烷基苯基萘胺、4份十二烷基磺酸钠、3份乙氧化胺、2份二乙醇胺、2份硬脂酸钙、2份甲醛,送入双螺杆挤出机中熔融共混10~40min,第一次挤出温度为100~150℃,第二次挤出温度为160~200℃,螺杆转速为150~300rpm,挤出压力为50~100bar,挤出后的物料注塑成型,得到形状为中空管体的LED灯具用光扩散PC灯 管。经过测试,该样品扩散率97%,透光率为93%,抗冲击强度为752.235J/m,比重为1.2,阻燃性能(UL-94)为V-0,耐温范围为-40~120℃。
实施例2
准确称量40份聚碳酸酯和18份苯乙烯型光扩散剂倒入分散釜内,以800~1000转/min的速度进行剪切分散10~15min,加入2份烷基苯基萘胺、3份烷基二苯胺、3份十二烷基苯磺酸钠、3份乙氧化胺、3份三氧化二铝、3份N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺,送入双螺杆挤出机中熔融共混10~40min,第一次挤出温度为100~150℃,第二次挤出温度为160~200℃,螺杆转速为150~300rpm,挤出压力为50~100bar,挤出后的物料注塑成型,得到形状为中空管体的LED灯具用光扩散PC灯管。经过测试,扩散率99%,该样品透光率为90%,抗冲击强度为597.52J/m,比重为1.1,阻燃性能(UL-94)为V-0,耐温范围为-35~120℃。
实施例3
准确称量43份聚碳酸酯和13份有机硅光扩散剂倒入分散釜内,以800~1000转/min的速度进行剪切分散10~15min,加入1份烷基化苯酚、3份十二烷基苯磺酸钠、2份十二烷基硫酸钠、2份乙氧化胺、2份二乙醇胺、1份二氧化钛、2份N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺、2份N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺,送入双螺杆挤出机中熔融共混10~40min,第一次挤出温度为100~150℃,第二次挤出温度为160~200℃,螺杆转速为150~300rpm,挤出压力为50~100bar,挤出后的物料注塑成型,得到形状为中空管体的LED灯具用光扩散PC灯管。经过测试,该样品扩散率99%,透光率为86%,抗冲击强度为512.16J/m,比重为1.2,阻燃性能(UL-94)为V-0,耐温范围为-30~110℃。
实施例4
准确称量48份聚碳酸酯和10份亚克力型光扩散剂、5份苯乙烯型光扩散剂、5份有机硅光扩散剂倒入分散釜内,以800~1000转/min的速度进行剪切分散10~15min,加入1份烷基苯基萘胺、2份烷基二苯胺、2份十二烷基硫酸钠、2份二乙醇胺、3份氧化镁、2份氧化锌、1份N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺,送入双螺杆挤出机中熔融共混10~40min,第一次挤出温度为100~150℃,第二次挤出温度为160~200℃,螺杆转速为150~300rpm,挤出压力为50~100bar,挤出后的物料注塑成型,得到形状为中空管体的LED灯具用光扩散PC灯管。经过测试,该样品扩散率99%,透光率为88%,抗冲击强度为656.205J/m,比重为1.2,阻燃性能(UL-94)为V-0,耐温范围为-37~118℃。
实施例5
准确称量50份聚碳酸酯和5份亚克力型光扩散剂、5份苯乙烯型光扩散剂倒入分散釜内, 以800~1000转/min的速度进行剪切分散10~15min,加入2份烷基苯基萘胺、2份烷基二苯胺、1份十二烷基苯磺酸钠、1份乙氧化胺、2份硬脂酸钙、1份三氧化二铝、1份氧化镁、1份甲醛、2份N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺、2份N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺,送入双螺杆挤出机中熔融共混10~40min,第一次挤出温度为100~150℃,第二次挤出温度为160~200℃,螺杆转速为150~300rpm,挤出压力为50~100bar,挤出后的物料注塑成型,得到形状为中空管体的LED灯具用光扩散PC灯管。经过测试,该样品扩散率98%,透光率为92%,抗冲击强度为720.225J/m,比重为1.1,阻燃性能(UL-94)为V-0,耐温范围为-35~115℃。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种发光二极管灯具用光扩散聚碳酸酯灯管,其特征在于,所述光扩散PC灯管包括如下重量份的成分:聚碳酸酯:40~50份,光扩散剂:10~20份,抗氧化剂:1~5份,乳化剂:1~5份,抗静电剂:1~5份,热稳定剂:1~5份,交联剂:1~5份,所述光扩散剂形状为球形,直径为0.1~0.5μm,呈海岛结构分散排布。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种发光二极管灯具用光扩散聚碳酸酯灯管,其特征在于,所述光扩散PC灯管包括如下重量份的成分:聚碳酸酯:45~50份,光扩散剂:10~15份,抗氧化剂:1~3份,乳化剂:3~5份,抗静电剂:2~5份,热稳定剂:1~4份,交联剂:2~5份。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种发光二极管灯具用光扩散聚碳酸酯灯管,其特征在于,所述光扩散PC灯管包括如下重量份的成分:聚碳酸酯:45份,光扩散剂:15份,抗氧化剂:2份,乳化剂:4份,抗静电剂:3份,热稳定剂:2份,交联剂:2份。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种发光二极管灯具用光扩散聚碳酸酯灯管,其特征在于,所述光扩散剂为亚克力型光扩散剂、苯乙烯型光扩散剂或有机硅光扩散剂。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种发光二极管灯具用光扩散聚碳酸酯灯管,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂选为烷基苯基萘胺、烷基二苯胺或烷基化苯酚。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种发光二极管灯具用光扩散聚碳酸酯灯管,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为十二烷基磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠或十二烷基硫酸钠。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种发光二极管灯具用光扩散聚碳酸酯灯管,其特征在于,所述抗静电剂为乙氧化胺或二乙醇胺。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种发光二极管灯具用光扩散聚碳酸酯灯管,其特征在于,所述热稳定剂为硬脂酸钙、三氧化二铝、二氧化钛、氧化镁或氧化锌。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种发光二极管灯具用光扩散聚碳酸酯灯管,其特征在于,所述交联剂为甲醛、N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺或N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种发光二极管灯具用光扩散聚碳酸酯灯管,其特征在于:具体制备具体步骤如下:将聚碳酸酯及光扩散剂倒入分散釜内,以800~1000转/min的速度进行剪切分散10~15min,加入抗氧化剂、乳化剂、抗静电剂、热稳定剂及交联剂,送入双螺杆挤出机中熔融共混10~40min,第一次挤出温度为100~150℃,第二次挤出温度为160~200℃,螺杆转速为150~300rpm,挤出压力为50~100bar,挤出后的物料注塑成型,得到形状为中空管体的发光二极管灯具用光扩散聚碳酸酯灯管。
