Abstract

公开了一种集光高透过率、高雾度及高韧性于一体的光扩散板,以光纤级GPPS(透明、蓝底聚苯乙烯)为主材,玻璃微珠作为硅扩散剂,创新加入高雾增韧剂SCBS。在目前已有的具有集光、光扩散及光反射功能的扩散板基础上,对产品配方进行改进及添加,在原料中添加扩散剂、光稳定剂以及高雾增韧剂等助剂,从而使光在产品中发生了折射、反射、扩散等功效的同时,不但具有很高的光扩散性以及出射光均匀性,而且光源利用率高,产品抗折弯、遮蔽性好,产品穿透率达到93%±5%,雾度达到99%±1%。

Description

一种集光高透过率、高雾度及高韧性于一体的光扩散板 技术领域
本发明属于光电材料领域,具体涉及一种集光高透过率、高雾度及高韧性于一体的光扩散板。
背景技术
扩散板目前已广泛应用在液晶显示、LED照明以及成像等系统中,使入射光充分散射,实现更柔和、均匀的照射效果。扩散板是在生产实心板的时候,在原料中添加扩散剂而成的。扩散剂能均匀分布在板材内,使光线经过板材时,碰到扩散剂颗粒时发生折射,反射,散射的效果,从而使光线可以均匀的透过板材但又不会露出光源,达到从点光源向面光源的变化。适用于直下式LED电视机背光模组、手机模组、LED照明,具有高辉度、高扩散性,提高背光源的发光分布均匀的扩散效果。
对于扩散板的研究较多,CN200680055637和专利CN101684922A公开了一种光扩散板的制造方法,专利公开了无机扩散剂,如碳酸钙、二氧化硅、硅氧烷、硫化锌、氧化钛、磷酸钛、钛酸镁、云母、玻璃填料、硫酸钡、粘土、滑石;硅橡胶类弹性体、聚甲基硅氧烷烷等和有机物如丙烯酸、苯乙烯、聚酯型、聚烯烃型、脲烷型、尼龙型、甲基丙烯酸苯乙烯型、氟型、降冰板烯型等作为扩散剂的方案。专利中提到的无机粒子如二氧化硅,已经是市场上一种常用的光扩散剂,这些无机粒子加入到树脂中虽然可以增加树脂的雾度,但是会大幅度降低透光率,一般地,加入这种无机粒子的扩散板的透光率(1.2mm聚碳酸酯PC)不会大于70%。专利中提到的有机类光扩散剂可以降低光透过扩散板时的损失,但是也不能彻底避免光线的损失,在雾度合适的情况下,添加有机光扩散剂获得的光扩散板的透光率一般不大于80%(1.2mm聚碳酸酯PC)。
随着TV市场人们的需求,现在的背光模组的厚度越来越薄,光源利用率要求越来越高,在不影响辉度的同时对扩散板雾度、韧性的要求也越来越高;目前国内外市场上生产的扩散板越来越无法满足终端市场需求。
因此,进一步增加光源的透过率、减少光源损耗、改善背光模组的出光均匀度,提高整个模组的亮度,在光扩散板上实现集高辉度、高雾度及高韧性等功能于一体成为目前扩散板行业的研究重点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种集光高透过率、高雾度及高韧性于一体的光扩散板,不但具有很高的光扩散性以及出射光均匀性,而且光源利用率高,产品抗折弯、遮蔽性好,同时能提高产品抗黄变效果和使用寿命。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种集光高透过率、高雾度及高韧性于一体的光扩散板,由以下质量分数的组分组成:
材料成分:
光纤级GPPS为主材(透明、蓝底聚苯乙烯)91ˉ98%
玻璃微珠(硅扩散剂)0.3ˉ2%
耐老化改进剂:

塑胶相容剂:
XOTS 7083T  塑胶分子容合剂  0.3ˉ5%
高雾增韧剂:
SCBS      1-3%
其中:所述的光纤级GPPS为透明、蓝底聚苯乙烯;所述的玻璃微珠为纳米有机硅微珠;所述的纳米有机硅微珠的大小为¢0.001μm;所述的高雾增韧剂SCBS为高韧性、高密度的玻璃微珠,其大小为¢0.0008μm。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点及有益效果:
1、该发明在公司目前已有的具有集光、光扩散及光反射功能的扩散板基础上,对产品配方进行改进及添加,不但具有很高的光扩散性以及出射光均匀性,而且光源利用率高,产品抗折弯、遮蔽性好,可使背光显示设备在保证高性能的基础上轻薄化,使之TV行业在降能降耗方面不再需要进口国外扩散板进行生产,实现生产本土化;
2、在原料中添加扩散剂、光稳定剂以及高雾增韧剂等助剂,从而使光在产品中发生了折射、反射、扩散等功效,产品穿透率达到93%±5%,雾度达到99% ±1%,光扩散均匀性达到85%±5%;
3、加入适当的抗氧化剂等耐老化改进剂,延长了产品的使用寿命:由原来的五年微黄,到目前的七年微黄,提高产品抗黄变效果和使用寿命。

    材料成分:
    光纤级GPPS(透明、蓝底聚苯乙烯)为主材   91-98%
    玻璃微珠          0.3-2%
    耐老化改进剂:
    1010抗氧化剂      0.1-0.2%
    LD770光稳定剂     0.1-0.5%
    UV327光稳定剂    0.1-0.5%
    LD622光稳定剂  0.1-0.2%
    塑胶相容剂:
    XOTS 7083T   塑胶分子容合剂  0.3-5%
    高雾增韧剂:
    SCBS      1-3%。
