이하에서는 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예를 상세하게 설명하기로 한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 창업 지원 시스템 구성도로서, 본 발명은 창업 지원 서버에서 창업지원 서비스를 제공하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
도 1을 참조하면, 본 발명의 창업 지원 시스템은 창업 지원 서버(100)와 창업자 단말(200)로 구성된다.
창업 지원 서버(100)는 다수의 업종별 연관 정보를 업종 분류표 형태로 데이터베이스화하며, 데이터베이스는 서버 내 또는 외부에 구축될 수 있다.
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 업종 분류표 예시도로서, 업종 분류표에 표시된 정보는 예시일 뿐 여기에 한정되지는 않는다.
도 2를 참조하면 업종 분류표는 상위 업종코드, 상위 업종명, 하위 업종코드, 하위 업종명, 창업자 성향, 관련 프랜차이즈 정보 등을 포함할 수 있다.
이때, 창업자의 성향은 각 하위 업종별 투자 대비 수익성을 기초로 한 유형으로서, 고위험-고수익 업종, 중위험-중수익 업종 및 안정형-저수익 업종으로 분류될 수 있다.
아울러, 업종 분류표에는 각 하위 업종별 매출에 영향을 미치는 주요 요소 가 우선 순위별로 매칭되어 저장될 수 있다. 이때, 매출에 영향을 미치는 주요 요소는 가시성, 접근성, 유동성, 상권력, 배후수요, 서비스 품질력, 브랜드 파워성, 고객 응대 서비스, 인테리어, 청결성 정보를 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 업종 분류표에 저장되는 주요 요소는 예시적으로 1순위~ 3순위에 해당하는 요소일 수 있으며, 업종별 매출에 영향을 미치는 주요 요소는 해당 업종에 속하는 매장 중 미리 설정된 기준에 따라 상위매장으로 분류된 매장에서 수집된 정보를 기초로 결정될 수 있다.
여기서, 상위매장 분류 기준은 전체 매장 개수, 매출액, 종업원 수 등을 기준으로 할 수 있으며, 예를 들어 해당 업종에서 매장 개수가 가장 많은 상위 5개 브랜드 업체가 상위 매장으로 분류될 수 있다.
또한, 도면에는 예시되지 않았지만 업종 분류표에는 각 주요 요소에 대한 하위요소 정보가 매칭되어 저장되어 있다.
또한, 업종 분류표에는 해당 업종의 매장 운영에 관련된 정보가 저장될 수 있다. 이때, 매장운영 정보는 객단가, 회전수, 의자수를 포함할 수 있고, 해당 정보는 해당 업종의 평균값을 기초로 하여 산출될 수 있다. 즉, 해당 업종 평균 수준의 매장에서 판매되는 음식의 객단가, 평균 테이블 회전 수 및 해당 매장의 의자수 정보가 매장운영 정보로서 산출되어 창업자 단말(200)로 제공된다.
아울러, 창업 지원 서버(100)는 창업자 사업 성향에 대응되는 업종 유형마다 창업자의 창업 희망 선호도가 높은 업종들을 선별하여 저장할 수 있고, 이후 창업자의 사업 성향에 대응하여 업종 추천을 할 때 창업 희망 선호도가 높은 업종들을 우선적으로 추천할 수 있다.
또한, 창업 희망 선호도가 높은 업종은 사전 시장 조사를 통해 미리 결정될 수 있고, 바람직하게는 창업자의 자가 진단 과정에서 창업자가 희망하는 창업 업종 정보의 누적 데이터에 기초하여 창업 희망 선호도가 높은 업종을 갱신할 수 있다.
한편, 창업자 단말(200)은 PC, 태블릿 PC, 스마트폰 등 창업 지원 서비스 서버에서 제공하는 어플리케이션이 설치된 단말로서, 유무선 통신을 통해 창업 지원 서버(100)와 각종 데이터를 송수신 할 수 있는 모든 기기를 말한다.
이에, 창업자는 창업자 단말(200)을 통해 창업 지원 서버(100)에 접속하여 창업 컨설팅을 위한 정보 입력을 할 수 있고, 창업 컨설팅 관련 정보를 창업 지원 서버(100)로부터 제공받을 수 있다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 사용자 자가 진단 결과를 반영한 창업 지원 서비스 제공 방법을 순차적으로 나타낸 흐름도이고, 도 4 내지 도 6은 본 발명의 실시예에 따라 창업자 단말에 표시되는 어플리케이션 구동 화면들이다.
도 1 내지 도 6을 참조하면, 본 발명은 우선 상권 분석 서버(100)는 다수의 사업 업종을 수익성과 위험도에 따라 분류한 후 이를 창업자의 사업 성향과 연관시켜 저장한다(S100).
이때, 수익성과 위험도는 희망 매출액을 기초로 판단될 수 있고, 보다 바람직하게는 투자 금액 대비 희망 매출액 또는 기대수익 정보를 기초로 판단될 수 있다.
또한, 상권 분석 서버(100)는 창업자의 사업 성향 이외에 각 사업 업종별 매출에 영향을 미치는 주요 요소에 대한 우선 순위를 결정하여 데이터베이스화(S102)한다.
본 발명자는 다년간의 리테일 컨설팅 업무를 경험하면서 업종마다 매출에 영향을 미치는 주요 요소의 우선 순위가 각기 상이하다는 것을 알게 되었고, 여러 업종의 종사자의 의견과 관련 업체의 매장 환경정보를 분석한 결과를 바탕으로 각 업종별로 매출에 영향을 미치는 주요 요소에 대한 우선 순위를 산출하였다.
예를 들어, 대형 커피 업종의 경우 매출에 영향을 미치는 주요 요소가 가시성-접근성-유동성… 순으로 결정될 수 있다.
이때, 상권 분석 서버(100)는 각 업종별 매출에 영향을 미치는 주요 요소를 해당 업종에 속하는 매장 중 미리 설정된 기준에 따라 상위매장으로 분류된 매장에서 수집된 정보를 기초로 결정하였다. (상위매장을 기초로 결정한 이유는 무엇인지요 간략한 설명 부탁드립니다.)너무나 당연한 이유입니다. 프랜차이즈 본사 점포개발팀에서도 새로운 출점점포가 잘 되는 매장이려면 기존의 100개든 200개든 자기들 점포 중에서 상위매출 매장을 추려보면 매출상위를 차지하는 현장의 요소들이 녹아들어 있기 마련입니다. 마찬가지로 창업자들이 각기 원하는 또는 성향에 맞는 업종을 선택했을 때 당연히 잘되는 매장의 특징을 기존에 하려던 입지와 비교해 그런 요소가 많이 있는지 살펴야 함은 창업성패의 바로미터입니다.
또한, 도 2의 업종분류표에 표시되지는 않았으나 상권 분석 서버(100)는 매출에 영향을 미치는 주요 요소와 함께 주요 요소에 속하는 하위요소 정보를 함께 생성하여 저장한다.
이때, 주요 요소에 속하는 하위 요소는 예시적으로 가시성이 주요 요소일 경우, 하위 요소는 입지한 건물이 들어가 있지 않음, 1층이며 진입이 용이함, 입지한 건물이 교차로 대로변임 등과 같이 매장의 가시성에 영향을 주는 요소들에 해당된다.
다음으로, 상권 분석 서버(100)는 창업자 단말로 적어도 희망 수익정보 질의를 포함하는 설문 데이터를 전송한다(S104).
이때, 창업자는 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 창업자 단말(200) 화면에 표시된 희망 수익 정보 질의에 따라 희망 수익 정보를 선택하고, 창업 지원 서버(100)는 창업자가 선택한 희망 수익 금액 정보를 기초로 창업자의 사업 성향을 판단한다.
이때, 창업자가 희망하는 수익 정보는 화면에 제시된 희망 수익 금액 중 하나를 선택하는 것으로 예시하였으나, 창업자 단말(200)을 통하여 희망 수익 금액을 직접 입력하는 방식으로 변경이 가능하다.
또한, 설문 데이터에 포함된 질의 중 하나는 창업자가 희망하는 업종 및 해당 창업 업종에서 중요한 주요요소에 대한 우선순위를 선택하도록 하는 질의를 포함할 수 있다.
이어서, 창업 지원 서버(100)는 창업자 단말(200)로부터 수신된 응답 데이터에 기초하여 창업자의 사업 성향을 결정한다(S106).
이때, 창업자의 사업 성향은 고위험-고수익 업종, 중위험-중수익 업종 및 안정형-저수익 중 어느 하나로 결정될 수 있다.
예를 들어, 창업자가 선택한 희망 수익이 500~700만원 이라면 해당 창업자의 사업 성향이 중위험-중수익인 것으로 판단 할 수 있다.
다음으로, 창업 지원 서버(100)는 결정된 창업자의 사업 성향에 대응되는 추천 사업업종을 결정한다(S108).
이어서, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 창업 지원 서버(100)는 결정된 추천 사업업종 정보를 창업자 단말로 제공한다(S110).
이때, 추천 사업업종은 창업자의 사업 성향에 대응되는 업종분류에 속하는 업종 중에서 결정될 수 있다.
예시적으로, 창업자의 사업 성향이 중위험-중수익 형인 것으로 판단 될 경우 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 한식당 및 탕류, 피자치킨, 화장품 판매점을 추천 업종으로 결정하고, 이를 창업자 단말 화면에 표시할 수 있다.
이때, 업종 추천은 기 설정된 창업 희망 선호도가 높은 업종들 중에 선택적으로 추천할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 창업자의 사업 성향이 중위험-중수익 형인 경우, 기 설정된 중위험-중수익 업종 중 창업 희망 선호가 높은 업종들 중에서 추천 업종을 결정할 수 있다.
또한, 선호도가 높은 업종들 중에서도 창업자의 희망 창업 업종과 관련성이 있는 업종을 우선으로 추천할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 창업자의 희망 창업 업종이 도 2에 도시된 업종 분류표에서 고위험-고수익 형태의 세계 맥주(업종코드 : 520)일 경우 중위험-중수익 형태 업종으로서 유형은 다르지만 유사하게 주류를 취급하는 생맥주(업종코드 : 530) 업종을 추천할 수 있다.
이때, 창업 지원 서버(100)는 창업자 단말에 추천 사업 업종 정보 사업 성향에 대응되는 예상 매출액과 순수익 및 손익 분기점 그래프와 같은 각종 정보를 함께 제공할 수 있다.
다음으로, 창업 지원 서버(100)는 추천 사업업종에 있어 매출에 영향을 미치는 주요 요소 정보를 우선 순위별로 창업자 단말로 제공하는 단계(S112)를 더 포함할 수 있다.
이때, 추천 업종별 매출에 영향을 미치는 주요 요소는 해당 업종에 속하는 매장 중 미리 설정된 기준에 따라 상위매장으로 분류된 매장에서 수집된 정보에 기초할 수 있다.
예시적으로, 대형 커피가 추천 업종인 것으로 결정된 경우, 대형 커피의 매출에 영향을 미치는 우선 순위 요소가 가시성-접근성-유동성임을 사용자 단말에 전송하여 표시되도록 한다.
또한, 창업 지원 서버(100)는 추천 업종별 매출에 영향을 미치는 주요 요소 정보와 함께 주요 요소에 속하는 하위요소 정보 및 추천업종의 매장운영 정보를 함께 창업자 단말로 제공할 수 있다(S114).
이때, 매장운영 정보는 객단가, 회전수, 의자수를 포함하고, 해당 정보는 해당 업종의 평균값 데이터를 기초로 하여 산출될 수 있다.
한편, 자가진단 결과 희망 창업 업종이 창업자의 사업 성향과 불일치할 경우 희망 업종을 비추천하는 이유에 대한 정보가 함께 창업자단말로 제공하는 과정이 더 포함될 수 있다.
예시적으로, 창업자가 선택한 업종이 고위험-고수익 또는 안정형-저수익 형태의 업종을 선택한 경우, 창업자의 사업 성향 판단 결과 중위험-중수익 형태로 판단되면 창업자가 선택한 업종의 상업 성향 유형을 함께 제공함으로써 창업자가 본인의 성향과 맞지 않는 업종은 선택했음을 알 수 있도록 할 수 있다.
또한, 창업자가 희망하는 업종에서 매출에 영향을 미치는 주요 요소 중 우선 순위에 속하는 주요 요소 정보를 제공하여 희망 창업 업종의 주요 요소를 인식할 수 있도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
이와 같이 본 발명은 창업자가 자가 진단을 통하여 창업 성향을 결정하고, 결정된 창업 성향에 대응되는 업종을 추천함과 동시에 해당 추천 업종에서 매출에 영향을 미치는 주요 요소 정보 등을 사용자에게 제공함으로써 성공적인 창업을 유도할 수 있다.
비록 본 발명이 상기 언급된 바람직한 실시예와 관련하여 설명되어졌지만, 발명의 요지와 범위로부터 벗어남이 없이 다양한 수정이나 변형을 하는 것이 가능하다. 따라서 첨부된 특허청구의 범위는 본 발명의 요지에서 속하는 이러한 수정이나 변형을 포함할 것이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 창업 지원 서버에서 창업지원 서비스를 제공하는 방법에 있어서,
    다수의 사업 업종을 수익성과 위험도에 따라 분류한 후 이를 창업자의 사업 성향과 연관시켜 저장하고, 매출에 영향을 미치는 주요 요소 및 각 주요 요소에 대한 하위요소 정보를 생성하며, 각 사업 업종별로 주요 요소에 대한 우선순위를 결정하여 데이터베이스화하는 단계;
    창업자 단말로 적어도 희망 수익정보 질의를 포함하는 설문 데이터를 전송하는 단계;
    상기 창업자 단말로부터 수신된 응답 데이터에 기초하여 창업자의 사업 성향을 결정하는 단계;
    상기 결정된 창업자의 사업 성향에 대응되는 추천 사업업종을 결정하고, 결정된 추천 사업업종 정보를 상기 창업자 단말로 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 창업자 자가 진단 결과를 반영한 창업 지원 서비스 제공방법.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 창업자의 사업 업종은 고위험-고수익 업종, 중위험-중수익 업종 및 안정형-저수익 업종으로 분류되고, 상기 추천 사업업종은 상기 창업자의 사업 성향에 대응되는 상기 업종분류에 속하는 업종 중에서 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 창업자 자가 진단 결과를 반영한 창업 지원 서비스 제공방법.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 추천 사업업종에 있어 매출에 영향을 미치는 주요 요소 정보를 우선 순위별로 상기 창업자 단말로 제공하는 단계가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 창업자 자가 진단 결과를 반영한 창업 지원 서비스 제공방법.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서,
    추천 업종별 매출에 영향을 미치는 주요 요소 정보는
    가시성, 접근성, 유동성, 상권력, 배후수요, 서비스 품질력, 브랜드 파워성, 고객 응대 서비스, 인테리어, 청결성 정보를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 창업자 자가 진단 결과를 반영한 창업 지원 서비스 제공방법.
  5. 제 3항에 있어서,
    상기 추천 업종별 매출에 영향을 미치는 주요 요소 정보와 함께 상기 주요 요소에 속하는 하위요소 정보 및 상기 추천업종의 매장운영 정보가 같이 상기 창업자 단말로 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 창업자 자가 진단 결과를 반영한 창업 지원 서비스 제공방법.
  6. 제 5항에 있어서,
    상기 각 추천 업종별 매출에 영향을 미치는 주요 요소는 해당 업종에 속하는 매장 중 미리 설정된 기준에 따라 상위매장으로 분류된 매장에서 수집된 정보를 기초로 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 창업자 자가 진단 결과를 반영한 창업 지원 서비스 제공 방법.
  7. 제 5항에 있어서,
    상기 매장운영 정보는 객단가, 회전수, 의자수를 포함하고, 해당 정보는 해당 업종의 평균값 데이터를 기초로 하여 산출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 창업자 자가 진단 결과를 반영한 창업 지원 서비스 제공 방법.
  8. 제 3항에 있어서,
    상기 설문 데이터에는 희망 창업 업종 및 해당 창업 업종에서 중요한 주요 요소에 대한 질의를 포함하고,
    자가진단 결과 희망 창업 업종이 창업자의 사업 성향과 불일치할 경우 희망 업종을 비추천하는 이유에 대한 정보가 함께 상기 창업자단말로 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 창업자 자가 진단 결과를 반영한 창업 지원 서비스 제공 방법.
  9. 제 3항에 있어서,상기 창업 지원 서버는 창업자 사업 성향에 대응되는 업종 유형마다 창업자의 창업 희망 선호도가 높은 업종들을 선별하여 저장하고,
    상기 창업자의 사업 성향에 대응하여 업종 추천을 할 때 창업 희망 선호도가 높은 업종들을 우선적으로 추천하는 것을 특징으로 하는 창업자 자가 진단 결과를 반영한 창업 지원 서비스 제공 방법.
  10. 제 9항에 있어서,
    상기 창업 희망 선호도가 높은 업종은 사전 시장 조사를 통해 미리 결정되고, 상기 설문 데이터에 포함된 창업자의 희망 창업 업종 정보의 누적 데이터에 기초하여 창업 희망 선호도가 높은 업종을 갱신할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 창업자 자가 진단 결과를 반영한 창업 지원 서비스 제공 방법.
  11. 제 9항 또는 제 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 추천 사업 업종 결정은 기설정된 선호도가 높은 업종들 중에서도 창업자의 희망 창업 업종과 관련성이 있는 업종을 우선으로 추천하는 것을 특징으로 하는 창업자 자가 진단 결과를 반영한 창업 지원 서비스 제공 방법.
