Description

一种可水平按压出液的便携泵 技术领域
本发明涉及乳液泵领域,特指一种可水平按压出液的便携泵。
背景技术
目前市面上常见的乳液泵,类似瓶装洗头水上使用的抽液泵,可通过按压泵头输出瓶装内的乳液。但随着生活水平的提高,人们对个人卫生安全要求越来越高,已陆续普及地随身携带瓶装免水洗的洗手乳液,为了便携考虑,一般将洗手乳液设于便携泵内,现有技术的便携泵,如中国专利 CN2016210243998公开了一种水平挤压式机械泵,该泵包括储液的储液容器,储液容器上设置挂环,在储液容器上设置泵体,用户使用时通过挂环装置悬挂于皮带或衣裤口袋上,以便随身携带。为了让用户可单手操作,泵头设置于储液容器的侧面,让用户可单手操作按压泵头,从储液容器中抽液,让洗手乳液从储液容器侧面的泵头挤出,进行洗手洁净操作。
对于上述的便携泵,由于泵头设于储液容器的侧面,泵头嵌套于储液容器中的抽液装置呈水平设置,在泵头被水平按压时,泵头嵌入储液容器内,让内部抽液装置将储液容器内的乳液从泵头复位时输出。在此过程中,水平设置的泵头连接抽液装置与储液容器之间容易存在缝隙,且由于泵头的出液口位于储液容器一侧,让乳液容易从缝隙中渗出,存在漏液风险,如若渗出乳液,将弄脏用户的随身衣物,影响卫生及使用安全。因此,现有技术的便携泵已不能满足现今乳液泵技术发展的需求,是目前各大生产厂家研究及改进的方向。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种可水平按压出液的便携泵,针对侧面设置泵头按压的出液结构,存在渗液漏液的缝隙问题作改进,重新设计泵头的按压出液结构,在确保密封性的前提下,有效地控制储液定量输出,提高出液效果,提升用户体验,让用户可方便地随身携带,安心使用。
为了达到上述目的给出,本发明的技术方案:
一种可水平按压出液的便携泵,包括储液容器,储液容器侧面设有泵头,所述储液容器内设有与泵头连接的抽液装置,所述抽液装置包括抽液腔、弹簧、活塞以及与泵头连接的出液管,所述抽液腔设有进液管及弹簧的固定端,所述出液管及进液管内各设有单向阀;所述活塞与出液管套接,并设有与出液管管口配合的通孔;所述弹簧一端固定于固定端,另一端与活塞连接,并在泵头的按压下,驱使活塞在抽液腔内水平位移;当活塞复位时, 储液容器的储液从进液管抽入抽液腔;当活塞被按压时,将抽液腔的储液挤进出液管抽出泵头。
本发明的一种可水平按压出液便携泵,与现有技术相比,针对侧面设置泵头按压出液结构作改进,在储液容器内设置抽液装置,抽液装置包括抽液腔、弹簧、活塞以及与泵头连接的出液管,所述抽液腔下侧设有连通储液容器的进液管,抽液腔内还设有弹簧的固定端;所述出液管及进液管内分别设有单向阀,且进液管的单向阀仅为向抽液腔内开启设置,而出液管的单向阀为只能向泵头方向开启设置;所述活塞与出液管套接,活塞底部设有与出液管管口配合的通孔;所述弹簧一端与固定端固定,另一端与活塞连接;当用户操作泵头,向储液容器内水平按压时,驱使活塞在抽液腔内水平位移,将抽液腔的储液挤进出液管抽出泵头;当活塞复位时,储液容器的储液从进液管抽入抽液腔,作下次出液储备,使得便携泵可定量输出储液。由于抽液腔内通过设置活塞与出液管的配合,活塞与抽液腔内壁紧密接触,在按压操作出液的过程中,能有效地起到密封的隔离作用,避免储液渗出,确保密封性能,让便携泵确保密封状态下,有效地控制储液定量输出,提高出液效果,提升用户体验,让用户可方便地随身携带,安心使用。
进一步的,还包括所述泵头的锁紧结构,所述泵头呈盖体状,所述锁紧结构为设于储液容器侧面与泵头盖接配合的锁紧座,所述锁紧座呈环形敞口设置的环口,环口内设有定位块;所述泵头底部设有与所述环口套接的凸环,所述凸环上设有缺口和限位凸沿;操作泵头旋转时,所述凸环在环口内轴向旋转,当所述缺口与定位块对位且嵌接配合,开锁泵头的按压运动;否则定位块与凸环相互抵触,限制泵头的按压操作。特别是对于此种贴近用户衣物的便携泵体,由于便携泵为侧面按压的水平抽液设计,对其密封性能更为重要,否则将导致用户衣物卫生问题。为了进一步加强出液结构的密封性能,对泵头与抽液装置的联动机构设置锁紧结构,通过设置锁紧座与盖体状的泵头盖接配合,泵头可在锁紧座上旋转,实现开关设置。用户可单手操作泵头旋转,当旋转一定角度,可优选设置为45度的配合结构,使泵头底部的凸环缺口与锁紧座的定位块对位时,呈开锁状态,所述定位块与缺口嵌接配合,开锁泵头按压运动,用户可按压泵头进行出液操作;否则,所述定位块将与凸环相互抵触,限制泵头的按压操作。
再进一步的,所述缺口的深度和定位块的高度相适配,并与所述活塞在抽液腔内的水平位移行程相配合。有利于锁紧结构与抽液装置之间的高度结合,当开锁泵头按压运动时,用户按压泵头的行程,与锁紧结构中的定位块嵌接于缺口的深度,以及抽液装置中活塞在抽液腔内的水平位移行程,从而有效地精确控制出液量,并进一步加强密封性能。
在上述基础上,所述凸环上还设有定位槽,所述限位凸沿一端连接缺口,另一端连接 定位槽;所述定位块随泵头旋转,沿着凸环表面抵触而滑行,至所述限位凸沿而止,并嵌入定位槽,使得泵头呈锁紧状态。让泵头回转到一定角度后,可与上述开锁状态配合优选设置为反转45度的配合结构,所述锁紧结构的定位块滑入定位槽,形成锁紧状态,使得泵头锁紧固定,从而避免漏液渗液的状况发生。
进一步对锁紧结构与抽液装置的配合结构作改进,所述泵头一侧设有出液嘴,所述出液嘴开口朝向泵头中部;当泵头处于开锁状态时,所述出液嘴位于泵头的上侧。对于侧面按压出液的便携泵,当用户对泵头进行旋转操作,将泵头上的出液嘴旋转到上侧时,开锁泵头的按压运动,用户可按压泵头,让储液从出液嘴的开口向下流出,使用储液。
在上述基础上,所述出液管包括嵌接于泵头底部的连接端,以及与活塞套接的导流管,所述连接端呈圆盘状,其上设有与导流管连通的出液通道,所述出液通道向外延伸,且与出液通道端部开口对位处的连接端边沿上还设有定位槽;所述泵头底部还设有内环,所述内环上设有与所述缺口对位的凸块;当泵头处于开锁状态时,所述连接端的定位槽与所述泵头内环上的凸块相互嵌接定位,使得泵头上的出液嘴与出液通道端部开口相互对位。本发明的便携泵为了进一步让锁紧结构与抽液装置的出液结构紧密配合,对出液管的结构作改进,包括连接端和导流管,连接端内设置出液通道,且出液通道一端连通导流管,另一端向外延伸,使得出液通道端部开口位于连接端的一侧。所述连接端边沿上还设有与出液通道端部开口对位的定位槽;相配合地,所述泵头底部还设有内环,所述内环上设有与所述缺口对位的凸块。当用户操作泵头旋转开锁时,所述连接端的定位槽与所述泵头内环上的凸块相互嵌接定位,使得泵头上的出液嘴与出液通道端部开口相互对位。在此状态下,进行泵头按压出液操作,储液从抽液腔通过活塞的通孔抽入导流管,再进入连接端上的出液通道,最后从出液嘴流出。由于出液通道此刻是垂直状态,出液后,余液将随出液通道回流到导液管中,有效地形成控制余液回流的结构,避免残留在出液嘴上的余液漏出,影响用户衣物卫生。
对所述抽液装置的结构作进一步改进,所述抽液腔侧壁还设有换气孔,所述换气孔位于抽液腔的下侧,且被所述活塞隔离设置,使得换气孔与抽液腔的储液空间相互隔离。为了让储液容器内气压流通,让抽液装置能正常抽出储液,需要在抽液腔内设置与外部气体交换的结构,因而在抽液腔侧壁设置换气孔,且被所述活塞隔离设置。当用户按压泵头时,活塞往抽液腔内水平位移,将抽液腔的储液空间内储液挤出;在此同时,位于活塞另一端的换气孔将外部空气与储液容器作空气交换,使得储液容器内部可通过抽液装置与外部气压流通,让便携泵能维持正常抽液操作。
进一步对便携泵的储液容器结构作改进,所述储液容器包括水平拼合的前盖和后盖, 所述前盖与后盖之间的拼接处设有密封圈,所述前盖侧面中部设有所述泵头。一方面,储液容器以水平拼合的前盖、后盖组成,让前、后盖可以分别加工生产,或以不同颜色组合,增加美观,且更有利于安装抽液装置及泵头部件,提高生产效率;另一方面,泵头设置与前盖侧面的中部位置,有利于让侧面按压泵头的施力分散,让储液容器受力均匀,确保便携泵的稳固度,延长使用寿命。
再进一步的,所述后盖内侧中部设有所述弹簧的固定端,所述固定端为水平套接所述弹簧的凸起,所述凸起外侧与抽液腔内壁之间形成凹环;当活塞被按压而逐渐拼合凸起时,抽液腔内的储液通过所述凹环回流集中,往所述活塞通孔挤出,抽入出液管内。针对此类侧面按压泵头出液的便携泵,由于整个抽液装置与泵头为水平设置于储液容器内,储液不是均匀分布在抽液装置周壁,不同于平常垂直设置的抽液泵,为了加强活塞的抽液效果,因而对所述弹簧固定端作改进,所述固定端为水平套接弹簧的凸起,凸起外侧与抽液腔内壁之间形成凹环,通过凹环、活塞以及抽液腔内壁围闭配合,形成储液的回流通道,当活塞被按压逐渐拼合凸起时,抽液腔内的储液通过所述凹环而回流集中,往活塞通孔挤出,抽入出液管内,从而有效地将储液集中输出,避免抽液腔的储液空间内残留余液,与下次新抽入储液空间的储液混合,影响输出的储液质量。
在上述基础上,所述后盖顶部还设有挂环,后盖上部设有加液孔,所述加液孔上设有孔塞。一方面,所述挂环有利于用户使用时将便携泵悬挂于皮带或衣裤口袋上,随身携带;另一方面,用户可以通过设置在后盖上部的加液孔添加储液,并通过孔塞封堵加液孔而使用。

具体实施方式
结合附图说明本发明的一种可水平按压出液的便携泵。
如图1所示,该便携泵包括储液容器1,储液容器1侧面设有泵头2,所述储液容器1内设有与泵头2连接的抽液装置。
如图1至2所示,所述储液容器1包括水平拼合的前盖11和后盖12,所述前盖11与后盖12之间的拼接处设有密封圈13。所述储液容器1由分别成形设置的前盖11与后盖12水平拼合形成,有利于分别加工生产,或制造成不同颜色的组合,增加美观;更有利于安装抽液装置及泵头1部件,提高生产效率;
所述前盖11侧面中部设有所述泵头2,特别对于此类侧面按压的泵头1设计,让施力分散,储液容器受力均匀,确保便携泵的稳固度,延长使用寿命。
所述后盖12顶部还设有挂环121,让用户使用时将便携泵悬挂于皮带或衣裤口袋上,随身携带。后盖12的上部设有加液孔122,所述加液孔122上设有孔塞123,用户可以通过加液孔122添加储液,并通过孔塞123封堵加液孔122而使用。
如图2至4所示,所述抽液装置包括抽液腔3、弹簧4、活塞5以及与泵头2连接的出液管6,所述抽液腔3设有进液管31及弹簧4的固定端124,所述出液管6及进液管31内分别设有第一单向阀71和第二单向阀72。
优选地,所述进液管31的第一单向阀71仅为向抽液腔3内开启设置;所述出液管6的第二单向阀72为只能向泵头2方向开启设置。
所述活塞5与出液管6套接,活塞5底部设有与出液管6管口配合的通孔51;所述弹簧4一端固定于固定端124,另一端与活塞5连接,并在泵头2的按压下,驱使活塞5在抽液腔3内水平位移。
当用户操作泵头2,向储液容器1内水平按压时,驱使活塞5在抽液腔3内水平位移,将抽液腔3的储液挤进出液管6抽出泵头2;当活塞5复位时,储液容器1的储液从进液管31抽入抽液腔3,作下次出液储备,让便携泵可实现定量输出储液。
为了进一步加强出液结构的密封性能,如图5至6所示,该便携泵还包括所述泵头2的锁紧结构,所述泵头2呈盖体状,所述锁紧结构为设于储液容器1侧面与泵头2盖接配合的锁紧座8,所述锁紧座8呈环形敞口设置的环口81,环口81内设有定位块82;所述泵头2底部设有与所述环口81套接的凸环21,所述凸环21上设有缺口211和限位凸沿212。
用户可单手操作泵头2在锁紧座8上旋转,实现开关设置。在泵头2的旋转操作中,所述凸环21在环口81内轴向旋转,当旋转一定角度,可优选设置为45度的配合结构,所述缺口211与定位块82对位时,呈开锁状态,所述定位块82与缺口211嵌接配合,开锁泵头2的按压运动;否则,定位块82与凸环21相互抵触,限制泵头2的按压操作。
优选地,所述缺口211的深度和定位块82的高度相适配,并与所述活塞5在抽液腔3内的水平位移行程相配合,以便整个锁紧结构与抽液装置之间的结合。当开锁泵头2按压运动时,用户按压泵头2的行程,与锁紧结构中的定位块82嵌接于缺口211的深度,以及抽液装置中活塞5在抽液腔3内的水平位移行程,三者相互配合,从而有效地精确控制出 液量,并进一步加强密封性能。
在上述基础上,如图6所示,所述凸环21上还设有定位槽213,所述限位凸沿213一端连接缺口211,另一端连接定位槽213;所述定位块82随泵头2旋转,沿着凸环21表面抵触而滑行至所述限位凸沿213而止,并嵌入定位槽213,使得泵头2呈锁紧状态。在实际操作中,用户操作泵头2回转到一定角度后,可与上述开锁状态配合优选设置为反转45度的配合结构,所述锁紧结构的定位块82滑入定位槽213,形成锁紧状态,使得泵头2锁紧固定,从而避免漏液渗液的状况发生。
对锁紧结构与抽液装置的配合结构作优化,如图5所示,所述泵头2一侧设有出液嘴22,所述出液嘴22开口221朝向泵头2中部;当泵头2处于开锁状态时,所述出液嘴22位于泵头2的上侧。特别是对于侧面按压出液的便携泵,当用户对泵头2进行旋转操作,将泵头2上的出液嘴22旋转到上侧时,开锁泵头2的按压运动,用户可按压泵头2,让储液从出液嘴22的开口221向下流出,使用储液。
在上述基础上,对所述出液管6结构作改进,如图4、6至7所示,所述出液管6包括嵌接于泵头2底部的连接端61,以及与活塞5套接的导流管62,所述连接端61呈圆盘状,其上设有与导流管62连通的出液通道611,所述出液通道611向外延伸,且与出液通道611端部开口对位处的连接端61边沿上设有定位槽612;所述泵头2底部还设有内环23,所述内环23上设有与所述缺口211对位的凸块231;当泵头2处于开锁状态时,所述连接端61的定位槽612与所述泵头2内环23上的凸块231相互嵌接定位,使得泵头2上的出液嘴22与出液通道611端部开口相互对位。
当用户操作泵头2旋转开锁时,所述连接端61的定位槽612与所述泵头2内环23上的凸块231相互嵌接定位,使得泵头2上的出液嘴22与出液通道611端部开口相互对位。在此状态下,进行泵头2按压出液操作,储液从抽液腔3通过活塞5的通孔51抽入导流管62,再进入连接端61上的出液通道611,最后从出液嘴22流出。由于出液通道611此刻是垂直状态,出液后,余液将随出液通道611回流到导液管62中,有效地形成控制余液回流的结构,避免残留在出液嘴22上的余液漏出,影响用户衣物卫生。
为了让储液容器1内气压流通,让抽液装置能正常抽出储液,需要在抽液腔3内设置与外部气体交换的结构,因而再对抽液装置结构作优化,如图2至4所示,所述抽液腔3侧壁设有换气孔32,所述换气孔32位于抽液腔3的下侧,且被所述活塞5隔离设置,使得换气孔32与抽液腔3的储液空间相互隔离。当用户按压泵头2时,活塞5往抽液腔3内水平位移,将抽液腔3的储液空间内储液挤出;在此同时,位于活塞5另一端的换气孔32将外部空气与储液容器1作空气交换,使得储液容器1内部可通过抽液装置与外部气压流通, 让便携泵能维持正常抽液操作。
再针对此类侧面按压泵头2出液的便携泵,由于整个抽液装置与泵头2为水平设置于储液容器1内,储液不是均匀分布在抽液装置周壁,不同于平常垂直设置的抽液泵,为了加强活塞5的抽液效果,对弹簧5的固定端124作优化。如图4所示,所述后盖12内侧中部设有所述弹簧5的固定端124,所述固定端124为水平套接所述弹簧5的凸起,所述凸起外侧与抽液腔3内壁之间形成凹环125;当活塞5被按压而逐渐拼合凸起时,抽液腔3内的储液通过所述凹环125而回流集中,往所述活塞5通孔挤出,抽入出液管6内。有效地利用所述凹环125、活塞5以及抽液腔3内壁围闭配合,形成储液的回流通道,从而有效地将储液集中输出,避免抽液腔3的储液空间内残留余液,与下次新抽入储液空间的储液混合,影响输出的储液质量。

  1. 一种可水平按压出液的便携泵,包括储液容器,储液容器侧面设有泵头,其特征在于,所述储液容器内设有与泵头连接的抽液装置,所述抽液装置包括抽液腔、弹簧、活塞以及与泵头连接的出液管,所述抽液腔设有进液管及弹簧的固定端,所述出液管及进液管内各设有单向阀;所述活塞与出液管套接,并设有与出液管管口配合的通孔;所述弹簧一端固定于固定端,另一端与活塞连接,并在泵头的按压下,驱使活塞在抽液腔内水平位移;当活塞复位时,储液容器的储液从进液管抽入抽液腔;当活塞被按压时,将抽液腔的储液挤进出液管抽出泵头。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的便携泵,其特征在于,还包括所述泵头的锁紧结构,所述泵头呈盖体状,所述锁紧结构为设于储液容器侧面与泵头盖接配合的锁紧座,所述锁紧座呈环形敞口设置的环口,环口内设有定位块;所述泵头底部设有与所述环口套接的凸环,所述凸环上设有缺口和限位凸沿;操作泵头旋转时,所述凸环在环口内轴向旋转,当所述缺口与定位块对位且嵌接配合,开锁泵头的按压运动;否则定位块与凸环相互抵触,限制泵头的按压操作。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的便携泵,其特征在于,所述缺口的深度和定位块的高度相适配,并与所述活塞在抽液腔内的水平位移行程相配合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的便携泵,其特征在于,所述凸环上还设有定位槽,所述限位凸沿一端连接缺口,另一端连接定位槽;所述定位块随泵头旋转,沿着凸环表面抵触而滑行,至所述限位凸沿而止,并嵌入定位槽,使得泵头呈锁紧状态。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的便携泵,其特征在于,所述泵头一侧设有出液嘴,所述出液嘴开口朝向泵头中部;当泵头处于开锁状态时,所述出液嘴位于泵头的上侧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的便携泵,其特征在于,所述出液管包括嵌接于泵头底部的连接端,以及与活塞套接的导流管,所述连接端呈圆盘状,其上设有与导流管连通的出液通道,所述出液通道向外延伸,且与出液通道端部开口对位处的连接端边沿上还设有定位槽;所述泵头底部还设有内环,所述内环上设有与所述缺口对位的凸块;当泵头处于开锁状态时,所述连接端的定位槽与所述泵头内环上的凸块相互嵌接定位,使得泵头上的出液嘴与出液通道端部开口相互对位。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的便携泵,其特征在于,所述抽液腔侧壁还设有换气孔,所述换气孔位于抽液腔的下侧,且被所述活塞隔离设置,使得换气孔与抽液腔的储液空间相互隔离。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的便携泵,其特征在于,所述储液容器包括水平拼合的前盖和后盖,所述前盖与后盖之间的拼接处设有密封圈,所述前盖侧面中部设有所述泵头。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的便携泵,其特征在于,所述后盖内侧中部设有所述弹簧的固定端,所述固定端为水平套接所述弹簧的凸起,所述凸起外侧与抽液腔内壁之间形成凹环; 当活塞被按压而逐渐拼合凸起时,抽液腔内的储液通过所述凹环回流集中,往所述活塞通孔挤出,抽入出液管内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的便携泵,其特征在于,所述后盖顶部还设有挂环,后盖上部设有加液孔,所述加液孔上设有孔塞。
