Description

一种电路板双轮油墨涂布机及其工作方法 技术领域
本发明涉及涂布技术领域,具体是一种电路板双轮油墨涂布机的工作方法。
背景技术
现有的油墨涂布机,一般需要通过工人进行整版线路板的丝网印刷,整个过程均人工操作,工序十分繁琐复杂,自动化程度低,需要耗费大量的人力及世界,耗时费力,人力成本高,生产效率低,每次丝印的时间过长,难以满足大批量的产品生产需求,而且由于人工操作会出现差异性,每一批次的线路板品质难以保持一致,容易导致产品品质不够稳定可靠,次品率较高。本技术方案提出一种双轮感光油墨机是采用双轮涂布辊同时滚压的方式在基板表面涂上一层感光油墨,可提升产品档次,可同时添加两种不同的油墨,减少换机时间,解决现有油墨涂布机存在的问题。
发明内容
发明目的:针对上述现有技术中的存在的问题和不足,本发明的目的是提供一种电路板双轮油墨涂布机及其工作方法。
技术方案:为达到上述目的,本发明所述的一种电路板双轮油墨涂布机,包括机体,所述机体上所述机体底部设有电控箱、油墨搅拌装置、气动隔膜泵,所述电控箱设置在机体右侧,油墨搅拌装置设置在机体中间,气动隔膜泵设置在机体左侧;机体上方设有控制面板、硅胶传送辊轮、自动粘尘辊及粘尘卷纸装置、涂布机构、接墨盘,所述控制面板包括涂布调速器、电源键、手动键、计数器、涂布键、抽墨键、搅拌键;所述涂布机构为两个且并排设置在硅胶传送辊轮出料端,自动粘尘辊及卷纸装置设置在硅胶传送辊轮与涂布机构的连接处,接墨盘设置在涂布机构下方,且位于油墨搅拌装置上方,接墨盘中间设有循环出墨管;所述涂布机构包括上均墨辊调杆、上均墨钢辊、上辊墨管、上涂布辊、下涂布辊、下辊墨管、下均墨钢辊、下均墨钢辊调杆;所述上涂布辊和下涂布辊平行安装在机体上,所述上均墨钢辊平行设置在上涂布辊的上方,下均墨钢辊平行设置在下涂布辊的下方;上均墨辊调节杆设置在上均墨钢辊的两端,下均墨辊调节杆设置在下均墨钢辊的两端,所述上辊墨管设置在上涂布辊的正上方,下辊墨管设置在下涂布辊的正下方;所述油墨搅拌装置包括油墨筒、抽墨管、循环出墨管、搅拌杆;所述气动隔膜泵上设有进墨管、气压出墨调节阀、上出墨管调节阀和下出墨管调节阀,抽墨管一端伸入油墨筒内,另一端与气动隔膜泵的进墨管连通,进墨管与上出墨管调节阀、下出墨管调节阀的连通处设有气压出墨调节阀,上出墨管调 节阀与上辊墨管,下出墨管调节阀与下辊墨管连通。
进一步地,所述上涂布辊两端设有上涂布辊调节杆及百分表,用于调节上下涂布辊之间的间隙与基本涂布厚度相近。
进一步地,所述自动粘尘辊及沾纸卷纸装置上方设有计数感应器。
进一步地,所述涂布辊、均墨钢辊均采用螺丝固定安装。更换方便,最大化节约时间,提高效率。
进一步地,所述油墨搅拌装置的数量为2个。可以添加不同种类的油墨,减少换机时间,提高生产效率
进一步地,所述上涂布辊上方还设有透明保护罩,所述透明防护罩由压克力材质制成。防止油墨涂布时灰尘等杂质落到上涂布辊和下涂布辊上影响涂布的正常运行。
上述技术方案可以看出,本发明的有益效果为:
(1)本发明所述的一种电路板油墨双轮涂布装置,该设备结构紧凑、性能稳定、操作安全方便,采用两个涂布机构实现双轮涂布,可根据客户要求规格定制涂布宽度,油墨均匀,油墨厚度可调,可同时添加两种不同的油墨到涂布机构上,减少换机的时间,提高生产效率。
(2)本发明所述的一种电路板油墨双轮涂布装置,基板利用白色硅胶辊轮传送,经过自动粘尘辊及粘尘卷纸装置后再涂布,有效避免板面异物等杂质问题。
(3)本发明所述的一种电路板油墨双轮涂布装置,双轮涂布设计,可用于加工2盅司以上厚度的厚铜箔线路板,适用范围广,提升产品的档次。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例,进一步阐明本发明。
实施例
如图1-2所示的一种电路板双轮油墨涂布机,包括机体1,所述机体1底部设有电控箱2、油墨搅拌装置3、气动隔膜泵4,所述电控箱2设置在机体3右侧,油墨搅拌装置3设置在机体1中间,气动隔膜泵4设置在机体1左侧;
机体1上方设有控制面板5、硅胶传送辊轮6、自动粘尘辊及卷纸装置7、涂布机构8、接墨盘9,所述控制面板5包括涂布调速器、电源键、手动键、计数器、涂布键、抽墨键、搅拌键;所述涂布机构8为两个且并排设置在硅胶传送辊轮5的出料端,自动粘尘辊及卷纸装置 6设置在硅胶传送辊轮5与涂布机构8的连接处,接墨盘9设置在涂布机构8下方,且位于油墨搅拌装置3上方,接墨盘9中间设有循环出墨管;
所述涂布机构8包括上均墨辊调杆81、上均墨钢辊82、上辊墨管83、上涂布辊84、下涂布辊85、下辊墨管86、下均墨钢辊88、下均墨钢辊调杆88;所述上涂布辊84和下涂布辊85平行安装在机体1上,所述上均墨钢辊82平行设置在上涂布辊84的上方,下均墨钢辊88平行设置在下涂布辊84的下方;上均墨辊调节杆81设置在上均墨钢辊的82两端,下均墨辊调节杆88设置在下均墨钢辊88的两端,所述上辊墨管83设置在上涂布辊84的正上方,下辊墨管86设置在下涂布辊85的正下方;
所述油墨搅拌装置3包括油墨筒、抽墨管、搅拌杆;所述气动隔膜泵4上设有进墨管、气压出墨调节阀、上出墨管调节阀和下出墨管调节阀,抽墨管一端伸入油墨筒内,另一端与气动隔膜泵4的进墨管连通,进墨管与上出墨管调节阀、下出墨管调节阀的连通处设有气压出墨调节阀,上出墨管调节阀与上辊墨管,下出墨管调节阀与下辊墨管连通。
本实施例中所述上涂布辊84两端设有上涂布辊调节杆89及百分表。
本实施例中所述自动粘尘辊及沾纸卷纸装置6上方设有计数感应器。
本实施例中所述上涂布辊84、下涂布辊85、上均墨钢辊82和下均墨辊88均采用螺丝固定安装。
本实施例中所述油墨搅拌装置3的数量为2个。
本实施例中所述上涂布辊84上方还设有透明保护罩,所述透明防护罩由压克力材质制成。
本发明具体的工作步骤如下:
(1)首先开启电源键、手动键和涂布键,旋转上涂布辊调节杆使得上涂布辊84和下涂布辊85之间的间隙与涂布基本厚度相近;
(2)再将上均墨钢辊82和下均墨钢辊88挤压到上涂布辊84和下涂布辊85表面;
(3)按下抽墨键,气动隔膜泵4开始运转,气压出墨调节阀、上出墨管调节阀和下出墨管调节阀可控制油墨量大小;
(4)按下搅拌键,搅拌杆开始运转:
(5)将待加工的基板放到硅胶传送辊轮6上进行传送,基板经过自动粘尘辊及粘尘纸卷装置7进行除尘后再进行涂布,调整上涂布辊调节杆来达到最佳油墨涂布效果,通过涂布调速器控制涂布速度;
(6)基板经过上涂布辊84和下涂布辊85涂布后输出,人工接料,将涂布后的基板放入插板 架中;
(7)按下复位键,清除当前的使用模式,手动按键指示灯灭。

  1. 一种电路板双轮油墨涂布机,其特征在于:包括机体(1),所述机体(1)底部设有电控箱(2)、油墨搅拌装置(3)、气动隔膜泵(4),所述电控箱(2)设置在机体(3)右侧,油墨搅拌装置(3)设置在机体(1)中间,气动隔膜泵(4)设置在机体(1)左侧;
    机体(1)上方设有控制面板(5)、硅胶传送辊轮(6)、自动粘尘辊及卷纸装置(7)、涂布机构(8)、接墨盘(9),所述控制面板(5)包括涂布调速器、电源键、手动键、计数器、涂布键、抽墨键、搅拌键;所述涂布机构(8)为两个且并排设置在硅胶传送辊轮(6)的出料端,自动粘尘辊及卷纸装置(7)设置在硅胶传送辊(6)轮与涂布机构(8)的连接处,接墨盘(9)设置在涂布机构(7)下方,且位于油墨搅拌装置(3)上方,接墨盘(9)中间设有循环出墨管;所述涂布机构(8)包括上均墨辊调杆(81)、上均墨钢辊(82)、上辊墨管(83)、上涂布辊(84)、下涂布辊(85)、下辊墨管(86)、下均墨钢辊(87)、下均墨钢辊调杆(88);所述上涂布辊(84)和下涂布辊(85)平行安装在机体(1)上,所述上均墨钢辊(82)平行设置在上涂布辊(84)的上方,下均墨钢辊(88)平行设置在下涂布辊(84)的下方;上均墨辊调节杆(81)设置在上均墨钢辊的(82)两端,下均墨辊调节杆(88)设置在下均墨钢辊(88)的两端,所述上辊墨管(83)设置在上涂布辊(84)的正上方,下辊墨管(86)设置在下涂布辊(85)的正下方;
    所述油墨搅拌装置(3)包括油墨筒、抽墨管、搅拌杆;所述气动隔膜泵(4)上设有进墨管、气压出墨调节阀、上出墨管调节阀和下出墨管调节阀,抽墨管一端伸入油墨筒内,另一端与气动隔膜泵的进墨管连通,进墨管与上出墨管调节阀、下出墨管调节阀的连通处设有气压出墨调节阀,上出墨管调节阀与上辊墨管,下出墨管调节阀与下辊墨管(86)连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电路板双轮油墨涂布机,其特征在于:所述上涂布辊(84)两端设有上涂布辊调节杆(89)及百分表。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电路板双轮油墨涂布机,其特征在于:所述自动粘尘辊及沾纸卷纸装置(7)上方设有计数感应器。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电路板双轮油墨涂布机,其特征在于:所述上涂布辊(84)、下涂布辊(85)、上均墨钢辊(82)和下均墨辊(88)均采用螺丝固定安装。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电路板双轮油墨涂布机,其特征在于:所述油墨搅拌装置(3)的数量为2个。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电路板双轮油墨涂布机,其特征在于:所述上涂布辊(84)上方还设有透明保护罩,所述透明防护罩由压克力材质制成。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的一种电路板双轮油墨涂布机的工作方法,其特征在于:具体工作 步骤如下:
    (1):首先开启电源键、手动键和涂布键,旋转上涂布辊调节杆(81)使得上涂布辊(84)和下涂布辊(85)之间的间隙与涂布基本厚度相近;
    (2):再将上均墨钢辊(82)和下均墨钢辊(88)挤压到上涂布辊(84)和下涂布辊(85)表面;
    (3):按下抽墨键,气动隔膜泵(4)开始运转,气压出墨调节阀(42)、上出墨管调节阀和下出墨管调节阀可控制油墨量大小;
    (4):按下搅拌键,搅拌杆(34)开始运转:
    (5):将待加工的基板放到硅胶传送辊轮(5)上进行传送,基板经过自动粘尘辊及粘尘纸卷装置(7)进行除尘后再进行涂布,调整上涂布辊调节杆来达到最佳油墨涂布效果,通过涂布调速器控制涂布速度;
    (6):基板经过上涂布辊(84)和下涂布辊(85)涂布后输出,人工接料,将涂布后的基板放入插板架中;
    (7):按下复位键,清除当前的使用模式,手动按键指示灯灭。
