正畸托槽及其生产加工方法 技术领域
本发明涉及牙齿矫治技术领域,具体涉及一种正畸托槽及其生产加工方法。
背景技术
正畸托槽是固定矫治技术的重要部件,弓丝通过正畸托槽而对牙施以各种类型的矫治力,正畸托槽的主要作用在于固定弓丝,从而使弓丝更好的发挥作用,传递矫治力,以此控制牙齿三维的移动,达到正畸矫治的目的。
随着人们对正畸托槽的不断改进,现已出现一些用于正畸托槽的小零部件,小零部件的应用,需要对正畸托槽进行加工,例如,能对正畸托槽起到牵引/止锁作用的连接件,其需要在正畸托槽中加工一连接孔,使连接件连接于连接孔中,而由于正畸托槽体积较小,结构紧凑,使得对正畸托槽的直接加工,或直接在正畸托槽上加工架构变得十分困难,并且也容易损坏正畸托槽,如在正畸托槽上直接加工螺纹,其操作性要求十分精确,加工困难,这对生产者的要求也十分高,容易影响正畸托槽成品的质量,其给医生的工作带来的极大的不便,同时,也限制了正畸托槽的使用效果,满足不了人们对正畸托槽的使用要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种正畸托槽及其生产加工方法,该正畸托槽结构简单,正畸托槽上设有放置孔,放置孔中设有连接部,连接部可用于连接对正畸托槽起到牵引/止锁作用的连接件,其通过镶嵌的方式设置于正畸托槽上,克服在正畸托槽上直接加工的困难,该正畸托槽能便于医生的牙齿矫治工作, 保证正畸托槽具有更好的使用效果。

正畸托槽还包括锁紧部20及固定部30,锁紧部20设于托槽主体10的第二托槽翼12上,并与托槽主体10的第二托槽翼12活动配合;固定部30连接于托槽主体10的底端部;
在本实施例中,连接侧部151与放置孔14的内连接侧壁141通过烧结、过盈配合或焊接的连接方式相配合连接;
连接部15可为螺套,作为优选的,螺套连接侧部151的外端面平滑,内端面设有螺纹,螺套的连接口部152向螺套的内部延伸形成连接通道154,螺套整体呈n棱柱,作为优选的,3≤n≤8;
连接部15还可以为连接套,作为优选的,连接套整体呈m棱柱,作为优选的,3≤m≤8,连接套具有连接底部,连接套的连接底部与其连接侧部151相连接,连接套的连接口部152向连接套的内部延伸至连接底部,形成连接通道154;连接通道154整体呈k棱柱,作为优选的,3≤k≤6,连接侧部151的至少一侧部上设有凸起部,凸起部沿连接通道154设置。
另外,本实施例的技术内容也能适用于颊面管。
正畸托槽生产加工方法,包括以下步骤,
加工出正畸托槽的初产品,正畸托槽的初产品具有放置孔14,放置孔14从正畸托槽的外端部向其内部延伸,放置孔14具有内连接侧壁141;
将连接部15放置于正畸托槽初产品的放置孔14中,连接部15具有连接侧部151及连接口部152,连接口部152向连接部15的内部延伸形成连接通道154;
将放置有连接部15的正畸托槽初产品通过烧结、过盈配合或焊接的方式使连接部15的连接侧部151与放置孔14的内连接侧壁141相配合连接。
本实施例的优点:
1、正畸托槽,其具有第一托槽翼11及第二托槽翼12,正畸托槽上设有位于第一托槽翼11与第二托槽翼12之间的弓丝槽13;正畸托槽上还设有放置孔14,放置孔14具有内连接侧壁141,放置孔14中设有连接部15,连接部15具有连接侧部151及连接口部152,连接侧部151与放置孔14的内连接侧壁141相配合连接,连接口部152向连接部15的内部延伸形成连接通道154,连 接口部152的延伸方向与放置孔14的延伸方向相同,这样设置目的在于加工上方便,无需拐角可直接或较简便的加工出来,该正畸托槽结构简单,正畸托槽上设有的连接部15可用于连接对正畸托槽起到牵引/止锁作用的连接件50,连接件50通过连接通道154与连接部15连接,连接部15通过镶嵌的方式设置于正畸托槽上,加工容易,克服了直接在正畸托槽上加工连接部15的困难,连接部15这样的设置方式能在加工过程中对正畸托槽起到保护的作用,避免正畸托槽损坏,同时,便于连接件50应用于正畸托槽上,其给医生的牙齿矫治工作带来了极大的便利,保证了正畸托槽具有更好的使用效果,以满足人们对正畸托槽的使用要求;
正畸托槽生产加工方法,包括以下步骤,加工出正畸托槽的初产品,正畸托槽的初产品具有放置孔14,放置孔14具有内连接侧壁141;将连接部15放置于正畸托槽初产品的放置孔14中,连接部15具有连接侧部151及连接口部152,连接口部152向连接部15的内部延伸形成连接通道154;将放置有连接部15的正畸托槽初产品通过烧结、过盈配合或焊接的方式使连接部15的连接侧部151与放置孔14的内连接侧壁141相配合连接,该正畸托槽生产加工方法简单,便于正畸托槽的生产加工,且生产加工出来的正畸托槽结构牢固,实用性强,便于连接件50应用于正畸托槽上。
2、正畸托槽包括托槽主体10,托槽主体10具有第一托槽翼11及第二托槽翼12,托槽主体10上设有贯穿的弓丝槽13;放置孔14设于托槽主体10的第一托槽翼11上,放置孔14从托槽主体10第一托槽翼11的外端部向弓丝槽13延伸,在该正畸托槽中,放置孔14设于托槽主体10的第一托槽翼11上,连接部15设于托槽主体10第一托槽翼11的放置孔14中,用于对正畸托槽起到牵引/止锁作用的连接件50可与连接部15连接,以便于医生在进行牙齿矫治时对正畸托槽做牵引/止锁的处理。
3、放置孔14为通孔,放置孔14与弓丝槽13相联通,连接部15的连接通道154与弓丝槽13相联通,连接于连接部15的连接件50可穿入正畸托槽的弓丝槽13中,能对正畸托槽做牵引、止锁的处理。
4、正畸托槽还包括锁紧部20及固定部30,锁紧部20设于托槽主体10 的第二托槽翼12上,并与托槽主体10的第二托槽翼12活动配合;固定部30连接于托槽主体10的底端部,该正畸托槽固定部30作为该正畸托槽的底板,其便于医生在进行牙齿矫治工作时将该正畸托槽粘结于牙齿上。
5、连接部15为螺套,螺套便于连接件50的连接,并且能保证连接的可靠性及稳定性;
螺套连接侧部151的外端面平滑,内端面设有螺纹,螺套的连接口部152向螺套的内部延伸形成连接通道154,螺套整体呈n棱柱,作为优选的,3≤n≤8,螺套的结构保证了螺套能稳固、可靠地设于放置孔14中,并与放置孔14的内连接侧壁141相配合连接,进而保证连接件50与连接部15的连接效果及该正畸托槽的使用效果。
6、连接部15为连接套,连接套整体呈m棱柱,作为优选的,3≤m≤8,连接套具有连接底部,连接套的连接底部与其连接侧部151相连接,连接套的连接口部152向连接套的内部延伸至连接底部,形成连接通道154;连接通道154整体呈k棱柱,作为优选的,3≤k≤6,连接侧部151的至少一侧部上设有凸起部,凸起部沿连接通道154设置,连接套为该正畸托槽连接部15的另一种方式,其结构的设置能保证其稳固、可靠地设于放置孔14中,并与放置孔14的内连接侧壁141相配合连接,还能便于相配套的连接件50与其快速连接,从而提高医生牙齿矫治工作的效率。
实施例二
如图3、图6至图10所示,本实施例与实施例一的区别在于:
正畸托槽整体呈半球体;固定部30连接于托槽主体10的底端部,且固定部30与托槽主体10为一体成型;
托槽主体10第二托槽翼12的顶端面上设有凸台121,锁紧部20的底端面向顶端面凹陷形成有滑动凹槽21,并形成有位于锁紧部20内侧端部的挡壁22,锁紧部20通过滑动凹槽21和凸台121的配合与托槽主体10的第二托槽翼12 活动配合;
托槽主体10第一托槽翼11的内侧端部向外端部凹陷形成有承接槽111,锁紧部20内侧端部的底端设有凸缘23,凸缘23与承接槽111相配合。
如图8和图9所示,图8是本发明实施例二正畸托槽初产品的立体结构示意图之一,在本实施例中,放置有连接部15的正畸托槽初产品通过烧结的方式使连接部15的连接侧部151与放置孔14的内连接侧壁141相配合连接,正畸托槽的初产品经过烧结会相应地收缩,形成图9所示的正畸托槽。
本实施例的优点:
1、正畸托槽整体呈半球体;固定部30连接于托槽主体10的底端部,且固定部30与托槽主体10为一体成型,该正畸托槽外形设计精美,且实用,固定部30与托槽主体10为一体成型,便于该正畸托槽的生产加工,能节约生产加工的成本,固定部30可直接作为该正畸托槽的底板,其便于医生在进行牙齿矫治工作时将该正畸托槽粘结于牙齿上。
2、托槽主体10第二托槽翼12的顶端面上设有凸台121,锁紧部20的底端面向顶端面凹陷形成有滑动凹槽21,并形成有位于锁紧部20内侧端部的挡壁22,锁紧部20通过滑动凹槽21和凸台121的配合与托槽主体10的第二托槽翼12活动配合,该正畸托槽,锁紧部20与托槽主体10的第二托槽翼12滑动配合,锁紧部20内侧端部的挡壁22能在锁紧部20与托槽主体10的第二托槽翼12滑动配合时,起到防脱、防掉落的作用,避免因锁紧部20的脱落给医生后续的牙齿矫治工作带来不必要的麻烦。
3、托槽主体10第一托槽翼11的内侧端部向外端部凹陷形成有承接槽111,锁紧部20内侧端部的底端设有凸缘23,凸缘23与承接槽111相配合,承接槽111及凸缘23的设置能进一步地保证正畸托槽的使用效果,防止弓丝从锁紧部20与托槽主体10的间隙中脱出。
本实施例的其余内容可参照实施例一,此处不再进行赘述。
实施例三
如图3、图11和图12所示,本实施例与实施例一的区别在于:
正畸托槽包括托槽主体10、锁紧部20及座体40,托槽主体10具有第一托槽翼11及第二托槽翼12,托槽主体10上设有贯穿的弓丝槽13;
锁紧部20设于托槽主体10的第二托槽翼12上,并与托槽主体10的第二托槽翼12活动配合,托槽主体10、锁紧部20整体呈球形体;
座体40具有第一侧翼41及第二侧翼42,座体40上设有安置槽,安置槽设于第一侧翼41与第二侧翼42之间,安置槽的形状与托槽主体10相匹配,托槽主体10设于安置槽中,并露出其顶部;
放置孔14设于座体40的第一侧翼41和/或第二侧翼42上,放置孔14从座体40第一侧翼41和/或第二侧翼42的外端部向安置槽延伸。
作为优选的,放置孔14为通孔,放置孔14与安置槽相联通,连接部15的连接通道154与安置槽相联通;
座体40具有固定部30,固定部30与座体40第一侧翼41、第二侧翼42的底端相连接,且固定部30与座体40的第一侧翼41、第二侧翼42为一体成型。
本实施例的优点:
1、正畸托槽包括托槽主体10、锁紧部20及座体40,托槽主体10具有第一托槽翼11及第二托槽翼12,托槽主体10上设有贯穿的弓丝槽13;锁紧部20设于托槽主体10的第二托槽翼12上,并与其活动配合,托槽主体10、锁紧部20整体呈球形体;座体40具有第一侧翼41及第二侧翼42,座体40上设有位于第一侧翼41与第二侧翼42之间的安置槽,托槽主体10设于安置槽中,并露出其顶部;放置孔14设于座体40的第一侧翼41和/或第二侧翼42上,放置孔14从座体40第一侧翼41和/或第二侧翼42的外端部向安置槽延伸;该正畸托槽结构简单,外形设计精美、独特,实用性强,放置孔14设于座体 40的第一侧翼41和/或第二侧翼42上,连接部15设于座体40第一侧翼41和/或第二侧翼42的放置孔14中,用于对正畸托槽起到牵引作用的连接件50可与连接部15连接,以便于医生在进行牙齿矫治时对正畸托槽做牵引的处理。
2、放置孔14为通孔,放置孔14与安置槽相联通,连接部15的连接通道154与安置槽相联通,连接于连接部15的连接件50除了能对正畸托槽做牵引的处理外,还能对托槽主体10的角度进行相应的调节,以达到相应的牙齿矫治的效果,从而使得该正畸托槽更具实用性。
3、座体40具有固定部30,固定部30与座体40第一侧翼41、第二侧翼42的底端相连接,且固定部30与座体40的第一侧翼41、第二侧翼42为一体成型,能便于该正畸托槽座体40的生产加工,从而节约生产加工的成本,固定部30可直接作为该正畸托槽的底板,便于医生在进行牙齿矫治工作时将该正畸托槽粘结于牙齿上。
本实施例的其余内容可参照实施例一,此处不再进行赘述。

Claims (14)

  1. 正畸托槽,其特征在于,所述正畸托槽具有第一托槽翼及第二托槽翼,所述正畸托槽上设有贯穿的弓丝槽,所述弓丝槽设于第一托槽翼与第二托槽翼之间;
    所述正畸托槽上还设有放置孔,所述放置孔从正畸托槽的外端部向其内部延伸,所述放置孔具有内连接侧壁,所述放置孔中设有连接部,所述连接部具有连接侧部及连接口部,所述连接侧部与放置孔的内连接侧壁相配合连接,所述连接口部向连接部的内部延伸形成连接通道,所述连接口部的延伸方向与所述放置孔的延伸方向相同。
  2. 如权利要求1所述正畸托槽,其特征在于,所述正畸托槽包括托槽主体,托槽主体具有所述第一托槽翼及第二托槽翼,托槽主体上设有所述贯穿的弓丝槽;
    所述放置孔设于托槽主体的第一托槽翼上,所述放置孔从托槽主体第一托槽翼的外端部向弓丝槽延伸。
  3. 如权利要求2所述正畸托槽,其特征在于,所述放置孔为通孔,放置孔与所述弓丝槽相联通,所述连接部的连接通道与所述弓丝槽相联通。
  4. 如权利要求2所述正畸托槽,其特征在于,所述正畸托槽还包括锁紧部及固定部;
    所述锁紧部设于托槽主体的第二托槽翼上,并与托槽主体的第二托槽翼活动配合;
    所述固定部连接于托槽主体的底端部,且所述固定部与托槽主体为一体成型。
  5. 如权利要求4所述正畸托槽,其特征在于,所述托槽主体第二托槽翼的顶端面上设有凸台,所述锁紧部的底端面向顶端面凹陷形成有滑动凹槽,并形成有位于所述锁紧部内侧端部的挡壁,所述锁紧部通过滑动凹槽和凸台的配合与托槽主体的第二托槽翼活动配合。
  6. 如权利要求4所述正畸托槽,其特征在于,所述托槽主体第一托槽翼的内侧端部向外端部凹陷形成有承接槽,所述锁紧部内侧端部的底端设有凸缘,所述凸缘与承接槽相配合。
  7. 如权利要求1所述正畸托槽,其特征在于,所述正畸托槽包括托槽主体、锁紧部及座体,所述托槽主体具有所述第一托槽翼及第二托槽翼,托槽主体上设有所述贯穿的弓丝槽;
    所述锁紧部设于托槽主体的第二托槽翼上,并与托槽主体的第二托槽翼活动配合;
    所述座体具有第一侧翼及第二侧翼,所述座体上设有安置槽,所述安置槽设于第一侧翼与第二侧翼之间,所述安置槽的形状与托槽主体相匹配,所述托槽主体设于安置槽中,并露出其顶部;
    所述放置孔设于座体的第一侧翼和/或第二侧翼上,所述放置孔从座体第一侧翼和/或第二侧翼的外端部向安置槽延伸。
  8. 如权利要求7所述正畸托槽,其特征在于,所述放置孔为通孔,放置孔与所述安置槽相联通,所述连接部的连接通道与所述安置槽相联通。
  9. 如权利要求7所述正畸托槽,其特征在于,所述座体具有固定部,所述固定部与座体第一侧翼、第二侧翼的底端相连接,且所述固定部与座体的第一侧翼、第二侧翼为一体成型。
  10. 如权利要求1-9任一项所述正畸托槽,其特征在于,所述连接侧部与放置孔的内连接侧壁通过烧结、过盈配合或焊接的连接方式相配合连接。
  11. 如权利要求1-9任一项所述正畸托槽,其特征在于,所述连接部为螺套。
  12. 如权利要求11所述正畸托槽,其特征在于,所述螺套连接侧部的外端面平滑,内端面设有螺纹,所述螺套的连接口部向螺套的内部延伸形成所述连接通道,所述螺套整体呈n棱柱。
  13. 如权利要求1、2、4-7、9任一项所述正畸托槽,其特征在于,所述连接部为连接套,所述连接套整体呈m棱柱,所述连接套具有连接底部,连接套的连接底部与其连接侧部相连接,所述连接套的连接口部向连接套的内部延伸至连接底部,形成所述连接通道;所述连接通道整体呈k棱柱,所述连接侧部的至少一侧部上设有凸起部,所述凸起部沿连接通道设置。
  14. 正畸托槽生产加工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤,
    加工出所述正畸托槽的初产品,所述正畸托槽的初产品具有放置孔,所述放置孔从正畸托槽的外端部向其内部延伸,所述放置孔具有内连接侧壁;
    将所述连接部放置于所述正畸托槽初产品的放置孔中,所述连接部具有连接侧部及连接口部,所述连接口部向连接部的内部延伸形成连接通道;
    将放置有所述连接部的正畸托槽初产品通过烧结、过盈配合或焊接的方式使连接部的连接侧部与放置孔的内连接侧壁相配合连接。
