Description
本发明涉及一种餐厨垃圾车倾倒装置。
现有的一种餐厨垃圾车,包括箱体和倾倒装置,倾倒装置设置在箱体的侧面。倾倒装置包括翻转导轨、导轨架、油缸、挂桶机构、压桶装置和倾倒架。翻转导轨设置在导轨架上,导轨架设置在箱体的侧面上,挂桶机构和压桶装置设置在倾倒架上,倾倒架位于翻转导轨上,油缸设置在导轨架上,油缸能够带动倾倒架在翻转导轨上移动。作业时,垃圾桶挂在挂桶机构,且通过压桶装置将垃圾桶压紧,在油缸的带动下,垃圾桶随倾倒架一起举升,最后垃圾桶倾倒,将垃圾桶内的垃圾倒入箱体顶面设有的入料口中。垃圾桶在最后倾倒的过程中,垃圾桶会因内装垃圾的自重而倾倒过快,一方面会造成垃圾飞溅,造成二次污染,另一方面会发生垃圾桶的掉脱,影响正常作业。

挂桶机构包括活动架、挂架、左连杆38、右连杆39和移动杆17。活动架为矩形结构,挂架设置在活动架上,活动架的左边外侧的上下两端和右边外侧的上下两端分别设有两个滚轮,即活动架的左边外侧的上下两端分别设有滚轮一12和滚轮三16、活动架的右边外侧的上下两端分别设有滚轮二25和滚轮四21。活动架的左边外侧的上下两端分别设有的滚轮一12和滚轮三16位于倾倒架左部的左轨道中、活动架的右边外侧的上下两端分别设有的滚轮二25和滚轮四21位于倾倒架右部的右轨道中。左连杆38一端和右连杆39的一端分别与活动架的左边内侧的上端和右边的内侧的上端构成链铰。左连杆38另一端和右连杆39的另一端分别固定在移动杆17的左侧和右侧。移动杆17的左端和右端分别设有滚轮,即移动杆17的左端设有滚轮A、移动杆17的右端设有滚轮B40。移动杆17的左端设有的滚轮A和右端设有的滚轮B40分别位于所述左翻转导轨11和右翻转导轨26中。所述导轨架31的下部设有油缸10的固定架9,油缸10设置在该固定架9上。油缸10的活塞杆5的顶端上设有传动轴3,该传动轴3的左端和右端分别设有左链轮4和右链轮30。左链轮4与左链条8相啮合,左链条8的一端固定在所述移动杆17的左部,左链条8的另一端固定在所述固定架9的左部上,右链轮30与右链条27相啮合,右链条27的一端固定在所述移动杆17的 右部,右链条27的另一端固定在所述固定架9的右部上。所述左翻转导轨11和右翻转导轨26的下端边上分别设有左挡杆15和右挡杆22,左挡杆15和右挡杆22分别用来阻挡倾倒架左部13外侧下端下左滚轮14和右部24外侧下端下右滚轮23的下移。
上述种餐厨垃圾车倾倒装置还包括在左翻转导轨11和右翻转导轨26上部弧形导轨上分别设置的左阻尼装置1和右阻尼装置2。左阻尼装置1和右阻尼装置2结构相同,左阻尼装置1和右阻尼装置2均含有板簧35、螺旋弹簧34、弹簧座33和导向杆32。板簧35为弧形结构,板簧35的前端设有挂勾44,板簧35的后端设有限位板41。左翻转导轨11和右翻转导轨26上段的弧形导轨的前板37均开有长槽36,长槽36的两端分别开有上槽和下槽,上槽和下槽与长槽的两端均留有间距。板簧35前部和后部分别位于上槽和下槽中。弹簧座33分别设置在左翻转导轨11和右翻转导轨26上部弧形导轨的前板37上且位于上部弧形导轨上端。弹簧座33上设有导向孔,导向杆32穿装在导向孔中,螺旋弹簧34套装在导向杆32上,导向杆32的一端设置在螺旋弹簧34的一端,螺旋弹簧34的另一端设置在弹簧座33上。所述倾倒架的左部和右部的外侧上端分别设有左拉杆43和右拉杆42。
为简化结构,所述挂架包括固定板18和挂齿19,挂齿19设置在固定板18的上部,固定板18设置在活动架上。
为简化结构降低成本,所述设置在固定板18上部的挂齿19为长方体结构。
为提高挂桶的稳定性,所述设置在固定板18上部的挂齿19设有四个,且四个挂齿之间留有间距。
为进一步提高阻尼效果,所述上槽长度是下槽长度的四至六倍,上槽的长度是长槽36的长度的三分之一至二分之一。
上述餐厨垃圾车倾倒装置作业时,首先将垃圾桶挂在挂齿19上,油缸10的活塞杆5伸起,随着活塞杆5的伸起,活塞杆5顶端上的传动轴3两端的左链轮4和右链轮30分别带动左链条8和右链条27移动,移动的左链条8和右链条27同时带动移动移动杆17向上移动,移动杆17带动活动架上升,直至挂在挂齿19上的垃圾桶边被倾倒架的压桶板7压紧为止,这时随着油缸10的活塞杆5继续伸起,倾倒架和挂桶机构一起沿着左翻转导轨11和右翻转导轨26向上行走,当倾倒架左部13的上左滚轮29和右部24的上右滚轮28进入左翻转导轨11和右翻转导轨26上段弧形导轨时,上左滚轮29和上右滚轮28分别与左阻尼装置1的板簧和右阻尼装置2的板簧35接触,这时左阻尼装置1的板簧和右阻尼装置2的板簧35的弯曲变形分别对上左滚轮29和上右滚轮28的行走产生阻力,上左滚轮29和上右滚轮 28行走的速度变慢,随着上左滚轮29和上右滚轮28的行走,设置在倾倒架的左部和右部的外侧上端的左拉杆43和右拉杆42会分别拉在左阻尼装置1的板簧的挂勾和右阻尼装置2的板簧35的挂勾44上,左阻尼装置1的板簧和右阻尼装置2的板簧35的弯曲变形变大,产生的阻力增大,上左滚轮29和上右滚轮28缓慢行走,随着上左滚轮29和上右滚轮28缓慢行走,当阻尼装置1的板簧的挂勾和右阻尼装置2的板簧35的挂勾44分别左阻尼装置1的螺旋弹簧和右阻尼装置2的螺旋弹簧34相接触时,阻尼装置1的螺旋弹簧和右阻尼装置2的螺旋弹簧34受压,上左滚轮29和上右滚轮28缓慢更加行走,直至上左滚轮29和上右滚轮28停止,与此同时倾倒架缓慢转动,垃圾桶内垃圾缓缓倒出,因此克服了现有技术发生倾倒过快造成垃圾飞溅和垃圾桶掉脱的问题,从而避免了二次污染,保障了影响正常作业。垃圾桶内垃圾倾倒完毕后,油缸10的活塞杆5收缩,上左滚轮29和上右滚轮28下行时,左阻尼装置1的螺旋弹簧和右阻尼装置2的螺旋弹簧34,分别对左阻尼装置1的板簧和右阻尼装置2的板簧35施加推力,一方面促使左阻尼装置1的板簧和右阻尼装置2的板簧35带动倾倒架下移,另一方面促使左阻尼装置1的板簧和右阻尼装置2的板簧35恢复原状。
Claims (5)
- 一种餐厨垃圾车倾倒装置,包括翻转导轨、导轨架、油缸、挂桶机构和倾倒架,翻转导轨包括左翻转导轨和右翻转导轨,左翻转导轨和右翻转导轨结构对称,左翻转导轨和右翻转导轨均为槽式结构,左翻转导轨和右翻转导轨相距设置在导轨架上,左翻转导轨和右翻转导轨均包括前板、后板和侧板,左翻转导轨和右翻转导轨的槽口相对应,左翻转导轨和右翻转导轨的上段均为弧形导轨,左翻转导轨和右翻转导轨的中下段均为直立导轨;其特征在于,所述倾倒架括上部、下部、左部和右部,上部、下部、左部和右部构成一个框架结构,上部设有压桶板,左部和右部分别设有左轨道和右轨道,左部和右部的外侧上端分别设有上左滚轮和上右滚轮,左部和右部的外侧下端分别设有下左滚轮和下右滚轮,左部外侧上端的上左滚轮和右部外侧上端的上右滚轮分别位于左翻转导轨和右翻转导轨中,左部外侧下端的下左滚轮和右部外侧下端的下右滚轮分别位于左翻转导轨和右翻转导轨的外侧;挂桶机构包括活动架、挂架、左连杆、右连杆和移动杆,活动架为矩形结构,挂架设置在活动架上,活动架的左边外侧的上下两端和右边外侧的上下两端分别设有两个滚轮,活动架左边外侧和右边外侧的滚轮分别位于倾倒架左部和右部分别设有的左轨道和右轨道中,左连杆一端和右连杆的一端分别与活动架的左边内侧的上端和右边的内侧的上端构成链铰,左连杆另一端和右连杆的另一端分别固定在移动杆的左侧和右侧,移动杆的左端和右端分别设有滚轮,移动杆左端和右端的滚轮分别位于所述左翻转导轨和右翻转导轨中,所述导轨架的下部设有油缸的固定架,油缸设置在该固定架上,油缸的活塞杆的顶端上设有传动轴,该传动轴的左端和右端分别设有左链轮和右链轮,左链轮与左链条相啮合,左链条的一端固定在所述移动杆的左部,左链条的另一端固定在所述固定架的左部上,右链轮与右链条相啮合,右链条的一端固定在所述移动杆的右部,右链条的另一端固定在所述固定架的右部上;所述左翻转导轨和右翻转导轨的下端边上分别设有左挡杆和右挡杆;还包括在左翻转导轨和右翻转导轨上部弧形导轨上分别设置的左阻尼装置和右阻尼装置,左阻尼装置和右阻尼装置结构相同,左阻尼装置和右阻尼装置均含有板簧、螺旋弹簧、弹簧座和导向杆,板簧为弧形结构,板簧的前端设有挂勾,板簧的后端设有限位板,左翻转导轨和右翻转导轨上段的弧形导轨的前板均开有长槽,长槽的两端分别开有上槽和下槽,上槽和下槽与长槽的两端均留有间距,板簧前部和后部分别位于上槽和下槽中,弹簧座分别设置在左翻转导轨和右翻转导轨上部弧形导轨的前板上且位于上部弧形导轨上端,弹簧座上设有导向孔,导向杆穿装在导向孔中,螺旋弹簧套装在导向杆上,导向杆的一端设置在螺旋弹簧的一端,螺旋弹簧的另一端设置在弹簧座上,所述倾倒架的左部和右部的外侧上端分别设有左拉杆和右拉杆。
- 根据权利要求1所述一种餐厨垃圾车倾倒装置,其特征在于,所述挂架包括固定板和挂 齿,挂齿设置在固定板的上部,固定板设置在活动架上。
- 根据权利要求2所述一种餐厨垃圾车倾倒装置,其特征在于,所述设置在固定板上部的挂齿为长方体结构。
- 根据权利要求2所述一种餐厨垃圾车倾倒装置,其特征在于,所述设置在固定板上部的挂齿设有四个,且四个挂齿之间留有间距。
- 根据权利要求1所述一种餐厨垃圾车倾倒装置,其特征在于,所述上槽长度是下槽长度的四至六倍,上槽的长度是长槽的长度的三分之一至二分之一。
