在日常生活中,食用非坚果薄皮水果蔬菜,一般要削去表皮;采用普通手动削皮器削皮,手动工具在使用时经常会出现削皮量不易控制以及一些凹坑无法完全削除的现象,使用时效率过低,非常的费时费力,且力度不易控制,使得瓜果在削皮后的外观质量较差并且容易发生削破手指等问题,现有少量电动削皮器在市场上出现,都应结构复杂,使用不方便而不能普及。
发明内容
因此,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单和使用方便的电动削皮器。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的。
一种电动削皮器,包括机壳、电机、电池、削皮支架、削皮刀,削皮刀安装在削皮支架外端,电机和电池设在机壳内,削皮支架内端插入机壳内,其特征在于:所述电机输出轴连接有偏心旋转机构,偏心旋转机构与削皮支架内端连接,所述机壳内还设有导向限位机构,削皮支架受导向限位机构限制,使削皮支架只能沿其轴向移动,电机驱动偏心旋转机构转动,偏心旋转机构在导向限位机构作用下带动削皮支架往复移动。

所述偏心旋转机构包括偏心轮,偏心轮直接安装于电机输出轴上,所述削皮支架内端设有轴承,偏心轮镶嵌于轴承的轴孔内,偏心轮带动削皮支架运动。
所述导向限位机构包括定位柱,削皮支架中部开设有导向孔,导向孔为腰形孔,定位柱设在导向孔内限制削皮支架转动。
所述削皮支架包括固定端和活动端,固定端活动设在机壳内,腰形孔设在固定端上,固定端与活动端插扣连接,削皮刀安装在活动端上。
所述电机的开关安装在机壳表面。
所述机壳尾部设有USB充电端口,USB充电端口与电池电连接。
本实用新型将削皮刀及削皮支架设置成可更换,通过更换削皮支架及上不同的削皮刀刀片形状,达到不同的切削食物的效果,本实用新型具有省时省力,结构简单合理,操作便捷,多功能,安全可靠等特点。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步详述。
实施例1,结合图1至图6,一种电动削皮器,包括机壳1、电机2、电池3、削皮支架4、削皮刀5、偏心旋转机构、导向限位机构。
电机2和电池3设在机壳内,电池向电机提供电源,机壳1尾部设有USB充电端口6,USB充电端口6与电池3电连接。所述电机1的开关7安装在机壳表面。
削皮刀5安装在削皮支架4外端,两者可拆卸式连接,方便削皮刀更换。削皮支架4内端设有驱动部件8,削皮支架4内端穿进机壳水平插入驱动部件8一端部,削皮支架与驱动部件8插拨方式连接,方便削皮支架4从驱动部件8中拨出机壳清洗。
偏心旋转机构包括驱动齿轮9、T形齿轮10,驱动齿轮9直接套在电机2输出轴上, T形齿轮10包括齿轮盘11和从齿轮盘侧面垂直伸出的偏心柱12,偏心柱12偏离齿轮盘11轴心线,驱动齿轮9啮合齿轮盘11传动,驱动齿轮9的轴心线和齿轮盘11的轴心线垂直相交。
所述偏心柱12竖向插入驱动部件8另一端部,偏心柱在驱动部件端部转动,偏心柱带动驱动部件运动,驱动部件带动削皮支架同步运动。
所述导向限位机构包括上箱盖13和下箱盖14,上箱盖13和下箱盖14闭合后形成容腔,T形齿轮10安装在容腔内,驱动部件8也安装在容腔内,容腔限制驱动部件转动,驱动齿轮伸进容腔啮合齿轮盘,削皮支架插入机壳、容腔最后进入驱动部件内。
电机带动驱动齿轮旋转,驱动齿轮带动齿轮盘旋转,齿轮盘带动偏心柱旋转,偏心柱旋转带动驱动部件和削皮支架运动,但在导向限位机构的作用下,驱动部件和削皮支架只能在容腔内作往复运动,当然该往复运动的单程距离是非常短的。
实施例2,结合图7至图12,一种电动削皮器,包括机壳1、电机2、电池3、削皮支架4、削皮刀5、偏心轮6。
电机2和电池3设在机壳1内,电池给电机提供电源,机壳1尾部设有USB充电端口7,USB充电端口与电池电连接。所述电机的开关8安装在机壳表面。

所述削皮支架的固定端9开设有导向孔12,导向孔12为腰形孔,机壳内固定有定位柱13,定位柱13穿设在导向孔12内限制固定端转动。导向孔孔径在削皮支架轴向大于定位柱直径,导向孔孔径在削皮支架横向与定位柱直径相当,图11表示偏心轮6的偏心部件向下转至最低点,图12表示偏心轮6的偏心部件向上转至最高点。
电机带动偏心轮旋转,偏心轮带动削皮支架运动,但削皮支架在定位柱的限制下,削刀支架只能沿定位柱作往复运动。
