Abstract
一种可回收穿刺锚,包括固定器(1)、回收线(2)和推送丝(3),固定器(1)为圆柱状结构,回收线(2)固定在固定器(1)的一端,推送丝(3)柔性连接在固定器(1)的中间段。本发明可以将组织与组织连接固定吻合,或者对组织进行辅助固定,有利于内镜手术的顺利开展,简化手术过程,并且手术完毕后可以回收穿刺锚。
Description
本发明涉及一种可回收穿刺锚,属于医疗器械领域。
目前,内镜手术在治疗一些疾病时,常常需要组织与组织的连接固定吻合,或者是组织的辅助固定,有利于手术的顺利开展。比如在内镜下做保胆取石手术、胃肠吻合手术、组织剥离手术时,常常需要吻合固定组织,目前市场上还没有可靠的器械解决。
内镜下保胆取石是有巨大意义的手术方法,可以通过内镜将胆囊结石取出,并且保留胆囊功能。这个手术目前遇到的最大问题是不能固定住胆囊,造成手术难度大,成功率低。目前还没有好的解决方案。
内镜下做病变组织剥离切除手术比较普遍,但最大的问题是组织无法固定或移动,造成手术时间长,难度大。
发明内容
目的:为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种可回收穿刺锚,可以在内镜手术中用于固定胆囊或者可以将组织固定或移动,让组织剥离手术变得很简单,并且手术完成后可以回收穿刺锚。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种可回收穿刺锚,包括固定器、回收线和推送丝,所述固定器为圆柱状结构,所述回收线固定在固定器的一端,所述推送丝柔性连接在固定器的中间段。
优选地,所述固定器沿轴向开有通槽,且所述推送丝柔性连接在通槽中。
优选地,所述固定器的中间段沿径向设有穿线孔,所述推送丝穿过穿线孔。
优选地,所述固定器沿轴向加工一凹平面,且在凹平面侧加工一穿线凸块,所述穿线凸块沿轴向设有通孔,所述推送丝穿过通孔,所述穿线凸块与固定器一体成型。
优选地,所述固定器的一端或两端为球面结构。
优选地,所述固定器采用棒材或管材加工。
优选地,所述推送丝为硬质丝线,且在表面涂覆高分子材料涂层,可以降低推送时的摩擦力。
优选地,所述推送丝为软质丝线,与其他器械配套推送。
优选地,所述回收线为软质线。
优选地,所述固定器为硬质材料,有一定的刚性强度。
有益效果:本发明提供一种可回收穿刺锚,可以将组织与组织连接固定吻合,或者对组织进行辅助固定,有利于内镜手术的顺利开展,简化手术过程,降低手术风险,并且手术完毕后可以回收穿刺锚。

如图1所示,一种可回收穿刺锚,包括固定器1、回收线2和推送丝3,所述固定器1为圆柱状结构,所述回收线2固定在固定器1的一端,所述推送丝3柔性连接在固定器1的中间段。
优选地,所述固定器1沿轴向开有通槽5,且所述推送丝3柔性连接在通槽5中,使得推送丝3在轴向时容纳在通槽5里,整个穿刺锚外径不过大。
优选地,所述固定器1的中间段沿径向设有穿线孔6,所述推送丝3穿过穿线孔6,且当需要使用多个穿刺锚时,只需将推送丝3按顺序一个接一个地 穿过各个穿刺锚的穿线孔6,从而实现连接多个穿刺锚。
优选地,所述固定器1沿轴向加工一凹平面7,且在凹平面侧加工一穿线凸块8,所述穿线凸块8沿轴向设有通孔,所述推送丝3穿过通孔,所述穿线凸块8与固定器1一体成型。
优选地,所述固定器1的一端或两端为球面结构4,固定器一端为球面结构一方面是为了安全,不锋利,另一方面是由于球面结构方便找中心,方便回收,且本发明中固定器的端部球面结构不仅限于一端。

优选地,所述推送丝3为硬质丝线,具有一定的推送强度,且在表面涂覆高分子材料涂层9,可以降低推送时的摩擦力,如图5所示。
优选地,所述推送丝3为软质丝线,与其他器械配套推送,本发明中利用其他器械配套推送属于常规技术手段,故而未加详述。

实施例1:
如图2所示,固定器1为圆柱状结构,且不仅限于一端为球面结构4,回收线2固定在固定器1的一端,在固定器1上沿轴向开设通槽5,推送丝3柔性连接在固定器1的中间段,且位于通槽5内,用于容纳推送丝3,使得固定器1与推送丝3成一直线时,不让外径变大,从而提升穿刺锚在穿刺针10的内孔孔道内的通过性。
实施例2:
如图3所示,在固定器1的中间段沿径向设有穿线孔6,推送丝3从穿线孔6中穿过,回收线2固定在固定器1的一端,固定器1不仅限于一端为球面结构4。此外,固定器1可采用棒材或管材加工。当需要使用多个穿刺锚时,只需将推送丝3按顺序一个接一个地穿过各个穿刺锚的穿线孔6,从而实现连接多个穿刺锚。
实施例3:
如图4所示,在固定器1上沿轴向加工一凹平面7,且在凹平面侧加工一穿线凸块8,穿线凸块(8)沿轴向设有通孔,推送丝3从通孔中穿过,所述穿线凸块8与固定器1一体成型。固定器1与推送丝3成一直线时,推动丝3收拢在凹平面7内,不让外径变大,提升穿刺锚在穿刺针10的内孔孔道内的通 过性。回收线2固定在固定器1的一端,且固定器1不仅限于一端为球面结构4。此外,固定器1可采用棒材或管材加工。

实施例1、2和3的使用方法基本相同。如图6所示,在内镜的引导下,内镜穿刺针(或者其他类似器械)穿刺组织到达目标位置,然后将穿刺锚的推送丝3与固定器1收为一直线(此时,实施例1中推送丝3位于固定器1的轴向通槽5内,实施例3中推送丝3收拢在凹平面7内),然后如图7所示,利用推送丝3将固定器1从穿刺针10的内孔推送出内镜穿刺针头端(固定器1不连接回收线的一端先进入穿刺针的内孔),随后固定器1自动与推送丝3成垂直状态,撤出内镜穿刺针,拉动推送丝3,可以将组织牵引移动,达到组织与组织的合拢作用,如图8所示。当然也可以单独移动目标组织,给手术治疗提供了方便的途径。手术完成后,拉动回收线2,固定器1自动与回收线2成一直线,从而撤出穿刺锚。
以上实施是对本发明优选实施方案进行描述,但本发明不限于此,在不脱离本发明的构思和工作原理下,本领域普通技术人员对本新型的技术方案和材料作出的各种变形和改进,均应在本发明的权利要求书确定的保护。
Claims (10)
- 一种可回收穿刺锚,其特征在于,包括固定器(1)、回收线(2)和推送丝(3),所述固定器(1)为圆柱状结构,所述回收线(2)固定在固定器(1)的一端,所述推送丝(3)柔性连接在固定器(1)的中间段。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种可回收穿刺锚,其特征在于,所述固定器(1)沿轴向开有通槽(5),且所述推送丝(3)柔性连接在通槽(5)中。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种可回收穿刺锚,其特征在于,所述固定器(1)的中间段沿径向设有穿线孔(6),所述推送丝(3)穿过穿线孔(6)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种可回收穿刺锚,其特征在于,所述固定器(1)沿轴向加工一凹平面(7),且在凹平面侧加工一穿线凸块(8),所述穿线凸块(8)沿轴向设有通孔,所述推送丝(3)穿过通孔,所述穿线凸块(8)与固定器(1)一体成型。
- 根据权利要求1-4中任一权利要求所述的一种可回收穿刺锚,其特征在于,所述固定器(1)的一端或两端为球面结构。
- 根据权利要求3或4中任一权利要求所述的一种可回收穿刺锚,其特征在于,所述固定器(1)采用棒材或管材加工。
- 根据权利要求5中任一权利要求所述的一种可回收穿刺锚,其特征在于,所述推送丝(3)为硬质丝线,且在表面涂覆高分子材料涂层(9)。
- 根据权利要求5中任一权利要求所述的一种可回收穿刺锚,其特征在于,所述推送丝(3)为软质丝线,与其他器械配套推送。
- 根据权利要求7或8所述的一种可回收穿刺锚,其特征在于,所述回 收线(2)为软质线。
- 根据权利要求9所述的一种可回收穿刺锚,其特征在于,所述固定器(1)为硬质材料。
