Abstract
L'invention concerne un gabarit de serrage de pièce (10) avec une fonction de réglage télescopique. Le gabarit de serrage de pièce comprend une tige de serrage et de fixation (100) d'une structure creuse avec une extrémité ouverte, et une tige de serrage télescopique (200) passant de façon mobile à travers l'ouverture à l'extrémité de la tige de serrage et de fixation (100). La tige de serrage et de fixation (100) et la tige de serrage télescopique (200) sont positionnées au moyen d'une tige filetée de positionnement et de liaison (300), un trou traversant de positionnement (110) dans la tige de serrage et de fixation (100) et une pluralité de trous filetés de montage (210) dans la tige de serrage télescopique (200). Une extrémité de la tige de serrage et de fixation (100) et une extrémité de la tige de serrage télescopique (200) sont toutes deux pourvues de blocs de serrage et de fixation agencés symétriquement. Le gabarit de serrage de pièce (10) permet d'obtenir une fonction de réglage télescopique, et peut ainsi être adapté aux opérations de serrage de pièces de différentes tailles de structure.
