如图1至图4所示,本发明一种衣物处理装置,包括洗衣机和烘干机等,包括本体1和门盖2,门盖2固定在本体1上,通过铰链装置连接,本体1内设有盛放衣物的筒体,门盖2通过铰链装置可以打开或闭合筒体,所述铰链装置包括铰链座3、与铰链座连接的可使门盖2打开或闭合的转动装置,转动装置与铰链座3之间通过插接孔和插接轴进行插接连接,铰链座3固定在本体1或门盖2上,转动装置固定在门盖2或本体1上,插接孔和插接轴之间设有保护套5,保护套5套在插接轴的一端插接至插接孔内,保护套5外表面与插接孔内表面之间具有间隙形成的腔室,保护套5上设有连通腔室与保护套5内部的透气结构51,门盖2转动过程中因铰链座3和转动装置挤压保护套5而在保护套5内外产生气体,保护套5上的透气结构51使保护套5内外的空气联通,避免了铰链座3与保护套5之间或转动装置与保护套5之间产生憋气,而导致的铰链座3和转动装置之间配合不紧密,且透气结构51有利于空气从铰链座3和转动装置之间排出。
所述保护套5为底面为平面、侧面带有翻边的凹槽结构,所述透气结构为位于保护套5底面和/或侧面上的透气孔。
所述转动装置为阻尼装置4,包括转动部件41和固定部件42,所述固定部件42与铰链座3为可拆卸但不可转动的插接连接,所述保护套5位于固定部件42与铰链座3之间。
所述转动装置为与门盖2连接的盖轴,所述铰链座3位于本体1上,铰链座3上设有轴孔,盖轴与铰链座3为可拆卸且可转动的插接连接,所述保护套5位于盖轴与铰链座3之间。
实施例一
如图2、图3所示,本实施例所述的阻尼装置4包括转动部件41和固定部件42,转动部件41与固定部件42之间可以发生相对转动,所述固定部件42为轴形结构,与铰链座3固定连接,且与铰链座3之间不能发生相对转动,所述转动部件41为筒形结构,固定部件42的一端位于转动部件41的筒形结构内,转动部件41的另一端与本体1或门盖2固定连接,且 与门体1或门盖2之间不可发生相对运动;所述保护套5位于固定部件42与铰链座3之间,固定部件42虽然与铰链座3之间不会发生相对转动,但因转动部件41会相对于固定部件42发生转动,会带动固定部件42发生微小移动或震动,从而引起固定部件42与铰链座3之间产生震动、摩擦、异响或窜动,保护套5可改善固定部件42与铰链座3的配合间隙,极大的消除上盖转动过程中产生的异响和窜动。
实施例二
如图2、图3所示,本实施例所述的阻尼装置4包括转动部件41和固定部件42,转动部件41与固定部件42之间可以发生相对转动,固定部件42为轴形结构,一端为圆柱轴,另一端为非圆柱轴,转动部件41上设有圆柱形轴孔,固定部件42的为圆柱轴的一端位于转动部件41的轴孔内,与转动部件41为可转动连接,铰链座3设有非圆柱形轴孔,固定部件42的非圆柱轴的一端位于铰链座3的非圆柱形轴孔内,固定部件42与铰链座3不可发生相对转动,在固定部件42和铰链座3之间设有轴套形状的保护套5,保护套5的内腔与固定部件42的非圆柱轴一端的外形相同,保护套5的外形与铰链座3的非圆柱形轴孔的内腔相同,固定部件42的非圆柱轴端位于保护套5内,保护套5位于铰链座3的非圆柱形轴孔内。
实施例三
如图2、图3所示,本实施例所述的阻尼装置4包括转动部件41和固定部件42,铰链座3上设有轴形结构,为非圆柱轴,转动部件41上设有圆柱形轴孔,固定部件42一端为圆柱形轴,位于转动部件41的圆柱形轴孔内,与转动部件41为可转动连接,固定部件42另一端为非圆柱形轴孔,铰链座3非圆柱形轴位于固定部件的非圆柱形轴孔内,固定部件42与铰链座3不可发生相对转动,在固定部件42和铰链座3之间设有轴套形状的保护套5,保护套5的内腔与铰链座3的非圆柱轴一端的外形相同,保护套5的外形与固定部件42的非圆柱形轴孔的内腔相同,铰链座3的非圆柱轴端位于保护套5内,保护套5位于固定部件42的非圆柱形轴孔内。
实施例四
本实施例所述的盖轴与门盖2连接,优选为一体结构,铰链座3位于本体1上,铰链座3上设有轴孔,保护套5为轴套结构,位于盖轴与铰链座3之间,保护套5的内腔与盖轴的外形相同,保护套5的外形与铰链座3的轴孔的内腔相同,盖轴的一端位于保护套5内,保护套5位于铰链座3的轴孔内,盖轴与铰链座3为可拆卸且可转动连接。
实施例五
如图2至图4所示,本实施例所述的保护套5为底面为平面、侧面带有翻边的凹槽结构,透气结构51为位于保护套5底面和/或侧面上的透气孔,上盖转动过程中,转动部件41相对于固定部件42发生转动,会带动固定部件42发生微小移动或震动,从而引起固定部件42与铰链座3之间产生震动、摩擦、异响或窜动,该过程会使固定部件42和铰链座3之间的气流发生流动,保护套5上设透气结构51,可避免气流在某处聚集产生间隙而导致固定部件42与铰链座3配合不紧密。
实施例六
本实施例所述的铰链座3为固定于本体1上的铰链座,所述阻尼装置4为固定于门盖2上的铰链结构,铰链结构与铰链座通过轴和轴孔固定连接,所述轴位于铰链结构上、轴孔位于铰链座上,或者所述轴位于铰链座上、轴孔位于铰链结构上,且轴和轴孔不可发生相对转动,轴为非圆柱形轴,轴孔为非圆柱形孔,由于轴和轴孔之间的配合间隙小时会产生诸如安装困难的问题,配合间隙大时会产生配合不紧密、转动时异响和上盖窜动的问题,所以轴和轴孔之间设有具有耐磨性的高分子材料的轴套,改善和阻尼器之间的间隙,从而解决了安装困难、配合不紧密、转动时异响和上盖窜动的问题。
实施例七
本实施例与上述实施例五的区别在于:所述的铰链座3为固定于门盖2上的铰链座,所述阻尼装置4为固定于本体1上的铰链结构。
实施例八
本实施例所述的阻尼装置4为阻尼铰链,阻尼铰链包括阻尼壳体和轴,阻尼壳体与门盖2固定连接,轴一端为圆柱形轴,另一端为非圆柱轴,圆柱轴的一端位于阻尼壳体内,且与阻尼壳体可发生相对转动,铰链座固定与本体1上,且铰链座上设有非圆柱形轴孔,阻尼铰链的轴的非圆柱形轴端与固定于铰链座的非圆柱形轴孔内,非圆柱形轴和非圆柱形轴孔不可发生相对转动。阻尼铰链的阻尼壳体与轴之间设有驻停结构,可使门盖2在闭合位置到打开到最大角度之间的任意角度驻停,避免了门盖2关闭过程中突然闭合的情况发生,延长门盖2的使用寿命,且门盖2任意角度驻停,方便用户使用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种衣物处理装置,包括本体(1)和门盖(2),本体(1)和门盖(2)之间通过铰链装置连接,所述铰链装置包括铰链座(3)、连接门盖(2)和铰链座(3)的转动装置,转动装置与铰链座(3)之间通过插接孔和插接轴进行插接连接,其特征在于:插接孔和插接轴之间设有保护套(5),保护套(5)套在插接轴的一端插接至插接孔内,保护套(5)外表面与插接孔内表面之间具有间隙形成的腔室,保护套(5)上设有连通腔室与保护套(5)内部的透气结构(51)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于:所述保护套(5)为底面为平面、侧面带有翻边的凹槽结构,所述透气结构为位于保护套(5)底面和/或侧面上的透气孔。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于:所述转动装置为阻尼装置(4),包括转动部件(41)和固定部件(42),所述固定部件(42)与铰链座(3)为可拆卸但不可转动的插接连接,所述保护套(5)位于固定部件(42)与铰链座(3)之间。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于:所述固定部件(42)为轴形结构,铰链座(3)上设有轴孔,保护套(5)为轴套结构,保护套(5)的内腔与固定部件(42)的外形相同,保护套(5)的外形与铰链座(3)的轴孔的内腔相同,固定部件(42)的一端位于保护套(5)内,保护套(5)位于铰链座(3)的轴孔内。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于:所述铰链座(3)上设有轴形结构,固定部件(42)上设有轴孔,保护套(5)为轴套结构,保护套(5)的内腔与铰链座(3)的轴形结构的外形相同,保护套(5)的外形与固定部件(42)的轴孔的内腔相同,铰链座(3)的轴形结构的一端位于保护套(5)内,保护套(5)位于固定部件(42)的轴孔内。
  6. 如权利要求1或2所述的一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于:所述转动装置为与门盖(2)连接的盖轴,所述铰链座(3)位于本体(1)上,铰链座(3)上设有轴孔,盖轴与铰链座(3)为可拆卸且可转动的插接连接,所述保护套(5)位于盖轴与铰链座(3)之间。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于:所述保护套(5)为轴套结构,保护套(5)的内腔与盖轴的外形相同,保护套(5)的外形与铰链座(3)的轴孔的内腔相同,盖轴的一端位于保护套(5)内,保护套(5)位于铰链座(3)的轴孔内。
  8. 如权利要求3-5任一所述的一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于:所述铰链座(3)固定于本体(1)上,所述阻尼装置(4)为固定于门盖(2)上的阻尼铰链。
  9. 如权利要求3-5任一所述的一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于:所述铰链座(3)固定 于门盖(2)上,所述阻尼装置(4)为固定于本体(1)上的阻尼铰链。
  10. 如权利要求1-9任一所述的一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于:所述保护套(5)为具有耐磨性的高分子材料的轴套。
