Description

一种洗衣机外桶及洗衣机 技术领域
本发明属于洗衣机技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种洗衣机外桶及洗衣机。
背景技术
目前,为了提高衣物的洗净比,洗衣机增设了喷淋洗功能,以循环利用外桶中存储的水对内桶的衣物进行喷淋,从而使衣物洗得更干净。具有喷淋功能的洗衣机一般都设置有循环水泵,通过循环水泵将外桶底部的水抽取至外桶盖,由外桶盖出水、形成喷淋状的水流。其中,外桶盖一般包括进水口、水腔和出水口,水流通过进水口进入外桶盖的水腔,聚集在水腔中的水从出水口出水、进行喷淋。
现有技术的波轮洗衣机的外桶上一般设置有敞开式的溢水口,这种结构在洗衣机运行喷淋洗功能时会影响喷淋的效果,并且水流可能自溢水口甩出而存在安全隐患。
因此,亟待一种可适用于喷淋洗功能的洗衣机且能有效防止水意外溢水的洗衣机外桶。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种洗衣机外桶结构。所述的洗衣机外桶不但可以避免水流意外溢出至洗衣机外部的情况,而且适用于具有喷淋洗功能的洗衣机、不需要重新开设新模具,有助于改善喷淋洗效果,应用前景好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:
一种洗衣机外桶,上部设有溢水口,其中,洗衣机外桶的内壁设有位于溢水口下方的挡水筋,挡水筋自下而上延伸以对应遮挡溢水口,溢水口与挡水筋之间具有溢流间隙。
优选地,所述挡水筋与洗衣机外桶的内壁一体成型或者可拆卸连接。
优选地,挡水筋的上边缘不低于溢水口的上边缘,沿洗衣机外桶的周向延伸的长度不短于溢水口的长度。
优选地,挡水筋的下边缘与洗衣机外桶的内壁一体成型,上边缘和沿洗衣机外桶的周向延伸的两侧均为自由端;
或者,挡水筋沿洗衣机外桶的周向延伸的两侧中的其中一侧或两侧与洗衣机外桶的内壁 一体成型,下边缘和上边缘为自由端。
优选地,挡水筋与洗衣机的内壁表面之间形成朝外凹的凹槽结构。
优选地,所述凹槽结构包括与洗衣机外桶内壁连接的两个侧壁、连接于两个侧壁之间的凹壁,侧壁与洗衣机外桶内壁及凹壁之间均采用圆弧过渡连接。
优选地,溢水口设置于突出于洗衣机外桶的外周壁的腔室中,所述腔室的横断面为类三角形结构。
优选地,挡水筋的上边缘呈曲线结构,更优选为S型结构。
优选地,溢水口为设置于洗衣机外桶内壁上的多个沿洗衣机外桶轴向延伸的条形豁口。
优选地,所述的条形豁口处于多个不同的平面上,优选多个条形豁口所在的平面整体呈波浪型。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种洗衣机,该洗衣机具有根据上述内容所述的任意一种洗衣机外桶,并具有能将外桶中存储的水向上提升并喷淋至内桶以洗涤衣物的功能。
优选地,具有包括上盖体和下盖体的外桶盖,盖体与下盖体连接形成水腔,外桶盖具有进水口且上部设有溢水保护结构,所述溢水保护结构将水腔中满溢出的水定向地导流至洗衣机外桶外部;
更优选地,所述溢水保护结构为设置在外桶盖顶面的泄水通道,所述泄水通道具有将满溢的水定向导流至外桶外部的导流结构。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
本发明的洗衣机外桶不但可以避免水流意外溢出至洗衣机外部的情况,安全可靠。适用于具有喷淋洗功能的洗衣机、不需要重新开设新模具,降低研发制造成本,尤其,有助于改善喷淋洗效果,衣物洗净效果更好,应用前景好。
本发明的洗衣机外桶与具有溢水保护结构的外桶盖进一步配合,在洗衣机出现故障并持续进水导致水满溢时,可以将溢出的水由方向地疏导至外桶与洗衣机箱体之间没有电器件的部位,避免危险发生,更加安全可靠;所述溢水保护结构简单,节省空间,利于增大洗衣机的容量,并且成本较低。

实施例一
一种洗衣机外桶,上部设有溢水口4,洗衣机外桶1的内壁设有位于溢水口4下方的挡水筋2,挡水筋2自下而上延伸以对应遮挡溢水口4,溢水口4与挡水筋2之间具有溢流间隙。
所述挡水筋2与洗衣机外桶1的内壁一体成型或者可拆卸连接。
挡水筋2的上边缘不低于溢水口4的上边缘,沿洗衣机外桶1的周向延伸的长度不短于溢水口4的长度;
作为优选地,挡水筋2的下边缘与洗衣机外桶1的内壁一体成型,上边缘和沿洗衣机外桶1的周向延伸的两侧均为自由端;
或者,挡水筋2沿洗衣机外桶1的周向延伸的两侧中的其中一侧或两侧与洗衣机外桶1的内壁一体成型,下边缘和上边缘为自由端。
挡水筋2与洗衣机的内壁表面之间形成朝外凹的凹槽结构。
所述凹槽结构包括与洗衣机外桶1内壁连接的两个侧壁、连接于两个侧壁之间的凹壁,侧壁与洗衣机外桶1内壁及凹壁之间均采用圆弧过渡连接。
溢水口4设置于突出于洗衣机外桶1的外周壁的腔室中,所述腔室的横断面为类三角形结构。
所述的腔室可以保护溢水口4,防止洗衣机外桶1与框架结构碰撞对其造成损伤,并且该腔室具有类三角形的横断端,三角形的顶角处可以起到一定的支撑作用,令洗衣机外桶的安装更加稳固,而且不需要增大安装空间。
作为优选地,挡水筋2的上边缘呈曲线结构,更优选为S型结构。
溢水口4为设置于洗衣机外桶1内壁上的多个沿洗衣机外桶1轴向延伸的条形豁口。
所述的条形豁口处于多个不同的平面上,优选多个条形豁口所在的平面整体呈波浪型。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种洗衣机,其具有如上所述的洗衣机外桶1,并具有能将外桶中存储的水向上提升并喷淋至内桶以洗涤衣物的功能。

实施例二
一种洗衣机外桶1,包括设于上部的溢水口4,与所述溢水口4相对应的下方部位的内壁设有自下而上延伸以封堵溢水口4的挡水筋2。
所述挡水筋2与洗衣机外桶1的内壁一体成型或者可拆卸连接。
在洗衣机外桶1的内壁上设置挡水筋2在洗衣机运行喷淋洗或脱水等正常运行状态时,可以有效防止水溢流到外部。挡水筋2设置在洗衣机外桶1的内壁上一方面可以避免增加洗衣机开发研制成本,不需要扩大洗衣机外桶或洗衣机其他部件(如外桶盖)的体积,新型的洗衣机外桶1避免安装时的不便问题。
挡水筋2与洗衣机外桶1的内壁可以一体成型得到,结构更加牢固可靠,不需要设置其他的辅助安装结构,同时也比较美观、降低制造成本。
挡水筋2也可以设置为更换、拆卸的部件,与洗衣机外桶1的内壁可拆卸式连接,增强自主选择性,只需要在模具上开设可更换的镶块,即可生产对应不同类型功能的洗衣机的挡水筋2。成本更低,安装方式简单快捷。
所述的可拆卸连接可以选自卡接、螺栓连接或螺纹连接等方式中的一种或几种的组合。
挡水筋2的上边缘不低于溢水口4的上边缘,沿洗衣机外桶1的周向延伸的长度不短于溢水口4的长度。
挡水筋2与洗衣机的内壁表面之间形成朝外凹的凹槽结构。
所述挡水筋2的结构特点在洗衣机运行喷淋洗功能时,与洗衣机的电机转速配合,使向上的喷淋水流可以更好地进入至洗衣机的外桶,使喷淋水流连续,提升喷淋效果,同时减轻电机的负载。
所述凹槽结构包括与洗衣机外桶1内壁连接的两个侧壁、连接于两个侧壁之间的凹壁,侧壁与洗衣机外桶1内壁及凹壁之间均采用圆弧过渡连接。
所述凹槽结构不仅有助于改善提升水流的效果,而且使挡水筋2的结构更牢固可靠。
挡水筋2的上边缘呈曲线结构,优选为S型结构。
挡水筋2的上边缘呈曲线结构,有助于拦截洗衣机在高速运转时朝溢水口4部位甩出的水,更加安全可靠。
溢水口4为设置于洗衣机外桶1内壁上的多个沿洗衣机外桶1轴向延伸的条形豁口。
所述的条形豁口处于多个不同的平面上,优选多个条形豁口所在的平面整体呈波浪型。
将溢水口4设置为多个条形豁口,并且不在一个平面上,一方面,在意外情况下的水流上涨至界限,可以自溢水口4处满溢出去,疏水更快;另一方面,当洗衣机运行喷淋洗功能,电机正常高速运转,即使有较少的水被甩至溢水口4处,也可以进一步被波浪型的面拦截,避免溢出而损失水、导致喷淋洗效果不佳。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种洗衣机,具有如上述内容所述的洗衣机外桶1,并具有能将外桶中存储的水向上提升并喷淋至内桶以洗涤衣物的功能。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述的洗衣机具有包括上盖体和下盖体的外桶盖3,盖体与下盖体连接形成水腔,外桶盖3具有进水口且上部设有溢水保护结构301,所述溢水保护结构301将水腔中满溢出的水定向地导流至洗衣机外桶1外部;
作为优选地,所述溢水保护结构301为设置在外桶盖3顶面的泄水通道,所述泄水通道具有将满溢的水定向导流至外桶外部的导流结构。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:

实施例三
本实施例与实施例二的区别在于:在实施例二的基本思路上,对洗衣机的外桶盖3进行了更优设计。
外桶盖3包括上盖体和下盖体,上盖体与下盖体连接形成水腔,外桶盖3具有进水口,外桶盖3上部设置有溢水保护结构301,所述溢水保护结构301将水腔中满溢出的水定向地导流至外桶外部。所述溢水保护结构301能将水腔中异常进水而满溢出的水定向地导流至外桶与洗衣机箱体之间、无电器元件的部位。
所述溢水保护结构301为设置在上盖体并与水腔上部连通的泄水孔。
水腔内部相对泄水孔设有挡水筋2,所述挡水筋2包括遮挡泄水孔下部的第一部,由第一部的上端延伸并向水腔内周壁方向弯折的第二部。
所述泄水孔的外部设有多条由泄水孔底端延伸至外桶盖3顶面、贯穿泄水孔高度的格栅筋,相邻两条格栅筋之间形成独立的泄水通道;
泄水孔底端设有沿外桶盖3侧周壁周向的弧形加强筋。
水腔的内周壁上设有多个出水口,水腔与进水口相连通处设有长度沿外桶盖3周向延伸的匀水筋,进水被匀水筋阻挡以向进水口两侧水腔分流并由各出水口均匀喷淋至内桶。
匀水筋设在上盖体或下盖体的内表面上,且匀水筋将进水口与其相对的水腔内周壁上的出水口隔开。
匀水筋包括中段筋及在中段筋左、右两侧设置的左、右段筋,中段筋的中轴线与进水口的中轴线重合,中段筋的长度不小于进水口与水腔连通处的进水宽度,中段筋的下端面与下盖体的内表面或上端面与上盖体的内表面密封接触。
水腔的内周壁上设有多个出水孔,外桶盖3设有进水口;水由所述进水口进入水腔中并经所述出水孔喷淋至内桶中;
每个出水孔独立且均匀地分布在水腔的内周壁上;或者,出水孔设为均匀分布在水腔的内周壁上的多个出水孔组,每个出水孔组包括至少两个出水孔;
各出水孔组中的各出水孔之间的间距设为相同或者不相同;
各出水孔组之间的间距设为相同或者不相同。
本实施例的技术方案具有下面的有益效果:
所述具有溢水保护结构301的外桶盖3在洗衣机出现故障并持续进水导致水满溢时,可以将溢出的水由方向地疏导至外桶与洗衣机箱体之间没有电器件的部位,避免危险的发生,更加安全可靠;
所述具有溢水保护结构301的外桶盖3的溢水保护结构301简单,节省空间,利于增大洗衣机的容量,并且成本较低;
利用设置在外桶盖3上的泄水孔作为溢水保护结构301,并且设置挡水筋2,既可以避免洗衣机异常运行时进水满溢至电器件、造成危险,同时防止外桶盖3中的水在洗衣机正常的脱水运行过程中被甩出去,更加合理可靠;
在进水口与水腔连通的部位设有匀水筋,有效地均衡了外桶盖3水腔中各出水部的水压,特别是靠近进水口、远离进水口的不同部位处的水压,使得外桶盖3水腔各出水口均具有适宜的水压以保证外桶盖3中的水流喷射更加均匀,有助于提高喷淋洗的效果,进而提高衣物的洗净率;
匀水筋的结构更加简单,不仅节省成本而且不会损失外桶盖3的水腔容积,另外,匀水筋的设置部位具有多种选择,更加灵活易控,适用性强;
每个出水孔独立且均匀地分布在水腔的内周壁上,或者,出水孔设为均匀分布在水腔的内周壁上的多个出水孔组,每个出水孔组包括至少两个出水孔,如此可以确保喷淋水流更加均匀、可靠,并且喷流出来的水流具有更强的冲击力度,能够提高对衣物的喷淋洗涤效果,衣物洗净效果更佳。
所述洗衣机可避免运行出现故障时,水漫过外桶盖3并无方向性地泄到外桶的外部、溅到电器件上造成安全隐患的问题,并且洗衣机的容量增大;
所述洗衣机的喷淋水流更加可靠、稳定,喷淋洗效果更好,洗衣机的衣物洗净比率更高,更加符合客户的需求,市场前景好。
实施例四
本实施例与实施三的区别在于:溢水保护结构301不同,本实施例所述溢水保护结构301为设置在外桶盖3顶面的泄水通道,所述泄水通道具有将满溢的水定向导流至外桶外部的导流结构;优选地,所述导流结构为导向槽或者导管。
所述的溢水保护结构301也可以较好地将洗衣机运行异常时外桶中满溢出来的水有方向性地泄出去,避免水无方向性地四处溢流至设有电器件的位置、造成安全隐患。
外桶盖3包括上盖体和下盖体,上盖体与下盖体连接形成水腔,外桶盖3具有进水口,外桶盖3上部设置有溢水保护结构301,所述溢水保护结构301将水腔中满溢出的水定向地导流至外桶外部。
所述溢水保护结构301为设置在外桶盖3顶面的泄水通道,所述泄水通道具有将满溢的水定向导流至外桶外部的导流结构;优选地,所述导流结构为导向槽或者导管。
水腔的内周壁上设有多个出水口,水腔与进水口相连通处设有长度沿外桶盖3周向延伸的匀水筋,进水被匀水筋阻挡以向进水口两侧水腔分流并由各出水口均匀喷淋至内桶。
匀水筋设在上盖体或下盖体的内表面上,且匀水筋将进水口与其相对的水腔内周壁上的出水口隔开。
匀水筋包括中段筋及在中段筋左、右两侧设置的左、右段筋,中段筋的中轴线与进水口的中轴线重合,中段筋的长度不小于进水口与水腔连通处的进水宽度,中段筋的下端面与下盖体的内表面或上端面与上盖体的内表面密封接触。
水腔的内周壁上设有多个出水孔,外桶盖3设有进水口;水由所述进水口进入水腔中并经所述出水孔喷淋至内桶中;
每个出水孔独立且均匀地分布在水腔的内周壁上;或者,出水孔设为均匀分布在水腔的内周壁上的多个出水孔组,每个出水孔组包括至少两个出水孔;
各出水孔组中的各出水孔之间的间距设为相同或者不相同;
各出水孔组之间的间距设为相同或者不相同。

  1. 一种洗衣机外桶,上部设有溢水口(4),其特征在于,洗衣机外桶(1)的内壁设有位于溢水口(4)下方的挡水筋(2),挡水筋(2)自下而上延伸以对应遮挡溢水口(4),溢水口(4)与挡水筋(2)之间具有溢流间隙。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机外桶,其特征在于,所述挡水筋(2)与洗衣机外桶(1)的内壁一体成型或者可拆卸连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的洗衣机外桶,其特征在于,挡水筋(2)的上边缘不低于溢水口(4)的上边缘,沿洗衣机外桶(1)的周向延伸的长度不短于溢水口(4)的长度;
    优选地,挡水筋(2)的下边缘与洗衣机外桶(1)的内壁一体成型,上边缘和沿洗衣机外桶(1)的周向延伸的两侧均为自由端;
    或者,挡水筋(2)沿洗衣机外桶(1)的周向延伸的两侧中的其中一侧或两侧与洗衣机外桶(1)的内壁一体成型,下边缘和上边缘为自由端。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的洗衣机外桶,其特征在于,挡水筋(2)与洗衣机的内壁表面之间形成朝外凹的凹槽结构。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的洗衣机外桶,其特征在于,所述凹槽结构包括与洗衣机外桶(1)内壁连接的两个侧壁、连接于两个侧壁之间的凹壁,侧壁与洗衣机外桶(1)内壁及凹壁之间均采用圆弧过渡连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的洗衣机外桶,其特征在于,溢水口(4)设置于突出于洗衣机外桶(1)的外周壁的腔室中,所述腔室的横断面为类三角形结构;
    优选地,挡水筋(2)的上边缘呈曲线结构,更优选为S型结构。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的洗衣机外桶,其特征在于,溢水口(4)为设置于洗衣机外桶(1)内壁上的多个沿洗衣机外桶(1)轴向延伸的条形豁口。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的洗衣机外桶,其特征在于,所述的条形豁口处于多个不同的平面上,优选多个条形豁口所在的平面整体呈波浪型。
  9. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,具有根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的洗衣机外桶(1),并具有能将外桶中存储的水向上提升并喷淋至内桶以洗涤衣物的功能。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,具有包括上盖体和下盖体的外桶盖(3),盖体与下盖体连接形成水腔,外桶盖(3)具有进水口且上部设有溢水保护结构(301),所述溢水保护结构(301)将水腔中满溢出的水定向地导流至洗衣机外桶(1)外部;
    优选地,所述溢水保护结构(301)为设置在外桶盖(3)顶面的泄水通道,所述泄水通道具有将满溢的水定向导流至外桶外部的导流结构。
