Abstract

一种独立办公与会议两用的办公设施,包括两个相邻的办公间(1),两个办公间(1)均包括顶部组件(3)、底部组件(8)、墙壁组件(5)和一面共用的隔断墙,隔断墙包括至少两个可滑动地套装的隔断组件(2)。两个相邻的办公间(1)均具有独立性、隐私性和隔音效果,便于独立办公,并且这两个办公间(1)还可临时组合为一个会议室,从而满足会议交流的需求,降低了对会议室的需求,有助于企业减小对办公面积的需求,并能相应地降低对照明、空调等设施的需求,降低企业的运营成本。

独立办公与会议两用的办公设施 技术领域
本发明属于办公设施领域,具体涉及一种办公间。
背景技术
在现代工作环境中,人们一方面希望能拥有独立、私密的空间,避免他人的打扰,充分发挥个人的价值,另一方面,人才的专业化又迫使员工们渴望在相互之间实现有效的交流,共同解决复杂的问题。因此,现代的办公空间即会为员工配备拥有一定独立性和隐私性的小办公间,又会为员工预留小会议室以备交流讨论。由于小会议室的适用范围较小,因而容易出现闲置的情况,造成办公空间的浪费。在当代社会商用建筑的成本很高,这种闲置对于企业来说是不小的资源浪费,增加了企业的运营成本。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种带有会议功能的办公间,降低对会议室的需求,减小企业的运营成本。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种独立办公与会议两用的办公设施,包括两个相邻的办公间,两个办公间均包括顶部组件、底部组件、墙壁组件和一面共用的隔断墙,隔断墙包括至少两个可滑动地套装的隔断组件。
进一步的,办公间为密闭结构,每个办公间均设有一个或两个门组件。
进一步的,隔断墙上设有隔音窗。
进一步的,隔断墙两侧均设有以扬声器或指示灯为终端的提示系统。
进一步的,办公间为开放式结构,每个办公间均设有一面与隔断墙相对的墙壁组件。
进一步的,每个办公间还设有一面与隔断墙相邻的墙壁组件。
进一步的,包括办公桌,办公桌的桌面与办公间的底部组件之间密闭连接。
进一步的,多个隔断组件中最上方的隔断组件固定在顶部组件上,隔断墙张开时最下方的隔断组件与办公桌的桌面紧密接触。
进一步的,两个办公间内均设有办公桌,两个办公间的办公桌之间留有间隙,多个隔断组件中最下方的隔断组件可滑动地设于两个办公桌的间隙中,隔断墙张开时最上方的隔断组件与顶部组件紧密接触。
进一步的,隔断组件由机械装置控制。
本发明的有益之处在于:两个相邻的办公间均具有的独立性、隐私性和隔音效果,便于独立办公,并且这两个办公间还可临时组合为一个会议室,从而满足会议交流的需求,降低了对会议室的需求,有助于企业减小对办公面积的需求,并能相应地降低对照明、空调等设施的需求,降低企业的运营成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述:
本发明的实施例一如图1至图4所示。两个相邻的办公间1为密闭结构,均包括顶部组件3、墙壁组件5、底部组件8和两侧的门组件4,两个办公间1共用的隔断墙由两个隔断组件2组成,两个办公间1内均设有办公桌6,办公桌6的桌面与办公间的底部组件8之间密闭连接,下方的隔断组件2可滑动地设于两个办公桌6中间的间隙中。当两个隔断组件2完全张开时,最上方的隔断组件2与顶部组件3紧密接触,隔断墙将两个办公间1分开,两个办公间1独立使用。每个办公间1内均可容纳两名员工,办公间1的两侧均设有门组件4,便于员工进出。当有会议需求时,员工可通过隔音窗、扬声器、指示灯等装置提醒对面,再通过机械装置收拢隔断组件2,隔断组件2通过滑动收拢至两 个办公桌6中间的间隙中,完全收拢的隔断组件2的上表面与办公桌6的桌面平齐,两个办公间1打通,可作为会议室使用。
本发明的实施例二如图5至图8所示。两个办公间1为密闭结构,隔断墙由三个隔断组件2组成,最上方的隔断组件2固定在顶板组件3上,隔断墙完全张开时,最下方的隔断组件2与办公桌67的桌面紧密接触。隔断墙收拢时,隔断组件2向上收拢。
本发明的实施例三如图9所示,两个办公间1的墙壁组件5均只设有一面与隔断墙相对的墙壁组件5,两个办公间1均为两侧开放式设计,两个办公间1内均设有办公桌6和沙发7,隔断墙由三个隔断组件2组成,最上方的隔断组件2固定在顶板组件3上,隔断组件2向上收拢。开放式的办公间1的结构更为简洁,成本更低,同时也能阻隔前后两个方向的视线,也能在一定程度上保护隐私,实现独立办公。
本发明的实施例四如图10所示,两个办公间1均为单侧开放式设计,每个办公间1均包括一面与隔断墙相对的墙壁组件5和一面与隔断墙相邻的墙壁组件5,隔断墙由两个隔断组件2组成,隔断组件2向下收拢。
在实施例一及实施例二中,由于两个办公间1均为密闭设计,因此在有会议需求时难以及时沟通,因此可通过在隔断墙上设置隔音窗和在办公间1内设置扬声器、指示灯等提示系统来表达会议需求。由于隔音窗和扬声器这样的指示系统为公开技术,技术人员易于实现,所以在附图中未予以示出。
在本发明中,隔断组件2的运动方式仅为上下滑动,对应的机械装置有多种形式且结构均较为简单,因此在附图中未予以示出具体结构。
顶部组件3、墙壁组件5和底部组件8均设有隔音效应结构,可以减少环境噪音,避免互相影响。密闭的办公间1还可设置通风换气系统、照明系统、人脸识别等电子门控系统、通风报警系统等功能设施,充分满足客户的定制需求。
需要强调的是:以上仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种独立办公与会议两用的办公设施,其特征在于:包括两个相邻的办公间,两个所述的办公间均包括顶部组件、底部组件、墙壁组件和一面共用的隔断墙,所述隔断墙包括至少两个可滑动地套装的隔断组件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的独立办公与会议两用的办公设施,其特征在于:所述办公间为密闭结构,每个所述办公间均设有一个或两个门组件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的独立办公与会议两用的办公设施,其特征在于:所述隔断墙上设有隔音窗。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的独立办公与会议两用的办公设施,其特征在于:所述隔断墙两侧均设有以扬声器或指示灯为终端的提示系统。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的独立办公与会议两用的办公设施,其特征在于:所述办公间为开放式结构,每个所述办公间均设有一面与隔断墙相对的墙壁组件。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的独立办公与会议两用的办公设施,其特征在于:每个所述办公间还设有一面与隔断墙相邻的墙壁组件。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的独立办公与会议两用的办公设施,其特征在于:包括办公桌,所述办公桌的桌面与办公间的底部组件之间密闭连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的独立办公与会议两用的办公设施,其特征在于:所述多个隔断组件中最上方的隔断组件固定在顶部组件上,隔断墙张开时最下方的隔断组件与办公桌的桌面紧密接触。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的独立办公与会议两用的办公设施,其特征在于:所述两个办公间内均设有办公桌,所述两个办公间的办公桌之间留有间隙,所述多个隔断组件中最下方的隔断组件可滑动地设于两个办公桌的间隙中,隔断墙张开时最上方的隔断组件与顶部组件紧密接触。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的独立办公与会议两用的办公设施,其特征在于:所述隔断组件由机械装置控制。
