请参阅图1-3,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种淤泥抽除设备,包括出水仓1、水管仓3、壳体9、工作仓15和储泥仓18,壳体9的一端安装有电池仓12,且电池仓12内部靠近壳体9的一端安装有蓄电池32,壳体9内部靠近电池仓12的一端安装有工作仓15,且壳体9内部远离电池仓12的一端安装有电机仓5,电机仓5与工作仓15之间的壳体9的内部安装有储泥仓18,壳体9两侧靠近电池仓12的一端皆安装有连接板8,且连接板8的下方皆安装有气囊7,电机仓5内部远离电池仓12一端的两侧皆安装有第二电机21,此处第二电机21可为Y90S-2电机,且第二电机21的输出端皆安装有第二转轴22,第二转轴22皆穿过壳体9并延伸至壳体9的外部,且第二转轴22上皆安装有第二桨叶23,工作仓15内部两侧靠近电池仓12的一端皆安装有第一电机11,此处第一电机11可为Y90S-2电机,且第一电机11的输出端皆安装有第一转轴10,第一转轴10皆穿过壳体9并延伸至壳体9的外部,且第一转轴10上皆安装有第一桨叶13,工作仓15靠近储泥仓18一端的两侧皆安装有抽砂泵16,此处抽砂泵16可为NSQ抽砂泵,抽砂泵16的输出端皆通过出泥管17与储泥仓18连通,且抽砂泵16的输入端皆安装有抽泥管14,抽泥管14皆穿过壳体9并延伸至壳体9的下方,壳体9两侧靠近电机仓5的一端皆安装有水泵箱20,且水泵箱20远离壳体9的一侧皆安装有水管仓3,水管仓3远离电池仓12的一端皆安装有出水仓1,且出水仓1内部靠近电池仓12的一端皆安装有均布管2,水泵箱20的内部皆安装有抽水泵6,水管仓3的内部皆安装有导水管4,导水管4远离电池仓12的一端皆与均布管2连通,抽水泵6的输入端皆通过水管与储泥仓18连通,且抽水泵6的输出端皆通过水管与导水管4连通,壳体9下方靠近第二电机21的一端安装有两组气压缸26,且气压缸26的输出端安装有固定板27,第二电机21上方的中间位置处安装有第三电机30,此处第三电机30可为Y90S-2电机,且第三电机30的输出端安装有第三转轴29,第三转轴29穿过固定板27并延伸至固定板27的下方,且固定板27远离第三电机30的一端安装有刮泥盘28,且刮泥盘28的下方均匀安装有刮泥板31,蓄电池32的输出端通过导线分别与抽水泵6、第一电机11、抽砂泵16、第二电机21和第三电机30的输入端电连接。
在本实施中:壳体9上方正对储泥仓18位置处安装有舱门24,且舱门24上设置有透明窗口,便于对装置内部的淤泥进行清除,刮泥板31设置有四组,且相邻刮泥板31之间的夹角为四十度,抽泥管14远离抽砂泵16的一端皆安装有抽泥罩,可防止砂石被装置抽入,出水仓1远离电池仓12的一端皆设置有出水口25,且出水口25上皆安装有防尘网,可防止水面上的漂浮物进入储水仓1内,储泥仓18的内部安装有滤网19,可使污泥与水分离。
工作原理:使用前,先对蓄电池31充电,使用时,蓄电池31直接为装置供电,将装置放置在水面上,启动第二电机21,第二电机21通过第二转轴22带动第二桨叶23转动,使装置在水面上移动,可通过启动两侧的第二电机11,使第一电机11带动第一桨叶13转动,对装置移动的方向进行调节,通过使气压缸26伸出,从而使刮泥盘28紧贴在鱼塘底部的污泥上,启动第三电机30,第三电机30通过第三转轴29带动刮泥盘28转动,从而通过刮泥盘28下方的刮泥板31将污泥搅起,同时启动抽砂泵16,抽砂泵16通过抽泥管14将污泥抽入储泥仓18内,储泥仓18内的滤网19能将污泥与水分离,启动抽水泵6,抽水泵6将储泥仓18内的水抽出,并通过均布管2喷出,通过水流喷出的反作力可为装置的移动提供一定的推力,清淤结束后,可打开舱门24,将污泥从装置中清除。
尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
 

Claims (6)

  1. 一种淤泥抽除设备,包括出水仓(1)、水管仓(3)、壳体(9)、工作仓(15)和储泥仓(18),其特征在于:所述壳体(9)的一端安装有电池仓(12),且电池仓(12)内部靠近壳体(9)的一端安装有蓄电池(32),所述壳体(9)内部靠近电池仓(12)的一端安装有工作仓(15),且壳体(9)内部远离电池仓(12)的一端安装有电机仓(5),所述电机仓(5)与工作仓(15)之间的壳体(9)的内部安装有储泥仓(18),所述壳体(9)两侧靠近电池仓(12)的一端皆安装有连接板(8),且连接板(8)的下方皆安装有气囊(7),所述电机仓(5)内部远离电池仓(12)一端的两侧皆安装有第二电机(21),且第二电机(21)的输出端皆安装有第二转轴(22),所述第二转轴(22)皆穿过壳体(9)并延伸至壳体(9)的外部,且第二转轴(22)上皆安装有第二桨叶(23),所述工作仓(15)内部两侧靠近电池仓(12)的一端皆安装有第一电机(11),且第一电机(11)的输出端皆安装有第一转轴(10),所述第一转轴(10)皆穿过壳体(9)并延伸至壳体(9)的外部,且第一转轴(10)上皆安装有第一桨叶(13),所述工作仓(15)靠近储泥仓(18)一端的两侧皆安装有抽砂泵(16),所述抽砂泵(16)的输出端皆通过出泥管(17)与储泥仓(18)连通,且抽砂泵(16)的输入端皆安装有抽泥管(14),所述抽泥管(14)皆穿过壳体(9)并延伸至壳体(9)的下方,所述壳体(9)两侧靠近电机仓(5)的一端皆安装有水泵箱(20),且水泵箱(20)远离壳体(9)的一侧皆安装有水管仓(3),所述水管仓(3)远离电池仓(12)的一端皆安装有出水仓(1),且出水仓(1)内部靠近电池仓(12)的一端皆安装有均布管(2),所述水泵箱(20)的内部皆安装有抽水泵(6),所述水管仓(3)的内部皆安装有导水管(4),所述导水管(4)远离电池仓(12)的一端皆与均布管(2)连通,所述抽水泵(6)的输入端皆通过水管与储泥仓(18)连通,且抽水泵(6)的输出端皆通过水管与导水管(4)连通,所述壳体(9)下方靠近第二电机(21)的一端安装有两组气压缸(26),且气压缸(26)的输出端安装有固定板(27),所述第二电机(21)上方的中间位置处安装有第三电机(30),且第三电机(30)的输出端安装有第三转轴(29),所述第三转轴(29)穿过固定板(27)并延伸至固定板(27)的下方,且固定板(27)远离第三电机(30)的一端安装有刮泥盘(28),且刮泥盘(28)的下方均匀安装有刮泥板(31),所述蓄电池(32)的输出端通过导线分别与抽水泵(6)、第一电机(11)、抽砂泵(16)、第二电机(21)和第三电机(30)的输入端电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种淤泥抽除设备,其特征在于:所述壳体(9)上方正对储泥仓(18)位置处安装有舱门(24),且舱门(24)上设置有透明窗口。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种淤泥抽除设备,其特征在于:所述刮泥板(31)设置有四组,且相邻刮泥板(31)之间的夹角为四十度。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种淤泥抽除设备,其特征在于:所述抽泥管(14)远离抽砂泵(16)的一端皆安装有抽泥罩。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种淤泥抽除设备,其特征在于:所述出水仓(1)远离电池仓(12)的一端皆设置有出水口(25),且出水口(25)上皆安装有防尘网。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种淤泥抽除设备,其特征在于:所述储泥仓(18)的内部安装有滤网(19)。
