Abstract
La présente invention concerne un système de production de fluorure de vinylidène comprenant une boîte de stockage de matière première de difluoromono-chloroéthane. La boîte de stockage de matière première de difluoromono-chloroéthane est reliée à un pyrolyseur de premier étage ; le pyrolyseur de premier étage est relié à un pyrolyseur de deuxième étage ; le pyrolyseur de deuxième étage est relié à un tampon de réaction ; le tampon de réaction est relié à un compresseur ; le compresseur est relié à un condenseur ; le condenseur est relié séparément à un dispositif de récupération et à un épurateur d'eau ; le dispositif de récupération est relié à un dispositif de séchage ; le dispositif de séchage est relié au pyrolyseur de premier étage ; l'épurateur d'eau est relié séparément à un réservoir d'acide chlorhydrique et à un collecteur de fluorure de vinylidène. Le système de production permet une réaction pyrolytique plus complète, et peut améliorer efficacement le rendement de production.
