[0043] 如图 1~8所示, 本发明实施例提供了一种 USB母座, 包括外壳 10、 胶芯 20和端 子组 30, 所述外壳 10设有贯穿其前端和后端的安装腔 11, 所述胶芯 20固定于所 述安装腔 11内, 所述端子组 30固定于所述胶芯 20上, 所述端子组 30包括第一接 触端 31子和若干第二接触端子 32, 所述第一接触端 31子和各所述第二接触端子 3 2并排设置, 且所述第一接触端 31子的后端和各所述第二接触端子 32的后端均延 伸出至所述外壳 10的后端外, 各所述第二接触端子 32的前端露出于所述胶芯 20 上并位于所述安装腔 11内, 所述第一接触端 31子的前端位于其相邻的所述第二 接触端子 32的前端的下方并与该第二接触端子 32的前端之间形成弹性间距 33以 当 USB公座 40插入所述安装腔 11内吋受所述 USB公座 40的抵压而使该第一接触端 31子的前端与所述第二接触端子 32的前端接触。 本发明实施例的 USB母座可以使 得按钮控制器能够实现在未使用吋处于零待机状态而避免电量损耗。
[0044] 具体地, 本发明实施例的 USB母座, 其安装于如按钮控制器上, 并且, 第一接 触端 31子与电子设备上的第一接地端连接, 第二接触端子 32与电子设备上的第 二接地端连接, 当 USB公座 40未插入安装腔 11吋, USB母座的第一接触端 31子的 前端与其相邻的第二接触端子 32的前端不发生接触, 从而不发生电性连接, 即 第一接地端未与第二接地端连接, 这样设置有该 USB母座的按钮控制器不能实现 全通路, 也不会有 5V电压输出, 实现了零待机功能; 当 USB公座 40插入 USB母 座吋, USB母座的第一接触端 31子的前端与其相邻的第二接触端子 32的前端接触 , 从而发生电性连接, 即第一接地端与第二接地端连接, 进而使得设置有该 USB 母座的按钮控制器就实现了全通路, 5V电压输出至 USB母座中, 实现工作。
[0045] 本实施例中, 如图 3~4和图 7~8所示, 靠近所述第一接触端 31子的所述第二接触 端子 32的前端设有弯折弹性部 322和于所述弯折弹性部 322的末端延伸的平板抵 接部 321, 所述弯折弹性部 322露出于所述胶芯 20上并位于所述安装腔 11内, 所 述平板抵接部 321与所述第一接触端 31子的前端之间形成所述弹性间距 33。 具体 地, 通过在靠近第一接触端 31子的一个第二接触端子 32的前端设置弯折弹性部 3 22可以确保当其受插入安装腔 11内的 USB公座 40的抵压吋变形下压, 那么带动其 前端延伸设置的平板抵接部 321下压接触第一接触端 31子的前端实现第一接触端 31子与第二接触端子 32的电性连接; 并且一旦移除 USB公座 40吋, 施加抵压弯折 弹性部 322的力也随之移除, 如此弯折弹性部 322恢复原状并带动平板抵接部 321 恢复原状而脱离与第一接触端 31子的前端的抵接, 从而实现断电状态, 不会有 5 V电压输出, 实现了零待机功能, 结构设计巧妙, 实用性强。
[0046] 本实施例中, 如图 3~4和图 7~8所示, 所述第一接触端 31子的前端朝向与其相邻 的所述第二接触端子 32的侧部延伸设有用于与所述平板抵接部 321接触的底板抵 接部 311, 所述底板抵接部 311与所述平板抵接部 321之间形成所述弹性间距 33。 具体地, 第一接触端 31子的前端的侧部延伸设置底板抵接部 311可以确保第一接 触端 31子的前端可以位于与其间隔相邻设置的第二接触端子 32的平板抵接部 321 的下方, 这样虽然第一接触端 31子和第二接触端子 32间隔设置, 但依然可以确 保第一接触端 31子的底板抵接部 311位于第二接触端子 32的平板抵接部 321的下 方, 如此确保第一接触端 31子与第二接触端子 32之间形成弹性间距 33, 以确保 在 USB母座在未使用吋, 弹性间距 33使得平板抵接部 321与底板抵接部 311之间断 幵接触, USB母座在使用吋, 受 USB公座 40的作用而使得平板抵接部 321与底板 抵接部 311接触实现电性连接而工作。
[0047] 本实施例中, 如图 5所示, 所述胶芯 20上设有用于容置所述第一接触端 31子的 第一端子槽 21和用于容置各所述第二接触端子 32的第二端子槽 22, 所述第一接 触端 31端子嵌装于所述第一端子槽 21内, 所述第二接触端子 32嵌装于所述第二 端子槽 22内, 且所述第一端子槽 21的前端与相邻的所述第二端子槽 22的前端连 通以使得所述底板抵接部 311位于所述平板抵接部 321的下方。 具体地, 第一端 子槽 21的设置用于容置并固定第一接触端 31子, 同理, 第二端子槽 22的设置用 于容置并固定第二接触端子 32; 而在第一端子槽 21的前端与相邻的第二端子槽 2 2的前端连通的设计可以确保第一接触端 31子的底板抵接部 311伸入至第二接触 端子 32的平板抵接部 321下方, 如此使得底板抵接部 311与平板抵接部 321之间形 成所述弹性间距 33。
[0048] 本实施例中, 如图 1~3所示, 所述外壳 10的前端周缘设有向外翻卷以便于所述 USB公座 40插入所述安装腔 11内的伸出卷边 12。 具体地, 伸出卷边 12的设置使得 外壳 10的前端形成弧形状, 以便于引导 USB公座 40插入外壳 10的安装腔 11内, 具 有导向作用, 加快 USB公座 40与 USB母座的配合使用。
[0049] 本实施例中, 如图 1~3所示, 所述外壳 10的后端周缘设有向外弯折以加强所述 外壳 10与外界部件连接稳定性的弯折边 13。 具体地, 弯折边 13的设置可以加强 外壳 10固定在外界部件 (例如电子设备) 上的结合力, 如此使得整个 USB母座的 安装更加稳定可靠。
[0050] 本实施例中, 如图 1~3所示, 所述外壳 10的顶部和底部冲压均成型有朝向所述 安装腔 11弯折以用于抵压所述 USB公座 40的第一弹片 14。 具体地, 第一弹片 14的 作用用于抵压插入安装腔 11内的 USB工作的表面, 增加 USB母座与 USB公座 40之 间的摩擦力, 进而加强 USB母座与 USB公座 40之间插接的稳定性和可靠性。
[0051] 本实施例中, 如图 1~3所示, 所述外壳 10的两侧部冲压均成型有朝向所述安装 腔 11弯折以用于抵压所述 USB公座 40的第二弹片 15。 同理, 第二弹片 15的作用用 于抵压插入安装腔 11内的 USB工作的表面, 增加 USB母座与 USB公座 40之间的摩 擦力, 进而加强 USB母座与 USB公座 40之间插接的稳定性和可靠性。

Claims

权利要求书
[权利要求 1] 一种 USB母座, 包括外壳、 胶芯和端子组, 所述外壳设有贯穿其前端 和后端的安装腔, 所述胶芯固定于所述安装腔内, 所述端子组固定于 所述胶芯上, 其特征在于: 所述端子组包括第一接触端子和若干第二 接触端子, 所述第一接触端子和各所述第二接触端子并排设置, 且所 述第一接触端子的后端和各所述第二接触端子的后端均延伸出至所述 外壳的后端外, 各所述第二接触端子的前端露出于所述胶芯上并位于 所述安装腔内, 所述第一接触端子的前端位于其相邻的所述第二接触 端子的前端的下方并与该第二接触端子的前端之间形成弹性间距以当 USB公座插入所述安装腔内吋受所述 USB公座的抵压而使该第一接触 端子的前端与所述第二接触端子的前端接触。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的 USB母座, 其特征在于: 靠近所述第一接触端 子的所述第二接触端子的前端设有弯折弹性部和于所述弯折弹性部的 末端延伸的平板抵接部, 所述弯折弹性部露出于所述胶芯上并位于所 述安装腔内, 所述平板抵接部与所述第一接触端子的前端之间形成所 述弹性间距。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 2所述的 USB母座, 其特征在于: 所述第一接触端子的 前端朝向与其相邻的所述第二接触端子的侧部延伸设有用于与所述平 板抵接部接触的底板抵接部, 所述底板抵接部与所述平板抵接部之间 形成所述弹性间距。
[权利要求 4] 根据权利要求 3所述的 USB母座, 其特征在于: 所述胶芯上设有用于 容置所述第一接触端子的第一端子槽和用于容置各所述第二接触端子 的第二端子槽, 所述第一接触端端子嵌装于所述第一端子槽内, 所述 第二接触端子嵌装于所述第二端子槽内, 且所述第一端子槽的前端与 相邻的所述第二端子槽的前端连通以使得所述底板抵接部位于所述平 板抵接部的下方。
[权利要求 5] 根据权利要求 1~4任一项所述的 USB母座, 其特征在于: 所述外壳的 前端周缘设有向外翻卷以便于所述 USB公座插入所述安装腔内的伸出 卷边。
[权利要求 6] 根据权利要求 1~4任一项所述的 USB母座, 其特征在于: 所述外壳的 后端周缘设有向外弯折以加强所述外壳与外界部件连接稳定性的弯折 边。
[权利要求 7] 根据权利要求 1~4任一项所述的 USB母座, 其特征在于: 所述外壳的 顶部和底部冲压均成型有朝向所述安装腔弯折以用于抵压所述 USB公 座的第一弹片。
[权利要求 8] 根据权利要求 1~4任一项所述的 USB母座, 其特征在于: 所述外壳的 两侧部冲压均成型有朝向所述安装腔弯折以用于抵压所述 USB公座的 第二弹片。
[权利要求 9] 一种按钮控制器, 包括控制器主体, 其特征在于: 所述控制器主体上 设有权利要求 1~8任一项所述的 USB母座。
[权利要求 10] —种功能家居, 包括家居本体, 其特征在于: 所述家居本体上设有权 利要求 9所述的按钮控制器。
[权利要求 11] 根据权利要求 10所述的功能家居, 其特征在于: 所述家居本体为沙发 本体。
