Abstract
一种家用电器的开盖组件及家用电器,在开盖组件中通过定位部与家用电器的壳体(19)上的定位结构配合,以防止盖体(1)相对于壳体(19)发生松动,可以实现目视防呆。锁扣(2)在定位部与定位结构配合后由解扣位置向扣合位置切换,锁扣(2)进入扣合位置后与扣合结构(3)在竖直方向上相互制约,可以防止盖体(1)在竖直方向相对壳体(19)移动。
Description
本发明涉及家用电器技术领域,具体涉及一种用于家用电器的开盖组件及具有该开盖组件的家用电器。
目前,许多家用电器的开盖组件需要频繁的盖合和打开,在盖合时需要与家用电器主体锁紧配合。以原汁机为例,在压榨工作时需要锁紧开盖组件,在压榨结束后打开开盖组件,目前市面上的原汁机的开盖组件采用旋合结构,通过旋转盖体锁紧或打开盖体,然后在实际使用中发现旋合结构存在以下缺陷:当原汁机在压榨工作时盖体会随着主机发生连续的振动,盖体在其旋紧方向的反方向上出现松动,尤其是当压榨较硬的食材(如胡萝卜块)时盖体更容易出现松动,同时原汁机为了防止盖体松动后主机内部的汁液流出,往往在盖体和主机之间设置安全开关(霍尔器件),当盖体由于主机震动发生松动后,安全开关发生触发,导致电机安全开关断开电机停止转动,使得用户不得不对原汁机多次重启。当原汁机使用一定年限后,安全开关容易失效,若在榨汁的过程中出现上盖松开,很容易引起安全事故。另外,旋合结构无法实现目视防呆,容易造成盖体安装不到位,存在用户多次安装的情况。
中国专利文献CN203723862U公开了一种立式螺杆挤压式压榨机,包括主机和集汁盘,集汁盘安装固定于主机上,所述集汁盘上设有上盖,所述上盖与集汁盘旋转装配连接,所述榨汁机还包括自锁结构,所述自锁结构包括上限位结构和下限位结构,上限位结构设于上盖,下限位结构设于主机或集汁盘,在上盖与集汁盘装配到位后,上限位结构与下限位结构配合锁止上盖来防止上盖意外转动。虽然该现有技术通过上下限位结构的配合能够防止上盖意外转动,但是其依然采用的旋合装配结构,存在无法实现目视防呆,容易造成盖体安装不到位及用户多次安装的缺陷。
因此,如何同时解决上盖意外转动及无法实现目视防呆、上盖容易安装不到位成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于家用电器的开盖组件,以解决现有技术中家用电器的开盖组件无法在工作过程中容易出现盖体松动以及安装不到位的问题。
为此,第一方面,本发明提供了一种家用电器的开盖组件,包括:盖体;定位部,设置在所述盖体上,所述定位部与所述家用电器的壳体上的定位结构配合以防止所述盖体相对所述壳体发生转动;锁扣,可在扣合位置和解扣位置之间往复移动地设置在所述盖体上,所述锁扣在所述定位部与所述定位结构配合后由所述解扣位置向所述扣合位置切换,在所述扣合 位置所述锁扣的扣合端伸出所述盖体与所述壳体上的扣合结构扣合配合以防止所述盖体在竖直方向相对所述壳体移动。
所述的家用电器的开盖组件还包括解扣组件,所述解扣组件具有活动地设置在所述盖体上的开关件,及设于所述开关件与所述锁扣之间的用于驱动所述锁扣在所述扣合位置和所述解扣位置之间切换的传动机构。
所述的家用电器的开盖组件还包括固定设置在所述盖体上的滑道,所述锁扣滑动地设置在所述滑道内。
所述的家用电器的开盖组件,所述滑道为直线型滑道。
所述滑道由设置在所述锁扣运动路径两侧导向筋形成。
在所述扣合位置所述锁扣的扣合端伸入到所述壳体的扣合结构的下方与所述扣合结构扣合配合。
所述锁扣为三角架结构,所述三角架结构的顶端连接所述传动机构,与所述顶端相对的底边为所述扣合端。
所述开关件具有第一位置和第二位置,其中,所述第一位置与所述锁扣的扣合位置相对应,所述第二位置与所述锁扣的解扣位置相对应。
所述的家用电器的开盖组件还包括固定设置在所述盖体上的开关件滑槽,所述开关件为可滑动地设置在所述开关件滑槽内的滑块。
所述滑块上设置有两条弹性扣,所述开关件滑槽内成型有与所述弹性扣相对应的锯齿槽,所述滑块在所述第一位置和第二位置之间切换时,两条所述弹性扣发生彼此靠近并跳入运动路径前方的锯齿内。
所述滑块与所述开关件滑槽之间设有开关锁扣,所述开关锁扣可滑动地安装在所述开关件滑槽上,所述开关锁扣具有使所述滑块锁定在所述开关件滑槽上的卡紧位,以及使所述滑块沿所述开关件滑槽自由滑动的自由位。
所述开关锁扣具有挡筋,所述开关锁扣由所述自由位运动到所述卡紧位时,所述挡筋阻挡在两条所述弹性扣之间,用以防止所述弹性扣变型并跳入相邻的锯齿内。
两条所述弹性扣上分别成型有挡筋槽,所述挡筋运动到所述卡紧位时,所述挡筋进入所述挡筋槽内部以限制所述挡筋的运动。
所述开关锁扣上成型有第一凸台,所述开关件滑槽与所述第一凸台相对应的部位成型有第二凸台,所述第二凸台用以当所述开关件运动到所述自由位时限制所述第一凸台的继续运动。
所述开关件为可转动地连接在所述盖体上的旋转盘。
所述传动机构具有一个连杆,所述连杆的一端枢接在所述锁扣上,所述连杆的另一端枢接在所述开关件上;通过所述连杆将所述开关件在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间的切换动作转变为所述锁扣从所述扣合位置到所述解扣位置之间的切换运动。
所述传动机构包括:第一齿轮,设于所述旋转盘上;连杆,所述连杆一端与所述锁扣固定连接,另一端设有齿条结构;至少一个传动齿轮,一端啮合连接于所述第一齿轮,另一端啮合连接于所述齿条结构。
所述至少一个传动齿轮包括同轴转动的第三齿轮和第四齿轮,所述第三齿轮与所述第一齿轮啮合,所述第四齿轮与所述齿条结构啮合。
所述旋转盘上成型有腰型孔,固定柱穿过所述腰型孔连接在所述盖体上,通过所述固定柱与所述腰型孔的配合使所述旋转盘在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间的范围内转动。

本发明同时提供一种家用电器,包括:壳体,所述壳体上设有所述定位结构和扣合结构;以及所述的开盖组件,所述开盖组件的所述定位部与所述定位结构配合以防止所述盖体相对所述壳体发生转动;在所述扣合位置所述锁扣的扣合端伸出所述盖体与所述壳体上的扣合结构扣合配合以防止所述盖体在竖直方向相对所述壳体移动。
所述定位部为成型于所述盖体周缘并朝向所述壳体设置的限位筋/限位槽,所述定位结构为与所述限位筋/限位槽相配合的限位槽/限位筋。
所述定位部与所述定位结构为一对相吸合的磁性组件。
所述扣合结构为沿所述壳体的开口周缘向内凸出设置的至少一个挡筋;在所述扣合位置所述锁扣的扣合端伸入到对应所述挡筋的下方且与所述挡筋贴合。
所述家用电器为榨汁机。

本发明的优点:
1.本发明所提供的开盖组件,通过所述定位部与所述家用电器的壳体上的定位结构配合,以防止所述盖体相对所述壳体发生松动,进而实现了目视防呆。同时,所述锁扣在所述定位部与所述定位结构配合后由所述解扣位置向所述扣合位置切换,锁扣进入扣合位置后与扣合结构在竖直方向上相互制约,进而可以防止盖体在竖直方向相对所述壳体移动。
2.本发明所提供的开盖组件,所述解扣组件具有活动地设置在所述盖体上的开关件,及设于所述开关件与所述锁扣之间的用于驱动所述锁扣在所述扣合位置和所述解扣位置之间切换的传动机构。
使用者可以直接控制开关件,通过传动机构将开关件的动作传递至锁扣处,使得锁扣完成扣合后接口动作,进而完成壳体与盖体的连接或分离。通过设置开关件和传动机构,使得控制壳体与盖体的操作变得简便。
3.本发明所提供的开盖组件,还包括固定设置在所述盖体上的滑道,所述锁扣滑动地设置在所述滑道内。通过设置滑道,可以对锁扣自身的运动轨迹进行约束,防止锁扣的运动路径发生偏移,使得锁扣可以精确地与扣合结构相配合,提高锁扣与扣合结构连接的精确性。
4.本发明所提供的开盖组件,所述滑道由设置在所述锁扣运动路径两侧导向筋形成,通过对锁扣运动路径两侧的区域进行约束,可以确保锁扣沿预定的线路运动。
5.本发明所提供的开盖组件,所述锁扣为三角架结构,所述三角架结构的顶端连接所述传动机构,与所述顶端相对的底边为所述扣合端。三角形自身属于稳定结构,在受力条件下可以保持自身结构的稳定性,而结构的稳定性是稳定传动的基础,通过设置三角形结构,可以将使锁扣在多次进行扣合和解扣的过程中保持稳定。
6.本发明所提供的开盖组件,所述开关件为可滑动地设置在所述开关件滑槽内的滑块,通过设置开关件滑槽,可以减小开关件所受到的摩擦力,进而提高滑块运动的平顺性。
7.本发明所提供的开盖组件,所述滑块上设置有两条弹性扣,所述开关件滑槽内成型有与所述弹性扣相对应的锯齿槽,所述滑块在所述第一位置和第二位置之间切换时,两条所述弹性扣发生彼此靠近并跳入运动路径前方的锯齿内。
滑块上设置弹性扣,当滑块沿第一位置和第二位置之间往复运动时,弹性扣在锯齿槽中运动,锯齿槽的相邻两个锯齿之间设有容纳弹性扣的凹陷区域,当弹性扣进入该凹陷区域后弹性扣自身会受到运动路径前方的锯齿的阻挡,阻碍其进一步的运动。通过弹性扣和锯齿槽的配合,可以将滑块稳定在第一位置和第二位置之前的任一位置处,提高了滑块运动的灵活性。
8.本发明所提供的开盖组件,所述开关锁扣具有挡筋,所述开关锁扣由所述自由位运动到所述卡紧位时,所述挡筋阻挡在两条所述弹性扣之间,当两条弹性扣彼此间不能发生相互靠近的动作时,弹性扣也就无法从凹陷区域跳出并跳跃到相邻的锯齿内,从而对滑块进行锁定。
9.本发明所提供的开盖组件,所述开关锁扣上成型有第一凸台,所述开关件滑槽与所述第一凸台相对应的部位成型有第二凸台,所述第二凸台用以当所述开关件运动到所述自由位时限制所述第一凸台的继续运动,从而防止所述开关锁扣从所述开关件滑槽上脱出。
10.本发明所提供的开盖组件,所述传动机构包括:第一齿轮,设于所述旋转盘上;连杆,所述连杆一端与所述锁扣固定连接,另一端设有齿条结构;至少一个传动齿轮,一端啮合连接于所述第一齿轮,另一端啮合连接于所述齿条结构。
通过齿轮之间的配合以及齿轮与齿条结构之间的配合,将旋转盘的转动稳定的转化为连杆的平动。
11.本发明所提供的开盖组件,所述旋转盘上成型有腰型孔,固定柱穿过所述腰型孔连接在所述盖体上,通过所述固定柱与所述腰型孔的配合使所述旋转盘的位置限制在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间,进而限制所述锁扣的位置在解扣位置和扣合位置之间运动,从而有利于防止锁扣的过度运动。
12.本发明所提供的开盖组件,所述腰型孔为相对所述旋转盘圆心对称设置的两条,从而使得旋转盘得到对称约束,进而防止旋转盘受到单侧约束时受力不均造成的倾斜。
13.本发明所提供的开盖组件,所述盖体上设有具有远离所述盖体方向偏压力的偏压件,所述旋转盘上成型有与所述第一位置相对应的第一嵌入孔,以及与所述第二位置相应的第二嵌入孔,所述偏压件转动至第一位置时,所述偏压件嵌入第一嵌入孔中,所述偏压件转动至第二位置时,所述偏压件嵌入第二嵌入孔中,通过偏压件与不同嵌入孔的配合,使得旋转盘能够稳定在第一位置或者第二位置处,进而确保锁扣稳定在解扣位置或扣合位置处,有利于壳体与盖体之间稳定地连接或分离。

本实施例提供了一种家用电器的开盖组件,如图1至图6任一所示,包括:盖体1;定位部,设置在所述盖体1上,所述定位部与所述家用电器的壳体19上的定位结构配合以防止所述盖体1相对所述壳体19发生转动;锁扣2,可在扣合位置和解扣位置之间往复移动地设置在所述盖体1上,所述锁扣2在所述定位部与所述定位结构配合后由所述解扣位置向所述扣合位置切换,在所述扣合位置所述锁扣2的扣合端伸出所述盖体1与所述壳体19上的扣合结构3扣合配合以防止所述盖体1在竖直方向相对所述壳体19移动。
本实施例中,所述的家用电器的开盖组件还包括解扣组件4,所述解扣组件4具有活动地设置在所述盖体1上的开关件,及设于所述开关件与所述锁扣2之间的用于驱动所述锁扣2在所述扣合位置和所述解扣位置之间切换的传动机构。
使用者可以直接控制开关件,通过传动机构将开关件的动作传递至锁扣2处,使得锁扣2完成扣合后接口动作,进而完成壳体19与盖体1的连接或分离。通过设置开关件和传动机构,使得控制壳体19与盖体1的操作变得简便。
本实施例中,如图4或5所示,所述传动机构具有一个连杆12,所述连杆12的一端枢接在所述锁扣2上,所述连杆12的另一端枢接在所述开关件上;通过所述连杆12将所述开关件在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间的切换动作转变为所述锁扣2从所述扣合位置到所述解扣位置之间的切换运动。
如图1所示,所述的家用电器的开盖组件还包括固定设置在所述盖体1上的滑道5,所述锁扣2滑动地设置在所述滑道5内。所述滑道5为直线型滑道5。
具体地,所述滑道5由设置在所述锁扣2运动路径两侧导向筋51形成。同时所述导向筋51采用塑料材质或橡胶制成。
本实施例中,在所述扣合位置所述锁扣2的扣合端伸入到所述壳体19的扣合结构3的下方与所述扣合结构3扣合配合。具体地,如图4或图5所示,所述锁扣2为三角架结构,所述三角架结构的顶端连接所述传动机构,与所述顶端相对的底边为所述扣合端。
本实施例中,所述开关件具有第一位置和第二位置,其中,所述第一位置与所述锁扣2的扣合位置相对应,所述第二位置与所述锁扣2的解扣位置相对应。
具体地,如图4或图5所示,所述的开盖组件中还包括固定设置在所述盖体1上的开关件滑槽6,所述开关件为可滑动地设置在所述开关件滑槽6内的滑块9,通过设置开关件滑槽6,可以减小开关件所受到的摩擦力,进而提高滑块9运动的平顺性。
同时,如图3或图4所示,所述滑块9上设置有两条弹性扣7,所述开关件滑槽6内成型有与所述弹性扣7相对应的锯齿槽8,所述滑块9在所述第一位置和第二位置之间切换时,两条所述弹性扣7发生彼此靠近并跳入运动路径前方的锯齿内。
如图3或图4所示,滑块9上设置弹性扣7,当滑块9沿第一位置和第二位置之间往复运动时,弹性扣7在锯齿槽8中运动,锯齿槽8的相邻两个锯齿之间设有容纳弹性扣7的凹陷区域,当弹性扣7进入该凹陷区域后弹性扣7自身会受到运动路径前方的锯齿的阻挡,阻碍其进一步的运动。通过弹性扣7和锯齿槽8的配合,可以将滑块9稳定在第一位置和第二位置之前的任一位置处,提高了滑块9运动的灵活性。
为了将滑块9固定在开关件滑槽6的某一具体位置处,本实施例在所述滑块9与所述开关件滑槽6之间设有开关锁扣10,所述开关锁扣10可滑动地安装在所述开关件滑槽6上,所 述开关锁扣10具有使所述滑块9锁定在所述开关件滑槽6上的卡紧位,以及使所述滑块9沿所述开关件滑槽6自由滑动的自由位。
具体地,所述滑块9上设置有两条弹性扣7,所述开关件滑槽6内成型有与所述弹性扣7相对应的锯齿槽8,所述滑块9在所述第一位置和第二位置之间切换时,两条所述弹性扣7发生彼此靠近并跳入运动路径前方的锯齿内。
具体地,两条弹性扣7自身采用柔性材质构成,当滑块9沿开关件滑槽6运动时,两条弹性扣7首先发生彼此靠近的动作,当两条弹性扣7发生彼此靠近后可以脱离锯齿槽8的约束,此时滑块9得以沿开关件滑槽6发生运动。当弹性扣7运动至下一个锯齿槽8内部时,两条弹性扣7之间发生彼此远离的动作,再次受到锯齿槽8的约束,从而使滑块9稳定在开关件滑槽6的某一具体位置处。
为了使滑块9能够锁定在开关件滑槽6的某一具体位置处,两条所述弹性扣7上分别成型有挡筋槽71,所述挡筋101运动到所述卡紧位时,所述挡筋101进入所述挡筋槽71内部以限制所述挡筋101的运动。具体地,所述开关锁扣10由所述自由位运动到所述卡紧位时,所述挡筋101阻挡在两条所述弹性扣7之间,当两条弹性扣7彼此间不能发生相互靠近的动作时,弹性扣7也就无法从凹陷区域跳出并跳跃到相邻的锯齿内,从而对滑块9进行锁定。
同时,本实施例中,如图3或图4所示,所述开关锁扣10上成型有第一凸台102,所述开关件滑槽6与所述第一凸台102相对应的部位成型有第二凸台61,所述第二凸台61用以当所述开关件运动到所述自由位时限制所述第一凸台102的继续运动,从而防止所述开关锁扣10从所述开关件滑槽6上脱出。
具体地,本实施例中,所述传动机构为两组,且相对所述解扣组件4对称设置。每组所述传动结构分别连接有一个锁扣2。
作为变型,所述传动机构可以大于两组,当传动机构为三组时,相邻两组传动机构之间的夹角为120°,当传动机构为四组时,相邻两组传动机构之间的夹角为90°。在此不再逐一列举。
实施例2
本实施例中,所述开关件为可转动地连接在所述盖体1上的旋转盘11。
同时在本实施例中,如图7所示,所述传动机构包括:第一齿轮13,设于所述旋转盘11上;连杆12,所述连杆12一端与所述锁扣2固定连接,另一端设有齿条结构14;至少一个传动齿轮,包括同轴转动的第三齿轮151和第四齿轮152,所述第三齿轮151与所述第一齿轮13啮合,所述第四齿轮152与所述齿条结构14啮合,一端啮合连接于所述第一齿轮13,另一端啮合连接于所述齿条结构14。
旋转盘11转动带动第一齿轮13转动,第一齿轮13带动第三齿轮151动作,第三齿轮151带动第四齿轮152转动,第四齿轮152带动齿条结构14运动,齿条结构14与锁扣2连接,进而将旋转盘11的转动转变成锁扣2的往复运动。
作为变型,如图9所示,所述传动机构不采用齿轮齿条传动机构,而是直接采用了连杆12,连杆12两端分别连接所述锁扣2和所述旋转盘11。
本实施例中,如图7所示,为了限制旋转盘11的转动距离,设置的固定柱16和腰型孔111,具体地,所述旋转盘11上成型有腰型孔111,固定柱16穿过所述腰型孔111连接在所述盖体1上,通过所述固定柱16与所述腰型孔111的配合使所述旋转盘11在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间的范围内转动,进而限制所述锁扣2的位置在解扣位置和扣合位置之间运动,从而有利于防止锁扣2的过度运动。
具体地,所述腰型孔111为相对所述旋转盘11圆心对称设置的两条,从而使得旋转盘11得到对称约束,进而防止旋转盘11受到单侧约束时受力不均造成的倾斜。
本实施例中,所述固定柱16为螺钉。作为变型,固定柱16可以直接采用销钉。
如图7所示,本实施例中,所述盖体1上设有具有远离所述盖体1方向偏压力的偏压件17;所述旋转盘11上成型有与所述第一位置相对应的第一嵌入孔,以及与所述第二位置相应的第二嵌入孔,所述偏压件17嵌入所述第一嵌入孔或所述第二嵌入孔中以使所述旋转盘11稳定在第一位置或第二位置处。
具体地,所述偏压件17转动至第一位置时,所述偏压件17嵌入第一嵌入孔中,所述偏压件17转动至第二位置时,所述偏压件17嵌入第二嵌入孔中,通过偏压件17与不同嵌入孔的配合,使得旋转盘11能够稳定在第一位置或者第二位置处,进而确保锁扣2稳定在解扣位置或扣合位置处,有利于壳体19与盖体1之间稳定地连接或分离。
具体地,偏压件17由销钉和弹簧共同构成,弹簧提供朝向旋转盘11的偏压力,使得销钉能够及时进入第一嵌入孔或第二嵌入孔中。
本实施例中,为了对旋转盘11施加作用力,在所述旋转盘11远离所述盖体1的一侧成型有驱动轴18,所述驱动轴18内部沿轴线方向成型有通孔181,螺丝刀可以直接作用在所述通孔181中使所述驱动轴18带动所述旋转盘11转动。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种家用电器,包括:壳体19,所述壳体19上设有所述定位结构和扣合结构3;以及实施例1或实施例2中所述的开盖组件,所述开盖组件的所述定位部与所述定位结构配合以防止所述盖体1相对所述壳体19发生转动;在所述扣合位置所述锁扣2的扣合端伸出所述盖体1与所述壳体19上的扣合结构3扣合配合以防止所述盖体1在竖直方向相对所述壳体19移动。
本实施例中,所述定位部为成型于所述盖体1周缘并朝向所述壳体19设置的限位筋20所述定位结构为与所述限位筋20相配合的限位槽21。具体地,所述扣合结构3为沿所述壳体19的开口周缘向内凸出设置的至少一个挡筋101;在所述扣合位置所述锁扣2的扣合端伸入到对应所述挡筋101的下方且与所述挡筋101贴合。本实施例中,或者也可以将限位筋20和限位槽21的位置也可以进行互换。
作为变型,所述定位部与所述定位结构为一对相互吸合的磁性组件。
本实施例中,所述家用电器为榨汁机。具体地,所述榨汁机为原汁机,其中所述壳体19为原汁机的集汁桶。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明创造的保护范围之中。

Claims (30)
- 一种家用电器的开盖组件,其特征在于,包括:盖体(1);定位部,设置在所述盖体(1)上,所述定位部与所述家用电器的壳体(19)上的定位结构配合以防止所述盖体(1)相对所述壳体(19)发生转动;锁扣(2),可在扣合位置和解扣位置之间往复移动地设置在所述盖体(1)上,所述锁扣(2)在所述定位部与所述定位结构配合后由所述解扣位置向所述扣合位置切换,在所述扣合位置所述锁扣(2)的扣合端伸出所述盖体(1)与所述壳体(19)上的扣合结构(3)扣合配合以防止所述盖体(1)在竖直方向相对所述壳体(19)移动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的家用电器的开盖组件,其特征在于,还包括解扣组件(4),所述解扣组件(4)具有活动地设置在所述盖体(1)上的开关件(41),及设于所述开关件(41)与所述锁扣(2)之间的用于驱动所述锁扣(2)在所述扣合位置和所述解扣位置之间切换的传动机构。
- 根据权利要求2所述的家用电器的开盖组件,其特征在于,还包括固定设置在所述盖体(1)上的滑道(5),所述锁扣(2)滑动地设置在所述滑道(5)内。
- 根据权利要求3所述的家用电器的开盖组件,其特征在于,所述滑道(5)为直线型滑道(5)。
- 根据权利要求3或4所述的家用电器的开盖组件,其特征在于,所述滑道(5)由设置在所述锁扣(2)运动路径两侧导向筋(51)形成。
- 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的家用电器的开盖组件,其特征在于,在所述扣合位置所述锁扣(2)的扣合端伸入到所述壳体(19)的扣合结构(3)的下方与所述扣合结构(3)扣合配合。
- 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的家用电器的开盖组件,其特征在于,所述锁扣(2)为三角架结构,所述三角架结构的顶端连接传动机构,与所述顶端相对的底边为所述扣合端。
- 根据权利要求2-7中任一项所述的家用电器的开盖组件,其特征在于,开关件(41)具有第一位置和第二位置,其中,所述第一位置与所述锁扣(2)的扣合位置相对应,所述第二位置与所述锁扣(2)的解扣位置相对应。
- 根据权利要求8所述的家用电器的开盖组件,其特征在于,还包括固定设置在所述盖体(1)上的开关件滑槽(6),所述开关件(41)为可滑动地设置在所述开关件滑槽(6)内的滑块(9)。
- 根据权利要求9所述的家用电器的开盖组件,其特征在于,所述滑块(9)上设置有两条弹性扣(7),所述开关件滑槽(6)内成型有与所述弹性扣(7)相对应的锯齿槽(8), 所述滑块(9)在所述第一位置和第二位置之间切换时,两条所述弹性扣(7)发生彼此靠近并跳入运动路径前方的锯齿内。
- 根据权利要求10所述的家用电器的开盖组件,其特征在于,所述滑块(9)与所述开关件滑槽(6)之间设有开关锁扣(10),所述开关锁扣(10)可滑动地安装在所述开关件滑槽(6)上,所述开关锁扣(10)具有使所述滑块(9)锁定在所述开关件滑槽(6)上的卡紧位,以及使所述滑块(9)沿所述开关件滑槽(6)自由滑动的自由位。
- 根据权利要求11所述的家用电器的开盖组件,其特征在于,所述开关锁扣(10)具有挡筋(101),所述开关锁扣(10)由所述自由位运动到所述卡紧位时,所述挡筋(101)阻挡在两条所述弹性扣(7)之间,用以防止所述弹性扣(7)变型并跳入相邻的锯齿内。
- 根据权利要求12所述的家用电器的开盖组件,其特征在于,两条所述弹性扣(7)上分别成型有挡筋槽(71),所述挡筋(101)运动到所述卡紧位时,所述挡筋(101)进入所述挡筋槽(71)内部以限制所述挡筋(101)的运动。
- 根据权利要求12或13所述的家用电器的开盖组件,其特征在于,所述开关锁扣(10)上成型有第一凸台(102),所述开关件滑槽(6)与所述第一凸台(102)相对应的部位成型有第二凸台(61),所述第二凸台(61)用以当所述开关件(41)运动到所述自由位时限制所述第一凸台(102)的继续运动。
- 根据权利要求2所述的家用电器的开盖组件,其特征在于,所述开关件(41)为可转动地连接在所述盖体(1)上的旋转盘(11)。
- 根据权利要求1-15中任一项所述的家用电器的开盖组件,其特征在于,传动机构具有一个连杆(12),所述连杆(12)的一端枢接在所述锁扣(2)上,所述连杆(12)的另一端枢接在开关件(41)上;通过所述连杆(12)将所述开关件(41)在第一位置和第二位置之间的切换动作转变为所述锁扣(2)从所述扣合位置到所述解扣位置之间的切换运动。
- 根据权利要求15所述的家用电器的开盖组件,其特征在于,所述传动机构包括:第一齿轮(13),设于所述旋转盘(11)上;连杆(12),所述连杆(12)一端与所述锁扣(2)固定连接,另一端设有齿条结构(14);至少一个传动齿轮,一端啮合连接于所述第一齿轮(13),另一端啮合连接于所述齿条结构(14)。
- 根据权利要求17所述的家用电器的开盖组件,其特征在于,所述至少一个传动齿轮包括同轴转动的第三齿轮(151)和第四齿轮(152),所述第三齿轮(151)与所述第一齿轮(13)啮合,所述第四齿轮(152)与所述齿条结构(14)啮合。
- 根据权利要求15-18任一所述的家用电器的开盖组件,其特征在于,旋转盘(11)上成型有腰型孔(111),固定柱(16)穿过所述腰型孔(111)连接在所述盖体(1)上,通过所 述固定柱(16)与所述腰型孔(111)的配合使所述旋转盘(11)在第一位置和第二位置之间的范围内转动。
- 根据权利要求19所述的家用电器的开盖组件,其特征在于,所述腰型孔(111)为相对所述旋转盘(11)圆心对称设置的两条。
- 根据权利要求19所述的家用电器的开盖组件,其特征在于,所述固定柱(16)为螺钉。
- 根据权利要求16-21任一所述的家用电器的开盖组件,其特征在于,所述盖体(1)上设有具有远离所述盖体(1)方向偏压力的偏压件(17);旋转盘(11)上成型有与第一位置相对应的第一嵌入孔,以及与第二位置相应的第二嵌入孔,所述偏压件(17)嵌入所述第一嵌入孔或所述第二嵌入孔中以使所述旋转盘(11)稳定在第一位置或第二位置处。
- 根据权利要求22所述的家用电器的开盖组件,其特征在于,所述旋转盘(11)远离所述盖体(1)的一侧成型有驱动轴(18),所述驱动轴(18)内部沿轴线方向成型有通孔(181),外力作用在所述通孔(181)中使所述驱动轴(18)带动所述旋转盘(11)转动。
- 根据权利要求2-23任一所述的家用电器的开盖组件,其特征在于,传动机构为两组,且相对解扣组件(4)对称设置。
- 一种家用电器,其特征在于,包括:壳体(19),所述壳体(19)上设有所述定位结构和扣合结构(3);以及权利要求1-24任一所述的开盖组件,所述开盖组件的所述定位部与所述定位结构配合以防止所述盖体(1)相对所述壳体(19)发生转动;在所述扣合位置所述锁扣(2)的扣合端伸出所述盖体(1)与所述壳体(19)上的扣合结构(3)扣合配合以防止所述盖体(1)在竖直方向相对所述壳体(19)移动。
- 根据权利要求25所述的家用电器,其特征在于,所述定位部为成型于所述盖体(1)周缘并朝向所述壳体(19)设置的限位筋(20)/限位槽(21),所述定位结构为与所述限位筋(20)/限位槽(21)相配合的限位槽(21)/限位筋(20)。
- 根据权利要求26所述的家用电器,其特征在于,所述定位部与所述定位结构为一对相吸合的磁性组件。
- 根据权利要求25-27中任一项所述的家用电器,其特征在于,所述扣合结构(3)为沿所述壳体(19)的开口周缘向内凸出设置的至少一个挡筋(101);在所述扣合位置所述锁扣(2)的扣合端伸入到对应所述挡筋(101)的下方且与所述挡筋(101)贴合。
- 根据权利要求25-28中任一项所述的家用电器,其特征在于,所述家用电器为榨汁机。
- 根据权利要求29所述的家用电器,其特征在于,所述榨汁机为原汁机。
