Description

坐便器隐藏式挂墙配件安装结构 技术领域
本发明涉及坐便器安装结构，具体是一种坐便器隐藏式挂墙配件安装结构。
背景技术
传统的坐便器挂墙配件安装结构是；丝杆预装在安装面上，通过坐便器本体上外露安装孔，用普通螺母与丝杆进行安装或拆卸，但是这种存在问题是：坐便器安装完成后，螺母和丝杠外露，需要加装饰物掩盖或美化，而且破坏了坐便器本身外观的完整性，不美观。
为了解决上述问题，保证陶瓷坐便器本身外观的完整性，提高美观度和观赏性，中国专利(申请号为201720168487.3)公开了一种挂墙坐便器安装结构，包括挂便器本体、与墙体连接的水箱固定支架，挂便器本体内部设有安装腔体，挂便器本体背部设有与安装腔体连通的安装孔，挂便器本体顶部设有与安装腔体连通的木盖孔，安装腔体内设有置于安装孔上的固定支撑，固定支撑的顶部设有与木盖孔对应的顶丝孔，固定支撑的内部设有与顶丝孔贯通的连接孔，挂便器本体的背部设有贯穿连接孔的坐头螺丝，坐头螺丝上设有与顶丝孔对应的卡槽，顶丝孔内设有旋入卡槽内的顶丝，水箱固定支架上固定有安装螺丝，坐头螺丝上设有与安装螺丝配合的螺纹孔，坐头螺丝通过安装螺丝与水箱固定支架连接，固定支撑设置在坐便器的安装墙体内，坐便器整体通过固定支撑、顶丝、坐头螺丝悬挂安装在水箱固定支架的安装螺丝上，这种结构不但能够将坐便器悬挂安装在水箱固定支架上的安装螺丝上，而且固定支撑、顶丝、坐头螺丝和安装螺丝等挂墙配件均隐藏在坐便器的腔体内，保证了陶瓷坐便器本身外观的完整性，提高了美观度和观赏性，然而，这种安装结构的挂墙配件生产成本高，加工难度大，而且固定支撑件的顶部需要加工顶丝孔以便安装顶丝，使得固定支撑件整体必须要有足够的尺寸，整体尺寸较大，限制了固定支撑件的使用灵活性，同时也增加了坐便器整体悬挂重量，安装和使用过程中，坐便器本体与安装面很容易产生缝隙，调节不方便，费时费力。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述问题，从而提供一种生产成本低、整体重量轻、结构稳定性强、拆装和调节灵活方便的坐便器隐藏式挂墙配件安装结构。
本发明解决所述问题，采用的技术方案是：
一种坐便器隐藏式挂墙配件安装结构，包括预装件结构主体、墙体连接杆、内六角顶丝，预装件结构主体设置在坐便器的腔体内并且通过调节垫圈和锁紧螺母安装在坐便器的挂墙安 装孔上，墙体连接杆的一端设置有螺纹安装孔，墙体连接杆通过螺纹安装孔安装在墙面预留的丝杆上，预装件结构主体上设置有与墙体连接杆配合的预装件结构主体安装孔，坐便器通过预装件结构主体套装在墙体连接杆上，坐便器上设置有盖板孔，墙体连接杆的另一端设置有顶丝孔，内六角顶丝通过盖板孔进入坐便器的腔体并且安装在顶丝孔内，内六角顶丝的头部设置有圆锥面，预装件结构主体上设置有与圆锥面配合的半锥形凹槽，半锥形凹槽背对墙面设置，内六角顶丝向下移动时，通过其头部的圆锥面与半锥形凹槽的锥面配合，使坐便器紧贴在墙面上。
采用上述技术方案的本发明，与现有技术相比，其突出的特点是：
结构简单，生产成本低，加工方便，整体尺寸小、重量轻，拆装和调节灵活方便，整体结构稳定性强。

使用方法：将预装件结构主体1通过调节垫圈2和锁紧螺母3安装在坐便器13的挂墙安装孔8上，根据盖板孔15的位置，调节垫圈2可放在挂墙安装孔8内侧或外侧，使预装件结构主体1的半锥形凹槽6在盖板孔15的正下方，并且半锥形凹槽6朝向盖板孔15，拧紧锁紧螺母3：然后把内六角顶丝4通过六角扳手16拧入墙体连接杆5另一端上的顶丝孔11内，然后将内六角顶丝4和墙体连接杆5的组合件通过螺纹安装孔12安装在墙面10预留的丝杆14上，调节内六角顶丝4距墙面10的距离与盖板孔15距墙面10的距离相同或相近，并且顶丝孔11朝上；然后将坐便器13通过预装件结构主体安装孔7挂在墙体连接杆5上，用六角扳手16通过盖板孔15旋转内六角顶丝4，使内六角顶丝4产生向下的位移，当内六角顶丝4头部的圆锥面9与预装件结构主体1的半锥形凹槽6的锥面接触后，产生相互的作用力，由于内六角顶丝4和墙体连接杆5的组合件固定在墙面10预留的丝杆14上不动，内六角顶丝4向下移动产生的力通过预装件结构主体1的半锥形凹槽6作用在坐便器13上，使坐便器13向墙面10靠紧，使安装前与墙面10悬挂留有的缝隙越来越小，最终使坐便器13牢固的悬挂紧贴在墙面10上，反之，旋转内六角顶丝4，使内六角顶丝4向上移动，使内六角顶丝4离开预装件结构主体1的半锥形凹槽6的锥面，并恢复到安装前状态，将坐便器13拿下来，完成拆卸。
内六角顶丝4尺寸不超出墙体连接杆5边缘尺寸，以便使内六角顶丝4和墙体连接杆5的组合件顺利通过预装件结构主体安装孔7，在安装和拆卸过程中方便快捷。
内六角顶丝4和墙体连接杆5的组合件通过螺纹安装孔12安装在墙面10预留的丝杆14上是固定不动的，且预装件结构主体1的半锥形凹槽6的锥面背对墙面10，从而安装时产生的作用力能使坐便器14固定在墙面10上。
先将预装件结构主体1通过挂墙发装孔8与调节垫圈2和锁紧螺母3固定在坐便器13的腔体内部，将内六角顶丝4安装在墙体连接杆5上的顶丝孔11内，并将这两者的组合件固定 安装在墙面10预留的的丝杆上，之后，通过预装件结构主体安装孔7将需要悬挂的坐便器13挂起来，旋转内六角顶丝4产生位移，使内六角顶丝4底部咬住预装件结构主体1的半锥形凹槽6的锥面，使产生的作用力施加在坐便器13上，最终使坐便器13牢固的悬挂在墙面10上。
本发明该结构简单，安装方便，成本低。结构简单，生产成本低，加工方便，整体尺寸小、重量轻，拆装和调节灵活方便，整体结构稳定性强。
